Summary: "I am a devil, huh?" Naruto was thankful that she gave him a second chance and he would pay off his debts, but he wasn't a servant. He would never be a servant. He was his own man, and he could decide what he wanted to do. He would protect what was precise to him.

Warning: Naruto was born in the dxdverse and not in the elemental nation. He will be a reincarnated devil with a Longinus Sacred Gear.
'Hmm? So this is how it ends huh?' Naruto spat blood. He didn't even remember how he ended up here and why he had a big hole in his chest. He was lying here on the hard ground of the park, losing more and more blood. His vision was already beginning to darken. His eyes have already lost all life and it was clear to everyone that Naruto would die soon.
His golden blond spiky hair was also covered in blood, so it looked like Naruto had red streaks in his golden blond hair. His school uniform, which used to be so clean and smooth, was now full of creases and blood. Everywhere was the red liquid that everyone needed to live.
The weird sky that was momentarily overhead just wouldn't go away. Purple, blue, black and other colors moved in the sky. Anyone would think that this was a painting by an artist that moved. Nothing was gray around Naruto either. Even the ground, which used to be gray, was now red.
He could feel every bit of life draining out of him. The life essence of every living being was about to leave its body completely. He just wished he could know why all this had happened and how he had ended up in such a situation.
Above all, he asked himself what would happen after his death. So far, Naruto hadn't seen his deceased, as so many people who had narrowly escaped death had reported. Naruto was sure he couldn't escape death. For this he was not in a hospital, but on the cold and hard ground in the middle of a park.
He didn't even know that his brain could still perceive something from outside his body. His ears twitched slightly when he heard a cough. That's right, there's the boy next to him.
The boy next to him was Issei Hyōdō. Just like Naruto, Issei had almost no life left in his body. Being the way he was, he wished to die at the side of a girl and not at the side of a boy. Issei would never change even if he was dying.
Issei's blood dripped onto a small piece of paper with a magic circle written on it. The small magic circle started glowing blue and right after that it floated out of Issei's pocket and created a big blue magic circle. As the magic circle moved to the ground, a girl with shoulder-length black hair, purple eyes, and glasses on her nose appeared. The girl looked down at Issei and adjusted her glasses once. Issei could see the girl and managed to smile slightly.
"Issei Hyōdō, from now on you will live for me." 2 bat-like wings came out of the person's back and in doing so she retrieved a blue chess piece from her Kuoh school uniform.
Naruto couldn't see anything anymore and that's why he didn't notice how the girl put the chess piece on Issei's chest and then said a few sentences. Issei was enveloped in a blue light and a blue magic circle appeared beneath him. Issei's weak heart started beating again. As if someone gave him a strong electric shock. His breathing became regular again and the large hole in his chest began to close. The girl watched with satisfaction as Issei claimed 8 pawns from her. She knew very well that she had made the right decision.
She had already noticed Naruto and even if she wanted to, she couldn't turn him into a devil. It was either Issei Hyōdō or Naruto Uzumaki. She had chosen Issei Hyōdō herself and would not reverse that decision. Now that was no longer possible.
She could see the same note floating out of Naruto's jacket pocket as from Issei's pants pocket earlier. Instead of the magic circle glowing blue, this time it glowed red. The girl had been wondering when Naruto would make his wish. She knew her new servant's wish, of course, but not Naruto's wish. Only the person who now appeared through the contract in a red magic circle knew him.
Naruto could sense something funny. He didn't know how it was possible, but he could feel his heart beating faster. The blood that had been steadily pouring out of him for the last few minutes, turning the whole floor red, began to move back into his body. The large hole in his chest was about to close and at the same time Naruto could feel an unknown force surge through his body. He didn't care how or why it all happened. He was just happy that a miracle had happened and that he could escape death once more, even though he had done nothing but make a wish.
Shortly after speaking his wish in his mind, Naruto felt his body regenerate. In addition to the strange power that was now flowing through him, he could also feel another power that was spreading inside him. It didn't feel alien, it felt familiar. As if he knew that power even though he had never felt it before.
Naruto was able to open his eyes briefly at the end and see himself surrounded by a red light. Besides the red light, Naruto also saw beautiful red hair. He'd seen that hair somewhere before. Before he could remember, everything went black before his eyes.
The next morning, Naruto woke up to his damn alarm clock. He turned off the loud thing and rubbed the sleep out of his eyes. He got up and walked into the kitchen with only his pants on.
He opened a wall cabinet and took out a clean glass. Then he closed the closet door again and went to his faucet. He ran the water briefly and checked with a finger that the water was cool. When he was sure it was nice and cold, he held the glass under the water and filled it. He turned off the tap and started drinking his water as he made his way to the living room.
He had to go through the hallway and past the bathroom. He walked over to his stereo, glass in hand, and turned it on. He put the now empty glass on the table in front of the couch and went to the dresser. He crouched down and opened a drawer, looking for something in particular.
Dozens of CDs were visible in the drawer. When he found a special CD, he took it out and closed the drawer again. He took the CD to the music system and put it on. He first turned the volume all the way down and then slowly started increasing the volume until he reached the volume, which he was comfortable with.
He went to the corner of the room and took his exercise mat from there and rolled it out onto the floor. He warmed up briefly and then started his morning workout. After 20 minutes he was at the last exercise. He was momentarily in a handstand, lowering his body first and then raising it again. '94...95...96...97...98...99...100!' He dropped his body back to the ground, elegantly standing up as he did so. There wasn't a drop of sweat on his torso. He rolled up the gym mat again and put it back in a corner of the room.
He took the empty glass and went back into the kitchen. He filled the glass with water and drank it empty as well. He put the glass in the sink and then went to his bathroom to take a shower. There were several towels in his vanity unit. He took one out and placed it next to the shower before stripping completely and tossing his clothes in the hamper. He got into the shower and started to shower himself.
After 10 minutes Naruto came out and dried himself off. He wrapped the towel around his waist and walked out of the bathroom. He walked down the hall to his room and then straight to his closet. He opened the large sliding door and took out his school clothes.
He got dressed and then looked in the mirror. The school uniform of the Kuoh School consisted of a black blazer with white accents, underneath is a white long-sleeved shirt with vertical black lines, with matching black pants and brown shoes. A black bow is usually worn with this, but students are permitted to omit this.
Naruto looked closely at himself in the mirror. He really couldn't find anything that pointed to the events in his dream. Whatever his mind was thinking, it was a very strange dream that seemed way too real. He shook his head briefly and then turned around. He wore his black blazer open, revealing his white shirt.
He went into the kitchen and made himself something to eat. He didn't know why, but he was full of energy today. Normally he always needed a short moment after his morning workout, but today he wasn't the least bit exhausted afterwards. He also had more strength than usual and more stamina.
He was usually sweating at the end of his morning workout, so he always took a shower. Today he didn't sweat a bit, as if he suddenly had much more stamina and strength. All the exercises were also easier than usual. He could only imagine that his body was pumped with adrenaline after last night's dream.
He shook his head and opened the fridge, which still contained yesterday's food. He took out the food and warmed it up. It was just some vegetables, some meat and rice. Nothing special, but it brought everything necessary that the body needed.
Half an hour later, Naruto walked out of his house and locked the door. He looked at his garage once and then up at the sky. He thought he saw something in the sky. He looked closely at the sky and clouds but couldn't see anything. There were just a few birds and clouds. Nothing quirky or special.
Naruto just shrugged his shoulders and started walking toward Kuoh Academy. He went to a class with the famous prince of the Kuoh school. Naruto was probably the only boy in the entire school who wasn't jealous of or hated Yūto Kiba. Every boy hated Yūto because he was every girl's crush. Every girl raved about Yūto and as a result they ignored the other boys at school. This was the simple reason why every boy at school was jealous of Yūto.
Naruto walked past a dark alley and suddenly stopped. He had only noticed it in the corner of his eye, but the otherwise dark alley was not as dark as usual. He knew this alley very well, after all he walked past it 5 times a week. He could see everything that was in the alley. Whether it was the cat by the garbage cans or the power box. He could see everything.
Naruto turned away from the alley again and continued skeptically. 'Something's really wrong.' He doesn't know how that was possible, but he seemed to be able to see everything in the dark. He turned off a street and continued down the side street.
Normally he would have to go straight ahead to get to school. But he really had to be sure that he hadn't just imagined it. In the distance he saw the abandoned industrial hall, which was completely dark inside. Not a bit of light got in there. If he could see everything there, then it was true, and he seemed to be able to see even in the dark.
'I cannot believe it.' Naruto was standing in the abandoned industrial hall, and he could really see everything clearly. He looked around and could see the old machinery and equipment. He didn't even know that all this machinery and equipment was inside. He looked around and a few minutes later he went back to get to school on time.
He knew very well that otherwise the Head Girl would seek him out again. It wouldn't be the first time he'd had a little chat with Sona. Whether it was positive or negative. Mostly it was positive topics, but sometimes Naruto would oversleep and at school he would get a reminder from Sona that it was important to get to school on time.
He stopped on his way and looked across the street. He could see a cat about to fall out of a tree. Naruto looked around and couldn't see anyone. He started running and was lucky that no cars were coming. He saw exactly how the cat fell from the tree and is now falling towards the ground. When he was just a little away, he leaped toward the cat with both hands outstretched.
Naruto caught the cat in time and slid with his entire body across the floor. His outstretched arms were always off the ground, keeping the cat securely in the air. His hands were tight around the cat, but without hurting it. He would have expected to feel something because he was currently sliding his upper body over the hard floor... but he felt nothing. It was as if he could no longer feel pain. When he stopped sliding, he looked at the cat and sighed once because it was unharmed. He put the cat down carefully and straightened up. He sat and petted the cat a bit.
The black cat leaned into Naruto's hand and purred a little. Naruto smiled and stood up after a minute. The cat looked at him with its golden eyes and after a few seconds ran away. Naruto waved goodbye and then brushed off his school clothes. He was lucky his clothes hadn't torn from sliding across the hard floor.
He took one look at his body and wondered why he couldn't feel any pain at all. He should have felt something, but he hadn't felt anything from hitting the ground hard or sliding across the hard ground. 'Something's really wrong today.' thought Naruto.
He left so he wouldn't be very late. Now he would definitely be a few minutes late. But that was not so important, his thoughts were elsewhere. He couldn't understand what was going on today. His thoughts kept wandering to the strange dream.
Naruto went up the stairs to the top floor. Classes were boring as always. He was probably one of the best in his class, but the classes were still boring. His thoughts were somewhere else today. He was still trying to find a logical explanation for his new abilities. With the best will in the world, he couldn't explain how he could suddenly see in the dark, had more stamina and apparently could no longer feel pain.
He also had to keep thinking about his dream. He couldn't shake the feeling that it all really happened. But if his dream had been a reality, why was he still alive? He should actually be dead, after all he had died in his dream. At least Naruto thought so. He couldn't quite remember the ending.
As Naruto walked up the stairs to the top floor, a girl came towards him. Naruto just looked ahead until he saw the girl's long red hair. He walked on normally, just looking at her out of the corner of his eye, but he knew right away who it was.
Rias Gremory was one of the two Great Ladies from the Kuoh School. Rias was a pretty young lady. She had white skin, blue-green eyes and an alluring physique. Be it the large bust or the almost perfect curves on her body. Her most distinctive feature was her long, beautiful crimson hair that reached to her knees with a single strand of hair sticking out from her head. She also had loose bangs that covered her forehead and framed her face at the side. She wore the Kuoh Academy school uniform with white knee socks.
The way she walked down the stairs was elegant and almost hypnotic for her classmates. The way her long red hair moved as she walked was elegant and so unapproachable. Many didn't even dare to go near them.
Naruto looked ahead again and therefore missed the view of the beauty who just walked past him. She kept walking but caught a glimpse of him out of the corner of her eye. Naruto only heard all the girls and boys praising and cheering on Rias. Rias was a role model for all the girls and 99% of the boys wanted something from Rias. Be it in a relationship with her, just being able to talk to her or having sex. But due to her nature, most of them didn't even dare to go near her.
When he got to the top floor, he walked down the hall and pulled a key out of his pocket. He unlocked the door and walked into the small room. He closed the door behind him and then went to the window. He put his bag down and opened the window. When the window was open, he just jumped out of the window and stretched out his arm. He grabbed the gutter and swung it onto the ledge above the window. He landed in a crouch and turned around. He was now on a slight incline. He climbed up the small incline until he came to the flat part of the roof.
He straightened up when he was back on a level surface, and he looked around. He always came up here on the roof during the break. He had gotten a key to the room through a deal with the Head Girl. The room wasn't currently being used, so Naruto had no problem leaving his bag in the room. He always locked the door before opening the window.
Since Naruto was using the room, he only had to clean it up a bit every now and then. The room was the size of a regular office. There was a closet, a desk, a chair and a chest of drawers inside. This used to be the caretaker's room. The caretaker was downstairs now, and the room hadn't been used since.
Naruto felt the wind all over his body. He just loved being up here. There was always a light wind up here, even when there was no wind on the ground. He looked over the Kuoh School grounds and especially at the old school building. In front of the old school building there was a cherry blossom tree that Naruto was particularly fond of. He blamed his father for it. His father was very fond of red hair and cherry blossoms. His mother had long, beautiful red hair and, to Naruto, she had been the most beautiful woman in the world. He learned a lot from his father.
Because of his father, he was also able to defend himself well because his father had taught him a martial art. Since Naruto was 4 years old, he had received training from his father and by now his body was correspondingly muscular. Unfortunately, his father died a year ago and he had received a lot of money from his inheritance. Naruto was still looking for the person who had murdered his father back then. Unfortunately, his mother had died a few years earlier from a very rare disease.
His father's name was Minato Uzumaki and his mother's name was Kushina Uzumaki. These two people were the most important people in his life. He also regularly visited his parents' graves and today he would do it again.
He laid down on the roof and clasped his hands behind his head. He looked carelessly up at the sky and watched the clouds. The break was long enough, and he used the time to look at the clouds. He just liked looking at the clouds. There was something liberating about it, with all worries just disappearing.
Naruto blinked a few times after 5 minutes and put a hand in front of his face. He rubbed both his eyes and then looked again at the one cloud. 'That's impossible.' Naruto's eyes widened when he saw a person in the sky. He didn't even know why he could see this person. Normally he shouldn't see the person, but he certainly did.
'Is that an angel?' Naruto could see several white wings on the person's back. If he counted correctly, the person would have 12 wings on their back. Why someone would need 12 wings was beyond Naruto. Naruto just looked up at the person, mesmerized. The person's long blond hair swayed back and forth in the strong wind at altitude.
After a few seconds, Naruto only saw the person disappear behind the clouds in a golden light. He closed his eyes as he was slightly blinded by the bright light. When Naruto opened his eyes again, he blinked a little. He was just wondering if that had really happened. 'Did I really just see an angel with 12 wings? Even if, what would anyone need 12 wings for? Two wings are enough, aren't they?' Naruto shook his head and stood up. He looked at the watch on his wrist and could see that the break was almost over. He slid down the small incline and fell off the roof. He grabbed the gutter and swung himself into the room. He landed safely in a crouch and then straightened up. He looked out the window at the sky again and after a few seconds he shook his head.
'I'm sure that was just my imagination.' Naruto closed the window and grabbed his bag. He walked out of the room and locked the door behind him. Many knew that Naruto used this room and that's why nobody gave him confused looks when they saw him.
Naruto headed back down the stairs and as he turned, he could see the Head Girl with a boy at her side. It was Issei Hyōdō, the biggest pervert in the whole school. Naruto could only imagine that Issei had once again peeked at the girls when they changed with his two friends.
He fixed his eyes on the steps and went back down the stairs. He would have to hurry a bit if he didn't want to be late. He arrived in the classroom 2 minutes later. He was even allowed to see that he was one of the first. He went back to his seat and sat in his chair. He put the bag on his table and then looked out the window. 'I just hope the day goes by quickly. I'll have to do some adjustments on the Dodge later.'
In Naruto's garage was an old 1970 Dodge Challenger. He knew cars well because his father also showed him a lot and had bought the car with his father 2 years ago for a special price. He had to completely restore the car from scratch with his father, but all the work was worth it. All he had to do was make a few adjustments and the car should start. He was looking forward to the feeling of sitting in the car and hearing the engine for the very first time and the feeling that the car vibrated a little when the engine was started. He actually wanted to do this with his father, but he had promised at the grave that he would make this experience special.
"Hi Naruto." Naruto looked to the side and saw the Kuoh school prince. Yūto Kiba was the best in Naruto's class and the most popular boy in the whole school. A lot of girls liked him. He had blond hair; blue eyes and he wore the normal Kuoh school uniform for boys just like Naruto. However, Yūto wore his blazer closed and so you couldn't see the white shirt under the black blazer.
"Hi Yūto, how was the break?" Naruto held out his hand to Yūto and as usual, Yūto took it and shook it politely. Yūto always had a smile on his face and that was one of the reasons why all the girls liked him so much.
After shaking hands, Yūto had to answer a few girls before he could ask Naruto his question. "Do you have some free time after school Naruto?"
"No, I'm sorry. I finally want to get the Challenger working and the final adjustments will take all day if I judge correctly. Tonight, I wanted to visit my parents." Naruto sighed and then looked at Yūto again.
"I see. That's too bad, I wanted to invite you to our club." Everyone knew which club Yūto was in and who else was in the club.
"Sorry Yūto, I'll interrupt this right now. Don't take offense, but I'm not the type to join a club. I wouldn't be a good match for you and your members either." Naruto held up his hand and gave him an apologetic look.
Before Yūto could say anything else, Naruto's cell phone rang. "Excuse me a moment." Naruto pulled his phone out of his pocket and looked at his screen. He narrowed his eyes. 'Why is that guy calling me right now?' He got up from his chair and took the call. He put the phone to his ear and said "Wait a minute, I'm at school." Naruto then took the phone from his ear and just held it loosely next to his body.
"I'm sorry Yūto, but I have to go. An emergency has occurred, and I have to go there directly. Can you let our teacher know?" Naruto picked up his bag and then looked at Yuuto.
Yūto nodded "Of course Naruto. I wish you the best of luck." Naruto bowed once and then left the classroom.
'I'll get to hear another speech from Sona tomorrow but fuck it.' When Naruto walked out of the classroom and saw that none of his classmates were in the hallway, he put the phone to his ear again. "So, what's going on now?" Naruto walked down the hall and disappeared around a corner while listening to the voice on the other side of the line. He stopped when he heard the information.
"Are you serious? I'll hurry." Naruto then hung up and ran. After 10 steps he suddenly stopped and looked behind him with big eyes. Only now did he really notice. He was much faster than usual. Only now did he realize that normally he would never have been able to catch the cat. It was as if his entire body had more strength, not just that he didn't feel any pain. He must have been twice as fast as usual in these 10 steps. But that was impossible... wasn't it? He shook his head and ran again. He was just glad no one saw him.
Yūto followed Naruto through the corridors. It was no problem for him to keep up with Naruto and follow him. After all, he was a Knight and had immense speed. Naruto was probably fast for the school's standard, but still he wasn't nearly as fast as Yūto. 'He seems to already know that there is something different about him.' thought Yūto. Naruto was reincarnated with a Rook piece and thus he had enhanced physical attributes. Particularly high physical defense and strength. With his training in martial arts, the Rook piece was a perfect match for Naruto.
"Wouldn't you like to come with me?" Naruto looked closely at the nun with the long blond hair. He was on his way home until he met this nun. She had long blond hair and green eyes. She was everything you would imagine a nun to be. Innocent, friendly and helpful.
Her name was Asia Argento and although she seemed to speak Italian, Naruto was able to understand and converse with her perfectly. He had led her to the local church and now he really wanted to go home. He still wanted to screw around on his car and make some adjustments there so that he could finally drive a little. Of course, he was able to move faster now, but that didn't change the fact that he really wanted to finally drive in this car. Of course, he wasn't as fast as a racing car. That would be just plain absurd, but he was definitely one of the fastest runners in school right now. Since Naruto was faster.
Now the question arose whether he would go with Asia and greet the pastor there again or just go home. It was still midday and theoretically he should still have enough time to do enough work in his car even after his visit to church.
He started smiling slightly. "Sure, why not? After all, I should make sure you get to the church safely." Naruto had led Asia through the city so far and it would only be the right thing if he accompanied her to her destination and didn't just disappear a kilometer before.
Asia started beaming with joy. "I'm so glad that you're still accompanying me to church, Naruto! You greeted me so kindly and helped me the whole time. I believe that the good Lord brought me together with you." Asia smiled and Naruto looked at the sky once. He could still clearly remember the person with the 12 white wings.
"God huh?" Naruto smiled slightly. He looked at Asia "I'll be honest Asia; I've never really had anything to do with religion. But lately I've started to believe that beings like angels or maybe even God exist. It may well be that God brought both of us together."
Asia nodded happily "Yes! You even helped me take care of the child. I don't know exactly how to describe it. I feel a similar power from you as the power from my Sacred Gear."
Naruto looked at Asia confused "Sacred Gear? Do you mean the ring you used to heal the child?" Asia's lips began to move until suddenly everything around Naruto changed. He blinked once and had to put his hand in front of his face.
A bright light blinded him briefly and as the light slowly disappeared, he took his hand away from his eyes. His eyes widened when he saw where he was. He was currently standing on a large island with many different trees and plants. A few white clouds could be seen in the blue sky and the water around the island was so clear that you could see everything. Naruto turned and could see a massive white temple in the distance. He narrowed his eyes and felt something calling out to him. It was that familiar power he had felt before. He walked through the nature of the island and could also see some fruits that he had never seen before.
When Naruto arrived at the temple a few minutes later, he immediately saw massive statues of several people. Each person had one thing in common: they all wore armor. A few of the statues also carried an axe in their hands.
Naruto heard a deep voice say his name. "Naruto Uzumaki." Naruto looked at the massive entrance that led to the inside of the massive temple. He let that voice guide him and the feeling he had at the moment. It was an unseen force currently controlling his thoughts. He couldn't resist it no matter how hard he tried.
The light was dimming as he walked into the darkness of the temple. He looked around and couldn't see anything anymore, but he went on anyway. He knew his goal was somewhere ahead of him. That feeling and that voice guided him. After a few more steps, a golden light appeared in front of him. Naruto could see a golden ax standing on a pedestal. It hovered above the dais, pulsing with a golden aura. From her came the deep voice Naruto heard the whole time.
"Naruto Uzumaki... accept me and become my new master." Naruto's eyes widened as he walked towards the ax, hypnotized. The ax was predominantly gold and had a single edged ax blade which is silver. The middle of the ax had a design of the Regulus Nemea in its lion form engraved in it. On the other side of the ax were three curved silver protrusions situated at the bottom, middle and top of that side of the ax. On the top was a golden diamond with a silver diamond in the middle and below the bottom of the center of the axe. On the top was a golden diamond with a silver diamond in the middle and below the bottom of the center of the axe, were two protrusions in the shape of a diamond but with the edges being prolonged.
Naruto's hand gripped the ax handle. It was a one-handed axe, so he used only one hand to wield it. His surroundings changed again when Naruto suddenly no longer held the ax in his hand. He was now standing in an open area. He was momentarily looking at the majestic being that was in front of him. Before him stood a golden lion radiating massive power.
"Naruto Uzumaki, from now on you are my master and I will always stand by you in battle. My name is Regulus, and I am sealed in the Sacred Gear Regulus Nemea. Unfortunately, there is hardly any time to explain anything now because you will be attacked at any moment."
Before Naruto could reply, he was back in the real world. "This is my Twilight Healing. With it I can heal the wounds of other beings." Asia had 2 rings on each hand, which glowed green.
Naruto narrowed his eyes as he felt something. The sky changed and all the people around Asia and Naruto disappeared. The sky became just like in his dream. Black, blue, purple and other dark colors danced in the sky and at the same time some black feathers fell from the sky and shortly after that a man with 2 black wings appeared in front of Naruto and Asia.
"Hmm… first I meet the one and now I meet the other human that was killed by Raynare. Have you become a devil too?" The man held a blue spear in his hand and looked at Naruto.
Naruto narrowed his eyes at that statement. 'So, there are more beings than us humans. I knew it! I wasn't wrong.' If he were a devil, that would at least explain his new abilities. A devil was something supernatural and Naruto would develop superhuman abilities.
"W-what? Naruto-san is supposed to be a devil?" Asia looked a little startled at Naruto and looked at him a little confused. Naruto was so nice to her the whole time and didn't act like a devil at all.
"That's the way it is. I wasn't sure at first, but now I can feel it clearly. That man next to you is a devil and therefore an enemy of ours Asia Argento." The man stood by, and Asia took a step back. She really didn't know what to do right now.
Had Naruto really turned into a devil, he would have understood Asia's reaction. She seemed far too innocent to react any differently. That would be the most normal reaction for a person like Asia. Naruto just looked at the guy who had the exact same black wings as the girl who killed him and Issei.
He could slowly remember everything again. He was on his way back to his house that afternoon. He had previously been to his parents' grave and on his way through the park he met Issei and this girl. There he was pierced by a pink spear of light.
"I'll kill you again, so you don't become another problem." The man threw the spear and Naruto dodged aside. As before, he jumped much further than he could as a human. As a devil, he really had more power and a lot more energy in general. He heard a voice in his head.
"Master, summon me and I will assist you in battle. If you use me then you are protected from any projectile." Regulus said. Only Naruto could hear his voice on his head. Naruto landed safely on both feet and nodded. He held up his hand and in a golden light Regulus Nemea appeared in axe form. The golden one-handed ax which was one of the original 13 Longinus Sacred Gears. It had been a long time since this Longinus was seen.
The fallen angel's eyes narrowed when he saw the golden axe. He didn't know exactly where from, but he thought he had seen this axe before. Naruto held the axe beside him and narrowed his eyes. The fallen angel threw a blue spear of light energy at Naruto. Instead of dodging, Naruto just stood there. He watched the spear of light as it hurtled through the air and as it hit Naruto, a explosion erupted. There was a black smoke for a brief moment and the fallen angel already thought, that he killed Naruto. But as the black smoke disappeared, his eyes widened. Naruto didn't even have a single scratch from his attack. The golden axe in his hand pulsated and Naruto narrowed his eyes at the fallen angel.
"WHAT? What is this Sacred Gear?"
Naruto charged forward; his axe ready. The fallen angel summoned 2 swords of blue light energy and charged as well. Naruto swung his golden axe, and the fallen angel did the same with his two swords. Both attacks met and to the shock of the fallen angel, both of his swords broke on impact with the axe.
Naruto spun once and did a roundhouse kick. The fallen angel crossed both of his arms in front of his chest and blocked the powerful kick. His eyes widened as he felt the massive force behind the kick. He flew through the air and felt a tremor shake his entire body.
'This devil must have been reborn as a rook. Otherwise, he shouldn't have this raw power.' thought the fallen angel. He could barely feel his arms from the single kick. He whirled in the air and spread its black wings. He caught himself quickly and was now hovering in the air looking down at Naruto.
Naruto looked up at the fallen angel and locked eyes with him. "Now I recognize this weapon again... I'll withdraw for now. I'm definitely not going to die here." He threw a small round object on the ground and created a very bright light. Naruto closed his eyes and held his free hand in front of his face. After a few seconds he opened them again and couldn't see anyone. Neither Asia nor the fallen angel. It looked like Asia went with him. Although this would probably be the most normal reaction from Asia. A different reaction would have surprised him too.
"Master, we should get out of here. I'll explain everything that's going on when we're safe." Naruto heard the voice as the golden axe pulsed. He nodded and looked around. It was really weird wielding a golden axe. He's always been someone who fought more with his bare hands.
His Sacred Gear disappeared and then Naruto went off. 'That's it for my visit to the grave. I'm going to visit my parents tomorrow.' thought Naruto. Too much was going through his head at the moment. He was a devil and there was more to it than what he knew now.
Candlelight illuminated the room. The window in the room was covered by a curtain. In the middle of the room was a big carpet and on it was a wooden table. On the table was a tablecloth and on the tablecloth was a tablet with a pot and 2 cups on it. There were couches on either side of the table. Each couch looked like it was from an old century. In front of the table was a desk, which was definitely made by a master. The processing of the wood and the engravings were clearly not the work of a normal craftsman.
On the walls of the room were several pictures of landscapes, people, animals and other works of art. In the corner of the room was a shower stall which was lined with a white and black curtain. Right next to the large door were 2 cabinets made of fine wood.
No one would guess that this room was in the old school building on the Kuoh Academy grounds. Unlike any other room and the exterior of the old school building, this room was very classy and decorative.
"So that's what happened?" Rias sat at her desk and looked at Koneko Tōjō. Koneko was a petite girl with white hair and gold eyes. The front of her hair had two long bangs going past her shoulders and several loose bangs hanging over her forehead, while the back had a short bob cut. She also wore a black cat-shaped hair clip on both sides of her hair. She wore the Kuoh Academy girls' school uniform, without the shoulder cape.
"Yes, Naruto-senpai had fought the fallen angel and smashed him into the air. I could still hear that Naruto-senpai has the Regulus Nemea. He had already used his Rook strength in combat and not just his Sacred Gear."
Rias smiled contentedly at this news. She had actually planned to leave him alone until tomorrow and then bring her new servant to the club. Of course, she wanted to get to know her new sweet servant better as soon as possible. She was glad she chose Naruto and not Issei.
These two stood out from the crowd when it came to potential powerful Sacred Gear wielders. These two gave off a powerful aura and as it turned out Naruto even had one of the 13 Longinus Sacred Gears. With his experience in martial arts, he was a perfect candidate for being her second rook alongside Koneko. Now he even had a matching Sacred Gear that could cleave the earth in two if fully mastered.
She would take good care of her new servant. She was already looking forward to tomorrow when she would finally officially accept him into her family.
"That's very interesting, isn't it Rias?" Behind Rias stood the Queen of Rias and the other two Great Ladies. "You're right, Akeno."
Akeno was a beautiful young woman with a voluptuous figure, very long black hair and violet eyes. Her hair was usually tied in a long ponytail, reaching all the way down to her legs with two strands sticking out from the top and sloping backward, with an orange ribbon keeping it in place. Like most of the girls at Kuoh Academy, she wore the customary Kuoh Academy girls' school uniform, along with black calf-length socks. She had a very curvy figure like Rias, but the breasts of Akeno were slightly larger than the breasts of Rias.
"He always stood out." Yūto Kiba also stood in the room and smiled. He was also looking forward to Naruto finally joining the club. So, he wouldn't be the only boy in the club anymore. He was glad he had his friends, of course... but he didn't have a single male friend. Everyone hated him or envied him for being so popular. He got along well with Naruto and once he got into the club, he would definitely make friends with him.
