Wednesday, 14 February 2018, Luna Nova
The days pass after Diana and Akko spread the posters about the Valentine's Day dance through the halls of Luna Nova, until the day arrives, in the middle of this time the preparations were being done, with the DJ called being Wangari and the LNN team, who would be behind the animation of the event, other girls were also helping Croix with the preparations, the speakers and also a decoration about the day, until the students of Appleton were called, already communicated about how they should prepare for the day, without needing to dress more around clothes to look like class, it was a free moment where everybody could go in a more casual way. After the end of classes all the organization was quickly changed to receive the event and the students went to change for the event that will start at 18:00 in the academy of witchcraft.
POV Akko:
I went to my wardrobe and decided what I was going to wear, I think I'm going to wear high waist trousers, but I'm going to wear this Shiny Chariot t-shirt that has the Shiny Rod design under the t-shirt and also this long sleeve shirt with stripes under the t-shirt, it's going to be cool, I go with my pair of Jordans, it will be too cool today, I got them in the wardrobe, I went in the bathroom changing, putting the clothes I was already getting more excited, it fit me very well, my waist was all fit, then I leave the room and who enters is Lotte.
"Not bad Akko, until you know how to have a bit of style" Said Sucy who looked beautiful too, with high waisted trousers and a cropped, with a jacket on top, it really matched her.
I also decide to get a necklace with the symbol of Luna Nova and put it on my neck, besides looking at myself in the mirror to put my piercings back, it's been a long time since I've used my holes in Helix and also an earring, I put the rings on and it looks really cool, I comb my hair the way I always leave it, with my ponytail up, the fringe thrown to the left and the right side pulled into the ponytail, this way I have my ear showing, wow, it looks really good.
"I didn't know you had holes in your ears" said Sucy.
"Stuff I did when I was younger, my friend Keiko who broke it, you can't do it there if you are underage, but you can always find a way, maybe then I'll be in the mood for the party"

POV Diana:
Finally I can dress the way I want, I grab a pair of high waist jeans, a black t-shirt that has the art of the game Witchy Quest from Super Mahoutendo, I love this game too much, I also grab the classic flannel shirt, this one is passed down from my mum, I even give a sniff and then I put it on, taking advantage that the two are in the bathroom, I decide tae put a boot underneath and I take the opportunity to retouch my eyeliner, today I'm going tae look beautiful, I take a necklace that I never noticed, but also from my mother, that I managed tae take with me... A double Venus necklace, I get all excited, I comb my hair, looking in the mirror I can notice how beautiful I look like this... I even think about the idea and take a brown cap putting it over my hair and I look much better like that, by the nine lesbian witches, I'm perfect for tonight, then the girls end up leaving the bathroom, still nae changed.
"Come on Diana, you really look like a lesbian just by looking at you" Barbara said.
"I wanted tae stay this way, is that a problem?" I tell them shrugging my shoulders.
"I don't see a problem, but you might end up being looked down on by Appleton students, they might talk about you to high society" Hannah said and I just shrugged.
"Fuck it, let them think whatever they want about me, now I am looser and I can be whoever I want, today is a free day sae I can dress the way I want, in fact I look spectacular this way," I say confidently tae them.
"It's kind of nice to see you like this Diana, not for nothing you look beautiful like this, it's going to drive Akko crazy hahaha" Barbara said as I started tae blush.
"Barbara!" I say, already losing my temper and the two of them start laughing.
They then started tae get their clothes from the wardrobe, going tae change while I kept thinking about this prom, it's going tae be a wonderful day, finally it's the first time that I'm going tae be loose as myself, it's going tae be magical, simply dressing as I want, expressing myself as I want, I dinnae need tae stay ahead of social barriers due tae my position, now I'm just Diana Cavendish, without needing tae owe anything for my last name, I'm a free girl.
In the Croix laboratory...
POV Croix:
Wonderful, the preparations are all ready, soon this party will get more lively than you can imagine, I'm already with the machines ready, for now no emotion detected, but I'm sure this event will help me to accumulate a little more to fill the energy of my Noir Rod.
"You'll soon get more load boy and so we'll get closer to our goal" I say this while touching my machine and then I see the time of three minutes coming.

Some time later, when it was time for the ball to start, the girls from Luna Nova had already gathered, and the boys from Appleton were still to arrive...
POV Akko:
I arrived, but where is Diana, I've seen Amanda who is all tomboy, she looks great with baggy trousers and also the baggy t-shirt and a cap from NY, it suits her style until I see in the corridors her appearing in the middle of Hannah and Barbara, both more decorated than her, a bit pompous, but the main highlight was Cavendish herself, wow, she looks beautiful like that, I waved to her a bit silly, the checkered shirt really enhanced her look.
"Hi Akko, you look beautiful today" she said as soon as we stood facing each other.
"Eh... You also look very beautiful today Diana..." I'm even a little embarrassed.
"And attention! Attention, attention! The boys from Appleton to Luna Nova are coming, start shouting that the handsome ones are coming here!" Said Wangari animating the party as a DJ until the music started playing from Alok, just as the boys were arriving.
Wow! Now for the first time I can see them coming beautiful like this, one is hotter than the other, they didn't come as casual as us, but they were stylish, wow, Andrew really was wow... "Dad leave Diana alone, she just lost everything" Andrew said appeasing things.

But it was evident the scowl that Diana was leaving for Paul, she was no longer holding back, confident of how she acted, so much so that he himself left and went to the headmaster's side, while Andrew went to talk to us.
"Sorry about my dad, enjoy the day, he won't be the one to get in the way for you two" Andrew said.
"You're right Andy, we have to forget your father and his comment, after all let's enjoy our moment" I tell him.
"Whatever, come on Akko, will ye dance with me?" she said holding out her hand and I nodded my head, half blushing.
"Enjoy your moment" Andy said and I was getting a bit embarrassed.
Wow, Diana is really loosening up, her movements are not as hard as before, she is really showing a side that I have never seen before, I am really a disaster, dancing just moving my body a little, for the nine witches... I thought I would be the looser one here, but who is loosening up is Diana, I never thought this would happen, she even looks at me and giggles.
"Come on Akko, ye're looser than that, I know it" She said and I'll try harder.
"It's hard Diana, you have no idea" I say embarrassed.

POV Amanda:
As always thrown in a corner without much to do, it won't be today that a girl will show up wanting something, but soon a group of boys arrives in my direction, holy shit are those same ones from the day we invaded, the blond guy, the biggest incel face I've ever seen, he looks like those nerds that fill the bag dressed like that, with the suit he looked more intimidating, but this way he looks like a normal kid, came to me, like his group.

"Well then, do you want to go for a walk at least, we can talk and" She said embarrassed, reaching up to put her fingers together and I already noticed England's intention.
"It took you long enough!" I say excitedly and she got all flushed.
Then I hold her hand and walk to the corridors, giving her some distance, she was freaking out, until I put her against the wall, staring at Hannah's beautiful face, but she holds me by the waist and counter attacks, also showing the same confidence.
"In that game I can also play Yankee" she said, already to make me a little embarrassed.
"Woah! You really want to get to that point don't you?" I say as she stood showing a confident expression and held my chin.

"Amanda!" Hannah said embarrassed.

"It always works, come here Hannah, let's go for a walk, I can take you to more places" I tell her who stands with her arms crossed.
"You wouldn't really take Barbara, would you?" She said, tapping her little feet, how cute.
"And what's the problem, the more women the better, I don't mind being with one, two or three, for me what matters is the moment, why? Are you jealous? You want that Yankee all to yourself?" I tell her that she takes me by the waist and then ends up kissing me again.
"I want you to get on my feet Mandy" She said really with flair and grip, wow, I'm really surrendering to Hannah's ironing, I never thought this girl would be that good of a grip anyway.

POV Akko:
Today is being wonderful, I even managed to loosen up more at the time of dancing, now we are going to eat something, I see Lotte in the background and Andrew's friend arrives at her side and she gets all blushed, the boy even bends down, the cutest thing in the world.

"Oh it's ok my lady, it will be an honour to dance next to you Lotte" said the polite Frank who then took Lotte to dance, already Sucy was well behaved, she stayed close to Constanze and Jasminka, talking to them, Amanda I haven't seen until now.
I was getting some sandwiches, besides a can of monster where Diana and I were eating together looking at the party, we were getting closer and closer, a moment that I would say was pretty magical, until the sandwich was finished, I see Diana's hand there, I decide to act a little, I join my hand with hers, holding hands, which makes me blush, I look at her and she was just looking straight and right at that time Barbara arrives too.
"Look it looks like it's not just Hannah and Amanda who are together that night" Parker said which then Diana and I quickly dropped our blushing hands.
"Tis hee haw na barb, 'twas juist impulse" Diana said blushing, speaking in her funny accent.
"We only did it from nothing, it was for a short time" I say embarrassed.
"I guess love and hormones were at their peak here that day, you have no idea what I saw, I followed Hannah and girls... Amanda caught her by surprise, they must be in the corridors grabbing each other and going at it intensely" Barbara said to us and I was a bit shocked, how come Hannah and Amanda, the most opposite I can imagine, are already hitting it off.
"Hannah has always been like that, she dinnae miss the opportunity tae hook up with someone, with Amanda it seems that it was nae different, ye know that very well Barbara, I dinnae know why the shock, now she has someone tae put what ye two practice hahahaha" Diana said laughing and I was even shocked, what do you mean, I already imagined that these two picked each other up off, but not that it was true.

"Nobody told Hannah to show that picture of Amanda, now she's over there drooling over O'Neill, those two are going to get branded" Barbara said and we just laughed.
"Ah let them have fun Barb, there are a lot of people here too, go and have fun too" Diana said patting her friend on the head as she left the place and walked around the event.
Diana and I are getting some more food, and then we dance a little more, seeing Andrew dancing with a boy was also the cutest thing in the world. Frank stopped dancing with Lotte just to dance with his friend, what a thing, the girls can't stop ungluing themselves from him, what a thing.
"Sometimes I wish I could be like that silly Andrew, just fae the part of being surrounded by girls, but then I think a little and remember that I'm already beside someone wonderful" She said looking at me and I blushed.
"Was that a flirt, Diana?" I say half embarrassed.
"Ah... Nae... Ah juist wanted tae say that ye'r stoatin company" she said, all embarrassed
"You're all cute with that accent you know" I tell her who blushes even more, getting her face closer.
Suddenly I felt a hand pulling my head, which caused Diana and I to press our lips together, and then I could feel her tongue entering my mouth, our tongues touching, her hand on my waist, until we pulled away and saw Constanze and Sucy on our side.
"I was already getting fed up with so much drama, kiss soon" Manbaravaran said.
"Did you pull my head?" I say angrily and she shrugs.
"Well they really needed a little push" said Sucy being Sucy.
"Akko, ah dinnae... Ah dinnae wantae... Ah wanted tae... Akko, ah ahhhhhhh" She was all embarrassed and with that she kind of ran out of the party, I still stood in the same place, kind of tried to put my hand on it but just saw her leaving.
"Diana?" I say half embarrassed.
She must have gone to her own room, I can't believe something like that happened and the party was really livening up, everyone had seen the kiss and were getting an expression even of shock, while I was kind of without reaction, it was all so sudden, damn Sucy, she ruined the whole mood.
"Woah! What is it! We are really having a Valentine's Day party with quite a diversity! Kagari and Cavendish really nailed it! But there may be other couples out there who can do just as well! Let's heat this up!" Wangari said.
"Oh Sucy, you see what you caused, everything was going fine with me and Diana, why did you have to push my head into that kiss?" I say angrily to her who shrugs her shoulders.
"I'm sorry, I didn't expect this reaction from Diana, but you have to admit, it was a good kiss, you could have just stopped, but you kept on making out, even more intensely"
POV Diana:
My first kiss, my first kiss was with Akko, I dinnae believe it, I leaned against one of the walls, getting a bit embarrassed, hiding my face with my hands, I even sat on the floor, that was very good, it was wonderful, I dinnae believe that feeling the lips and the tongue of a girl was that good, Holy Beatrix of all lesbians, I was blessed! I can't believe it! I am in love with Akko. I
look over and see O'Neill and Hannah holding hands and they notice me sitting on the floor.
"What are you doing here Diana? Did the party get boring?" Hannah asks.
"I kissed Akko and I dinnae know how tae go back without sinking in shame" I tell them who are in shock.
"What?" They both say.
"Worse than that I always thought that one day you two would kiss, but then stop being such a shit Diana, go and face Akko, you can't hide forever," said O'Neill.
"I know, it's just that the kiss was accidental, Constanze pushed my head and Sucy pushed Akko's head, we ended up kissing and I liked it, sae did she" I tell them.
"Ah it was just an accident, so it's nothing, go back there and clear yourselves up, damn I already thought you had the attitude to pick up Akko and put the biggest kiss on her" Hannah said.
"I'm going, but what about ye? What are all these marks? In such a short time ye are already like this" I say impressed.
"It's nothing" Hannah said as she was slapped on the arse by O'Neill's hands, these two are still going tae catch each other more intensely.
"I recommend not going back to the blue team room for a while, come on Hannah England, I'll show you how a Yankee does it" Said O'Neill who simply held my friend in her arms and led the way down the corridors.
After this I already know that things are going to heat up between these two, I even get calmer, I start walking back tae the party, where I see that Akko was leaning alone against the wall, getting closer to her, I receive a hug, which makes me calm down, as if a weight was relieved.
"Diana! I thought you weren't coming back," she said emotionally until we were facing each other.
"There's nae point in running away, I dinnae want tae run away... It was just an accident wasn't it... We can still enjoy the party, I dinnae want tae miss the night with ye, ye make me confident to let go and have fun, ye're special tae me Akko"
We even went dancing afterwards, things were a lot calmer, even the music wasn't melodious, playing harder better faster stronger, I love this Daft Punk song, it was even funny tae see Akko sort of acting like a robot while dancing, it made me laugh a lot, moments like that are making me feel more relieved, I can finally feel being myself, today is one of the best days of my life.
In the Croix laboratory...
POV Croix:
This is magnificent, this is splendid, this is wonderful, I can't believe this party is pumping and being the biggest success of all, emotions are running high, I'm managing to fill the horrors of my Noir Rod, who knows how much it's going to load up, it's going up 1% every time it goes on, this keep going, keep your moods like this, wow, who would have thought these girls would get it on, it's really something I didn't expect.
"Thank you all, keep it up and we will manage to change the magic, you are all important parts in an achievement of something that will make everyone's life better!" I say excitedly while I was turning the chair and out of nowhere I see someone behind me.
"So you are using the emotions of others to get something out of it Croix?" Said Chariot who came down here.
"Well it looks like curiosity killed the cat didn't it... You can see how it's working" I tell her.
"Why do you want to do that? Just tell me" she said.
"I just want to change the world for the better, Woodward didn't choose me, but that's not why I won't give up going after my dream and goal, Chariot Du Nord, if you don't stand in my way you won't suffer any consequences, this will all be better for all of us, try to trust me" I tell her who then gets a very denial expression.
"The last time I trusted you I lost my career, trust me this obsession of yours with Claiomh Solais is still going to be your downfall" she said and I shrugged.
"If you hadn't been the undeserving chosen one I wouldn't be here doing this, it's not my fault I'm on this plane, it was life that got me here, it was that damned Woodward, she knew it would cause this and still she made sure to do it" I say to Chariot who passes a hand over his face.
"I will not waste my time arguing with you Chariot, this plan of yours will end up failing and you have to let go of this obsession, get over yourself, it was because of her that even our romance ended, we could be together today, changing the world with Shiny Chariot's career, captivating children, even having our children and you just went down the path of bitterness and envy, I just wish the Croix I knew before I knew how rotten she was real" Said Chariot who was walking out of there.
That Croix is dead Chariot Du Nord... Woodward killed Croix who was hopeful and wanting change, the witches are killing those hopes, so much so that they completely abandoned me when it happened.
POV Narrator:
And the Valentine's Day dance was a success all round, both for the girls who loved the event and were able to cheer themselves up a lot more as well as express themselves better, and also for Croix who managed to make it to the end of the whole party leaving Noir Rod with the 40% level about to get his goal halfway through.
