(Linka and Luke head down the slope, there they saw cat Pokémon with curled tails with puffs on the end.)
Linka: Glameow. Someone told me these are skittish Pokémon, *pulls out smoke bombs* lucky I brought these with me.
(Linka threw a smoke bomb surround the area in smoke.)
Glameow: Hey I can't see!
(Linka and Luke each caught a Glameow.)
Linka: Alright! Two for two. *Shows two fingers*
(Linka then sees a sleeping cat which seems to be a fatter version of Glameow.)
Linka: Let me try to catch it.
(Linka threw a Great ball at the cat, however it broke free and ran away.)
Linka: Dang it.
Luke: Don't worry, you'll catch it someday. Let's head to the beach.
(They came to Ginkgo Landing.)
Linka: Ahhh such a pleasant view. Man, now i really wish i brought my swimsuit with me. Huh? Who's this gal?
(They see a round blue seal with white spots and a cream belly.)
Linka: Hello who are you?
Pokemon: I'm a Spheal! The Colbalt Coastlands are my home!
Linka: I can see that. You want me to catch you?
Spheal: Sure! I'll love to go on adventures with a human!
Linka: Alright, go Heavy Ball!
(Linka threw a heavy ball at Spheal, capturing her.)
Linka: I'll call you...Beach as in Beach Ball.
Luke: Cute name, Sis. When we get back home, we should go to a beach sometime.
Linka: In Japan, I told Loki and Loni that we should go there for our next vacation.
Luke: Sweet, Let's head over there.
Linka: Now what new pokemon is around here...Ah Ha!)
(They then find a Lavender Scorpion Pokémon.)
Linka: I want to try out my new pokemon on this guy.
(Linka did a backstrike on the scorpion with Beach's pokeball.)
Skorupi: Wha-what hit me?
Linka: What moves do you know Beach?
Beach: Powder Snow, Water Pulse, Rest, and Liquidation.
Linka: Let's go with Liquidation!
(Beach created a blade of water and slashed Skorupi with it.)
Skorupi: Huh what was tha...
Linka: Gotta capture it before it regains focus.
(Linka captures Skorupi with a great ball.)
Linka: This pokemon is a Skorupi. Cool. Huh?
(Linka looks in her belt and notices Star's pokeball is glowing and moving.)
Linka: I think Star's ready to evolve!
(She sent Star out and he evolved into large cat with a long black mane and hair that stretched across his front paws.)
Linka: You're now a...Luxray! Cool.
Star: Loud and Proud.
(They then come to a moth pokemon with yellow and orange wings.)
Linka: Alrightie, go Star! (Sents out Star) Use Crunch.
(Star bit Mothim with a mighty bite. Mothim flapped his wings blowing Silvery Dust on Star. Linka then catches Mothim with a great ball.)
Luke: Man, we are killin it!
Linka: Let's head to the Castaway Shore next!
Luke: Right Behind ya, Sis.
(They caught some muscular humanoid pokemon called Machoke along the way. Linka battled one with Star while Luke battled one with Min. They then came across an Alpha Pokémon who was a red octopus. They decided that they should avoid battling or capturing the pokemon for the time being.)
Luke: What's that floating over there?
(Off in the distance there was something in the water, Linka went to get a closer look at it. She gasped when it was Lynn holding on to a piece of wood unconscious.)
Linka: LYNN! (Jumps into the water.)
Luke: Linka wait!
(Linka swims over to Lynn, but when she grabs hold him, she begins sink. She manages to make it back to shore with Lynn in her arms.)
Luke: What were you thinking Dude?
Linka: I'm sorry, it's just that I couldn't let him be casted off, or worse...
(She lays Lynn down and give him CPR. Finally he starts to regain consciousness.)
Lynn: *Spiting out water.* Nghhhh...Linka?...Luke?...Is that you?
Linka: Yep it's us.
(Lynn gets up into sitting position.)
Luke: What happened dude?
Lynn: I was walking by the edge of that slope over there when a piece of the edge broke off and fell in the sea.
Linka: Why would you do that?
Lynn: I thought that would be the best way to avoid coming across pokemon.
Linka: You and your superstitions...
Luke: So where's Lars?
Lynn: On that island over there. He went there to find out about the pokemon's noble.
(Linka then remembered what Laventon told her if she found Lynn.)
Linka: Oh yeah, there's someone I want you to meet.
(They return to Beachside Camp)
Linka: Hey Laventon, This is the brother who taught me to throw.
Laventon: Ah yes! Lynn! Your sister is quite the thrower!
Lynn: Of course, taught by only the finest of sportsmen.
Laventon: Well, since you're here, how about you join the Galaxy Team? We could use another member with throwing skills like Linka.
Lynn: What's that?
(Linka explains everything about the Galaxy Team, and how to catch pokemon to Lynn.)
Lynn: So you catch pokemon by throwing pokeballs at them? Well that sounds like a sport. Count me in!
Laventon: Great! *Hands Lynn a Galaxy Team Uniform* I kept this along with me in case Linka finds you.
Linka's halfway through her brother search! She also gains another ally along her journey! I usually post these chapter around 2 days which is pretty good for keeping up with the date of fanfictions.
