(December 17. Gus' Gams n' Grub.)
Lincoln is hanging out with his pals, at the one place they always seem to go to. "So, the way we all got destroyed in dodge ball, is that gonna be a thing with you and Jordan tag teaming to wipe us all out?" asked Zach.
"Sorry guys, but I think the best team is the one that knows how to knock off the competition and show no mercy, also I was avoiding hitting you guys because I wanna see what you guys can do, and what the heck did we say about that tornado spin Rust?" said Lincoln.
Rusty sighs. "Sorry about that guys, I thought I could do it, my dad said he did it once and aced it."
"You aced it alright. You aced hitting all of us, how the heck did we all get kicked out with one dodge ball and from Rusty?" asked Liam. "He wasn't even on the opposing team."
(Flashback to dodge ball session.)
As dodge ball goes on, Lincoln and Jordan take out Flat Tire and Mollie, but they see Liam, Zach, Rusty and Clyde trying their best to at least hit someone.
"Should we let them be? I wanna see if they can be as good as they said this morning" said Lincoln.
Jordan thinks about this. "Yeah sure, let's see where this goes." With their dodge balls still in their hands, they just dodge the incoming attacks from the others.
Rusty then has an idea. 'This time, this time I can do it. Just like my dad!' Rusty rushes forward and he spins and then let's go of the ball and the ball heads for Lincoln but makes a sharp turn and passes by Stella.
Rusty stops spinning and is dizzy. "Did I hit someone?"
The ball misses Coach Pokawski and ends up bouncing around the gym, everyone else steps aside but the ball hits Clyde, then Flat Tire. "Dudes! I'm already out!"
It then bounces off the floor and hits the ceiling and then hits Zach and then Liam, and then Lincoln is about to grab the ball, but he misses and it bounces off the wall, flies by Jordan and hits Rusty and he's out.
Everyone remains silent and tries to figure out, what the heck just happened. They all look to Rusty who is out cold. Even the coach has no clue what to make of this. "Okay, so I don't know if that counts as a point for Jordan's team."
(End flashback.)
"We are never doing that again, mostly Rusty" said Clyde.
Rusty sighs. "Maybe I missed something that my dad said, chances I did and I wasn't paying attention, or he didn't tell me something about that trick."
Lincoln sighs. "Rusty, please don't. The last thing that could happen the next time you do that, you could end up hurting someone real bad and it could go south of the body real fast." Clyde, Liam and Zach cringe if that pain does happen.
Rusty sighs. "Alright, fine. I'm also thinking that what my dad was telling me might have been a lie, I mean this one time he was gonna catch the football and said he could do it on Thanksgiving, he missed and landed face first to the dirt and his brother got the ball. So, chances my dad was trying to make me cool as he was, but I think I should just do what I think is right."
"Good for you man, don't follow advice from someone who want you to think the old ways are gonna do well for you" said Lincoln. "Because this is not the 1980's or something."
Clyde then asks. "Speaking of which, how did it go with your auntie Octavia?"
Lincoln sighs. They do get their pizza and enjoy it. "I got a lead, now I just need to go and see if I can get the answers and the target. Sure as hell I can't go near the bar where it may have happened, so I need to go and speak with the one demon I don't even wanna talk to, but I don't think I have a choice."
They can tell there is a lot of annoyance in his voice and it makes them worried. "Dude, are you okay man? This whole idea of investigating something looks like it's stressing you out" said Zach.
"Yeah, you should take a break and just relax for a bit" said Liam.
Lincoln drinks his soda. "I can't relax, not when I'm so close to bagging the guy who nearly ruined my mom. When I do find him, he's not gonna be walking again, and my mom can stop accusing Husk for something he did not do long ago."
"Husk? You mean the cat demon with red wings?" asked Rusty.
"The very one, I have to begin my plan tomorrow on talking with one of hells most notorious overlords, but the hot issue is trying to reason with him, and he might ask for something, unexpected in return and it could have something to do with his two female employees who I have met" said Lincoln.
They had no clue what to make of what he just said. "Okay, well you haven't really told us about them overlords and what not, but they sound like some serious trouble, and I don't think we wanna know any more of what they can do" replied Liam.
"Also, any word on where your former sister Lori is?" asked Clyde. "I maybe over with the crush I had on her, but something doesn't seem quite right about her sudden disappearance."
"Clyde, she's not my concern anymore and never will be, right now I gotta focus on what I need to do tomorrow and I know it's not gonna be an easy ride" said Lincoln. He then takes a slice of the large pizza and eats it.
Then Zach asks. "Linc, I saw you at the library the other day, what the heck were you looking for?"
Lincoln sighs. "Something that can help me overcome the trait I have in me. To keep my inner demon at bay, and only use him when the time is right. Otherwise, things might get bloody or something else."
"I don't think I wanna know what this something else part is" said Rusty.
They all go back to eating the pizza, they are unaware of the newspaper flying by and what it says on the front page.
"Breaking News: A prison bus carrying inmates from the Lansing Mental Institute has crashed and more than 10 of the folks inside have escaped and one of them is, Luan the former loud daughter and sister to Lincoln, Luna and Lucy. Officials managed to track down all 9 escapees, but one is missing and that one is Luan. Royal Woods is now on high alert, for her return and her prankspocalypse."

Father Roland P. Chisel walks into the coffee shop to meet with someone and he sees her, the hellhound mom to Lincoln and Luna.
Loona Silva Hound, and drinking some coffee and reading a magazine. The hellhound stops reading and notices the man. "Took you long enough."
"Sorry about that." The priest takes his seat and takes off his winter coat. "Had an issue with the tires of my car. So glad you could come."
"Likewise, though I know this isn't a date or anything" said Loona.
The priest is shocked. "What? No, no. Not at all, I just wanted to speak with you, that's all."
Loona sips her coffee. "About what?"
"The hotel, the Hazbin Hotel" said Father Chisel.
"What about it priest?" asked Loona.
"I would like to go and see the place, I would like to….. To go to hell….. And see this place" replied the priest, he felt sick when saying those words.
Loona is wide eyed hearing this, then Blitzo turns around, he was seated at the other table. "Hang on there holy guy, you wanna go to hell?
Roland looks to the imp. "Were you sitting there the entire time?"
"Pretty much, I'm not alone though." Blitzo looks to another table and there is Moxxie and Millie and enjoying the coffee and the speeches from the emo teens. "So, what the heck do you wanna fo to hell for?"
"The hotel of course, as I said earlier" said the priest. "After last month and the arrival of that angel, I wish to go and see the hotel that is said to be supported by the lord almighty and see how it works and if it is a working progress that truly could help sinners."
The hellhound and her dad look to each other and then to the priest. "Are you sure about this?" asked Loona. "You do realize you're gonna be in a place of unholy things that are not fully meant for the eyes of mere mortals and folks such as you."
The priest sighs. "I am fully aware of that Ms. Silva Hound and I am prepared for what happens next if I should go there."
Loona and Blitzo never really thought that someone like this guy would wanna see the hotel.
"Well, alright then. We can let you come to our world, but we gotta make sure your unseen when we bring you to the Hazbin Hotel" replied Blitzo. "Because the whole thing is far and somewhere in Pentagram City, we can't risk you being seen by other demons or they'll do things to ya and you do not wanna be part of that shit."
The priest nods. "Yes I understand and I shall be cautious when you take me to the hotel, but I must ask, would Lucifer sense my presence?"
"That one we're not sure about. The one thing we know is that Alastor would've known by the time you come and when you do arrive, things could get a little bit tense when he sees you" said Loona.
The priest is confused. "I don't understand, I have met him when he went into the church last time. What seem to be the problem?"
"There was a slight run in between two overlords, Alastor and Vox and those two hate the fucking shit out of each other and it nearly spiraled ito a fight, and a damn good one too. But both went their separate ways and not interact" replied Blitzo. "When overlords clash, it does not go well, especially when it's the radio demon and the TV show host."
Father Chisel thinks about this. "Interesting, it does seem normal as it was said in old biblical times that demons are not used to teaming with each other. Especially those that are far more powerful than any other demons, they would trick each other or try and over power the other."
Loona then drinks her coffee. "That's one thing that the olden days still has today, rivalry to demons who are way above any other demon. But not as high ranked as the devil boss himself."
The priest nods. "So, will you be able to speak with the other demons about this, will you tell them about my arrival to the Hazbin Hotel."
"Done." Blitzo put his phone way. "Called the princess and told her that some holy guy is coming to the hotel, and she sounds okay with it. So, you got yourself a one way ticket into the Hazbin Hotel."
The priest nods. "Thank you, and I look forward to seeing the princess and her workplace and seeing how well the hotel is with the many sinners and demons rehabilitating. But there is so much more I wish to…."
"All the things you wanna ask, do it tomorrow and not now" said Loona. She then checks her phone. "Well, gotta go now. See you tomorrow priest." She walks out of the coffee shop and same with Blitzo.
The priest then goes and buys a coffee, but he does look back and watch as Loona walks away, he just couldn't stop looking at her and then he goes back to getting his drink.
But Moxxie and Millie noticed this and both are suspecting something, something between the man of the church and the hellhound they know and sorta, hate.
(Outside.)
Loon and Blitzo walk out and they head to the portal that Loona opens. "That went well, we gotta be ready when he does show up, If we don't keep an eye on him, then he's as good as dead for fucking sure" replied Blitzo.
"No shit." Loona is then hit in the face by a newspaper. "Oh for fucks…." She then reads the newspaper. "Oh shit."
"What? What is it?" Blitzo sees the newspaper. "Yeah, shit indeed."
They see the news about Luan and her escape, but they also see something else on the newspaper.
"Other Breaking News: The Coopers Hailsey Prison in San Francisco has suffered from a dangerous gas explosion from the sewers, ten inmates dead from the blast and eight have escaped, one of them is former Loud, Lynn Sr and his whereabouts are still unknown, the man is at large and police are doing what they can to find him and send him back, but until then, Royal Woods has to be ready for his unexpected return."
Loona and Blitzo did not like this. "Okay, so we shouldn't worry about the coward man, since San Francisco is far, but the kid with the braces is one to worry about" said Blitzo.
Loona sighs. "Yeah, her." But deep down, she feels like she doesn't wanna hurt that girl, not after the nightmare she had of what happened to the other and younger Luan. 'We have to tell the others, and also, we're gonna need some help from Alastor. I hope I can speak with him.'
She then sees a liquor store. "I'm gonna go and buy something to drink." She closes the portal and walks towards the store.
Blitzo knows something is up, but he can't push his daughter into telling him. Then he gets a text from someone. "Fuck it, Stolas."
(Somewhere outside of Lansing.)
A figure makes it away from the border of the town, and she then looks for something and she does, she sees a large delivery truck and it's got some stickers and one of them is for Hazeltucky, Saginaw.
The figure smiles. 'Yes, I have a ride.' She goes into the back, and sees how roomy it is. She then sits in the back and makes sure she's unheard and she smiles when she sees some canned food. 'I have to eat something, it's gonna be a long trip back home, to Royal Woods.'
Royal Woods, watch out, here comes Luan.
