This one involves them talking to someone who wants to know more about what they do and how life in hell is, time to meet the holy man himself and No! I do not mean Christ or the Lord Almighty. Enjoy reading folks.
Helluva Loud Adventures.
(Royal Woods St. Herald Church.)
The man who runs the place Father Roland P. Chisel and he greets off a woman who had just finished confessing her actions. "Just take some time for what had happened, a loss is not an easy thing to come by and I hope you and you're daughter will do fine, Mrs. Éclair."
The woman is named Bella Éclair – A tall adult with fair skin, two pairs of eyelashes, brunette curly hair, a pair of white sunglasses, black earrings, a small jacket with an orange dress and long black boots.
The woman wipes away some tears. "Thank you father Chisel and I'll go and check if my daughter, Cristina is doing fine as well. Knowing Collin is gone is….. Is not gonna be easy for the both of us. Goodbye Father Chisel."
The priest nods and he watches the woman walk off, and he heads back inside, but then a portal opens in front of the church. "This is it then."
Bella sees this and she knows what was happening, and then coming out is Lincoln, Luna, Loona, Blitzo, Moxxie and Millie. The demon crew of I.M.P.
Bella is shocked by them, but she then walks off to leave them be, she does recall that Lincoln had a crush on her daughter. 'Huh, he is kinda cute with that white hair.'
Lincoln and the others look to the priest and they all look to each other. "So, are we really doing this shit?" asked Blitzo.
"He's the man who advised the whole restraining order against the McBride's" replied Loona. "The best thing we can do is to hear what he has to say about us, and Lincoln trusts him, which means I trust him as well."
"Same here dude" said Luna. "Now, let's go and see what the holy man of the words of god has to say." They then walk towards the priest and the man smiles seeing them.
"Hello and Good afternoon fellow residents of the world of sinners, and welcome to the church. It is good to see all of you and to finally speak to all of you. I was also expecting that the rest of the demons would come as well."
"Yeah, Charlie and Vaggie have a hotel to run alongside Alastor, no clue where Angel Dust and Cherri Bomb are and Stolas is busy with his family alongside his daughter Octavia" replied Moxxie.
The priest nods. "Then I hope with whatever conversation we have can be given word to your friends as well. Now, before we talk about what needs to be spoke, I would like to know if going into the holy place of god will harm any of you" asked the priest.
"Only one way to find out!" Blitzo then grabs Moxxie and Millie. "Charge!"
"What are you doing?!" yelled Moxxie. They go into the church and Blitzo trips and he falls flat onto the ground and Moxxie and Millie land in front of the cross with Christ on it.
"Huh, we're still alive" said Millie. "Wow! How the heck are we still alive?"
The priest is also surprised. "How in the name of the lord are the rest of you still alive?"
Lincoln then clears his throat. "I know. I spoke with Alastor after school today and before we came here and he told me that he's been into a church before. He said that back in olden days, demons would be harmed by any place that is marked by god or is a sign of something holy. But with humanity changing and with everything going on, times change for demons as well."
"So, technically you'd have to be someone who is an expert at demonic exorcisms or a priest who knows how to handle demonic powers that normal priests cannot. Also, with everything being changed in both the world of the living and the world of sinners, demons are harder to kill now with all of humanity have sinned way too many times."
"Let it be from wars or something else unholy throughout history, and therefore the demons in hell today are not gonna be an easy thing to take down, unless you're an angel or someone who has the words of wisdom from the big man above, or anything at ranks with Satan."
The priest is shocked to hear this and so are the others. "Holy shit that is some good information kid" said Blitzo. "So can I do this?" He places his hands in the holy water. "Ha! This is fun." He keeps dipping his hands in there.
"Sir, please stop that" said Father Chisel.
Lincoln sighs. "Blitzo, please behave."
Blitzo sighs. "Fine, this is no fun anyway." He then stops and they walk around the place. "Looks like anything here can't hurt us."
Millie sees the candles onto the statue of Mother Mary. "I always thought she was a horrible woman, but seeing her like this makes her look not so bad. I guess the words and rumors from other old fashioned demons was a lie."
Luna and Lincoln then have some candles and they also light them and place them in front of the statue, they still show signs of respect towards this place.
"Thank you again for coming, and now I know that the demons of this new generation cannot be easily taken down" said Father Chisel.
"Well, we owe you for helping Lincoln get out of that mess those two McBride's were dragging him into, and I also have to say thanks for what you did" replied Loona.
"All in a good days work, I did what I had to. Those two had no idea how the boy is feeling and how to help comfort him and that they only cared to take him away from those who saved him from a horrible demise, and I do hope they will stop what they do before it gets out of hand" replied Father Chisel.
"I have always respected their choices and even tried to guide them out of the issues they made, but they always go back to the same old advice from the woman who is trying to stop them from going overboard with their actions. Heck, even Doctor Lopez told them to ease off on things with Clyde, but it doesn't seem to work and they keep following the old advice she gave them long ago, which is something Lopez regrets so much."
Lincoln sighs. "Yeah, that sounds about right, but we know what happens if they do try something like take me and Luna away from our demon family again right?"
"Yes I know as well and I know it's all necessary and the right thing, and perhaps even teach them a lesson. I too feel bad for Clyde and what he has to handle every single time" replied Father Chisel. He then sits onto the seats and so do the others. "So, before I must ask, what is it you all want to know from me?"
Moxxie asks first. "Yeah, why do you wanna talk to us? Well, besides what you know about us being immune to church stuff and holy things."
Chisel nods. "Yeah, well I wish to know as well as the holy community on what the condition of hell is. Like myself, I wish to know what hell is like. Is it truly a vile land of fire, ashes and torment for the sinners in the hands of demonic power?"
"Yes and No" replied Millie. "The land is a place of torment, but rarely any fire unless someone lights a building on fire or some homeless demons are starting a camp fire to stay warm. The torment part are being made outside of the city, which is either via crucifixion or through other old fashioned arts of pain and suffering, which are all being held by the orders of the head honcho of our land."
The priest nods. "I see, so what does hell look like?"
"A city" replied Loona.
The priest is confused. "I'm sorry, did you say a city? Like, a common city here on earth?"
"Yup, but in hell the city is so fucked up, there is little to know what to do or how to handle everything! So, being a demon or sinner is the best option and letting out the inner demon within to fight off anyone who wants to fuck with you!" said Blitzo.
"We got all the inappropriate and sinful things that makes hell….. Well, hell and when things happen in hell it turns to bullshit real fast" said Moxxie. "Also, there are some territorial wars for city areas or bodings, mostly in the hands of upper class demon mob bosses such as the serpent inventor."
The priest is shocked by this. "Whoa. Okay, well that is good to know. I guess when things change in earth, things change in hell and now hell is more like a place to live in and survive that a place to get tortured."
Luna then asks. "Who are you working for?" This gets the attention of all of them and they all feel like this is something even they're demon friends want to know.
"It's that obvious huh? Well, you're smart to ask that" replied Father Chisel. "After the whole court incident and to the fact that half the world has seen it, I was called by the Vatican and the United Nations to know more about the conditions of demonic power, they wanna know if it is a threat such as the Nazis' were or it might be just some common terrorist act."
Lincoln then chuckles and so do the others. "Them? They called you to know about this?"
"Wow! And I thought you worked for some kind of cult who wants us dead" said Loona. "At least now you know about us."
"Yes, and I will tell them that hell and all forms of demons today are nothing more than common sinners that we have here as well, they'll understand and chances they'll leave you alone. Let's hope no other threats come and deal with this" said the priest.
"We can take it, and if some military group wants to take us down, then we have friends that are as above as Satan himself" replied Blitzo.
"The radio demon right?" asked Father Chisel. "What is he? Where did he come from? I only saw what he looked like from the news and the screen nearly went static or something."
"That's what Alastor does" replied Millie. "He was from the 1930's and he died during the olden times somewhere around late 1800's and the early 1900's and we don't know anything much about him except that he was once the host of his own radio show which explains his name, but when he came to hell he started broadcasting his words and demonic power and took down many demonic overlords."
"He did nearly started a war against the boss of hell and he rallied tons of demons who sided with him to commit a blood bath on the frontline" said Moxxie. "And there were tons of dead demons and even the heavens left it be, not knowing what would've happened if Alastor did rule all of hell."
"Through all of that chaos he ruled hell, but eventually he stopped and decide to leave it be, he found it boring to rule hell and only wanted one thing" said Blitzo. "The one thing that makes him feel happy every single time."
All of them then reply. "Entertainment."
This makes the father understand. "Because of his former self from the past, he seeks joy in the form of entertainment like someone from the early 1900's. So, the static on the TV was a form of his powers?"
"Eldritch powers my good man!" They all stop and see someone at the doors of the church and he walks in. "I figured something like this would happen and luckily I have time to spare and now I can see you wish to know more about who I am!" The background around them goes static and he is close to showing his true demon form.
They all stand up and look to him, then the background goes back to normal. "Sorry about that, but sometimes I can get a bit twitchy in the head, but I'm just messing with you. Now I know you seek to know more about me and what I do, but believe me that there are some things in this world and in hell that the mortal world are not meant to know."
"The holy order of this world wishes to know if we're a threat, well yes and no is the answer and I assure you that I am a threat and even though I seek the suffering of others, it seems I may have change from my old course of actions."
"After all, sometimes the best entertainment, are the friends who are there to share it with you and to show it a well and to those who do harm my friends, well Things won't go so well when they make me mad!." He then calms down and smiles at them normally.
They all remain quite hearing this. "Wow. Umm, thank you for coming unexpectedly sir."
Alastor chuckles. "The pleasure is all mine, and make sure that your superior gets the message as well, or I might come by and speak to the pope himself. Hahahaha! That would be such a delight to speak to the man at his own home and watch as his associates freak out all over the place!"
The Priest sighs. "I'll make sure they get the message, and I think there is one more thing I need to ask, and I don't wanna sound disrespectful but… What is your line of work?"
They all didn't like this. "Sir, if we tell you this, you cannot tell anyone else. We've told this to some people we trust and they all are keeping the thing a secret. Can we trust you sir?" asked Lincoln.
The Priest can tell this sounds personal. "Whatever it is, I can keep it a secret. But we need to make sure that no one else can hear us." He makes sure all the doors and windows are closed and the demons help him as well.
Except Alastor, he's just looking to the statue of Christ and snickering at it. "Daddy's boy."
They soon finish closing the doors and windows and then tell him, everything about I.M.P. Then Alastor does the privilege of playing the song through his microphone staff.
The priest is shocked at what they're doing. "So, assassins who are hired to take down or kill the people who have wronged them?"
"Yeah, I mean we used to just don't give a shit about whoever we kill, but after we met Lincoln, our company has changed and we capture and send them to hell so the targets can be tortured by the clients and we get double paid!" said Blitzo.
The priest is baffled by this. "Wow. Well, that is a lot to take in."
They felt unsure about what they told him. "So, what's the verdict?" asked Loona.
"Well, I guess I can't stop you guys from what you're doing. It looks like a living you guys seem to enjoy and I am shocked that Lincoln and Luna knows how to kill as well and if I should be honest, that man who runs the local supermarket has been always not he friendly type and doesn't like kids" replied the priest.
"Glad I dealt with him" said Luna.
The Priest didn't know how to respond to that. "Well, I guess I can let this slide and not tell anyone. I know what you guys are doing seems almost like the right thing. Bringing justice to those who have been sent to hell for something they did not do, but also thinking about the target and the reason why they did what they did to show who is the guilty and who is innocent."
"And all thanks to this kid." Moxxie ruffles Lincoln's hair. "Now we can think about what we do before we even kill or capture."
"And a good thing he does this to change what you all do" said Father Chisel. They then get up. "Well, that's all I needed to know and I'll be sure that the Vatican and the U.N knows that hell us nothing more than a simple world of similarities to ours, but the whole I.M.P thing is going to be a secret. Sometimes the best ways to handle those who have done more wrong is to either bring them to the law, or handle them in another way."
"We're glad we can trust you and we hope we can see you again and tell you more that you wish to know" said Millie. They all shake hands with him, but Alastor doesn't.
"Trust me my good priest, shaking my hand is making a terrible deal with the devil and I may not be the devil, but I am one nasty demon from hell."
The priest understands and walks back a bit. "Understood." They all walk out of the place and are now outside, where some kids see them. "So come again everyone and I hope to see this hotel and also speak to the princess and her ideals, she sounds like a nice person…. Er, demon."
Lincoln smirks. "We'll make sure she knows."
Alastor then opens a portal. "Now, it is time to take our leave. Till we meet again Father Roland P. Chisel, son of Franklin P. Chisel, and yes I know who your ancestors are, I helped some of them play their biblical speeches through my radio back then." The Radio demon then walks through the portal.
The priest is shocked by this and so does the others and then the portal closes. "Well, looks like we're going through our own portal."
"No!" They see the Young Morticians Club saw this. "We were so close!" said Bartholomew, who goes down to his knees and cries. The test of the club carry him off, they're all saddened by this.
They have been trying to summon him, and now he shows up outside of a church and goes back to hell. But this gives Haiku an idea.
The others just watch them leave. "Well, that was awkward." Blitzo then uses the book to open a portal to their home. "Time to go, I got me a special someone to check on." He goes on through, along with Moxxie and Millie.
Lincoln goes over and he hugs the priest. "Thanks for being someone we can trust sir."
The priest smiles and he pets the kids head. "Anytime, and I hope you can continue with the life you have and stay safe as well." They then depart from the hug and he shakes hands with Luna.
"You're not so bad after all sir, and I thought you would be someone who didn't want us to be around demons" said Luna.
"I understand and you have every rights to be suspicious about me, not all people can be trusted when they have different intentions, but I assure you I am on your side and support the demonic family you all have" replied Father Chisel.
Lincoln and Luna then go through the portal. Loona then goes to the human. "Thank you for supporting our family, I never thought I'd meet another grown man who supports what we've been through and what we have to do to make this family possible, and I thought the Rosato's, the Casagrandes and half the town were the ones we can trust."
The priest smiles. "Then I am glad I am one of those people you can trust." He shakes hands with the hellhound, they stay like this for a while and then they let go and stay silent. "Well, this is umm…."
"Awkward? Yeah, it is" replied Loona. She goes to the portal. But she does look back and smile. "See you around Roland." She then goes through the portal and it closes.
The man then smiles and he walks back into the church and he gets his phone to tell what he knows and that the world of hell is not much of a threat.
But he does wanna know something that happened earlier with him and the hellhound. 'What in the name of the Lord Almighty happened to me back there?'

A/N: At least they have a new ally, Father Roland P. Chisel is not a bad person as I have put in the chapters, he is on their side and is just seeking answers about who the demons are and what they do, but something seems to be happening between the hellhound mother of Lincoln and Luna, and to the man who runs the Royal Woods Church, only time will tell us on what would happen to them in the far future. The next chapter will be Lincoln and some hang out time with someone who wants to talk to him about some stuff, and this might end up with some other girls who wanna talk to him, Lincoln you better get ready!
