This is a request from "Avenger44" of alternate dream chapter, where it involves the Silva Hound children, and their awesome, slightly crazed and yet fun-loving babysitter/friend/overlord. Enjoy reading this new alternate dream chapter folks!
Helluva Loud Adventures.
"Dream Alternate: Velvet and the Kids."
(Silva Hound Residence, Rose Street. Royal Woods, Michigan.)
We see the Silva Hound kids, well mostly Luna and Luan, are both in the playpen and are spending time with their baby brother, Lincoln and he is just playing with his blocks and doesn't bother with whatever else is going on around him.
Luan does go closer, and she kisses his cheek. The baby does take notice, but then he goes back to playing, and this has Luan confused, and so Luna intervenes and she calms down her little sister. "It's alright, Luan. Linky just wants to play with his own toys, he'll play with you when he feels like it."
Luan nods, and yet she feels lonely that her brother is not playing with her. But then someone shows up upside down, and this surprises the girls. "Hi kids. So, what's going on?" It's Velvet, the Overlord from Pentagram City, Hell.
Velvet then stands on her hands, and then she stands upright. Luna then explains. "Lori and Leni are busy, and auntie summer and auntie Dia took Lynn to play at the Park, and our mommy is busy with work and she is in the dining room..."
They see Loona, and she turns to them and sees this. "What the heck are you doing here, overlord?"
"Wanted to spend time with these cute little ones." Velvet then sits on the ground cross-legged, and then she asks. "So, wanna have a play time day?" Luan goes over, and she hugs her, and this surprises the overlord. "Oh, what's wrong sweetie?"
Luan then calms down. "Linky doesn't wanna play with me."
Velvet notices this, as the infant is playing with his own blocks. The living owl plush sits on his head and hoots, but he doesn't bother, and then their pet chick Lela goes over, and he still doesn't bother and just plays with his blocks, and this makes sense to Velvet.
"Luan, calm down kiddo. Now, I know that you wanna play with your baby brother, but he has his own thing going on. That means, he is growing up and wants to learn things on his own, and this might just be one of them. Playing by himself, with his little imagination."
They then see, that Lincoln is matching the colored blocks. "And also he wants to figure things out." she then wipes away the tears from Luan. "Hey now, no more of that. Look, I get that you wanna spend time with your cute baby brother. But next time, okay sweetie?"
Luan nods, and then she asks. "Will you play with me?"
Velvet smiles. "Of course." They then go over and play with the plush animals, and this makes Luna smile. She then goes over and joins them, and at the same time they watch over Lincoln and whatever he is doing. Loona notices this and smiles, she is glad that they have Velvet to always come around and spend time with them.
(The following day.)
Velvet is in the backyard, and she is pushing the two swings, with Lori and Leni on them. The two girls giggle and laugh as their hellish friend is spending some time with them. "Higher Velvet, higher!" cheered Leni.
This makes Velvet snicker and smile and she pushes her a little higher, and Leni holds on tight. Velvet knows when to be careful, and she knows when to be safe when around the kids, since they are young and adorable and she'd be in deep trouble from Loona if something were to happen to them.
Just then, Velvet stops pushing them and this surprises the two girls. "Velvet?" asked Lori. "What's wrong?"
They then look to what Velvet sees, and they see a large badger is walking across the backyard, and this startles Lori and Leni. They get off the swings, and go behind her. "What is a badger doing here, Velvet?" asked Leni.
Velvet is now in protective mode. "I don't know, but this thing made a big mistake stepping his mangy paws here!" She then looks closely. "Wait, wait. The newspaper, you're mom said that there is a stray badger going around the neighborhood, and it keeps escaping and stealing things."
The badger notices them and growls, but then it looks to the house and then sees the pet chicken Lela is pecking the ground, and so it goes after the little chicken and this alarms the girls. "Lela!"
Velvet's eyes glow bright pink, and she dashes forward and is now between the chick and the badger, and the animal halts and is surprised. "Now, where the hell do you think you're going?" Her mouth is filled with a grin of teeth, and her claws now long and sharp.
The badger backs away in fear, but growls and hisses at her. Then Velvet roars, and the badger loses all the color on his fur. Velvet then grabs the badger by the face. "And... Stay out!" She throws the badger so far, that they don't see it anymore.
Velvet then calms down, and realizes, she just showed a part of her true demon form, and she turns around expecting the girls to be scared, but instead she is hugged by Lori and Leni. "Thank you for saving Lela!" cheered Leni.
"Thank you so much, Velvet. We don't know what would happen if that animal went inside the house too" replied Lori.
Hearing this, makes Velvet smile and she hugs them back. "I promise, that nobody and I mean, nobody is going to bring harm to you kids ever again." they then depart from the hug, and so they go back to playing on the swings.
The little chick Lela is stunned by what had happened, and then she goes back to feeding on small insects in the backyard. But Dia saw the whole thing from the window, and she is surprised. 'Didn't see that shit coming, I should tell Loona about this... Wow.'
She recalls, that when Velvet gets angry, then she gets angry and dangerous.
(The next day.)
We now head to the playpen once more, and here Lincoln is playing with his big sister, Lynn. Lincoln makes some blocks, and then Lynn throws her plush football which goes over the blocks, making Lincoln giggle and laugh.
Lynn smiles seeing this and she crawls over and she gives her baby brother a hug, to which he returns the embrace. Then they see Velvet walk in from the dining room. "Hey there, little babies. The cookies aren't done yet, we'll need to give them more time."
Velvet then sits in the playpen. "So, what are you little cuties doing?"
Lincoln notices her, and he smiles and laughs and he crawls towards Velvet, this makes Velvet smile and awe struck seeing the happy and cute face from the baby, but it warms her heart more to see that he wants to spend some time with her.
Velvet then hugs the baby, and Lincoln returns the hug, but then Velvet sees Lynn crawl over, and feeling left out, and so she opens her arms and lets her come in for a hug as well. This makes both Lincoln and Lynn giggle and smile, and then Velvet places a small kiss onto their foreheads.
This motion makes the baby giggle and laugh, and then they touch her hands, and she lets them but she has to be careful because of her fingernails. Velvet then sees Lincoln pulling on her long pig tail, and she giggles. "Now what on earth are you doing there, cutie little baby?"
Lincoln giggles and smiles. He then touches her hand, and then looks to her face and sees her features. Lynn also plays with her hair, but then she pokes her brother on the cheek, and this makes him smile and do the same to Lynn.
Velvet sees this as adorable and silly, and so she lays down with the babies. This sorta startles Lincoln and Lynn, but then they laugh and smile when they are now looking at Velvet who is laying down. "Hey there, you two." Lincoln goes over, and he touches her face, and then Lynn throws her plush football at her, to which she catches and lightly tosses back.
Lynn smiles and claps, and she proceeds to throw her plush football to Velvet and she kindly throws it back gently, and all the while she allows Lincoln to mess with her face, and this makes her snicker. Seeing the two babies happy, is enough to make her day feel a little bit better and worth seeing through.
Summer spots this from upstairs, and she smiles. 'Glad that Velvet has changed, and I don't know where she would be or what she would do if she had never met the kids. So much has gone down, and I wonder what other odd things Velvet is capable of.'
