Autumn Leaves
"Look guys, the tree!" Tommy said in delight.
"What about the tree?" Phil asked.
"Its changed colors! The leaves aren't the color that they normally are!"
Lil tilted her head. "Huh… you're right. They are all red and orange and brown."
"Why do you think that is?" Phil asked.
Chuckie shivered. "Oh no… what if the tree is sick like I was?"
Tommy though shook his head. "The tree isn't sick, Chuckie!" Tommy declared. "It gots new clothes!"
"Clothes?" the other babies said.
"Yeah!" Tommy declared. "Leaves are just like clothes! See… the feel the same." He picked up a fallen leaf.
"Huh, they are thin like clothes," Phil stated, examining the leaf carefully.
"Uh huh!" Tommy chirped. "I bet the tree is just like me! It wanted to not be a baby tree anymore so it got big tree clothes!" He pulled at his new pants.
"But why are the leaves on the ground?" Chuckie asked, still unsure.
"Well… a lot of times I rip my socks off," Tommy reasoned, gesturing at his currently bare toes; his shoes and socks had been removed because he wanted to feel the grass on soles. "Because I like my toesies to be able to wiggle. I bet the tree wants the same thing!"
The babies all nodded… that made sense.

"Okay, its autumn!" the creator snapped, looking over a massive wall of different dates and pictures. "That means it must be Halloween soon and then Christmas! And then spring and summer again! That's how it works!"
"That's right," Trixie said slowly, patting him on the shoulder. "Come on… let's get you away from your conspiracy board."
"Maybe you can focus on tormenting Dil instead," Melinda suggested only for Trixie to glare at her. "What? Its better than him losing his mind!"
