Friday, 25 January 2019, Luna Nova
The week was going on in Luna Nova, the tension rose up and a lot to all of them, now that Daryl passed a deadline for when he would kill Brooke, it was starting a rush to save the girl, so much that Diana has not given up the leadership, making a point of waiting whatever it takes to do so, besides that they started the search for the surroundings of the forest, since it may be there that Cavendish hid in view of how was such a hiding place, they were all having a base. In the middle of these searches, Chariot after a long day of work decides to pay a visit to Croix, since it had been many days since she visited her friend in prison, now with a totally new environment, where things may be revealed.
POV Chariot:
I arrived here at the prison, as usual I'm searched, I go in there, I go through the guards, I imagine there must still be a lot of things to do, I leave my belongings with the receptionist and go through a corridor, there was another prisoner there, she kind of comes up to me, I have no idea what it is, but I decide to just go to her too.
"You must be Chariot, come with me, Croix wants to see you in her cell" Said the other prisoner.
I decide to go with the girl, she seems a little intimidating, I confess, but let's see how this goes, I walk down the corridor, seeing the several cells, until I stop at a door, the cells are very different, the other prisoners also seem more intimidating, anyway, I think it must be around here, I hope that nothing happened to Croix, she told me that everything was ok, but I still suspect what's going on around here.
I get to Croix's cell, where the prisoner opens the door for me and I see that she was with her back looking to the window, what I enter and go to the same.
"You came here finally, I was waiting for you Chariot, I have to talk some very important things with you" She said who then turned to me and even offered a hug,
We hugged together, I felt a little more relieved, now she is in a much more decent and comfortable cell, better than the old one and with much more stuff, then I sit on a sofa that is there and Croix sits in an armchair next to it, I kind of appreciate the quality of the visit.
"Would you like some tea?" Said Croix starting to fill a cup of tea and I just nodded not to accept.
"So what would that important thing be? And wow, this cell of yours is way beyond the previous one, it should be" I tell her who then takes a deep breath.
"Do you know why all this? Why I started making this plan? To have stolen your magic and all, you might think it was all a greed for Claiomh Solais, but it wasn't quite like that Chariot, I have to reveal to you that the hole is much deeper than you think, both April, Laura, and Rosemary know that" Meridies said to me and I got a bit of an idea.
"What would that be? Besides the greed for the Shiny Rod, you must have had a good reason for all this, right?" I ask her as she finishes drinking her tea and stands up.
"The boss... You must have already heard Laura telling you about that, well, I wanted to get to him, if there was something that made me more devastated than being without Claiomh Solais it was this so called boss that has been controlling the magic, I wanted to find out who was and so finish with him, but I couldn't have the slightest idea, I wanted to find out who it was and so finish him, but I couldn't have the slightest idea, since this so called boss was always disguising himself with his voice and everything, it became my obsession, day after day I wanted to find him, that's why I was giving in and doing the missions he asked, I wanted to win the trust of this boss, I knew that was more important than getting anything else, so important that I lost you Chariot..." "I know... How did I know that, but I thought it would be an effort that would not be worth Chariot Du Nord, I knew that this person was behind I did not want to let this all continue to happen, I wanted to change the world, more than was limited, I went beyond the step that I could give, but it was all for a greater good, this

I started to eat some of the cookies and drink the tea that was very good, I didn't expect that Croix's cell had so many things and even a cupboard with food, that's a privilege of those, even more for someone who was suffering a lot, I hope that everything gets better, but this obsession with the boss will end up making everything worse, Laura, Croix, they have to follow and put another plan in mind, even more that the girls are doing a good job.
"I ended up losing everything now Chariot, my money I used to indemnify one by one the families that I ended up affecting with Dream Fuel Spirit, I was the biggest millionaire, but I had to make the right choice, I ruined a lot of people's lives, Chariot's fans, kids that are still adults and everything else, these people had their dreams ruined because of me" She said and I even took Meridies hand.
"You made the right choice Croix, I just hope this obsession of yours and Laura with the boss doesn't end up getting to the point where it gets them killed or worse, these are dangerous people" I tell her who smiles again.
"I know, but they are people in power, we have to take them out if we want the witches' revolution, that's why I say that we should go with everything against this system, not only for the actions of making their presentations and showing the world a renewed face of magic, but also taking out of power these kind of people, before things get even worse, we will always be boycotted by those in power, just see how your career never took off because of these witches, or how I was treated in Luna Nova for being the witch who wanted to make Magi-tech something real" She said and I completely understand.
"I know that Croix, I'm just saying that this obsession was uncontrolled and immature, Laura was never that kind of action, she didn't ally herself with the enemy once to try to dismantle him and neither did she ruin the lives of many people to pretend better" I explain to her.
"I know, I understand it was a big mistake of mine and I even regret it, that's why I won't do anything like that anymore, it's better I just go on with another plan even more so that the boss must have already known I was on Laura's side and that I might be planning something else, that's why he discarded me and fooled me all this time, I think I learned a valuable lesson of not trusting anyone" She said and I put my hand on her shoulder.

Then I even see her getting a little frustrated face, but I'll be a little nice, I give a little kiss on the cheek and then I turn to give a kiss on Croix's mouth, I couldn't resist, those lips always enchant me, it's like a trip to a distant place, but anyway, I think it's better I concentrate here and don't tempt me, I push her back, but without first taking a groping on my buttocks.
"Croix!" I tell her giving her a telling off as she shrugged her shoulders.
"I couldn't resist, what's good has to be touched" she said.
"Now it's serious, tell me more about the days here, I want to know everything" I say curious and sitting in her armchair.
After a long time of talking...
Things have improved a lot, I really wish the best for Croix, she deserves all this affection, she did so much for us, finally I think I'll go after this, it was a nice day of visits, the atmosphere wasn't so heavy, despite all the revelation, at least it was all clear in my head, disappointed I am, but what's past is over.
"And so the days have been great, the tricky thing is having to get into some fights, but they are always sporting, I still lose a lot, but I think I can win from here on out" she said telling of the fights.
"It won't break your pretty little face, you know how precious it is, but I'm glad you're getting along well with the prison people, so maybe you can get better here and away from those guards"
"My next fight I make dedicated to you" She said and I went over to give Croix a little tap on the shoulder.
"Croix! You silly girl, be careful not to go out with your face all broken hahaha" I tell her laughing.
We hug one last time, signalling that I was going home, this time I don't know when I'll visit her again, but anyway it was a fun day, it was less morbid and we spent more time together, still had all quality food, this is really good, felt like a weight coming off me, I face Croix and give her a really deep hug, all fucked up.
"I think it's time to go now, it was good to see you like this Croix, I hope you get better, you're really growing as a person" I tell her
I wave to her and go leaving the cell, where there was the same prisoner that was called by Croix to escort me out, even a security guard she has, it's very interesting to know that she is slowly conquering her reputation around here, so that will be very good, she this way lives more with dignity, I hope she can someday live in peace, I think she should look for the cure of Wagandea's curse, she is so bad, she deserves to have a second chance to fly a broomstick, after all that day she sacrificed herself for me and Akko.
POV Croix:
Now Chariot knows the truth, I can't leave her out of this, since always she was the one who was being targeted too, as much as me, well now at least things are much calmer, this way I really think I can come out of this well, I sit down and start to reflect, until I hear some knocking at the door, I let it in and it was Hailey.
"Croix the big sister wants to talk to you" Hailey said.
I even change the tone, this time it is really important, I go walking with Hailey, to the big sister's room, passing by there I see her sitting in an armchair, exactly like the first day, now that I conquered more reputation around here due to the fights and some more services I believe that I can be promoted even more, who knows, maybe stay in an even more luxurious cell.

I then leave her room, being released, now I have a new plan in mind, I will go after this jade and hope Akko can find this fifth word, or else I would never know who is the boss, now I know it is a woman, a witch, as I suspected, so we have a boss among us, all we need now is to know her identity, I return to my cell and I already send messages to Laura, April and Rosemary in our group.
[Me: I found out something about the boss guy, it's a woman, big sister intends to tell more, only we'll need to make a plan for that] 17:50

[Laura: I already knew it was a woman, that's witch stuff, I'm sure she's got some pretty conservative motivation for all this, from boycotting BGP, to what she made you do Chariot's career, I'd even say she might even be behind Akko lately, I've been noticing how she's constantly being undermined by Luna Nova, it seems like she's a target 100% of the time, the teachers treat her with much more inferiority than any other normal student, it even amazes me how she puts up with all this dehumanization and still has motivation to move on] 17:53
I really noticed that too, when I was a teacher, I could notice how she went through these things, I still think she's a failure as a witch, but lately she's been showing the opposite, I just hope Akko can swim against the tide, she deserves to succeed for being the amazing witch she is. Anyway I think that's it for today, now I'm anxious to know how this will end.
Far from there in the forest of Arcturus, in Daryl's hiding place:
POV Daryl:
They really aren't giving in for nothing, they still keep looking for me, this way I'll never achieve my goal, I'm thinking they'll really sacrifice the stench in the name of this thing, who would have thought it, I'm no longer surprised by this world, I didn't expect this from them.
"Daryl Cavendish, your plan is failing, your daughters were arrested, your only resource is a girl that you kidnapped and use as a bargaining chip, this way you'll never get what I want, don't let me down, this is the last chance I give you, if you fail I see no choice but to erase you" Said the voice that was a little shaky and scary, it was the boss, I went looking around.
"Where are you? Reveal yourself, I will accomplish the goal" I say half desperately.
"This is your last chance Daryl Cavendish, or else you will pay with your life, I don't want any incompetents around here, now get this job done right" The boss made it clear, intimidating, I couldn't even notice his presence around.
I take the revolver and fill the comb with five bullets, just to scare Brooke more, I take a camera and walk to the kid's captivity, he as always sitting looking at the wall, how retarded, when I enter he just stayed in the same position, I soon give him a call.
"Boy turns here" I tell him who is even startled by the barrel of the gun.
"What is this? Are you going to intimidate me again?" he said and I aimed the gun at his hand.
"Diana let this message be very clear, either you will give in as a leader or he won't come back in one piece from here, I think you better think before wasting your time here" I tell her while filming.
I change the aim to the boy's foot and shoot him with everything, he begins to cry and to squirm in pain, that's what I wanted to see, I even walked towards him who was with his hand on the wound, where I get closer and bring the gun right in his face while I shot and saw the boy's crying face.
"Fuck you, you bastard, you can shoot all you want, Diana won't give in, Diana for all that's good don't give in, don't let yourself be blackmailed by this woman, be strong, I know I can die in this, honestly I wouldn't be sad to" I punch this stench in the face to shut him up once and for all.
"Awww what a cutie the boy is willing to die because of you, but don't listen to him, or you want the life of this poor innocent girl who had so much future to go away, don't be narcissistic Diana, it's just a piece of paper, you know where to get it" I say the shot then I finish filming everything and I could only see the boy crying, I even leave there leaving a gauze for him to close the bleeding at least.
POV Brooke:
A gunshot hurts a lot, I go to where the gauze is, I take the bullet out with magic and start bandaging it just like using magic to heal enough that it gave, but it did a huge damage, at least I was able to repair the broken bones, but the flesh itself will take a long time, I cover it with the gauze after cleaning the wounds and stare hatefully at the door.
"You seem to have turned out very well, make sure you don't die with that bruised foot, if Diana lingers you already know what you're going to have next week, now I'm going to start torturing you step by step" She said walking out of there.
This pain is horrible, but I'll get over it, now I have something perfect, this gauze is a perfect way to create something else to disguise, I can cover the wires and devices with it, so Daryl will never notice, my plan really is perfect like this, wonderful.
Let her torture some more and soon she'll know what death is, my whole escape machine is ready, she doesn't ask for waiting, this captivity will be the last place she'll appear alive from here.
"Damn her! You'll suffer for all this" I shout loudly so she can hear from outside the captivity.
A little away from there, another person was tasting what freedom was all about, this one beingMerrill, who after so long being imprisoned, she was going to experience the chance to be free,
totally free this time, being surprisingly sought out by someone who was waiting for her outside theWCI agency...
POV Merrill:
It's today, it's today that I'll be free, I can't believe that after so long I'm finally getting out of here, I hear the keys to the cell room open, from there Officer Morris appears, she comes with a key to my cell.
"Congratulations Merril Cavendish, ye are free now" Said Officer Morris releasing me.
"Maril, I hope all these days talking to you can solve something, think about Brooke's life, think about others and not just your nose, an innocent life is going to die, another innocent life will be dead because you insist on not saying anything, the mother will kill you anyway and you will die as a bootlicker of your mother" I tell her.
"Whatever, just leave me alone, I don't care to see your face here anymore, at least I'll be free of listening to you talking shit in my head" She said.
I went all excited, I arrived at the room outside, where Rose was handing over my things, clothes, a suitcase, even documents, with some money, I am happy, I can start again here, she even gave me a nice hug after everything.
"Thank you for giving me this opportunityAgent Morris" I tell her.
"I say the same Merrill, ye have helped us a lot, now enjoy yer freedom, dinnae forget anything we talked about, maybe ye can start yer life again" she said with her hand on my shoulder.
I'm going to start again, even though I don't have any schooling I can try, I think that if everything goes right I can one day be a better person at least, I walk around the agency, now without handcuffs, now with my hands free, I go outside, I feel the cold winter air for the first time, rising in my nostrils and freezing them, but now I'm free.
"Free! At last!"- I shout in celebration.

"You have no idea how much I regret everything, how much I love that you did all this for me Aunt Laura, I don't deserve this" I say all emotional and she was just caressing my back with all the love in the world.
"We still have a lot of dings to solve, you can study to finish school and do a supplementary school, den we'll go after college or something like dat, it's never too late to start a new life" she said smiling at me.
"I really wanted to be a fashion stylist, it was my dream since I was a child, but my mother forbade me to do that, she wanted me to be a queen, not to work for anyone, not to choose such a career, that I should have my stylist, although I would end up being her stylist" I say to Mrs McLaren.
"You can stay at 'ome and we'll also find your other mother, maybe you'll be safe with 'er, if she receives you well, I'll do everything to give you a dignified life Merrill, you deserve everything good, now you're free of de chains dat Daryl put on you" said the aunt and I was feeling all happy.
"I don't know what to sayAunt Laura, you are the best aunt in the world, even after all this, you still treat me with respect and better than my mother ever did" I say this to her who smiles at me.
"Well it's because I see what it's like to live like dis, I know you were a victim of it just like your stubborn sister, I will 'elp you both 'owever it's needed, now let's go for a drive and eat something tasty, you must be 'ungry, we could treat ourselves to a bucket of chicken from KFC, what do you dink?" Said the aunt and I nodded my head, I was feeling like a child again.
POV Narrator:
And once again Croix receives a visit from Chariot, this time everything was revealed, Meridies' plan was something to try to overthrow the supposed boss that was discovered another detail about the person, being in fact a woman, a possible witch, who is behind everything that has been happening of late and bad in magic, but with the group of girls who are fighting for the witches' revolution something big is about to happen.
See you, prison witches...
