Today we have a mellow chapter and a bit of info dump, but i think it will be interesting to read about, I'm also very happy that pretty much everyone liked the chapter and suprise! I only got one weird review I will be ignoring its existence of, out sheer worry my brain might lose brain cells, a complaint about headpats of all things, I swear some people just don't make sense, to me headpats are a sign of affection.
I could not care less about this guy's personal view of such a thing in a fanfic, but whatever, I'm just going to pretend I never read such a Reviews, in any case, enjoy!.

I had said many times, that even though Rean might summon Arceus, it won't be becoming a replacement of God or taking over Heaven, because Arceus would care about Heaven or the Angels, they aren't his creating after all.
And I'm definitely not doing those cliches, I think I've said so before at least once, bit maybe not I can remember, but there it is, I'm not going for such cliches.
About the rest, no, no one would think the Special Region has any connection to the Pokémon World, Rean and Serafall have already said that Rean is the one with the power to summon Pokémon.

Chapter 9.
I spent a whole day with Hardy and Emroy while learning all that I could about this entire situation I found myself in, appearantly, they don't remember when they were born, only that one day, they just appeared into the world and were fully sentient.
They all had at first, simple knowledge of what was going on around them, but over time, the would get flashes of memories and from those they learn a lot about the world.
Though most did not know where the memories came from or what they were truly intended for, only Hardy believed that they were memories of their creator, or father as she calls me.
But Emroy and the rest of the Deities of the Special Region found that hard to believe, Hardy tried to convinced them that she was right, that she was telling the truth.
But no one believed her and over time, they began to avoid her to not have to hear her craziness, this sort of hurt Hardy, and she began to act out in respond to being ignored.
Emroy was the only who would speak to her and even though she doubted her words, she still decided to give her the benefit of the doubt, Hardy is very attached to Emroy, which in turn made her get attached to Rory.
Rory was the only other one who didn't ignore her, sure she was afraid of her and what not, but she wasn't afraid to tell Hardy off, which only made Hardy even more attracted to her.
Emroy never did anything about it because she knew Hardy wasn't being malicious towards Rory, and even though Rory would pray to Emroy to stop Hardy all the time, she just let things happen.
But the doubt stopped the day I showed up in the Special Region, my presence while undetectable, still stirred up the Stardus energy core in the planet, something each and every Deity in the Special Region noticed.
But except for Hardy and somewhat Emroy, this terrified the Deities, after all, they had spent their entire existence denying mine, in their mind they expected me to be furious.
Hardy certainly thought so and had even asked me to punish everyone for not believing her, but I couldn't do that, after all, I never knew what had happened in this world I created until I arrive here.
Emroy was relieved that I wasn't angry and guilty as well, she might have been willing to listen to Hardy and spend time with her, but she didn't believe her either.
Hardy was disappointed I wasn't going to punish anyone and sulked for a while, but I just explained myself to her and she seemed to understand my reasons.
Even though she didn't agree with them per say, she was willing to accept them, she still felt vindicated of the fact that everyone now knew, I was real and that I was in fact here.
For a very old Goddess, Hardy can sure act very childish, but I guess, that's just her way of thinking and acting, a result of her having to raise herself in isolation for so many years.
I felt a bit bad about it, since it is my fault this had happened, at the time when I created this world after just becoming a Dragon God, I did it on a whim, as a test of what I was capable of now.
It never crossed my mind the results of such actions or the fact that somethings else would be born from all that power I was throwing around all over the place.
According to Emroy, and then Astraea after I asked her about it, beings like Emroy and Hardy were unique in nature, they were essentially born from Nature and my Stardust Energy.
Appearantly, I had saturated this world of my creation with my Stardust Energy, my Conceptual power over Nature and the Concept of Creation.
The planet's core is actually made out of Stardust and Natural Energy, something I checked with Gaea's aid as well, and confirmed, this why the Special Region can support some many types of races and is saturated with Mana.
In fact this planet is bigger than Earth, it's at least two times it's size actually, a little later I talked to Astraea about all of this and asked her how is it that Emroy and Hardy came to be.
I did create this planet and filled it with wildlife, I remember that, but I never intended to create beings like Emroy and Hardy, Deities was something I didn't think I was capable of creating yet.
Astraea, had actually been thinking about all of this from the moment she heard what Emroy and Hardy explained and already had a theory.
According to her, at the beginning, the Deities in the Special Region were just something akin to High Spirits, something confirmed by Emroy, who had told me that they never had a physical body, that they were alway the masses of energy they are today.
Astraea knowing this now, also theorized that at some point, these new High Spirits evolved overtime, first into Elder Spirits and then Grand Spirits, after that and after some thousands years of existence they evolved into Gods after having absorb so much Stardust Energy from the planet and obtained Domains.
I asked Emroy about all of this and after she thought about it for a long while, she nodded and seemed to finally realized what had happened to her and the other Gods, she then told me how, over time the began to notice changes but never really understood what they were or meant.
After all, to them, time really didn't matter and so did any changes, they just thought it was normal and didn't pay it too much attention, they they did get a bit surprised of the fact that they suddenly were able to do more and more things.
That's how spent an entire day with Emroy and Hardy, while I tried to make sense of how all of this was possible, but in the end, it all had one simple explanation, I just simply understatimated the amount of power my Stardust holds and what I was now capable of.
I just didn't see nor understand the whole scope of what being a Dragon God meant and what having conceptual Domains could do to all my powers and abilities, I was still thinking in human terms.
Which in hindsight helped unconsciously rein in my abilities, still, I had once more, questions that I was curious about and now that I was camping outside the temple, Hardy had built for me and was spending time with Emroy and Hardy.
I decided to ask about it "so mind telling me about the GATE? why was it created? and why keep opening it?".
Both Emroy and Hardy seemed to ponder in silence for a while, it seems like they were trying to find the right words to answer my question, but eventually Emroy began to explain "... well, you created this world father but you didn't give it a civilization.
There was only wilds and Mana here and we didn't have a purpose either, we were a bit lost as to what should we do, after all, none of us knew the first thing about being a God or what life really was, apart from the flashes of memories we got from your life...
So we began to think of a way to fill our world with intelligent life, we did try to create life, but despite having a spark of your power over creation, it wasn't enough.
We couldn't really create life per say... we did end up creating a few other living magical beings but they were more a kin to monsters and animals.
But then Hardy got an idea, she proposed that we create a doorway to other worlds and let intelligent life from those other worlds come here and settle.
Though we were also aware that Hardy had other reasons to propose such an idea, though at the time we decided to ignore it in favor of creating the GATE, and get more life in this world".
Hardy spinned and jumped around, though it just made her look like a ball bouncing around all over the place, it made me smiled, but then she began to explain "well, I really didn't care about getting people in this world.
The reason I wanted to have the GATE created, was because I was hoping to find dad's world, but it never happened! sure we got to see glimpses of other worlds and what not.
But I couldn't find you dad! no matter how many times we opened the GATE, your world never showed up... but then when I caught a glimpse of the current world beyond the GATE this time.
I saw similarities with the memories flashes we got from you, I was really excited about it! but there was just one problem though...".
I raised an eyebrow towards Hardy, I can understand now why the GATE was created and I'm sure that the reason might be different from Canon, but it does makes sense from what Emroy just told me.
So, I didn't see a problem, however Hardy wasted no more time explaining herself "the GATE was designed to stay open a few weeks maybe a month, during this time, anyone could step through and come here.
But once it closes, that's it, there's no going back and the people stuck here would have to adapt and learn to survive in this world, this is why there's some many cultures and races here.
Many kinds of people have crossed over and found themselves stuck here, with no other choice but to survive, they brought new things to this world, and help it grow further.
Sure, some of the mortals living here might be too pretentious and even arrogant to think themselves above everyone else, but we mostly don't care much of what the do but rather, what they bring here".
Emroy bobbed as if nodding and then spoke up "still, I order to prevent anyone from growing way out of control we created the apostles, they are our judges and enforcers".
Hardy then went on "still, I wanted to keep a closer eye on the current world connected to the GATE, I really thought I had finally found your world dad, but the GATE would close and I would lose my chance.
I didn't want that to happen, so I recruited the help of some mages and the Empire... but I didn't think the Empire would get greedy and sought to conquer new lands.
I... I didn't think you would be right there when the fools tried to invade that world, but I saw glimpses of you killing them all and defending that world.
I grew scared that you got angry with me, that the Empire had brought you disappointment and your ire for daring to attack your world...".
The energy within Hardy Orb like body dimmed and she seem sad, Emroy sighed and shook her body "Hardy has been sulking in the temple ever since that day, I think she was afraid you would be mad at her.
That you would despised her, but father, I know Hardy was too enthusiastic in her need to find you, and that had brought bad things to your world but don't be angry with her.
Out of all of us, she has been the only one that fervently believed you exist, she hoped and wished to meet you ever since she came to be, she made an honest mistake, so please forgive her".
Honestly, I'm very perplexed about all of this, it was one thing to be the father of Kunou and Weine, they were both children and I can manage being their father, I do love those two with all my heart.
But these two full fledged Goddess, Deities that have been alive for many millions of years, were acting very child like to me, don't get me wrong, I find it adorable and endearing.
But it still odd, I'm only 17 (around twenty something because of the use of Time dilations) and I now I have these Goddesses in front of me treating me like their father, one scared of disappointing me and the other pleading for her sister.
It's a very odd experience, still, it seems, there's some misunderstandings here, something I really have to explain but first, I have two distraught and worried daughters to calm down.
So I smiled and began to explain "I think you have a few things confused girls, so let me explain everything okay?".
Both Hardy and Emroy looked like they were looking my way, though it was really hard to tell, but I just ignored that little detail and began to explain "the world the GATE is connected to, isn't mine.
I was only there to visit and have some fun with my girlfriend, sure the Empire invading it, sort of ruined my date but I'm not mad about it, in fact I found it amusing.
That world doesn't need me to fight their battles, I'm sure you both have seen what they're capable of right?"
Both Goddesses nodded and I went on "though I do consider a few of the people of that world my friends and I will protect them, that doesn't mean I'm mad at you Hardy.
How could I? when I didn't even know I had children in this world, I'm really sorry for that and thankful that despite the fact that so much time passed by, you still wanted to meet me".
Hardy's orb like body began to shake and I got worried that something was happening to her, but she then began to sob and cry, it broke my heart a bit hearing who was supposed to be the most terrifying Deity in the Special Region crying like that.
So I hugged her body, and she began to cry even more, even Emroy was sniffing, I'm sure she was crying too, but I decided to not say anything, not when she was trying to hide the fact that she was crying so hard.
Both Emroy and Hardy calm down a bit and then I continued talking to them "honestly, when Rory told me about this Temple, I never thought I would learn so much... and get two new daughters out of this".
Both Emroy and Hardy nodded, Hardy suddenly wobble "wait... did you just say that you have a mate?... I have a mom?!".
Even Emroy looked interested which made me laugh a bit "you actually have multiple moms, each one is kind and beautiful in their own way, but the one with me right now, is named Serafall Leviathan".
Hardy's energy orb like body began to get a bit brighter "ah! dad has a harem of pretty girls! wait... this means... Rory is my mom too! woo!".
I raised an eyebrow at Hardy, but Emroy sighed and began to explain "ah, well Hardy has a thing for girls, even though she considers herself one too, I never understood that from her but well, that's what she chose".
Well, that was interesting to know, definitely not letting Issei and Hardy ever meet though, I wonder how Rory will react to the fact that she's Hardy's mother now?.
But I still smiled at the fact that Hardy seems happy, everyone had a bad impression of her, not that I blame them, Hardy has been doing a lot of bad things for a long time.
But now I knew why, she was just angry and lonely, angry because no one would believe her about me and her siblings decided to just ignore her, lonely because she wanted to meet her father, but I was never around.
It's a very complicated situation and one that, can't be immediately be fixed, at the very least, Hardy promised to behave from now on, that's counts for something, or at least I hope so.
The rest of the time I spent visiting my Temple, I spent it speaking with Emroy and Hardy, and telling them about their mothers and sisters in another world, something that made them happy.
Or at least I think so, with the way their orb like bodies were shining, made believe they were happy to learn about their extended family.
After that, I flew back to JSDF headquarters, I could have teleported but I opted to fly instead, I have a lot to think about right now, and flying will let me have time to do so in peace.
Still, I was a bit overwhelmed about all of this, turns out, I did create the Special Region, on accident sure, but I did so, that was a fact I had to accept and I did.
What my skill actually did to create a myth here, was just give memories flashes of my life and adventures to Spirits born out my power in this world and let things happen on their own.
Hardy created my myth in the world, she had been spreading the legends and myths of the Dragon God creator throughout all the races in this world, it was a way of honoring me.
Of course, not many truly believe in me, but they still keep me in the faith someway and somehow, not what Hardy wanted or hoped for, but it was enough to keep my legend alive through so many years.
But to think that for me, it has been only a few months, but for Hardy and Emroy it has been millions of years, sure time is different for them, hundred of years seem like a day in their eyes but it is still a big amount of years to exist.
My children are way older than me, isn't that an odd thought to digest? still, it seems that all those born of my power, the Deities of the Special Region, found ways to grow and learn on their own.
It gives me a bit of an odd proud feeling to think about it, though I did ask Emroy why they didn't show up, according to her, they were busy taking care of their domains and didn't want to interrupt Hardy's long awaited reunion with me.
They believe she deserved it way more than them, those who didn't believe I even existed, those who thought I didn't care about them, Hardy of course huffed and proclaim that they were just feeling ashamed.
Appearantly, they were listening to our conversation, and they now know, that it wasn't my intention to disappear on them, but rather it was an accident, I never abandoned them because I never even knew they were here.
In way, Hardy made a lot of sense, the other Deities must be feeling guilty and ashamed, but they were also free to do what they wanted, they were doing fine without me so I felt that, I would rather they continue taking care of this world than to worry about me.
Emroy of course agreed with me and told me that she would be informing everyone else of my thoughts and words, Hardy pouted a bit, but understood why I chose go do things this way.
I think she wanted me to punish them for ignoring my existence and for not believing her, but I couldn't do that in good conscience nor I wanted to, but Hardy then decided she was going to go and throw all of this in their faces for a long time.
But before she left to do that, she told me that her Apostle was playing around with somethings on her behalf, and asked me to take care of it, I raised an eyebrow at her.
Which made her nervous, or I think that's what she was feeling with the way her orb like body shook, but she then explained that she has been wanting to go throw the fact she was right all this time on her sisters and brothers faces and wanted to do so right away.
I certainly understood her desire to do so, and the fact that she held strong on her belief for so long, made me unable to deny her that, besides I'm sure I can handle her trouble making Apostle just fine.
So I ended up nodding and letting her do what she wanted, Hardy whooped and then flew away to the sky, Emroy sighed and complained a bit about me spoiling Hardy to much already.
Which, if I'm being honest, made me feel a bit guilty, so I patted Emroy on top of her orb like body, which made her shake a bit and shrine brighter, I think that's her way of blushing but I don't know for sure.
Emroy though, left quickly after that, but not before asking me to take care of Rory and to make her happy, I think she's happy of the fact that she's going to be her mother, but wasn't sure what to think about it.
So she opted to just be happy, Emroy left after that, and I began to fly back to Alnus, while thinking about all of this "... honestly, this a new whole level of surprise, even I'm unsure on how to feel about all of this".
(It's normal to feel a bit lost Rean, after all, when you evolved to a Dragon God you were overwhelmed by your new power and abilities, so you ended up creating a whole new planet in a whole different dimension
That's hardly anything new, new Gods do tend to make a lot of mistakes when they're trying their new power and abilities, just learn from this and be happy that it wasn't something dangerous.
Or too crazy, at least your mistake created an new world and granted you new daughters, that's a win in my book if you ask me.)
I couldn't help but smile, Gaea certainly made sense, plus as a Goddess herself, her words had a lot more weight on them, so I was thankful for them "your right, thank you Gaea".
Gaea giggled (your welcome Rean, now don't worry so much, your creation has grown very well in your absence and that's something to be happy about.
You did much better than I and any other Godly parent in my world and especially your world, you know how everything is in your world right now, so at least be happy that Emroy and Hardy are okay and seem happy.)
I nodded "your right, but now I'll have to connect my world with the Special Region... or maybe connect it to my Pokehome instead, I rather not have gates to other worlds out there in mine.
It rather risky to have open access, and very stupid, especially with the sort of crazy and psychotic beings my world has walking around... so yes, any portal I make will be done so in my Pokehome".
[That's a great idea Rean, it might help Xeno Town grow if they have an influx of visitors and people coming and going there, plus with the Pokémon being there a lot, will make sure everyone that visits behaves too!.]
Another good point"yeah, and maybe, some people will like to move there as well, make the town grow a bit too, give it a bit more life as well".
"I like that idea too Rean~ we should visit a lot more worlds often too! that way we might find even more trusty and reliable people to bring to the Pokehome to make it grow!.
With a Gate to Gaea's Labyrinth there, it would also give them a place to grown stronger too and get lost of rewards! we can make the Pokehome a sort of player Hub!".
I really like Excalibur's idea, it certainly made a lot of sense to do things this way too "yeah... sort of like my own Adventurer's town and Guild, yeah I like that idea a lot!.
There's a lot to prepare and things to do, especially because my Pokehome will eventually be filled with wild Pokémon too, so there's a lot to think about and make sure works well".
[We have time Rean, this are all ideas for the future but they are things to keep in mind walking forward, we're going to be busy but I think it's going to be very fun!.]
I nodded and smiled as I flew throught the sky "it is, I can't wait to see Xeno town grow really big, maybe it will become bigger than a city!".
With that last thought in my mind I sped off high above the clouds and grinned as I headed back to JSDF headquarters excited about the future, sure I was still a bit guilty about Hardy, Emroy and the other Deities, but now I was also very proud of them and that feeling overwhelmed any guilt I might have.
I didn't take me long to reach Alnus Hill while flying at high speed, but I slowed down a bit and decided to check my Quest notifications, I'm pretty much I finished the quest I received and I was also curious about the Secret objective too.
So as I slow down as I flew back towards the Refugee camp I opened my Quest notification tab and began to read.

Investigate the Temple of the Creator Dragon, located somewhere in the Northern lands and learn of the origins of the Special Region.
Objective 1: Find the Temple of the Creator Dragon (Complete).
Objective 2: Investigate the Temple and learned about the creation of the Special Region (Complete).
Secret Objective: Meet and accept as your daughters both Hardy and Emroy (Complete).
Reward 1: 1 Mythical Pokémon Token.
Reward 2: 1 Legendary Pokemon Token.
Secret Reward: Leviathan Axe (God of War Series.]
That secret Reward made me stop mid air "huh? Leviathan Axe?... from God of War? I don't remember an axe being in those games...".
Curious about it, I took out the axe from inventory and immediately inspect it, it was surprised a smaller kind of battle axe, slimmer in form, way more than Rory's 9for sure.
It also has several Norse Runes along it blade, Runes I could see, granted it a lot of different powers, as an Enchanter, I could understand and see what sort of power these Runes gave to the axe and its rather impressive.
But I didn't recognize the axe, I've played all three God of War games, and I've never seen this axe in those "is this some sort of secret weapon? but no... that makes no sense, Greek and Norse have nothing to do with each other.
Why would they add this weapon to the games then? just what is going on?".
I decided to check the In-game description of the Axe [The Leviathan Axe is introduced in God of War 2018 as Kratos's main weapon throughout the Norse Era.
It was forged by the Huldra Brothers, Sindri and Brok, who also forged Thor's hammer, Mjölnir, after feeling responsible for the destruction brought about by Thor.
As a weapon made to oppose the power of Mjölnir and inspired by the epic size of Jörmungandr, Brok suggests the axe be named Leviathan.
According to Sindri when first meeting him, the weapon was infused with the echoing screams of twenty frost trolls (give or take) and it was made for and given to Laufey who passed it on to her husband Kratos, before her death.]
I stopped reading as the information I got hit me hard "What? 2018? I think that was after I died... so there was another game afterwards and Kratos remarried too? well isn't that interesting?.
Makes me curious about the story and what is going on in the God of War Series now".
I quickly began to read the rest of the information [The axe has several runes inscribed on the blade that grants it different powers, among them the use of ice, and the ability to recall the weapon from any distance.
It also has two slots for Runic Attacks to be placed in, a heavy and light attack for each slot.
The Axe Pommel is customizable with pommels found throughout the Realms or bought from Brok and Sindri.]
I was in awe about the abilities of this axe and what it was made for "amazing, an axe made to rival the power of Mjölnir... Leviathan Axe huh?.
Serafall is going to find out funny and the fact that the axe is imbued with the Ice element is also going to tickle her sense of humor, but this is a great weapon.
Though I don't know what Runic Attacks are, I'm sure Excalibur won't need them, she can practically do anything herself anyways".
I used Telekinesis to make the Leviathan Axe float in front of me while I summoned Excalibur into my hand "ready to absorb this Axe, Excalibur?".
Excalibur wasted no time to answer my question "let's do this! now I'll have a very powerful axe form and that makes me excited!".
I smiled at my partner and then nodded, I then jab her into the Leviathan Axe and as soon as the tip of her blade touched the axe, it immediately turned into energy and was absorbed by Excalibur.
Excalibur then suddenly glowed for a few seconds and then stopped soon after, without the light I was able to see the changes the axe brought for her.
Now she was some silver along her golden decorations in the hilt, hand protector and the blade, but that wasn't all, now she had Norse Runes glowing purple on her blade.
I grinned and flourish it around my body ending with a wave to my side, the Runes glowed and then a wave of frost and cold air was released high above the cloud causing snow to fall to the entire area around Alnus Hill.
I smiled at the new power Excalibur now holds, the ability to control Ice, Frost and Cold Air on a conceptual level, soon after I receive a System Notification confirming my thoughts
[Congratulations! Excalibur has obtain new abilities by Absorbing the Leviathan Axe.
1. Excalibur can now return to your hand if thrown or if in another location.
Note: There's no limit to the distance Excalibur can cover, your bond and connection makes it possible for her to even travel through dimension to get back to you.
2. Excalibur has gained the ability to imbued herself in Ice, Frost and cold air on a conceptual level.
Note: You can now also combined your Stardust Energy, Holy Energy and other skills and abilities with the power of Ice, Frost and Cold air.
3. Excalibur can now cause frostbite damage, when successful in cutting, stabbing and or striking with Excalibur, the enemy wounds will receive frostbite damage.
Note: Frostbite damage causes continuous damage, slows enemies down and prevent healing skills, abilities, spells and techniques from working on the afflicted.
Note 2: Frostbite damage from Excalibur acts as a divine curse, it can't be removed or heal by any means unleash she herself wishes it for it to be gone.]
I hummed as thought about Excalibur new abilities now, they're certainly impressive and powerful, plus they will come in handy whenever I face something or someone with crazy healing abilities, that way I dont have to go all out from the beginning.
I then received the last System Notification I was waiting for.
[Due to Excalibur absorbing the Leviathan Axe, she has unlocked a new form, this form is Battle Axe Form.]
I smiled a bit as I immediately tranformed Excalibur into her new Battle Axe for, she sort of looks like the Leviathan Axe, but the blade is bigger and wider now, plus she now has the same Gold and Purple colors Excalibur is known for now, though with some silver around as well.
Overall, it's a good weapon form, not as big as Rory's Battle axe, but that's fine with me, I'm not one for acrobatics with an enormous battle Axe, Leviathan axe's slightly bigger form in Excalibur matches me perfectly.
Though now I have to learn how to fight with an Axe, maybe Rory will like to teach me how use a Battle Axe later, I also have a Mythical Pokémon Token and a Legendary Pokemon Token as well, might as well use them when I get back to the Refugee camp.
With that last thought in my head I took off flying towards the Refugee camp, I had a lot to talk about with both Serafall and Rory and I couldn't wait to see their reactions.

Alright, this was a bit of a mellow Info dump chaoter, but i think it was needed to explain some details about everything Rean had found out and a few other things as well.
But Rean also got something pretty cool out of the Quest Rewards! the Leviathan Axe! Rean needed an Axe form and Kratos weapong in the two recent games match him pretty well!.
Excalibur also received quite a few new abilities from absorbing the Leviathan Axe, cool things that could come in handy some day, you never know right!.
Next Chapter will have Rean summoning new Pokémon, explaining some things to Rory and Serafall and finally getting to the Second Season of GATE thus the JSDF fought there!.
