Alright then, this is it. Time for Moxxie, Millie, Lucy and EveLynn, along with the rest of I.M.P to see what the hell do these family members in the hellish country side have to say, and if that Striker does show up, then they'll make him suffer and flee for his wretched life, and chances that something else might come from they're next encounter with that assassin imp. Enjoy reading this chapter folks!

"Back to Wrath Ring."
(December 10. Rough N' Tumbleweed Ranch, somewhere in Wrath Ring.)
We now return to the ranch that is owned by Joe, and Lin and with them are their children, especially the eldest, Sallie May. Right now, we see the vehicles from I.M.P have arrived and they all come out of their rides and look around the place.
Blitzo then puts on some shades, and he looks around the farmlands from which they last visited and then he sees that there is some melted snow around the place. "Right, when winter hits this shitty farm place, the snow melts through the heat this place makes."
"All too normal." Loona looks around and she sniffs the air for trouble. "No trouble, no signs of Striker either, his scent isn't even around the town far from here. Which means we're in the clear with no one coming after us."
"Good thing too." Moxxie comes out, and so does Millie. "Because if he ever shows up, then I am going to give him a Beatdown that he will never ever forget!" Then the demonic Wyvern comes down and Lucy and EveLynn get off and look around the place.
EveLynn doesn't seem keen about being back. "Really don't wanna be here, it smells of bad words and insults from folks who don't respect the ones we love."
Lucy goes over to her sister and she places a hand on her shoulder. "I don't wanna be here either, but what choice do we have? We need to know what the hell those two morons we call grandparents wanna discuss to us about. But yeah, I don't wanna be here, ever."
Millie goes over to her daughters. "Lucy, EveLynn. Calm down, I am in the same fucking fish barrel too, but we need to see what this horseshit is all about. When we finally finish this shit that my ma and pa wanna talk about, then we're outta here and we never ever have to come back."
Lincoln then has a sniper rifle ready. "Eyes up guys, we don't know when the hell is Striker gonna hit, and just because we haven't picked up his scent, that doesn't mean he's not here. He'll come by for revenge for what we did to stop him." He then tosses some sniper rifles to Loona, Luna and Blitzo.
Lucy grins. "Don't worry about it Lincoln. I managed to contact someone to aid us and she is already here. We just don't know it yet." They then walk towards the house, though they are all confused by what Lucy had just said. What did she mean and who the hell is here with them?
Moxxie and Millie are now at the door, and they seem nervous about this, but then they recap the words that Millie's parents said after the whole conflict with Striker and so Millie bangs on the door with her fist. "Hey, we're here now!"
Seeing Millie angry, now this makes Moxxie smile, and same with their kids. Then the door opens.
They then see the imp couple they know and also kinda are not interested to see or speak to again, the parents of Millie. Joe and Lin, and the couple see who it is and smile. "My little girl, and my other girls. You all made it" said Lin.
Then EveLynn speaks. "Cut the greetings, granny. We're here for one reason and that one reason was the whole call you guys sent, so what the heck is it?"
Millie also speaks. "I am also with my daughter and husband. What does this have to do, anything about what happened the last time we were all here?"
Joe then speaks. "We should talk about this inside, also are they here for the same thing too?" He notices Loona, Blitzo, Lincoln and Luna, and they have sniper rifles and then Vark comes out from the nearby water hole and the demonic wyvern takes to the skies and patrols the area.
Moxxie then speaks. "They are here to ensure that the staff member you hired last time doesn't come and kill us, and he did that last month when he came to earth and tried to kill our boss."
Lin and Joe both understand and they let Millie, Moxxie, EveLynn and Lucy come inside and the others remain outside and on guard. They look around and then Millie asks. "So, where the heck is Sallie May and the others?"
Lin responds with that one. "Busy at the town, we told them to make sure that what we harvested become sold right, and Sallie May has to ensure that they don't goof off and do some damage, like last time." She then sits on the couch, along with her husband.
"The sole reason as to why we wanted you all to come here, is because we wanna apologize for the way we have been towards Moxxie. It just... We just weren't so sure with the choice you made, when you first met him and got married and then left our home."
Joe also admits it. "Same, I was being hard on him to see if he was tough enough and make him as we normally are, but I was wrong and he is strong in his own way and also because I didn't think he was good enough due to his big words and fancy talk. Also, because I saw him as weak."
EveLynn sighs. "He is not weak, my dad is not weak. He is strong in his own way, there are many ways people can be strong, but my dad is strong with the ways he knows, let it be shooting, being smart or his knowledge and skills with music. I respect him for that."
"Same" replied Lucy. "When you guys were not impressed and didn't like our dad, and that spiked things up and made us confused as to the way you guys were to him. Also, our mom loves him and if they had never met, then where would we be now? Answer us that."
Hearing those words touches the hearts of Moxxie and Millie, but this does make the grandparents concerned and then Lin speaks. "We never knew how well our daughter was being with Moxxie, we're sorry for being so hard and thinking he wasn't good enough. We should've known better."
"Change going on has made him different and our daughter" said Joe. "We didn't think that it would make Moxxie something else and again, I am sorry for making things hard for him. He is strong in his own way, and we should've known better."
Hearing those words makes the others see how much it hurt them to be acting the way they were when it was September. Then Millie speaks. "Momma, daddy. I can't be mad at you two forever, I love you both and you're my parents, and I can see just how much you two regret for your actions before."
Moxxie also speaks. "Same, I mean I stood up to someone who was going to harm our allies, and then ruin so much that we have had, and this same person whom you hired to kill the royal demon who would've triggered a war. Glad that I did and I don't intend to hold anything against you both, you're just doing as parents would do to watch over their daughter, and other children."
Lin and Joe are happy to hear this and then they look towards Lucy and EveLynn, and the parents of the two humans also look to them and then Lucy speaks. "Sigh fine. I can't hate you two forever, but trust is another thing and I don't know what you two can do to show that."
Lin then speaks. "We'll do what we can and again we're sorry for acting as we were during the ordeal with the Harvest Moon Festival."
EveLynn also responds. "Fine, I guess I am with Luce as well. I can't hate you guys, but trust is another stuck to gain from me. Especially after what went down when Striker showed up and the way our dad was treated, so I don't know how else am I gonna trust you two. So, yeah... I'll give this shit a chance."
Hearing those words still hurt the parents of Millie, since the help they got did turn out to be someone who was dangerous, and also being hard on the imp father who took the girls in. But they both have to try and handle gaining the trust back from the granddaughters they know and love.
Then Joe gets up. "How about we go and make something for lunch, surely the others also need something to eat, right?" They all liked to hear that, and so they all head to the kitchen and prepare to make some lunch.
(Moments later.)
While the others inside are making lunch, the others outside are dealing with watching over for any signs of Striker coming back, and Lincoln and Luna are both playing some cards on the roof, and this is a friendly one for the bags of potato chips they brought with them.
Blitzo is wearing shades and he has binoculars and he spots some fiery horses and he smiles seeing them. 'The only thing from Striker I want, is his horse. That's about it.'
Loona on the other hand is looking around, her ears making sonar sounds trying to pick up something, she uses her nose to trace his scent and she recalls his scent from long ago when they last encountered him. Loona then looks around and her eyes glow red. "Everyone, Striker."
They all look around for any signs of the imp assassin, and they don't know that he is far away from them and using one big and long sniper rifle, and it is armed with angelic rounds. He snickers and has a lock on Lincoln. "Sorry youngin' but you gotta die young, and I can't have anyone else get in my way."
He is about to shoot, but then his gun jams. "What the fuck?" Striker checks his gun, but there doesn't seem to be anything wrong, but then his gun floats and shoots him in the leg and he screams and goes down to his knees, and he sees who is making his sniper rifle float.
Harriet Willard, the mother of Albert and an overlord within Pentagram City, in Pride Ring. "You think you have the rights to kill my grandson? I don't think so." she then breaks the gun and she begins to float and she has glowing red eyes.
"Now leave, and should I see you again, then I shall ensure that you will burn deeper within the pits of this damned lands."
Striker is truly horrified from this and he races off in fear, he rides on his horse and he races off for his life, leaving his stuff behind. Harriet slowly goes to the items and she smiles. 'The others will love what I have done for them, and the new gear they can keep or hand back since this seems illegal to keep.'
