This one chapter, this one is a calming and enjoying moment between mother and son, as they enjoy some bonding time after everything they recall has ever happened to them. This is something that came to my mind after re-reading my stories again. Enjoy reading this chapter folks!
Helluva Loud Adventures.
"Mother and Pup Moment."
(November 6. Tall Timbers Park.)
Nothing seems more fitting for everyone to enjoy the rest of their day, then to spend it on a dang good Saturday and right now there are a lot of folks in this Park, along with some other folks in Ketcham Park, but folks are here to relax by Tall Timbers Lake, where they can feel like they are at the beach.
Even though some kids and teens would rather be at home, watching cartoons and playing video games, or do something stupid like prank someone and then get arrested, or just go to the mall and see what they can buy which won't be used for the next few months.
This is where Leni and Lori are, and with them are Becky, Dana, Jackie and Mandee. In the lake and swimming is a race between EveLynn, Polly, Margo and they're new friend, Annabelle C. McCann, and it seems like she is winning, and this gives the gals some idea for Annabelle.
Lucy is sitting by the tree branch and she is coming up with a new poem, before the season of Thanksgiving comes close to them, and sitting above the trees and eating some rats he dug up, is the Demonic Wyvern Edmund, and then we see Vark coming out of the water.
Vark then goes over to Blitzo who is fishing, and he hasn't caught a bite, and he seems annoyed that Vark managed to catch a big one, and it's a catfish. Blitzo ignores him and just returns to fishing, all he caught are five boots, a gold ring, a knight's right arm armour and someone's false teeth with the name Bernie on them.
But let's not go here, we're gonna see what the hellhound, Loona and her son, Lincoln are doing, and right now the duo are walking down the path as they leave the Park and head deep into the forest that neighbors Tall Timbers Park. The two of them enjoy this moment, since Luna is busy with Sam and the band at Sam's house.
Loona looks around and she calms down when she walks around and just looks at the environment. She then hears her son speak. "Sure is nice to walk down this path and take a look around." Loona looks to her son. "Not being around technology and all that stuff, it feels so peaceful and..."
"Free?" Loona smirks. "Yeah, I get the same feeling too, kiddo." She then takes a deep breath of the forest scents. "This feels way much more fucking better than hell, and I don't really go out and smell the fresh air much. Even if I was the book keeper and glad that's not my shitty role now."
Lincoln chuckles. "Yeah..." He then thinks of something. "Hey mom, I just... Even if we still say this a lot, I am always happy that you did find me. We've come so far since that night at Ketcham Park, and you changed my life and made things into something very interesting, and I like it all."
"Some ups and downs, and some good and bad times... Hell, even some dangerous times that makes things far more difficult to handle, and yet we managed to find a way to push through, and I don't know who I would've been if you hadn't found me... I could've been dead on that bench and no one would've cared, or the lives of others would've been altered entirely."
"I never thought that I would see the person who saved me, a hellhound be the one person or being to look up to, and then become my mother and wish to learn more from you... Something I wish I had before, and it faded... But now, the bonds and hopes to be with a motherly figure has returned and I like it... No, I love it."
The Hellhound understands his words and she nods as they continue to walk. "Same here, Linc. I mean, I didn't think a hellhound like me would be the one to feel emotions and care for someone who needed help the most, and yet I did and I managed to save your life and... We both saw a new look in things."
"You are the reason why I am changed as well, because if I had never found you... Then I would've remained that dumb fucking receptionist for Blitzo and the others, and cooped up in the company we have, with little to know some shit for payment or making it big... but when you came, fame and shitty fortune didn't matter to me... What mattered was that the family we have stays together and safe."
"I guess, we're both feeling grateful of what we have become, from last year on that night... Our lives changed forever and for the better, and thus everyone else's lives were changed, and though some of us are facing hard times... We all do what we can to adapt and have each other's backs, always."
Lincoln nods and he keeps walking. "Our fates were destined to meet, and make what we see now into what could be the remainder of our lives..." He then sees his hand and he has it turn to its hellhound state. "Mom, I love you for what you have done to help save me... You truly are my mother."
Loona smiles and she pulls her son close. "And I love you, Lincoln. Someone who would be the sole reason for me to keep going and keep fighting, a reason to be changed and fade away from my past... You truly are my son, and all it took was a moment to help someone, thank you."
Lincoln smiles and he chuckles. "No problem, mom." They then continue their walk, but then Lincoln has an idea. "Hey mom, let's race..."
Loona is surprised to hear that and she sees Lincoln is in his hellhound form and so she let's go of him and this makes her smile. The duo then begin to brisk walk, then they slowly pick up the pace and are jogging, but their jog changes and they both run through the pathway in the woods.
Loona smiles and she sees her son running with her, and then she sees her son go on all fours, and so she does the same, and both their eyes glow red and they begin to race off at the speed of a common wolf.
Lincoln chuckles and he growls, he then looks to his right and sees his mother running ahead of him, but he begins to pick up some speed and he tries to beat her, and this makes Loona smile seeing how her son has grown and changed, and how much he is looking up to her.
Loona then makes a hard turn and she goes right and so Lincoln follows and the duo are now away from the pathway, and the duo dodge, duck and push their way through the forest vegetation and a lot of the animals nearby make a run for it as they race through the woods.
They knock aside some piles of leaves and they even knock away a log and it's flung off and lands onto a gap ahead of them and becomes a bridge and they race across it.
Loona leaps over the log, while Lincoln goes under and they're back to being at the same pace of speed. Lincoln then grabs a tree branch and he leaps from above and Loona smiles seeing this and she continues to pick up some speed, and then they make it to an open field of grass.
Lincoln jumps off the tree branches and he runs on all fours once more and he runs with his mother as they race through the open fields of the open area. The feeling of running through this open field, makes Loona close her eyes and lets her senses do the vision and she smiles at the feeling of the wind running along her fur and hair.
Lincoln sees this and he smiles, and he does the same enjoying this breeze as they race through the open field and enjoy this moment, feeling free and alive with no troubles and no issues to deal with. As if they are two wolves, free in the wilds and enjoying everything around this area of the forest.
But then Lincoln opens his eyes and he chuckles and laughs and so does the hellhound, and they continue to race each other across this open field. Then Lincoln tackles Loona and he chuckles and Loona smile when he does this and the duo end up rolling down the hill together.
Loona hugs her son as they roll down the hill and the duo end up at the bottom where there are a lot of flowers, and they're now lying down next to each other and they chuckle and laugh at this.
Lincoln sighs and then he is on all fours and he goes over to Loona, and the half-hellhound blooded boy smiles and snickers and he sniffs her face and neck and this makes Loona smile, and then he pants and prances around like an excited puppy.
Loona sits up and she pets his head, as if he is like a puppy. Lincoln then goes over and sits on her lap and he licks her face and this makes Loona chuckle and smile. "Easy there, kiddo. I love you too, and I always will."
Loona then holds her son by his face, and she shares a nose kiss with him. Lincoln smiles and giggles and then Loona licks his nose, and then she lets Lincoln onto the ground, then Loona scratches his back and this makes his hellhound tail wag around with joy of this feeling and he uses his paws to make the ground soft and he yawns.
Lincoln then lays down as a puppy does when they need to lay down and sleep, and Loona continues to do this and scratches his back and she smiles. 'No matter how big you have grown, and even though I never got the chance to raise you and experience a life to watch you change and grow up...'
'We are bonded by blood, the blood I shared to save you, and that is enough for both of us to know... That you will always be, and forever be my first pup and I will always love you, my son. My little hellish child, my assassin-skilled hunter... My first adopted family, Lincoln. I love you, my sweet and dangerous little pup, never ever forget that.'
Loona then goes over and she lays down and curls around her sleeping child, with her tail around him to keep him warm just as a mother wolf would do next to her sleeping pup/pups, and she too closes her eyes and enjoys this peaceful and relaxing moment.
A moment between Lincoln and Loona Silva Hound, the mother and son assassin's duo and the one who changed the way of life for everyone, forever in Royal Woods and Pride Ring, Hell.
The rest of the day goes by and they just continue to spend this Saturday, in each other's mother and son comforting arms, and paws.
Feeling like this was meant to be, for them to be mother and son, family.
To be continued in the next chapter folks!
