Yesterday, Ruin came out. Perfect time for another chapter.

Gregory wakes up in a room he doesn't recognize.

The room was small, and there were a ton of clothes that he was laying on. He got up and took in his surroundings.

"Where am I?" he asked himself. "Look at all this stuff. Freddy? Freddy, are you there?"

That's when Vanessa appears on a small monitor on a desk.

"Listen, Gregory," she said. "I know you don't trust me, and I understand why, but please, let me explain myself." Vanessa then screams and puts her hand against her forehead, as if she was getting a headache. "No, no, get out of my head."

The screen is covered in static, and when the static cleared, Vanessa had an evil smile on her face. She puts on a white rabbit mask and she asks, "Are you having fun yet?"

Gregory hears footsteps, and he turns to his left. Through the window, he sees the Rabbit Lady skipping towards the door with her knife in hand. He quickly looks around for a way to escape, and finds a gift box. He opens it to reveal a screwdriver. He finds a vent on the wall and unscrews the screws keeping it shut. It took a while, though, and the Rabbit Lady got in right as he finished unscrewing.

Gregory went inside the vent, and the Rabbit Lady reached her hand out for him, but he crawled far enough away from her reach.

Gregory made it through the vent and found himself back in the lobby. He knew he had to run, as the Rabbit Lady was still pursuing him.

Gregory runs as fast as he can and heads into another on the other side of the lobby. He finds another gift box. He opens it up to reveal another drink, this time with Chica on it.

Gregory goes into his watch and looks at the cameras, and sees the Rabbit Lady wandering around the Lobby. He makes his way out of the office and sneaks through Glamrock Gifts to avoid being spotted.

Gregory makes it to the elevator, but then he hears a voice say, "There you are."

Gregory looks behind him and sees the Rabbit Lady charging up the stairs, so he quickly gets into the elevator and pushes the button until the doors shut.

The elevator rises into the Atrium. Gregory assumes Freddy will be down in the Parts and Service room, so when the doors open, he heads over to the stage and scans his badge onto the lift control, just for nothing to happen. He realizes that the stage is deactivated.

Gregory looks in front and sees there seems to be a control area on the third floor balcony, so he heads there. Once he reached the balcony, he saw a note that read, "Backup Showtime Disc in Rockstar Row backstage. Backstage Pass required to access."

Gregory smacks his forehead, frustratedly.

Gregory heads downstairs and heads to Rockstar Row. He uses his flashlight to navigate the dark halls, and finds a gift box. He opens it to reveal another flashlight upgrade disc.

As if on cue, the flashlight runs out of battery. He quickly finds a recharge station and inserts the disc, giving the battery another bar of power.

Gregory continues on and finds another gift box under a Freddy cutout. He opens it up to reveal a small red card with the word "BACKSTAGE" on it.

Gregory heads into Rockstar Row and realizes he should be able to head into Parts and Service through the elevator in Freddy's room, so he heads to the door, but the door wouldn't open, and there wasn't any panel to scan his Security Badge. He realizes that most likely only Freddy will open it.

Gregory sees a black door which he assumes leads backstage, so he heads to the door and scans his Backstage Pass, and he is granted access.

Gregory roams the backstage area until he finds a security office. He finds the disc that he's looking for, and he upgrades his security clearance since a badge head was there.

Alarms go off and Freddy appears on the monitors.

"What did you do?" he asked. "You seem to have fixed my signal. I'm over at Parts and Service. You can use that disc to activate the stage and get down."

Gregory was about to head to the door, but he heard footsteps coming from it. He checks the cameras and sees that Monty and Roxy are at both sides of the office, Monty on the left, Roxy on the right.

"Great, now how am I supposed to get out?" asked Gregory.

"Do you see that large vent on the floor?" Freddy replied.

Gregory looks and sees there's a vent on the floor. "I do."

"Good," said Freddy. "If you hear banging on the doors, use the electrical deterrents to stun the animatronics."

Gregory quickly gets to work. He unscrews one of four screws on the vent. He hears banging on the left door and shocks Monty.

Gregory then unscrews the second screw, before hearing banging on the right. He quickly shocks Roxy.

Gregory unscrews the third screw and hears banging coming from both doors, so he quickly shocks both animatronics.

Gregory unscrews the fourth and last screw and opens the vent, jumping in. He crawls through the vent and finds himself back in the atrium.

He hurries over to the control area and inserts the disc, causing music to play on the speakers, and giant holograms of the four animatronics to appear on stage.

Gregory hears footsteps and sees Chica, Roxy, and Monty charging towards him, so he quickly runs downstairs. After making it down to the second floor, he runs out of energy and quickly drinks the Freddy drink, replenishing his energy.

Gregory quickly runs down to the first floor and across the atrium to the stage. He scans the badge and pushes the button, going down.

Gregory looks around, remembering his first encounter with the animatronics down in this room, and his first encounter with the Rabbit Lady. The fear and adrenaline freeze him as he relives those moments in his head.

He quickly snaps out of it and heads over to the Parts and Service room. He sees Freddy strapped to a table with his head detached.

"Do you know where the child is?" asked Freddy.

"I found him earlier and placed him in lost and found," Vanessa replied.

"That is good news," said Freddy. "He can be taken to his family."

"He can't," said Vanessa. "Turns out, there's no record of him."

"How unfortunate," said Freddy. "At least when the police arrive, he'll be taken somewhere safe."

"Let's hope so," said Vanessa.

Vanessa leaves the room through the elevator to Freddy's room.

Gregory heads inside and asks Freddy, "What did they do to you?"

"Routine maintenance," Freddy replied. "I'm functioning much better now. Could you do me a favor and re-attach my head?"

"I don't know," Gregory replied. "Looks complicated."

"Just re-attach the wires in the order you're told, and be careful. One slip up might cause me to harm you."

"Well, that just makes things worse for me," said Gregory, though he reluctantly tried to help.

He heads over to the monitor and selects "Head Re-Attachment."

Gregory heads inside the cylinder, and sees the buttons flash in the following sequence: Blue, Yellow, Green, Red. Gregory repeats the sequence and re-attaches the head. He then runs diagnostics to make sure it's working properly, before going to the monitor to select "Finish Upgrade."

Freddy comes out, good as new.

"Look at all this stuff," said Gregory, looking around and seeing all the tech. "Is there something we can use to stop the other bots?"

"Bright lights tend to stun us," Freddy replied. "A Fazer Blaster or Faz Cam should work. To get one, you must enter Fazer Blast or Monty Golf. To get into one, you'll need a party pass. Chica hands them out for birthdays. Check her green room in Rockstar Row."

That's when the lights go out. Gregory quickly climbs into Freddy and he hurries over to the nearest recharge station. The lights come back on after Freddy charges.

Well, there you have it. I won't be continuing this story until I finish the first half of New World, New Me. Just letting you know.
