The sound of a small snore woke Hinata from her sleep. Blinking open her eyes frowning at the slight ache in her head she turned as best she could and saw Naruro sleeping peacefully. A smile came to her face and she rolled fully and leaned in, pressing a kiss to his cheek, and then one to his nose. Naruto moaned slightly, blinking his eyes open and giving her a tired smile.
"Good morning Naruto." she blushed as she stroked her thumb on his cheek.
"Morning Hina." he whispered back his voice rough from sleeping.
Hinata wasn't sure if maybe she was still drunk or if it was the sound of his voice but she leaned in slowly and kissed him softly.
"Hina, we can't. You're with Kiba, and he's a friend I don't want to ruin anything."
She silenced him by leaning in and kissing him again before pulling away with a small smile "Kiba and I broke up two weeks ago."
"What? But last night you and Kiba never said anything." Naruto frowned
"I know and I don't know why I never said anything, then I got mad and he told everyone that we had sex and got drunk." she frowned at the memory and looked away from him before sitting up realizing she had slept in her swimsuit.
"Hey, what's wrong?" Naruto sat up swinging his legs over the side of the bed trying to get her to look at him.
"I understand now if you think differently of me that I slept with someone, and then just made out with you in the woods."
"No! Hina, I could never think badly of you." Naruto took her chin and turned her to face him and smiled "I have wanted to kiss you since the night we met a year ago, but I didn't want to rush things with you, then Neji told me if I hurt you he'd kill me." he shuddered "The shit with Sasuke and Sakura threw me than Jiraiya." he cleared his throat "I was a idiot for not saying that I liked you sooner and I felt even more dumb when you started dating Kiba which I don't blame you I kinda went off the rails in a depressive state." he mumbled under his breath and Hinata frowned.
"I am sorry I didn't try to contact you more. To help you, after a while when you didn't respond to calls and text, the girls convinced me maybe you just needed space. Then they convinced me to date Kiba."
Naruto gave her a small smile and pulled her to his chest hugging her. She lightly wrapped her arms around his waist.
"I'm okay." Naruto muttered "and I missed you Hina."
She looked up at him and he smiled before leaning down and kissing her softly. Hinata hummed in response as he pulled away making her eyes flutter open, his eyes were a deeper blue then usual as he eyed her up and down.
"I told you last night to stop me, I'm going to say it again. I don't want to lose this again."
Hinata's response was a smile as she leaned in again and kissed him, holding the back of his neck and pulling him down onto the bed. Naruto kissed her back sliding his tongue across her lower lip to ask for entrance, she moaned arching her back up off the bed as he leaned further into her as her hands went into his hair. "Hina, trust me this is not easy for me okay, I am going to head back to my dorm to shower and get dressed, you do the same and I will be back in an hour and we can go on a real date. Okay?" he smiled at her and Hinata didn't miss the way she readjusted his swim shorts.
"I will see you in an hour then." she whispered
Naruto's face lit up as he leaned over her and kissed her again groaning as he pulled away mumbling something about a cold shower and cursing Jiraiya for teaching him to be a gentleman as he left the dorm room. When she checked her phone she saw that Ino and Sakura stayed with their boyfriends. As she laid there she couldn't fight how hot her body felt, she bit her lip before she slid her hand down under her swimsuit, her fingers brushing her swollen bud of nerves. "Yes. just let me lock up." She stepped out into the hall pulling the door shut and locking it before putting her keys in her bag as well. Naruto took her hand in his as they walked through the hall and outside where Hinata spotted his truck in the parking lot.
"Where are we going?"
"A little cafe not too far from here but still far enough to need to drive." he helped her up into the truck kissing her again before closing the door raking his fingers through his hair as he walked over to his side of the car.
"They have amazing cinnamon buns." he said as he climbed in starting the truck.
"My favorite." she smiled as he reached over, placing his hand on her thigh.
They drove down a more secluded road surrounded by trees before Naruto took a left and then there was a small town with mostly storefronts. Naruto parked at one of the first parking spots he saw and Hinata frowned when she saw they were not in front of a cafe.
"It's a little walk down the street, but It's a nice day and this place is cool to walk." he smiled at her before he jumped out of the truck basically running to her side as she began opening the door, he pulled it open the rest of the way before standing next to her placing his hands on her hips lifting her down out of the truck.
"Such a gentleman today." she smiled at him, making him blush when he realized he had heard her this morning.
Naruto held her hand as they began walking down the sidewalk. They chatted about classes they were taking. Naruto was very excited to hear that they would have two classes through the week together. As they approached the little cafe Hinata smiled when she saw the little tables outside.
"It's so cute." she smiled as Naruto pulled her seat out for her as a waitress came out to get them some menus.
"Fair warning, the Cinnamon rolls are huge," Naruto smiled widely as he looked at his own menu.
"Well, if you are nice maybe I will share."
"I'll share mine if you share you'rs" he winked over his menu making Hinata laugh.
Pulling out her phone she pulled up the camera as he looked over the menu at her. All you could see was his blue eyes, and the top of his head with the wild hair as she snapped a photo.
"Your turn." he reached over grabbing the phone making her laugh as he started taking pictures of her as the waitress came back.
"Oh good! Would you mind getting our picture? It's our first date!" Naruto handed the young girl Hinata's phone.
The younger girls smiled and blushed as she told them to lean closer. After she handed back their phones and took their order, Hinata got a cinnamon roll and a sweet tea, and Naruto got scrambled eggs, sausage and some orange juice. As they ate they stole food off each other's plates, Naruto asked about how Hinata's family was, though she didn't spend too much time talking about them, seeming how his eyes changed and his demeanor.
"I would love for you to meet them sometime." she smiled, "Hanabi will love you."
Naruto smiled slightly leaving some money on the table as they finished eating and he stood holding his hand out for her. They walked back through the town and Naruto slung his arms over her shoulder.
"Want to go to the park?" he smiled down at her and she nodded, looping her arm around his waist.
Getting to the car Naruto opened the door for her, lifting her up into the seat making her laugh.
"Are you going to do this every time? I can climb in on my own."
"Yes, but then I can't do this." he leaned in, kissing her, moving his hands on her thighs as she sat sideways, her legs dangling out of the truck. He slid his hands up her lags until she was resting them on her backside and immediately her body was heating up like before.

Hinata hated that the drive back to the dorms felt like it was hours. Instead of going to Hinata's, Sasuke was out with Sakura, this year Naruto only shared a dorm with him instead of the four person dorm like Hinata's.
His mouth was on hers almost immediately as they walked in on Naruto slamming the door with his foot before he grabbed her shoulders and pulled away.
"I want you to know this isn't just about sex." he panted out as he looked at her flushed face and red lips.
"I know." she smiled at him and it was like time was set in motion again.

"About eleven at night." Naruto rubbed the back of his head "sorry we fell asleep, Saskue is waiting outside with Sakura, I didn't want them walking in and you not be dressed."
Hinata blushed as Naruto helped her slide her shirt on, and then she pulled her shorts on frowning as they looked briefly for the underwear Naruto had lost. Quickly hse fixed her bun and Naruto laid another kiss on her lips before he finally turned and opened the door Saskuke was standing there arms crossed while Sakura was trying not to giggle as she walked into the room
"Smells like sex in here." Sasuke mumbled sitting on the bed as Sakura gave him a kiss then turned to Hinata.
"At least we didn't fuck while you were in the room, bastard!"
"That was one time asshole, we were drunk and you were sleeping."
"Apparently I wasn't if I fucking heard you."
"Okay, come on Hinata, let's walk back to our place together." Sakura rolled her eyes as the two guys continued to argue. As Hinata gathered her bag up Naruto stopped her as she got to the door giving her a sweet kiss before hugging her.
"Text me when you go to your room." he whispered and she nodded as Sakura pulled her out of the dorm room. The girls laughed when the boys went back to arguing before the door even clicked shut.
