POV Narrator:
Sunday, 9 December 2018, Luna Nova
After the exploration through the underground of the medieval Luna Nova, the girls took the things back and left them kind of stored, to be better analyzed in the following week, in this case leaving the book in specific still packed and stored to not raise dust, spending the day kind of talking about the exploration and how the place still has a lot to reveal, of what once was the Luna Nova of the past, but that due to the fire of 1517, nothing was left but remains.
Until the so acclaimed weekend arrives, where they will prepare themselves to perform the research in the book and consequently discover more things that are hidden about it, gathering in the blue team's room for the discussion, in one of the last weekends of the year.
POV Akko:
I was already too anxious to see this book, I've been waiting all week for it, we arrived at Diana's room, we all got together, Cavendish even put a plastic glove and started to take the dusty book out of the plastic bag, so much that when we put it on the table, it raised the dust, which made us cough a lot.
"Wow, the book is dustier than everything else, how can we see anything in it?" I ask them.
"Lotte ye use the spirits with the book, I will restore the book later, ye can leave it in the state it was placed" Diana said.
Lotte starts summoning the spirits, which pass through the book, lighting up around it, walking over it, even opening the pages, kind of giving a cool effect of the pages turning, and they're actually quite unreadable in this state, the paper is on its last legs, we're going to have to restore this thing anyway. The book soon closes and the lights stop shining around it, I love the effect the magic does, even today I think it's too beautiful.
"It's a lot, this book was written by Bill Cavendish, from 1517 to 1520, it was three years of research that he was gathering in these pages, the title is "The Council Codex", I don't know more content, but that it contains the blood of each victim in each of the names engraved in it, it was a way of naming, even the spirits were very disturbed, this book has the soul of many witches in it, is a cursed book" said Yanson.
"Cursed book, so we can't read it without risking a curse?" I ask her.
"The curse doesn't affect us from what I've analysed, it's cursed in the sense that souls have been put into it, souls of innocent witches, but it's safe" the blonde said.

The book began to be restored, little by little, the dusty pages that were yellowed and the letters erased appearing, the cover that was brown and full of dust became reddish, with a fabric over it, really a beautiful book, but that has a very cursed content, soon it was closing and wow the title was written right on the front, with letters painted over the fabric.
"Well now let's have a look," Diana said.
"This book is kind of cool" I tell them.
"Apart from the fact that it is written by a deplorable human being and the content of it is horrible at the same time, never judge the book by its cover" Cavedish said.
"Look there, your last name out there, really the spirit was right and so was Hellene, fuck I didn't know you Cavendish guys hunted witches" Amanda said.
"This is a hidden Cavendish past that I am nae the least bit proud of" she replies, and we turn to the first page, showing an introduction.
"A brief introduction to one of our most glorious achievements, a path to how we managed to conquer the great witch academy of Luna Nova and carry out the greatest witch hunt in history that will be documented to give pride to the great The Council, with many honours I am writing this text before we start the invasion to signal what has come to happen, I hope that this book can truly record all of this, we will become the most dominant ideology and attacking evil at its root will be our goal, I hope that future generations can see our achievement and honour us with all of this"
What a cursed man, a way full of himself, we passed to the next page and it was the index, where there were numbered pages and showing a list of all the events, there was quite a lot, it was scary, a planning of the attack, the realization, the victims.
"Where do we go first?" Diana asks.
"I want to go to the victims' page just to see if there is really blood on these pages"
And we actually went to the victims page, the pages in fact, there was a long list with several girls' names, each girl's name was written in ink, but above the name there was a red line passing, that has real blood, on the first page they were all marked, it's cruel.
"Wow, this page even hurts me, sae many lives have been lost, sae many witches who could be doing sae much fae magic, and the worst of it all is that there are sae many of them" Diana said.
"Wow it was really with their blood even, these men are deplorable" Amanda said.
"That's because something much worse must have happened" Hellene said.
At the end of the pages of the victims, we were seeing another page that showed the earnings in gold of all this, they even earned money and were rewarded, now it explains a lot the Cavendish castle, I am even shocked, to think that in the end it was all in the hands of these guys.
"I Bill Cavendish could finally be well rewarded, I have to confess one thing to you in this codex, unfortunately I have an origin with a family of witches, but thanks to this reward I can be honoured and carry with me this huge honour of having enough gold to put an end to everything witchcraft related with the Cavendish and thus restructure everything, those old little houses will give way to an imposing castle and everyone will remember the great Cavendish"
"The castle really was made on top of witches' blood..." Diana said even half shocked.
"I don't want to say anything, but how nice that your house caught fire" Amanda said and everyone stared at her angrily.
"Amanda! This is no time to talk like that" I tell her.
"O'Neill is right, this is the mark of a past and affirmation of the present in how we were very complicit in all of this... I would demolish the castle knowing that, in some ways the fire was good tae happen, in other ways it was horrible, I lost my home, but tae have the privilege and the blood of witches at hand is a price I'd rather nae have" Cavendish said.
"Turn over more pages, let's see what this Cavendish guy wanted" Annabel said.
We went to the last pages, where there was the conclusion part, now it will be very shocking to see and it really was, he himself said that he wanted to annihilate the witches and the attack to Luna Nova was enough for them to escape from there and not have so much power, I'm shocked how he speaks with all the pride what he did.
"Our mission was a success, The Council will have their feet in this place and no one will ever come this way again, I hope those witches are just a history erased, who will be in charge now are we of the Order, with our magic we can judge the whole world"
"And they really succeeded, it was more than two centuries under their ideological domination, many witches were killed and persecuted, this affects us even today, they are still in charge, believe it or nae, they just dinnae have that name and dinnae control the witches, although they do have a little control, yes" said Diana.
"De negotiation between De Hanbridges and Luna Nova that sealed de end of de witch-'unt and reopened Luna Nova was only a ceasefire agreement, dis war itself is never over, we're trying to win by influence, but it's a war we're losing," Hellene said.
"Our traditions have been very weak in comparison tae them, technological innovation has overtaken everything, today magic is seen as a dated and backward practice unfortunately, the influence of these witches was determinant fae us tae be further and further down, but unfortunately that's it, the government would never let us have access tae much, since us getting in the middle is too much intervention apparently" Cavendish said.
"That's not just deir fault no, boeht aye, dey are afraid of the power and ability of witches, we can be as good as any mundane and could be a great 'elp to dem, any technology, boeht unfortunately de older witches dinnae want dat, it's the kind of thing my mother 'as been fighting to change" Hellene said and I've been impressed, finally something I've come to agree more with the witches.
"Let's see more of the book, I want to see the spells" Amanda interrupts, come on, the conversation was raging.
We went through the book anyway, getting to the pages of spells, I could see some of them at a glance, they were spells to cause damage, from what I could see the function of each one was focused on the offensive, fireballs, bone breaking spells, shock waves, sound waves, spells for torture even, these things are too cruel, potions, the worst of it is that some had illustrations of what happened on each page.
"How awful, that's what was going on, how sick these guys are" I say shocked.
"Oh wicked those spells, they do some neat things, imagine attacking someone like that, imagine just breaking their leg just for fun" Sucy said and we all stared at her.
"Sucy!" We shout at her.
"What? You're going to say that you wouldn't have the desire to use this on someone you hate, like Diana used it on her aunt, then she would never bother you again, think about it Diana" said Manbavaran always provoking and being her.
"I won't do something like that, these spells are expressly forbidden and are crimes against magic, besides, they are very specific attacks and are meant for torture, it's inhuman tae do something like that, finally, these spells are quite shocking" Diana said, and I agree, this is too inhuman.
"Not even I with many motives would want to hit spells like that, that's cruel people stuff, if I was going to attack Daryl in a battle I'd rather just have her arrested or killed on the spot, that's it, as much as I hate her, I wouldn't be capable of such a thing," Brooke said.
"Look Brooke, you can get revenge at your mother with this" Sucy teases.
We even left the spells page so as not to give Sucy herself any more ideas, where we started to look at something else, this time it was pages that showed how to join The Council and also their big goal, it's shocking how they managed to conquer Luna Nova.
"To become a member of The Council you have to be the best witch of the order, only the most talented make it, as it takes a lot of skill with magic and no remorse, as our vision is to maintain purity and the total extermination of witches, thus letting no one know about them, so that they fall into oblivion and everyone remembers us as the one in power and control of the world"
The rules that came were even shocking, I didn't even think they had a list of 10 commandments for that, how can people be so immoral, what scares me is that they believed and thought they were the biggest saviours.

Wow what kind of sick commandments, I'm even shocked, how can something like that be an order, well at least we know how it works and how the fire happened, I never thought witches would go through so much.
"This is only the beginning, nae even in the history books has such a thing been mentioned," Diana said.
"And what do we do with the book?" I ask them.
"Let's finish reading, I will go and talk tae teacher Finnelan, she can add this tae history lessons, it could be very important fae the others tae know how things happened, but let's have a few more looks, I want tae see how they did it" Diana said.
We were leafing through the book, this time towards the very beginning, their plan, I want to see everything in detail, gee, I never thought I'd be interested in a book before, this way it seems like the story is cool, even if it's something horrible, I still want to see how it was, so it never happens again or we can prevent it.
A while later...
This was worse than I thought, they were much crueler than I thought they would be, gee, they thought of everything, listed the names, and were already in mind to include in the book before everything, gee, they are pretty cruel indeed, now it shocks me to know that Amanda and I could have a similar fate.
"Gee now I remember, Amanda and when we went to Appleton" I tell her.
"Those guys wearing clothes looking like KKK members, I remember it well, gee those guys could do worse" she said.
"It has nothing tae do with The Council, they're just copycats, that's fae sure, they dinnae have much power, nae tae mention they're a bunch of teenagers, but even sae, they were out of their minds, Andrew told me sae, promise me ye'll never step there Akko, those kids are still dangerous" Diana said and I just gestured for her to calm down.
"I'm not going anymore, only if I need to" I tell her.
"Nae if ye need tae, ye diinnae see it's dangerous" Diana said and she'll Cavenboring again.
"Well let's see more dings, I'm still curious" Hellene said.
Then we calm down and stop arguing, we go through the pages, the planning of the attack was already done, they really elaborated everything, even the kidnapping of the witch to infiltrate Luna Nova, the number of men and everything else, wow, those guns should really hurt.
We enter the part of the attack, they were already coming with everything, entering with cannons and shooting against Luna Nova, now I remember, the source of polaris is all ruined because of the cannons, it makes sense now, I remembered this detail, they even talk about it.
"It all makes sense, the polaris fountain was all destroyed because of the cannons, I remember that there were only a few knocked down remains left" I tell the girls.
"Not to mention dat it is where Arcas is today" Hellene said.
"Arcas? Does the bear from the Chariot cards exist?" Said Diana all confused and I don't even want to remember that moment, it was all scary, I almost became bear food together with Andrew.
"Aye, not only does 'e exist, but 'e is a very nice bear, 'e loves my presence, it's a pity dat some people treat 'im so aggressively, 'e just wants 'is place, to eat 'is food, 'e is a cuddly bear, Chariot has been caring 'im since 'e was a baby" Hellene said.
"Chariot? What do ye mean Hellene?" said Diana, a little suspicious.
"Ah I've been 'ere in Luna Nova a few times, my mum knows Chariot, dey are like really good friends, it's really cool, she taught me magic too, we used to play videogames together, 'ere in Luna Nova I used to walk with Arcas, I was still de biggest kid, but I can remember dose dings" she said.
"Let's just see a bit more of the book, focus people" I say the two of them so as not to cut too much into Diana's mood of suspicion, she must have a pretty strong suspicion there by the looks of it.
As they read another chapter of the book...
That's enough reading for me for today, I'm already traumatised, I don't care anymore, this was something that is unthinkable for a human to do, it was beyond cruel, it makes even the guys from Appleton and Daryl look like two saints next to The Council, by the nine witches, just don't... Ahhhh.
"That's OK Akko, it's just a few words" Provokes Sucy.
"You have a fetish about these things, don't get me involved in these weird things - I tell her and she laughs, and then Diana closes the book.
"I think that was too much fae today" Diana said and we all nodded.
"I was afraid of it because I was forced to do it, but you know, I want to smash the faces of those who hunted them into the ground now," said Amanda.
"Worst of all is knowing dat dey never paid fae what dey did, on de contrary, dey are praised fae it all, but de older witches make a point of not giving de names and faces of those who did, only de main ones who caused a lot of damage, but dere are many names dat are hidden, simply because some are from witch families" Hellene said.
"That's why we have tae revise the whole history, it's nae fair that we dinnae know about it, we have tae study history in order nae tae repeat the mistakes of the past" Diana said.
After everything Cavendish closed the book and left it on a shelf and now yes a relief of this climate, we were even a little bit dull, this book left the whole climate dead, I didn't expect it to cause the greatest impact, but it did and a lot, I'm even with enough fear ... Anyway, I think I'd better breathe a little, we were even looking at each other.
"Wow, dat was it then? De book is about a witch hunter who caused de most damage to us" said Hellene.
"Worst of all is knowing he has my blood, I can't believe I can have a family with such a shitty past" Diana said.

"Look, for Daryl to exist like that, there must have been something bad going on in the Cavendish family, so there must be some recent rot that made her this way, I am sure of it, do you know anything about her grandparents, or great-grandparents?" McLaren asks, trying to lighten the mood.
"I dinnae know much and I dinnae even remember, that's the worst, well anyway, let's play a little, we still have all day" said Diana.
POV Maril:
I found a gold mine, I don't believe it, I can get a few more things, maybe even help my mother, these spells can be useful for her to torture Diana, I get all excited, but I have to find a way to read this book myself, so I can pass the information to my mother, she can win this battle, they won't even know how to defend themselves, nor will they expect a spell.
"I'm going girls, I don't think I'm going to play now, and I'm going to take a walk to my HRT" I tell them.
"Ah all right Brooke, the book was pretty anti climatic really" Diana said.
"Do you want to take a bath with me Brookie?" I just nodded my head. Mirage is very insistent these days.
"You know the answer Mirage" I tell her.
"If you want help with the injection just call us," Jeanne said.
I was just pretending, but in reality I want to pass the information, I managed to take the picture of some pages, I think it will be very useful, I arrive at the room, with my mobile phone I'm sending the pictures to my mother, she'll love to see this, she'll be drooling when she hears about these new ones.

I send a message to her and then I block the mobile phone, I look at the window and I'm just thinking, well, in spite of everything these days have been really nice, I've never had so much fun as I've been going through this Brooke girl, it's strange, I feel alive, but this is just a temptation.
I have to resist to that, I can't like it, but it's different, I feel a different freedom, I see that she is so sweet, to be sweet is a good feeling, my mother never addressed me with the same affection that they speak to me.

POV Daryl:
The boy is using magic, I see traces of magic, I don't know what he is planning, but I have to search the captivity, or else change the place, but at this time it is too risky, there is no place that holds better and has a better view than this.

"I will check your captivity, if there is something suspicious I will punish you" I tell him.
And he just shrugs, he is just accepting, before he was a crybaby, but now he is very calm, I go checking things, there is nothing hard on the mattress, I thought there might be a knife, go figure, I just see some loose wires on one side and on the other, chain thing, I don't have time to repair this thing, my workers are already adjusting other things in the factory, there is nothing on the floor either, not even in the drain, wherever the boy is... I know where it could be.
"Drop your trousers" I tell him who denies with his head.
"What do you want to know? I have a dick, you know that, you must have seen it while I was peeing or washing myself in the shower" he said.

POV Brooke:
I hate it, she's just doing a whole groping on me, without my consent, she squeezed into everything, stuck her fingers in so deep and it hurt, after she pulled out I was even relieved, but I watched her walk away and breathed a calming breath.
"Okay, you don't seem to be playing anyway, but I know you're using magic around here" She said and I just shrug.
I look at the video game on the floor, by the pieces, I'm not even a little frustrated, in fact this is very good, I open the casing of the video game, she neither to bring something that deceives better, a brick game only without batteries, but I open and notice that it has inside precisely a calculator.

This one's brain melted so much that he just went to have fun with a calculator, what an imbecile, it's too pathetic, I just wait to see how funny it will be to see him doing that, but anyway, I have things to do, I think it's better and more productive to watch TV, so I can use my time more... Ahhhhhh, I can't wait for the plan to work, the Green Man curse will be very useful for me.
POV Narrator:
The book the Codex of The Council was opened, in the more an account of how the invasion and fire of Luna Nova of 1517 was that impacted society to this day and how a group of witches can be capable of causing the worst, this which ended up making things worse too as Daryl now knows new spells based on the book as Maril disguised as Brooke passed on information.
