Naomi then pressed a few times on her watch. Suddenly, an image of Aelita when she was 3 and Naomi when she was 4 in a room in the S-FIT building appeared on screen. Naomi then turned the audio on and pressed play.
"Hey Aelita. Are you okay? You seem sad." Naomi questioned.
"I'm fine." Aelita denied.
Aelita then plastered on a fake smile.
"I know what your doing. Your putting on a fake smile so I'll think nothing's wrong." Naomi noticed.
"How did you know?" Aelita queried.
"I do that all the time; I actually did that earlier." Naomi answered.
Just then Dr. Kamizono walked by.
"Hi dad." Naomi greeted.
Dr. Kamizono waved at Naomi and smiled. Naomi fake smiled back. Dr. Kamizono then went back to his work.
"And that's how it's done." Naomi smirked.
Aelita sighed.
"How about we talk this out over a couple of lollipops?" Naomi offered.
Naomi then pulled out a red and pink lollipop out of her left jean pocket.
"Do you want cherry or bubblegum?" Naomi asked.
Aelita then pointed to the pink one.
"Okay, bubblegum for you it is then." Naomi remarked.
Naomi then handed Aelita the pink bubblegum flavored lollipop. Aelita tried taking the wrapper off, but after a little bit of struggling, Aelita handed the lollipop to Naomi who opened it and handed it back to her.
"Yeah, you get tired of dealing with things and people after a bit of the experiment stuff. So, you ready to talk?" Naomi asked while putting her hands behind her head.
Aelita nodded.
"Daddy started experimenting on me a few months ago. For some project he calls 'Lyoko'. He keeps telling mommy it's better to place the data in me since I can protect myself by running. Unlike hard drives, backup discs or USB's that can't protect themselves." Aelita admitted.
"Man, that sucks, your dad is using you just because you can run. You can't fight adult men, your only 4." Naomi stated.
"What about you?" Aelita asked while pointing her lollipop at Naomi's face.
Naomi then remembered being shocked by blue electricity earlier and the massive amount of pain she felt when she was done. It was so bad she fell out as soon as she was done, she still couldn't move her left leg at all. All she could do was limp that day. When Naomi went to sit down, she found she couldn't get back up. she didn't want to tell Aelita about that, so she just talked about the good things that happened.
"Oh, nothing much, just talking with my siblings, playing strategic board games, charades, word games- "but Aelita cut Naomi off.
"What's 'the word game'?" Aelita asked.
"The word game is where you say the longest word you can think of. We sometimes do categories like animals, foods, the periodic table of elements is my personal favorite. I think you should know a lot of those, would you like to try?" Naomi suggested.
Aelita nodded her head up and down happily.
"Okay, it's settled then. Let me see, um, arsenic." Naomi started.
"Beryllium." Aelita added.
"Carbon." Naomi added.
"Dysprosium." Aelita added.
"Europium." Naomi added.
"Fluorine." Aelita added.
"Gallium." Naomi added.
"Helium." Aelita added.
"Indium." Naomi added.
"Krypton." Aelita added.
"Lithium." Naomi added.
"Magnesium." Aelita added.
"Neodymium." Naomi added.
"Oxygen." Aelita added.
"Plutonium." Naomi added.
"Radium." Aelita added.
"Silicon." Naomi added.
"Tantalum." Aelita added.
"Uranium." Naomi added.
"Vanadium." Aelita added.
"Xenon." Naomi added.
"Yttrium." Aelita added.
"Zirconium." Naomi finished.
"That was fun! Even though we couldn't cover all the letters." Aelita cheered.
Naomi then gave Aelita her signature 'I know your hiding something' look.
"I know you enjoyed that game; I also know that you didn't tell me the entire story." Naomi noticed.
Aelita nodded sadly.
"Daddy didn't give me a choice, he said something about 'if you don't do this, we'll all be dead'." Aelita sobbed.
Naomi then put her right arm over Aelita's shoulders and pulled her into a hug as Aelita started crying. Naomi then ended the video as she started getting embarrassed about the 'being emotional support' thing.
