Author's Notes: We now return to your regularly scheduled shenanigans.
After getting changed out of her ceremonial robes, Devon began the arduous task of trying to get the run-down dorm to a slightly livable state. Fortunately, the dorm had its own laundry room (Zephyr explained that the school did have professional drycleaners but it could get pricey to send clothes to them regularly) and Devon was able to find cleaning supplies tucked away in one of the closets. It was going to take some time given the size of the mansion, but she was able to make a fair amount of progress with the Wisps' help. For now, they were focusing on cleaning up the common areas and her bedroom (the room her bag had appeared in). As Devon swept up the floor in the lounge, Zephyr hovering just above her shoulder in case she needed something, she passed by one of the large windows. She took in the moth-eaten curtains, making a mental note to either fix them up herself or get new ones if and when she got a little spending money (she doubted her world's currency would have any value in Twisted Wonderland), when she noticed the rain coming down outside. "It's really pouring out there, huh?"
Zephyr pulsed in agreement before a loud "Fgnya!" and a clattering of the wooden floorboards cut through the peaceful silence. Devon turned her head in the direction of the sound to see the floorboards moving in that familiar wave motion, indicating that Regina was trying to push something towards her. As it got closer, Devon was able to see that it was the monster she'd met at the entrance ceremony. As soon as he locked eyes with Devon, he crouched as if he was going to jump at her, only for Zephyr to intercept him and trap him inside a miniature twister.
"Wh-what the hell?!" the monster shouted. "What is this? Release me at once!"
Devon let out a low whistle. "Damn, that's cool." She focused her attention on the monster. "Now what are you doing here? I thought the headmaster threw you out?"
"Pfft," the monster scoffed, trying to keep his balance inside the twister. "Sneaking back in is a simple matter for the Great Grim! If you think getting thrown out is gonna stop me from getting into this school, you're even dumber than you look!"
Devon felt her eye twitch in irritation. "Well, I see you're still as unpleasant as ever. I can't believe I felt bad for you the first time they carted you off." She glanced over at Zephyr. "Get him out of here if you please, Zeph."
Zephyr gave an affirmative pulse and the twister picked up speed, lifting the cat-like creature off the ground and moving him toward the front door.
"W-w-wait, wait!" Grim shouted, struggling in vain to get his feet back on the ground. "How can you be so heartless?! You haven't even listened to my side of the story! I thought you humans were all about talking about your feelings."
"Umm, you tried to burn me alive when we met," Devon pointed out, the irritated scowl never leaving her face. "I don't see why I should give a damn about your feelings when you basically threatened to kill me without batting an eye."
"Just hear me out, okay?" Grim pleaded, his big blue eyes desperate. "I don't wanna get tossed out again!"
Devon took in Grim's pitiful expression and sighed. She waved for Zephyr to dispel the twister and Grim sighed in relief as his hind legs touched solid ground again. "Why do you want to go to this school so bad anyway?" Devon asked.
"That's obvious!" Grim answered. "It's because I'm a total genius who's destined to become the greatest mage ever! I've been waiting for one of those fancy carriages to come pick me up but…," He trailed off, his voice getting quieter and his eyes downcast. "but…," He shook his head before pouting and crossing his arms. "Hmph! The Dark Mirror just doesn't have an eye for this stuff! Why else would it have brought you here?"
Devon opened her mouth to retort but could give a conceding shrug. "You right, you right."
"So I took matters into my own paws and came here on my own," Grim continued. "Not letting me in would be a huuuuge loss to the world! Humans just don't get it." He felt cold water drip onto his head and jumped back before he could heap more praise onto himself. "Nyaa! Dang, that's cold!" He looked up to the ceiling. "Looks like the roof is leaking."
Devon followed his gaze and, sure enough, water was dripping down. She knew as much from looking at the amount of water stains on the walls and furniture but it was still a little disheartening to see. "I should probably get a bucket to catch the rainwater in. I think I saw one in the broom closet."
Grim jumped again when another drop of water landed on his head. "It just keeps coming. At this rate, my adorable ear fire is gonna be out like a light!"
"Geez, how many leaks are there?" Devon asked, speaking more to herself than anyone else.
"Some magic oughta fix these up," Grim said. He looked over at Devon expectantly only to start laughing. "Oh, that's right. You can't use magic." He laughed again. "You're useless."
Devon rolled her eyes. "Whatever." She called up toward the ceiling. "Hey, Regina! Is there anything you can do about the leaks?"
Grim stared at Devon quizzically. "Regina? Who're you talkin' to?" He shouted when some of the debris near him began to float up toward the ceiling, the hole the rain was coming through being covered almost instantly. "What the hell?! This place is alive?!"
"Duh," Devon replied as more clattering echoed throughout the building; apparently Regina had set to work patching up the other leaks. "Don't you remember when the floorboards rolled you in here? What'd you think that was?"
"I-I dunno. I was too surprised to be curious!" Grim defended himself.
Devon was silent as Regina spoke to her. "Got it. I'll talk to Crowley about it next time I see him. Thanks for the assist!" She met Grim's confused stare. "Regina says the leaks and holes in the roof still need to be handled by a professional but at least we don't have to worry about more rain coming in."
Hold up, human," Grim interjected. "How is this place communicating with you? How are you able to talk back?" He pointed a paw at Zephyr. "And what the heck is that?!"
Zephyr pulsed, still never straying far from Devon's side. Devon laughed. "He does ask a lot of questions, huh?"
Grim let out a frustrated growl. "Don't talk about me like I'm not here!" He unsheathed his claws, ready to dig them into Devon's leg to get her attention, but a strong gust of wind blew him back. Zephyr appeared directly in front of him, pulsing threateningly. "What gives? Is this thing your bodyguard or somethin'?"
Devon shook her head. "No, they're my friend." She turned her attention back to Zephyr. "We need to be getting' back to cleaning this place up, bud. It's gonna be a process but I'd at least like to get the floors swept this evening." She looked at Grim. "You might as well help us out if you plan on staying here."
Grim stared at Devon as if she'd grown a second head. "Help you? No way! I'm just a monster who happens to be staying in a rainy place. You better get a can of tuna ready if you want my help."
"I figured as much," Devon replied, turning and walking back toward the stairs with Zephyr floating dutifully at her shoulder. "That's fine. Once the rain lets up, I'd be happy to tell the headmaster you snuck back in here." She sent him an overly sweet smile over her shoulder. "I'm sure he'd be glad to toss you out again."
"Fgnya!" Grim shouted as he followed Devon toward the stairs. "What's with you?! I thought female humans were supposed to be all soft and sweet and nurturing."
Devon rolled her eyes. "I have no problem being "soft and sweet and nurturing" to people who have earned it. All you've done since we met is try to hurt, if not outright kill me, and now you're expecting me to just take care of you while you freeload here." She shrugged and began making her way up the stairs. "That ain't happenin'. You can either do your part or I can toss you out myself as soon as the rain stops."
They had reached the top of the stairs. Grim was about to argue back when a loud creak echoed through the hallway. The hallway suddenly felt much colder and Grim felt a shiver run all the way from his head to his tail. "H-Human, was that you?"
Devon shook her head, looking around warily. "Nope. And something tells me it wasn't Regina or any of the other Wisps either."
The pair remained rooted to their spots, each looking around to try and figure out what was causing the uneasy feeling in the pit of their stomachs. Devon bristled as she noticed three forms taking shape in front of them. Three ghosts materialized out of thin air: a short one, a chubby one, and a thin, lanky one. Devon was a little surprised at how…cartoonish they looked; white and marshmallow-y with light blue eyes. All of them had matching black top hats similar to the one the headmaster wore and they all wore greyish-blue capes.
"What's up, human?" Grim asked, tapping Devon's leg with his tail. "Why'd you go stiff all of-" His eyes widened when he finally caught sight of the ghosts, his mouth opening and closing but no sound escaped him.
"Ehheehee," the short ghost cackled. "We haven't a guest in so long. I'm just itching for some action."
Grim let out an ear-splitting shriek, apparently finding his voice, and ducked behind Devon. "G-g-g-ghosts?! Nobody said anything about this place being haunted!"
"The humans living here before got scared of us and left," the chubby ghost said, not appearing at all fazed by Grim's outburst.
"We've been looking for some new ghost pals," the lanky ghost continued. "You two will do nicely!"
"Why does everything want me dead in this world?!" Devon shouted. "I don't know what I did in a past life to deserve this but I must have effed up big time." Zephyr zipped out in front of Devon, ready to defend her if necessary, and was quickly joined by Marina.
"Th-The Great Grim ain't scared of some measly ghosts!" Grim declared, stepping out from behind Devon's leg. "Take this!" He sucked in a breath and blew out a stream of blue fire.
The short ghost watched in amusement as the fire flew straight past him. "Where are you aiming?"
"Over here, over here!" The lanky ghost teased before cackling again.
Grim let out a frustrated growl. "Mmmmrrr! Stop disappearing!" He shot out another stream of fire. This one didn't come any closer to hitting the ghosts but it did hit a nearby pile of debris, setting it ablaze. Fortunately, Marina was able to douse the flames with water magic before they could spread.
Devon watched the whole thing from her place at the top of the stairs. 'How could Grim miss a target that's right in front of him?' She glanced back at the monster as he continued to blow fire at the ghosts, never even coming close to hitting them despite the ghosts barely moving. It was then that she noticed that each time Grim breathed fire, he closed his eyes as a reflex. "Dude, you gotta keep your eyes open!" Devon called out. "You'll burn the place down at this rate!"
"Shut up!" Grim shouted back. "Don't try to give me orders!"
Devon let out an exasperated sigh. "I'll give you a can of tuna if you beat them."
Grim perked up immediately. "Wha-?!" He gave a frustrated growl. "I'm a magical prodigy in the making! I can handle this on my own!" The ghosts just cackled in response, still floating lazily around the monster and human. Grim growled again. "You guys are a bunch of cowards gangin' up on us like this!"
"I'll throw in another tuna can if you take 'em down!" Devon offered. "It's now or never!"
"Mmmghmm…fine," Grim reluctantly agreed. "But you gotta tell me where the ghosts are, human!"
"Got it!" Devon agreed. She spied on floating toward Grim as he looked around frantically. "On your left!"
Grim blew out another stream of fire, his eyes closed again, but this time he hit his target. The short ghost that had been getting ready to spook him flinched back as the fire grazed his arm.
"Yeeoow!" the short ghost yelled. "Hot, hot hot!"
Grim opened his eyes. "I…I hit one!" he exclaimed in disbelief. He turned back to Devon with a smirk. "Not bad, human. Now let's send 'em packin'!"
The human/monster duo managed to work out a system fairly quickly despite how rocky things had been between them. Devon called out directions to Grim whenever she noticed a ghost creeping closer and Grim blasted them with fire in the direction Devon had indicated. Zephyr and Marina ran interference for them; Marina using water to put out any stray fires before they could grow and Zephyr keeping an eye on Devon's blindspots (since she was too focused on watching Grim's back) and blowing away any ghosts that got too close to her without her noticing.
"Nyahaha!" Grim laughed after a few minutes of keeping the ghosts at bay. "This is too easy for a genius like me!"
"You're that confident, huh?" Devon asked, quirking a brow.
"Naturally!" Grim replied. "Now that I've got the hang of it, I can manage without some dumb human givin' me directions!"
Devon noticed a ghost creeping closer and closer to Grim as he continued boasting. She locked eyes with it and shrugged, indicating she wasn't going to say anything to Grim. 'Fine. Let's see how you do without my help, furball.'
"Gehhehhehheh!" the ghost laughed as he popped up behind Grim, causing the monster to jump back in surprise.
"Fgnya!" Grim shouted. He turned to Devon again, his eyes wide with fear. "H-h-hey! You're supposed to tell me when you see a ghost creepin' up on me."
Devon blinked at him innocently but her eyes still held a teasing edge. "But I thought you didn't need my help anymore. Since you're such a genius and all." Her expression softened a bit as Grim pouted at her; she'd always been a sucker for cats. "Fine, fine. No more foolin'. We handle this together." She spotted the remaining two ghosts approaching. "There, Grim! To the right!"
"Fuuunya!" Grim shouted as yet another stream of flame burst forth, causing both ghosts to recoil in pain.
"Ouuch!" both ghosts shouted in unison.
"It's really working," Grim mumbled softly before raising his voice again. "What now, human?"
"Give it everything you got! Let's clear 'em out for good!" Devon ordered.
Grim smirked and cracked his knuckles. "Now that's a plan I can get behind!" He proceeded to blow fire in all directions. The ghosts scrambled this way and that in an attempted to escape the blaze but Grim managed to cut off any possible escape route. Each time he or Devon noticed a ghost attempting to go intangible, Grim would hit them with fire before they could disappear completely. After a minute or two, the ghosts finally conceded.
"At this rate, we'll disappear for good!" the chubby ghost cried out to his companions. "Run away!"
Grim and Devon stared in shocked disbelief as the ghosts faded back into the walls of the dorm and Marina put out any leftover fires. The pair turned to look at each other, their mouths still hanging open. It was Grim who spoke up first. "Did…Did we just…win?"
Devon nodded slowly. "I think we did, bud." Without thinking, she rushed forward and scooped Grim up into a hug before sitting down at the top of the stairs. "That was awesome! You were great!"
Grim leaned his head into Devon's neck, too overwhelmed to protest the hug. "Hah…hah…," he panted. "That was sca-" He shook his head. "I-I mean, I wasn't scared at all! This was nothing for the Great Grim! What do you think of that, ghosts?!" he shouted into the empty hallway. "You done?!"
Devon laughed at the outburst when the sound of footsteps caught her attention. "Ay, what now?" She and Grim turned their heads toward the bottom of the staircase to see the headmaster walking toward them.
"Good evening, hatchling!" Crowley called out cheerfully as he proudly held up a tray of food. "I have taken it upon myself to bring you supper. For I am gracious!" His smile dropped when he noticed Grim in Devon's arms. "You're the monster that ran amuck at the entrance ceremony! I thought I had you thrown out of the school! What are you doing back here?!"
"Exterminating your little ghost problem," Grim retorted with a smug smile on his face. "You're welcome."
"Hmm? What do you mean?" Crowley asked, holding his chin between his thumb and index finger. His eyes widened (or they appeared to, at least; it was hard to tell with the mask) when he caught sight of Zephyr floating at Devon's shoulder. "Is that…a Wisp? What is going on here, Devon?"
Devon proceeded to explain the situation: how she had saved and befriended the Wisps living in the dorm, how Regina had enchanted the dorm and made it sentient (Regina even accompanied Devon's account of events by opening and closing the windows again, as if helping to prove Devon's point), how Grim had managed to sneak back onto the campus, and finally how they'd defeated the ghosts. Crowley listened with rapt attention, watching as the Wisps flitted around Devon as she spoke.
"Ah, now that you mention it, I seem to recall students complaining about some prankster ghosts while this dorm was active," Crowley said. "Most students refuse to go near this place now because of those ghosts; I'd forgotten about that." He studied the Wisps floating nearby. "But even when the dorm was still active, I had no idea that Wisps resided here as well." He turned his yellow orbs to Devon. "And to think you'd be able to tame them so easily."
"I don't know that I'd call it 'taming'," Devon protested. "I saved them from a magic-eating spider and will continue to do so for as long as I'm here and they're helping me out with tasks around the dorm." She shrugged. "It's a win-win, I think." She glanced up at the ceiling. "Oh right! Regina wanted me to let you know that you need to get someone out here to fix the holes in the roof. They were able to do some temporary patches to keep the rain out but those won't hold forever."
"And you can understand them as well!" Crowley clapped his hands together in delight. "Fascinating! I didn't expect you all to be able to work together to defeat those ghosts so easily!"
"Hey!" Grim protested, jumping out of Devon's arms and landing on the floor in front of Crowley. "Don't lump me in with them! The human just stood there watching and those orb things only ever protected her; they didn't care at all what happened to me! And I only did this for a can of tuna." He gasped before glaring at Devon. "That's right! You owe me my tuna. Pay up!"
"I'd like you to show me how you defeated the ghosts," Crowley cut in, setting the tray of food down. Devon smiled when she saw Fuego materialize and levitate the tray closer to them before using a fire spell to keep the tray warm so the food didn't get cold.
"How? We already got rid of all the ghosts!" Grim complained. "I'm not doin' anything else until I get. My. Tuna."
"Not to worry, I shall be the ghost," Crowley assured them, pulling a small glass vial out of his pocket. "If you defeat me, I shall give you all the tuna cans you want. For I am gracious."
Devon couldn't help herself. "Zydrate comes in a little glass vial," she whispered to herself.
Crowley looked at her in confusion. "Pardon?"
Devon shook her head with a smile. "Nothing. Just a reference from my world."
"Ah, I see," He opened the vial. "And now… Transformation potion!" He down the contents with one gulp. There was a puff of smoke and once it cleared, a ghost just like the ones they'd face before floated where Crowley had been standing. Devon was mildly amused to see that the headmaster kept his mask even in ghost form.
"Ugh, I don't wanna!" Grim groaned. "Teamin' up with the human again is gonna be such a pain!"
"You know, this could be your chance to convince the headmaster to let you enroll," Devon said as she stood up. "All ya have to do is beat him."
"Mmmmmgh," Grim ground out. "Fine. But this is the last time. After this, I'm getting my tuna or heads are gonna roll!"
The headmaster cleared his throat as Grim turned to face him. "Now then, try to exterminate me in this form. Please attack with all your strength; I assure you I will not be angry. Aren't I just so gracious?"
"Yeah, yeah, fine," Grim grumbled. "Just make sure I get my tuna after this!"
"In that case, I shall begin!" With that, the headmaster faded away.
"Alright human! Make sure you tell me exactly where he's at!" Grim ordered.
Devon caught the tell-tale shimmer of the ghost reappearing. "There! 10 o'clock!"
Grim blew out his signature blue fire, scorching the headmaster's arm.
"Ouch!" the masked ghost-man cried, shaking his arm out to try and dull the pain. "Hmm… Not bad. Let's see how you deal with a tougher challenge." With that, he began zipping around the hallway as fast he could.
"What the heck?!" Grim exclaimed. "How'd he get so fast?!"
"We got this, Grim!" Devon called out.
"Y-Yeah!" Grim agreed. "Something like this is nothing for the Great Grim!"
The fight continued much as the last one had. Devon and Grim adapted to working together relatively easily and the Wisps ran interference when needed. Even the headmaster calling back the ghosts they'd defeated earlier that evening weren't enough to stop them.
"Oho, this is quite a surprise," the headmaster mused after observing the scene for a few moments. He had stepped back to watch the group after summoning the original ghosts.
"How do ya…like that…?" Grim panted as he braced himself against Devon's leg. "You're a real slave-driver, ya know, Devon? You really oughta treat me nicer."
"Uh-huh, I'll get right on that," Devon replied dryly, despite picking Grim up again and running her fingers through his fur. She turned her attention to Crowley, who had returned to his human (though she wasn't sure he was entirely human) form. "How'd we do?"
"I…can't believe it!" Crowley exclaimed. "To think there would be someone at this very school with the ability to command monsters. If I'm being honest, my educator-senses have been screaming at me since the commotion at the entrance ceremony that you have the makings of a beast trainer or tamer." He studied her for a moment. "But…no matter how…"
"Umm," Devon interjected as Crowley continued to mutter to himself. "Do you think it'd be possible for Grim to stay here with me? He really, really wants to go to this school."
"Hmm? What's this now? A monster remain on campus?" Crowley asked, surprised.
"D-Devon?" Grim asked, looking equal parts surprised and hopeful.
"It would make me feel a lot better if he could stay," Devon pressed.
Crowley looked back and forth between Devon and Grim's pleading stares before letting out a sigh. "Very well. I suppose it can't be helped," he relented.
"R-Really?!" Grim exclaimed, a smile spreading over his face.
Crowley held up a hand. "However. I cannot allow a soul that was not called by the Dark Mirror, let alone a monster, to enroll at this school." He focused his attention on Devon. "I also cannot allow you to be a freeloader here until we find you a way back to your world."
"Pfft, well talk about short-lived joy," Grim scoffed, crossing his arms.
"Let me finish, Grim," Crowley said. "You may be unable to use magic, Devon, but the fact remains that your soul was called here by the Dark Mirror so the school must take responsibility. To that end, you will be permitted to stay here for free for the time being. However, it will be up to you to provide any other necessities for yourself. And seeing as you have nothing to your name…" He chuckled to himself.
Devon quirked an eyebrow, looking at him skeptically. "Yeah, because that's not ominous or anything."
"There's no need to fret. I'm just going to have you do some odd jobs around campus," Crowley explained. "From what I can see," he gestured around the hallway. "you seem to know your way around a broom and cleaning supplies. How would you two like to be custodians for the school? This way, I'll be able to grant you special permission to remain on campus. I shall also allow to use the library for learning purposes or to research ways to return to your world." He gave a self-satisfied smile. "Ah, graciousness, thy name is Crowley." His voice became stern. "But you may only do so after you've finished your work for the day."
"Eeeehh?! I'm not okay with that?!" Grim shouted. "I wanna wear that fancy uniform and be a student!"
"If you refuse my offer, I can always throw you out again," Crowley commented nonchalantly.
"Grrrrr…fine!" Grim conceded. "I get it! I just have to do it!"
Devon nodded. "Fair enough." 'Can't really complain after I got on Grim's case earlier about not pulling his weight. At least it's something constructive to do instead of waiting around for Crowley to find me a way home.'
"Wonderful," Crowley replied. "In that case, starting tomorrow, you two will become Night Raven College's new custodians!" He turned and headed back down the stairs. "Until then!"
"Today…was an experience," Devon commented as finished brushing her teeth. She was incredibly thankful she hadn't unpacked her messenger bag from when she'd stayed over at Valentina's apartment a few nights earlier; she had plenty of basics with her already, including a pair of pajamas and a change of clothes for the next day. "I'm not entirely sure if it was a good experience, though."
"Who are you talking to?" Grim asked as Devon walked into the bedroom.
Devon smiled and shook her head. "No one. Just thinking out loud."
"You're pretty weird for a human," Grim observed, hopping up onto the bed as Devon pulled the covers back and climbed in herself.
"Yeah, but you're stuck with me," she snarked.
Grim grumbled slightly as Devon picked him up but made no move to escape her hold. "Ugh, don't remind me." The comment sounded mean but there was no bite in his tone. He sighed and curled up in Devon's arms as she carefully scratched behind his ears. "So you really come from a world with no magic?"
"Mmhmm," Devon replied. She and Grim had shared the meal Crowley had brought for her after he'd left and the two had got to talking. They weren't quite friends but they were on much better terms than they were earlier that day. Devon was surprised by how quickly the little monster was growing on her; he was actually kind of adorable when he wasn't being annoying.
"No offense, but your world sounds really boring," Grim said as Devon leaned back against the pillows.
"Trust me, you wouldn't think that if you could see where I lived when my brothers and I were younger," Devon replied with a laugh. "The town we live in now is usually pretty chill but New York City is a character all by itself. All kinds of people, some of the best entertainment in the world, and any kind of food you can imagine."
Grim's eyes lit up. "Are you serious?!"
Devon nodded before setting Grim down next to her. "Yep. Whatever food you're thinking of right now, they've got it. And be willing to bet they've got plenty you've never heard of too."
"Nyahaha!" Grim cackled. "If you ever find a way back home, I wanna come visit! Gotta make sure the food's as amazing as you say it is!"
Devon laughed again, laying down on her side and running her fingers through Grim's fur. "I'd be more than happy to take you on an NYC food tour." She smiled as Grim nestled into the crook of her arm and closed his eyes, one ear pressed against her chest as if he was listening to her heartbeat. Soon enough, she felt her own eyelids growing heavy. She was about to reach up and turn off the reading light that hung over her bed but it clicked off on its own. "Heh. Thanks, Regina." The only Wisps she could see in the room were Zephyr and Fuego; Zephyr remained loyally at her side as they had since she'd befriended them and Fuego was staying tucked in the fireplace and using their magic to keep the room warm against the coming autumn chill. She knew the remaining Wisps would still be able to hear her even if she couldn't them. "Goodnight, guys. And thank you."
Devon finally drifted off to sleep, feeling the safest she had since she arrived.
Ending Notes: I'm trying to give each Wisp their own individual personalities. Regina, Zephyr, and Fuego are going to be the ones we see the most (for now) so they'll be more obvious. I'm not sure if you guys noticed but Zephyr's a biiiiit overprotective.
I was really excited for this chapter because I finally, finally, got to show Devon being the little snuggle bug she is. I hadn't had a chance to showcase it before but she's a very physically affectionate person and is all about free hugs (once she feels like she knows the person well enough). It'll be interesting once she starts becoming friends with the boys since I get the vibe that some of them are definitely touch-starved.
One more thing! Literally nobody asked for this but I'mma do it anyway! I want to drop a couple hints about who Devon's love interests will be so I'm going to list three hints here. 1). All of her LIs are in different dorms. 2). She has a LI in Heartslabyul. 3). The Heartslabyul LI is not Riddle. I adore him but the other boys need love too.
Thank you all so much for reading! As always, feedback and constructive criticism are more than welcome! Geekinthepink, out!
