GaZe.Zero: his magic is a lil special, so it doesn't follow some of the same rules. But I'll see what I can do.
Also, in case I never mention it, Marshall's house is built inside Billy's cave except the cave is open at all times and not locked by a sword.
Enjoy.

"Still watching that same cartoon, aren't you?" Asked an old lady as she walked in on a child sitting in front of a screen watching his favorite tv show.
The child didn't reply immediately, too engrossed in the show. But after a few seconds, he snapped back into reality.
"What? Uh, yeah." They said awkwardly.
"Are you just gonna sit there the whole day?" Asked the old lady with a frown. "No wonder no one wants you."
The child shrunk down dejectedly and looked away from the old lady, unable to maintain eye contact. The words stung like an old wound reopening.
"Just make sure to finish your chores." Said the old lady in exasperation. "No one wants to adopt a lazy kid."
"I... already did them." Said the child shyly as they fidgeted with their fingers. "I wanted to-"
"Then that means you're free to do some more." Said the old lady grabbing the child roughly by the wrist.
"But i want to-"
"I've already done so much for you and always act like this." Said the old lady with a deep frown, causing the child to shrink in shame. "Stop being selfish. If you can help, you help."
The child stared at the floor in shame. "Yes, miss." They said before following the old lady dejectedly.
She was right, he thought. He had to repay her for taking him in. He mustn't be selfish.
Crash*
Suddenly, the child heard the sound of something breaking. He turned to the old lady but she didn't hear a thing.
Chop*
Bang*

Marshall frowned in his sleep as a lot noise was made around him. It was annoying and it didn't stop. He just wanted a few more minutes.
"Ungh. Calm down, OC. I wanna sleep." Said Marshall tiredly as he buried his face into his pillow.
"Later! You need to wake up now!" Exclaimed OC in a panic.
Upon hearing OC's reply, Marshall immediately got out of bed in a a panic and stared at the chaos that his room was in.
His room's design changed, a tame result of his magic for once despite being an uncomfortable one. He hated seeing that design again.
But the real problem was Hunson Abadeer right there fighting Princess Bubblegum with Nothung, both destroying his room as OC aimed at both with a golden crossbow.
Both people he hated...in his bedroom...at the same time...fighting, wrecking everything and forcing OC to fight them. And his dad WAS USING NOTHUNG.
In a fit of anger, the ex hero blew the two away crashing into the wall across his bed.
Finally noticing Marshall the two intruders turned to him before Hunson spoke.
"Marshall! You're awake! I was just taking care of this intruder here." Said Hunson with a bright smile. "Just hold on a sec while I chop her up. My powers aren't working for some reason so I'm using cool giant sword I've found hanging over your couch!'
"What?! What makes you think he'll let you do it? You're monster trash and he's a hero." Replied Bonnibel angrily as she glared at Hunson, not even denying what she had done.
Marshall glared at PB, her words making him clench his fists in anger. And as if to aggravate him even more, Hunson replied with the worst thing he could.
"*Gasp* hero?!" Exclaimed Hunson, feeling VERY offended. "I'll have you know my son destroyed enough cities and killed enough people to be far away from a title so...blegh!"
Princess Bubblegum froze. "Wait- son?" She asked in shock as sparks began flowing out of Marshall's hands.
OC witnessed all of this and turned to her roomie in a panic. She vigorously gestured for him to calm down, knowing the danger of him going out of control.
Marshall, who was ready to blast the two intruders into the afterlife, quickly calmed himself down. "*Sigh* living room. Now." He said tiredly as he took Billy's sword from his father's hands.
Then, without asking for permission, Marshall teleported all of them to the living room with the two intruders in magical shackles.
xxXxx
In the living room.
Hunson and the Princess plopped onto the couch, surprised by the shackles they were in. But before they could ask what was going on, the ex hero spoke.
"I'm gonna go clean Nothung." Said Marshall, now wearing a black hoodie and grey sweatpants as well as Billy's nose gem earring, tiredly as he held Billy's sword before floating out of the living room. "OC, make sure they don't cause trouble."
The omniscient crystal orb nodded with a salute then turned to Hunson and PB with a frown as if she was about to have the biggest headache of her life.
"I understand the need to shackle HIM. But why me?" PB asked with a frown.
"No, SHE should be the one in shackles! You're his servant, you know he loves me." Said Hunson with a proud smile. "I'm his dad."
"How could the greatest hero of Ooo have descended from something like you?" Asked Bubblegum with a deep frown.
"Say that H word again, I dare you!" Exclaimed Hunson angrily. "I know karate!"
OC watched the exchange between the candy Princess and the literal devil with a blank annoyed look on her face.
"You two are literally the same." Deadpanned OC, causing the two idiots to go silent. "And somehow, the sugar princess is more devious that the devil. Talk about a twist, am I right?" She asked with a chuckle.
Both intruders took offense to her words and it showed on their faces. The two glared at OC before explaining themselves.
"I'm here to convince Marshall to be a hero again." Said PB calmly. "To save Ooo again."
The omniscient orb raised a brow. "But before that, you wanted to look into his personal life to find any weaknesses." OC rolled her eyes in exasperation as she stared at the Princess with a frown. "Sounds to me like you wanna use him more than anything."
Bonnibel went silent in shock, not expecting to be exposed so boldly.
"Hah!" Laughed Hunson, elbowing PB cheerfully. "Loser. I, however, am just an honest father trying to make up with this son after angering him last time so we can go back to being the chaotic duo we were meant to be!"
OC stared blankly at the lord of evil. "You don't even know why he's mad at you. You just got someone to summon you and ran over here." She said crossing her arms, causing Hunson to chuckle nervously. "And that's just gonna make him more mad at you. Especially when you touched a sword that clearly matters to him more than you."
Hunson froze, then immediately began to panic on the inside and it showed over his smile as little beads of sweat falling down his face. It was only now that he realized that his son really did just leave to clean the sword and didn't just instantaneously do it with magic.
Princess Bubblegum gave the demon a victorious smile before Hunson's eyes narrowed at her. OC stared at them with a frown.
"Hypocrites." She muttered glaring at the two.
Finally, Marshall arrived just in time to witness this staring contest with a look that clearly showed how much he dreaded this situation.
He took a deep breath. "I'm sending you two back to your homes and never letting you inside here again." Said Marshall calmly.
"Wait!" PB immediately interjected. "Before you send me back, can you at least hear what I have to say?"
Before Marshall could reply, Hunson stepped in.
"Never! She wants you to be some goofy hero or something and I'm against it!" Exclaimed Hunson with a frown, jumping in front of PB.
Marshall frowned angrily at his father's reaction. His patience was starting to run out. His tolerance for these actions stretching to its limit.
"Marshall, get rid of him. He's getting in the way." Ordered PB in a serious tone.
"And you're trying to make him into some goody too shoes servant!" Hunson replied with a deep frown. "He should be free and chaotic, like me!"
"Over my dead body!"
PB and Hunson continued to argue and bicker, forgetting that Marshall was even there. Not even bothering to ask for his say in this despite breaking into his house and destroying his room.
And with every word they uttered, Marshall grew more and more angry and his patience was running out.
OC saw this and tried to calm him down, prompting Marshall to take a deep breath.
"I hate BOTH OF YOU!" Marshall yelled angrily, causing the two to stop bickering. "You're both jerks trying to dictate who I am without even looking at me! I'm not some saintly hero or great evil! So stop ruining MY LIFE!"
Silence filled the air as no one spoke a word. In this silence, Hunson stared at Marshall with a shocked expression that quickly turned into a sad one.
"Wait- is that really what I was doing? I never meant to-"
"To what?! Be a constant reminder of every horrible thing I've done?! To make me feel horrible ALL. THE. TIME?!" Exclaimed Marshall angrily. "Just leave me alone for good!"
"I-i'm sorry." Replied Hunson dejectedly, feeling genuinely sorry. "I never meant to-"
"Well, you DID!" Marshall yelled as a portal to the Nightosphere opened underneath his father's feet. "Now, go to your stupid pit of evil and NEVER come back."
"Wait, wait! Let me-" Hunson tried to say something, but was interrupted by a powerful beam of energy to the face that pushed him into the Nightosphere with ease.
Now with his father back to the Nightosphere, Marshall shut the portal tight and turned to Princess Bubblegum.
"I'm NEVER going back to being Nightclad." Marshall said firmly. "Suck it up and stop asking."
"But-"
Not giving the princess time to reply, the earth began to shake violently as Marshall glared at the princess. Everything in house began to either fall or break under Marshall's stress.
PB tried to regain her balance, but failed. The shaking was so violent the house was falling apart. She began to panic, thinking this might be the end for her.
"Bonnie, run!" Exclaimed OC in a panic trying to save PB before the house started to collapse.
PB was going to die at this rate and OC couldn't let that happen. Luckily, she still had the golden crossbow from before.
She aimed at PB and quickly fired. The arrow dashed towards the princess before turning into a magical bubble prison that didn't let things in or out.
It was a magical hunting tool for containing creatures without hurting them.
Just as OC was about to fire at herself, the house and the cave both finally gave in and collapsed with them inside.
Marshall, now standing in the middle of what used to be his own house, finally snapped back to reality and began to panic.
He immediately used his magic to fix not only his house, but also the cave to make sure it was stable.
Once the house was back to normal, two collapsed bodies could be found. The first was PB who seemed to be rather unharmed as the bubble prison absorbed most of the damage before getting destroyed.
"Ugh, the shaking finally stopped." She said feeling relieved.
And next to PB was OC, who was missing the right part of her face and laying lifelessly on the floor.
"OC!" Exclaimed Marshall dashing to his roommate's aid. He softly held her body with tears flowing out of his eyes. "No no no no. Please be okay."
OC didn't answer, causing Marshall to breakdown. He killed her. She was dead.
Bonnibel watched this in shock. Seeing the ex hero cry and weep over his dead friend. Regret washed over her.
She extended her hand to help, but as soon as Marshall saw this he teleported away leaving her alone to ponder what she had done.

At the mountain where Marshall's mother lived.
Marshall tearfully hugging OC's corpse as he landed onto the grass of his transformed mother's home.
"I'm sorry. I'm sorry." He muttered as his tears flowed down his face and onto OC's body. "I did it again."
Magical vines grew out of the ground as Marshall's magic spread over this land. The vines wrapped around him as if making a coffin for both of them as he continued to cry.
But before the coffin could be sealed, a powerful force ripped it open. It was a giant horrifying angel looking monster made up of wings and eyes.
Marshall's eyes opened to see who it was and saw his own mother, someone he mutated beyond recognition into a monster, softly staring at him.
Elise nudged Marshall softly with one of her wings, causing the boy to latch onto it tightly as he kept crying.
The angelic monster didn't shake Marshall off and instead softly cradled him and OC's body in her wings.
It wasn't long before Marshall cried himself to sleep in his mother's wings with OC's body in his arms.
Elise stared at the boy sleeping in her feathers intently. His sadness stirred something inside her. Something trying to call out to him.
Suddenly, a voice could be heard coming from the angelic monster. There was no one there awake to see or hear it.
"Le...ts...go...in...the...gar...den. you...'ll...fin..d...som...ething...wait...ing-"
The voice was hoarse and disconnected almost as if it hasn't been used for a thousand years, but it somehow still sang beautifully.
"-ri...ght...theeee...re...whe..re...you...le...ft...it...ly..ing...up..si...de...dow...n."
A golden light shimmered to life, enveloping Elise, Marshall and OC's bodies as if responding to the song.
"Wh...en...y...ou...fi...na...lly...find...it. yo..u'll...see...how...it..'s...fa...d..ed." Elise continued to sing as little orbs of golden light lit up the world around them. "The...und...er...si..de...is...li...iii...ghter...wh...en... y...y...yo...you...tu...rn...it..a...ro..und."
The golden light grew stronger as she continued to sing and suddenly, a portion of OC's face grew back as if the song was healing her.
"Ev...ery..thing...st..ays...ri..ght...wh...ere...you...le..ft..it. Ev...ery...thing...st...ays...but...it...st...ill...cha...nges."
