After the Samhaim festival the title of Moonlight Witch ended up falling in the hands of Diana Cavendish, since even though Akko and her friends tried very hard, it still wasn't a good enough presentation to call enough attention from the witches of the council, since they still found it comical and ridiculous, but finally the event passed and so begins another month at the witch academy, In the mean time she ends up being invited by the girls of the green team to participate in a day where they would make a big party in the room for their friend Jasminka, but for that they would need to take Antonenko for an outing and in this outing not eat anything so that she would have even more desire at the time of being delighted with the cake that they will get.
POV Akko:
Today we have a birthday party, that sucks, to think that Lotte's had passed a long time ago and we didn't do anything, as well as Cons', now Jasminka's looks like it's going to be nice, even more because Amanda said she's going to buy the elves to make us a cake, we really need it, I can't stand having to eat mashed potatoes all the time.
I arrive at the door of Jas' room, after the classes finish, miraculously I'm not in detention, it's been a few days that I don't get in trouble, that's good, when I knock on the door I see that they answer me, Jasminka was already with her exercise clothes on.
"Come on Jas, today we're going to start a bit on this new diet, you're going to be a witch all athletic" I tell her as I'm sort of stretching myself.
"I don't know if this is such a good idea" she said and we just shrugged.
"It will be very good for your well being Jas, you'll be able to feel more energetic, trust me, it will only be for a while, we'll enjoy it and keep talking, by the way happy birthday" I tell her and then she greets me.
From there we walk along the corridors, sort of starting to take a walk, arriving outside she is looking at me already a little breathless, I even find it strange, but it's ok, let's go, while the sun doesn't set we have a good time to exercise.
"What's the matter Jas?" I ask her.
"Nothing, I'm just not used to it, where do we start?" she asks.
"Let's warm up first, we will condition the body, you told me you want to start a diet to lose weight, let's do it walking around the Luna Nova building, ready?" I tell her and she nods her head in agreement.
Let's start, I go running a little bit, she follows me, showing a little tiredness, but she could hold the wave, I think even I will get tired faster than her, I wonder why we don't use these physical education uniforms anymore, they would be much better for the broomstick flying classes, I hate when the dress reveals too much.
POV Jasminka:
How can she be in such a good mood like that? I'm barely holding it together here, especially that some voices are starting to come into my head, is it all coming back again? I can't be out of control in this place, I've calmed you down a lot this whole time, let me have a chance to lose some weight at least, stop being so hungry.
"We're doing fine, just five more laps" Akko said and I was just agreeing, even though I'm getting tired, I'll keep going, it will make me more beautiful, I'm sure, it will give me a greater comfort with myself.
I know I'm beautiful the way I am, but I want to be more, I don't want to have to be a mere receptacle for you, you don't control me all the time, I want to be free, I want to be able to not have to be all the time feeding you, you can live very well without needing all the food.
The voices, the damn voices are coming up again, running is being the least worst here, at least I can hold it in since I have a lot of energy from how much I eat, but the voices, they are getting me, as always in my head.
POV Akko:
I'm the one who's getting tired, I never thought I wouldn't be able to stand these twists and turns, I finish everything, Jas does too, which I take the opportunity to rest, drinking some water, Jasminka also ends up drinking a little bit, even too much, this way she'll end up vomiting everything, which I even went to her to know if everything was ok.
"Hey Jas, are you okay?" I ask her.
"I am, it's just a bit of tiredness really, I need a lot of water anyway" she said in her sweet and nice voice.
"Now we're going to do another part of the training, push-ups, very simple, only 10 per session, then we'll stop, rest and do another session, we'll start lightly with just three of them" I tell her as Hannah and Barbara walk by and of course they come over to tease me.
"Look if it's not the witch who barely knows magic and the other who is overweight, she must be keeping a lot of magic under that fat hahaha" Said Diana#1's bitch, gee now I felt like punching them, but the two just walked away laughing while Jas and I did push-ups.
POV Jasminka:
These voices are making me want to free them even more, but I can't, I know the dangers you can bring, you're still out of control, please don't do anything yet, stay in your head, I know it's terrible to hear their words, but Amanda and Cons can handle it... I know I should stand up for myself, stop nagging me... No... Akko is not a bad person, she is helping me to have a comfort with myself, she is after Amanda one of the most athletic girls I know and I am friends with, she told me she has already experience in the physical education classes at school, so it might help me... You can at least wait, we will eat something soon.
"Five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten... Akko said and I nodded my head in agreement.
"How nice" I say with my voice still uncontrolled by my inner demons.
"I was the fastest of the girls, I think it's because I always ran away from who was going to hit me, it was one of the days that I could feel happy with myself, everyone shouting my name, as if I had been the biggest heroine of the school... But that's because it was really decisive, I had run motivated, anyway, now we're just going to take a nice rest"
At the end of the push-up sessions...
- And that's it, I think now we deserve to drink some water anyway" she said and I run to the water fountain.
Now yes, are you better now? You see how I'm managing to hold on, you don't have to take care of my body, it's not hurting you if I exercise, we have lived so many years in a symbiosis, it's not possible that just because I want to lose a little weight you can't handle it, stop being such a slacker devil, we'll manage to get along on this one.
POV Akko:
It's really strange that Jasminka gets all thirsty, this way she won't have room in her stomach with so much water, nor will she be able to enjoy the cake, the good thing is that there's more left for us, a pity that it's her birthday, I'm sure that now she'll be able to handle some simple abdominal crunches, I won't even use so much of the physique here, since here we can get a good physical conditioning to handle it.
"Now we're going to do sit-ups, same as push-ups, only this time I'll help you keep your feet on the ground" I tell her.
I wait a little while for the water to come down, wow, I think it might be an illusion, but it seems that Jas is much thinner than before, as if it was magic, but it might be just an impression, anyway, now let's do the exercises, she lay down on the grass, I held her feet well supported and now we'll see how she does.
"It's going to be alright Jas, you'll manage, after this one we can rest, until maybe we go back to Luna Nova, then you take a shower and we go back to the room, there will be something waiting for you there" I tell her with a smile on my face.
"Cool" She said in a voice with a strange tone, the tone got a bit thicker, but that's ok, let's see how she'll do now.
She was starting well, the first, second, third, and in the fourth she was getting up with a little difficulty, but that's how it is, I can see that she is succeeding and trying her best, I only hope that Amanda also brings the cake on time, today is a quiet day, without any confusion or anything.
POV Jasminka:
You are complaining of pain in your abdomen, ah I'm not, it's getting very good here, I'm going to lose my little tummy, get a more defined belly, get a body that I feel better about myself, I said to myself, it's not something I want because of pressure from others, stop saying that, and don't attack anyone, we can't lose control here, or things will get worse for us.

Starting to float, until a mass takes over her body, getting around and taking the shape of a demon, very similar to her, only with a monstrous face, very scary, even more in the middle of the sunset, I see that the creature was walking towards a place and I'm following it, even scared, it looked like a monster, how did Jasminka get like that.
I ran seeing that it was Hannah and Barbara, both of them got scared, I stayed in front of them, to stop the creature from advancing.
"Jasminka, no! Don't do anything to them, even if they deserve it" I say standing in the middle.
"These two souls are already disturbing the well being of us too much, now they will get the demonic punishment they deserve, Jasminka is no longer here, now I am just the hunger demon" She said and I was getting shocked by the scary voice.
"Well then you're going to have to go through me" I say confidently, but at the moment she gives me a hand with everything, with a hand that gets huge out of nowhere, which I fall to the ground getting a little difficult, at that time that I fall I saw a group of girls who were horrified making a picnic, having a little idea when looking at the tube of potatoes.
POV Jasminka:
Please hunger demon leave them alone, I know they disturb the order of us all the time and of many girls, but let's not cause anything to them, damned, you will suffer... No... Stay controlled, please, I can't... They're terrified looking at me, they're just girls, like me, haven't you caused enough? Don't do anything, I pray for all that is good.
"Jasminka, it was bad, really bad, we didn't mean to make fun of you and Akko... We'll stop" Hannah said with a genuine expression of fear.
"You might not have started, but now that you've gone too far I'm going to give you a hand yourself, feel the infernal power of the hunger demon..." The demon is simply taking over my body scaring everyone, worse they are looking at me, my secret being revealed.
"Hey! Hey Jasminka! I got some chips here! Do you want some?" Said Akko calling me I have to turn around.
You will not control me, I know the best way for you not to gain strength and that is with food, now let's see if you will continue to control me, I was trying my best to prevent the control, walking with the body, Akko threw the pot in my direction, I open it, start to eat, feeding the demon of hunger that is decreasing more the power it has over me, I am already feeling more controlled.
"And you too... Don't think you'll escape punishment" said the demon to Barbara, she was crying already from fear.
"Please Diana, come to us" she said fearfully.
"Diana? She's not here to save you, she knows what horrible people you are, she knows the only place you deserve to stay is where I come out of, you will join me soon, you have very tasty souls" By the nine witches, why does this demon need to take it so hard.
"Hey! Jas! There's more here" Akko said taking the girls' food.
She was throwing a bag full of bread and some pots of peanut butter and another of jelly, I was managing to have more control, I was starting to pass the bread all over the pot getting my hands dirty, eating more and more, reducing the size, what the two girls were starting to be less terrified and less surrounded, they were running out of there, I managed to hold the advance of this demon, I almost hit one of them hard, but I hit my hand on the wall.
What the demon turns to Akko, now I hope she can control me better, Akko is doing very well, but this food is also causing his anger.
POV Akko:
I don't know what happened here with Jasminka, but it seems that this demon works with food, I think that's her secret then, that's why Jas is always eating, the hunger demon, how genius of me to use food to get the contain, now I have to find more, only these girls run out.
"Oh come on, help me out here, will you let a demon loose in Luna Nova?" I tell them that they just shrug and leave.
I see a small potato from far away, the girls eyes also on that same cylinder, which I go starting to run out, going towards them, but the demon is aggressive with me, woah, I didn't know Jas was that powerful, hiding a secret like that, he goes throwing his hands on me, I go just jumping, dodging.
"Stop attacking her!" Said a half-doubled voice coming from Jasminka.
"Jas I'll get these chips, I know you love them" I say trying to reach out and the huge arms kept coming closer, causing even an illusion where everything became dark, amidst several hands towards me, I felt in a hell inside.
"You cannot escape my hell" said the demonic voice.
I went on feeling hands grabbing me, stopping me from getting near the pot, to the point I cringed but managed to finally get my fingers in and threw the pot backwards hoping Jas would catch it, I then feel the hands slowly releasing me, I breathe a relieved breath and look back with her still taking a few steps backwards even after eating, with her hand on her head.
"A piece of pie!" I run towards that piece on the ground in the middle of the girls' picnic, what the fuck are they picking up, I won't have time to reach for it, I pull a wand out of my pocket.
"Go for once" I say with my eyes closed directing my wand towards the girls.
The food starts to float and it's throwing a pie towards Jasminka that I see the demon opening a huge mouth to eat, and with that she even stops walking backwards and stands more still in the corner, getting down on her knees, a bit breathless, I noticed that she even got back to her previous body, I think she had really lost weight quickly, but it seems that there is a demon that really won't let her.
"Thank you Akko" She said in a soft voice again.
"Whew... You mean you have a demon hiding inside you and that's why you're eating all the time?" I ask Jas.
"Exactly, it's the hunger demon, I ended up accidentally putting it in my mouth when I was a child, since then it has been in my head, I could never control it, and the only way I found was eating, that's why I keep eating all the time, it's not an eating disorder, it's simply because I have to control it so that this other part doesn't surface" she said.
I look around and notice that the courtyard has been left with some marks from the knocks on the ground, now I think we might get into trouble, even more so since everyone here is a bunch of hard fingers, but I end up seeing the grass returning to normal, the wall that was broken too, I see that it was Diana in the midst of her bitches.
"What confusion was that Akko?" She asks.
"If I tell you, you won't believe me" I say to her, who only shrugs.
"I've seen it all, I might end up believing it, explain it tae me, I'm already relieving you of a scolding" she said.
"It was my fault Cavendish, Akko did nothing wrong, in fact she had the best of intentions, she wanted to help me exercise a little so I can improve my physique, I already wanted to start, but I ended up getting out of control due to a hunger demon that is inside me and I can't by any means get rid of it" Jas said easing the bar for me and Diana seems to have bought the idea.
"That explains you eating all the time, unfortunately we dinnae have a cure yet for a hunger demon, even the best witches in the world never found a way to cure it, the best way would be for you tae manage to build a great symbiotic relationship so that way the two of you work together even tae get excellent control of magic" Diana said simply explaining everything in the calmest way in the world.
"Wait... There's nothing wrong with her having a demon? Or the existence of demons?" I ask a little confused.
"Demons are part of magic like any other magical creature, nae every demon is as you may have seen in the mundane media, some are excellent individuals, witches yes have worked with them many times, but we are at most neutral with everything, they are just individuals, nothing too much, nothing you may have learned that they want to take over the world to cause the apocalypse, demons have their own world, they dinnae need tae do such a thing... Anyway I'm going, I hope it was clear, please Jasminka, control the demon inside you, try tae get a better symbiosis with it and you may even get a better future even in magic, it's nae every witch that has a demon" She said explaining everything very well and even my head was getting much clearer, my idea of demon is all different from what witches see.
After Diana left, we started walking around inside Luna Nova, everyone was looking at us, specially Jasminka, who was waving and causing an impression of fear in the passers-by, just by walking, I think that now they have learned never to mess with her again.
"Well, I think now was an intense day, luckily we didn't get in trouble, it's time for a good bath so we can celebrate later" I say to Jasminka who then, out of nowhere, gets a demonic face scaring me.
"Now we'll celebrate by devouring your soul Kagari" She said scaring me and I went trying to escape, but she then goes back to normal kind of laughing, which I was already traumatized by the sight.
"Easy there! Were you just kidding?" I tell her, looking like a potty mouth.
"I think the demon liked you Akko, I can take a few checks like that once in a while, but Diana is right, I have to try a better symbiotic relationship, so that we work together to improve everything in both of us" She said and I was still a bit scared.
POV Jasminka:
So that's it Akko is safe, she passed your test, don't try to mess with the others either, ah so it's only if you get a good surprise with food is that right? So you might as well, I know my friends well, now let's take a relaxing bath, the food is waiting for us.
After the baths...
We left the red team's room, we walked to my room, when I opened the door a cake all made for me, chocolate, I can't believe it, even the candles, they thought of a party, I wasn't so surprised because they already said they were going to do something like that, but happy and excited I am.
"Congratulations Jasminka!" They all said.
"We can't forget our friend and colleague for so long, the many things we ventured into this room, the many years we spent being friends, now you deserve a cake like this, we know you'll love to devour it" said Amanda.
"We also heard about the disaster that happened out there, everyone keeps talking about it, damn Akko, you really took care of a hunger demon and managed to feed him to control Jasminka. You're not that dumb" said Sucy laughing.
"Oh fuck you Sucy, I found out at the time she said she was a hunger demon, I took the opportunity to grab the food from the girls' picnics, it looked like some had gathered right on the day to watch the sunset" Akko said to them.
"Hey Jasminka what's it like to have a demon like that? I think I'd love it just to stalk some people, I'd keep it in demon mode all the time to cause the most chaos" said Sucy in her sadistic way and I just shrugged.

"Oh they got what they deserved, Diana's little bitches have to learn not to mess with you too Jas, also with you three, don't you want to plan to give them a change and put them in their place and understand that they can't mess with us?" Amanda said and the three of them denied it with their heads.
"Despite everything I don't want to since it happened at the Samhaim festival and it got fucked up, besides they have all the protection of Diana" Akko said with her cheeks inflated and I took the opportunity to eat the cake.

"Oh come on, don't give me that, Diana has important things to do, I do too and I don't see her more than my friend and also my rival, one day I'll get so good at magic that I'll be at her level, you'll see" I say which ends up causing some laughs from O'Neill.
"Easier even for you two to end up dating and going to bed than for you to actually get anywhere near Diana's level hahahahaha! Ah Akko you are a real comedian... And damn Jasminka you were really hungry, you already ate most of the cake, are you going to do like the fatty from matilda? I don't know," she said, and Jas just kept on eating.
We were enjoying the moment, it's not every day that we eat a cake, even more with potatoes, which is not a normal potato to eat, or even drink some soda, really they brought everything from outside, only the most delicious things, sweets, woah, so it's paradise for Jasminka, I couldn't think of a better gift for her, which also presents us heh, a gift somewhat genius, but seriously... Diana, her having feelings for me, only if it's anger, since I keep giving her reasons to get mad once in a while, it's really just a friendship, I'd never go with her face, it's too aristocratic, gee, even if I know she's not straight, I still have my feet back, there are other nice girls and my focus isn't even that, I just want to find Chariot, because I'm thinking about it now, pointless thing.
"Thank you Akko, you were an amazing person today, one of the nicest friends I met here in Luna Nova, you helped a lot in the training, but I think I really can't do it, until the hungry one here makes up his mind, I won't start, I'll try to make them stop bothering me and maybe I'll start exercising again and get the body I always wanted" she said and I just smile.
"Who knows, maybe the little eagle wants to improve his physical conditioning too, he could hit it better if he didn't keep stuffing my friend's stomach" I say to her, who is laughing at the whole situation.
POV Narrator:
Jasminka's birthday turned out to have a little demonic surprise, things turned out quite different from what was expected, with the hunger demon that was in the girl's body, with some still quite unknown origins she kind of felt there as a kick-start to start what could be said to be a journey of symbiosis with that part of the body.
