The doll was lying face down. As Ianto turned it over with one finger, he gasped in shock. It was Jack, right down to his coat.

"Oh Jack, how did this happen? I told you to be careful." Tenderly Ianto

picked up the small plastic figure, staring at it mournfully. "I hope Tosh can figure out what did this and fix you. I don't know if you can hear me, but try not to worry. At least you're in one piece." Jack looked a bit mucky so Ianto carefully cleaned him with his handkerchief before tucking him into his pocket.
