"What did you say?" Copen asked.
"What the fluff!? How can you hear me!?" Naomi shouted.
"Because your com is still in your ear, I hacked it though so I could hear what you were saying. Also, about the you'd rather be related to Moniqa thing, that building is the only thing keeping me from tearing you apart." Copen fumed.
Naomi then took her com out of her ear and crunched it with her right foot. Afterwards Naomi dusted her hands.
"And that's the end of that." Naomi spoke.
Right after Naomi crushed her com and dusted off her hands Zeno walked over to see what the commotion was all about.
"What was that all about?" Zeno asked.
"Look for yourself." Naomi answered while pointing to Copen through the building's glass wall.
Zeno looked down to see Copen angrily shouting and pointing his left index finger at Naomi. Zeno then turned to look at Naomi who was rolling her eyes.
"How did he find us!?" Zeno panicked.
"Um, Naomi, you have this weird gray button on the back of your shirt. Is that supposed to be there?" Gunvolt asked.
"Huh, where?" Naomi asked.
"I'll get it." Gunvolt insisted.
"I've got it." Naomi protested.
Naomi felt around on her back until she felt something on the back of her shirt under her ponytail. When Naomi grabbed the button she looked at it and saw that the object was gray, round, an inch wide, a centimeter thick and it had a red ring that was beeping around the center of the button that you push down to activate it.
'Wait, if he managed to put this on my shirt, and he didn't do this earlier. Did he find my other things!?' Naomi worried.
Naomi dashed to the elevator, only to find it shut off. Naomi then turned around.
"Okay, seriously! Who turned off the elevator this time!?" Naomi growled.
Naomi turned her head to see Zeno whistling and slowly walking away from the on/off switch for the elevator. Naomi then walked up to Zeno.
"Okay, that's the last time Zeno. I gave you several warnings, you didn't listen to any of them. So now, I'm going to turn the elevator on, shove you in it, make the elevator go to the ground floor and lock it." Naomi threatened.
Zeno gulped before nodding at Naomi. Naomi had threatened him before, but never like that. Naomi turned around and noticed the fear in Zeno's eyes. It wasn't much, but it was enough to make her realize what she did was wrong and that she had to apologize.
"I'm sorry Zeno. I just have a short fuse. But that's no excuse for my actions. So, I apologize and understand if you don't want to work with me again." Naomi apologized.
"Why would I not want to work with you anymore just because of a minuscule outburst?" Zeno asked.
"Because nobody deserves to put up with that." Naomi answered.
Naomi then walked to the elevator.
"Where are you going?" Gunvolt asked.
"I have no choice but to face the situation head on. And he's probably going to try to kill me. But knowing him, all he can do is try." Naomi answered.
Naomi put on her red battle gear and walked out the door.
