Lady Luck
"Thanks for watching the sprouts, Betty," Lou said with a smile as he handed over Tommy's diaper bag, the baby already set down so he could run over to his friends.
"Think nothing of it!" Betty replied. "Good for Didi and Stu to get a date night!"
"Yeah, them two deserve it!" Lou waved to Tommy. "See ya, sprout! Grandpa needs ta go win at bingo!"
Tommy waved back before turning to his friends who stared at him in surprise. "Tommy, you don't have the snappy shirt anymore!" Lil exclaimed.
"That's right!" Tommy declared proudly, gesturing at his new 'big boy outfit'. There was his favorite blue shirt (or rather a new one, not that Tommy knew that) and a pair of tan little pants and socks. He wasn't exactly a fan of the socks but had to admit they did keep his toes warm and were fun to chew on if there was nothing else around. He rubbed his bald little head; his mommy had said something about a 'sun burm', whatever that was. He did know that there were times when his head got hot and his mommy forced him to go back inside. But he did like the hat! It made him feel like Okey Dokey Jones! "But it means I'm becoming a big kid!"
"So you aren't gonna be a baby anymore?" Chuckie asked, just wanting to make sure nothing had changed.
"Well… I have a long way to go, Chuckie, but I know I'm on my way."

"So he's actually growing up," Melinda said with a fond smile.
"Finally," the blond creator stated before looking around. "Uh… where is Dil?"

Down on Earth Dil looked around, confused as he found himself not with the blond creator but instead in a soft warm place. He was floating and there was a cord attached to his belly…
