Seeing the gigantic door. I walked closer to it. I wonder if some kind of monster would drag me inside of there.
The moment I came within 5 feet of the giant door, it slowly opened.
The door only opened slightly making it impossible for beings the size of the door to enter but me being just a puny 5"5 feet tall human, it was more than enough for me.
I resumed my stride, and walked through the gap.
I gasped in surprise when I stepped through.
The vault was quite spacious, it was the size of a football field. The vault had a few dozen pillars, each pillar had an artifact on top of it.
Gold and silver coins, rubies, sapphires and other valuable gems were nonchalantly littering the floor as If they were garbage.
I had an urge to punch the person who did this seeing the wealth that was strewn across the floor. I lampooned at my suicidal thought.
There were dozens of artifacts here, but according to the knowledge I gained, this floor contained the least amount.
Monocles that would grant them the ability to zoom in.
Watches that always adjusted to the local time zone.
Books with never-ending pages.
A ring that would make you release a wonderful scent.
A pocket knife that always return to your pocket.
And many more such items were easily seen. While I wanted to simply take them all, I realized that would stupid.
Most items here are a too eye-catching, if I were to take them, I might as beg people to steal them. especially since I am still a normal human and not yet a beyonder.
Hmm. What's this?
I walked towards the pillar which had a golden key with a turquoise gem.
I looked at its information which was written on a board below it.
"Master Key. Able to unlock all mundane doors (even highly advanced ones) and some low-level mystical locks." Reading its effect, I was quite surprised at it. since it can open All mundane locks, isn't this technically a conceptual item.
My greed reared its ugly head, and for once I didn't chase it.
Owning a conceptual weapon is just too cool to pass on.
I grabbed the key and placed it inside my pant pocket.
Standing in place I thought for a few moments on what I should take.
I cannot take them all, but I could take something that would assist me in being a spectator.
So, I walked with purpose around the room.
Finally, I came across one which met my requirements.
A grey ring inlaid with a tiny black gem.
"Loner's Ring. Makes people ignore the user." I picked it up and placed it on my index finger.
The moment I wore the ring I felt a slight pressure on my mind for a few seconds before it disappeared.
I was about to walk away to the library of doors when I came across something that seemed more important.
A silver ring inlaid with seven different gems.
"Ring of the linguist. Grants the ability to speak and read any language." Which was a godsend.
I was a major anime watcher; thus, I was about to use the library of doors to go to an anime world. But the problem with that was the fact that I did not know Japanese.
I picked up the ring and placed it on my middle finger. the same feeling of pressure assaulted my mind, the pressure that fell on my mind was significantly greater than the pressure I felt when I wore the loner ring.
Feeling the pressure disappear I heaved a sigh of relief. That must be some kind of sign telling me not wear any more artifact. Thinking that my deduction was right I didn't grab any more artifacts nor did I look at them lest I fell into temptation.
But I did grab a pouch containing a few gold coins. Money is the most important thing for a future beyonder. I can't expect to gain all the ingredients for the potion by myself.
I walked to the side of the room and tapped the wall three times.
"Take me to the library of doors." My voice resounded through the place.
The wall trembled, and the bricks that made up the wall shifted, creating a passage to the library.
I stepped inside the passage. The passage was illuminated by lanterns that seemed to contain a ball of light inside them.
I wonder what they are? Fairies? I thought to myself seeing the ball of light in the lanterns. I shook my head at the ridiculousness of what I said.
Finally, I saw the exit. Exiting passageway, I entered the library of doors.
Seeing the library of doors, I gasped in astonishment. I couldn't even begin explaining how wonderous it looked.
the spacious room was the size of a large library. It looked like a library except for the fact that instead of having books in the book shelves, it had doors. There were doors of multitude of shapes and colors. It reminded me of the doors from monsters inc.
I walked around the place staring at the doors in amazement.
This place has a lot of doors. Whoever made this was either an eccentrc genius or someone with too much free time. I thought to myself.
Finally, after a couple of minutes of touring the library, I walked to the opposite side in search of the stone tablet that would give me further information about the library.
After walking across the room, I came across the stone tablet, it was the same size and shape as the stone tablet that I touched first.
"Pick a door, any door. -Kaleido Door." I read the message written on the stone tablet.
My first thought while reading the stone tablet was, Zelretch!? But then I calmed down and panicked again. Zelretch is a beyonder!? After which I calmed down once more.
I thought about the name "Kaleido door" seriously, either it could be the name of the person who brought me here. or could be a someone connected to the person who brought me here.
Kaleido door. someone who mastered the kaleidoscope and the became a sequence 0: door? why did he create this library? Was he forced to create this, or did he create this because of an advancement ritual? my brain worked itself into overdrive trying to deduce the person who brought me here.
Forget it. ill think about this matter when I actually become a spectator. I told myself.
Seeing that I have no other choice I touched the stone tablet.
An injection of knowledge was sent to my brain, it told me of how to use the doors and a few additional safety rules.
One: do not go to One Piece. Two: be careful in DxD. Three: Do not go to seven deadly sins. Four: be careful in Jujutsu Kaisen. Five: learn another power system at sequence 05.
Re-checking the knowledge I gained I sighed in defeat. "Such misfortune." I murmured dejectedly.
My original plan was to go to one piece, and gather the ingredients, make the potion and secretly get on the going merry so that I could spectate luffy's journey.
Sigh.
I turned around and walked in search of a door. I walked to the fantasy section. The fantasy section contains doors that connect worlds with fantasy elements.
I walked through between the aisle of doors, looking around for a suitable one.
First, the world must not be too dangerous. Second, they must have interesting events so that I could spectate. Third, the world needs to have the necessary ingredients for the potion.
Naruto? According to the knowledge I gained, Naruto has all the ingredients to make sequence 09 and 08 potions. but shinobi have higher senses than normal so they would be able to detect me.
Fairy tail? possess all the ingredients for potions until sequence 06. And even possess some high-level ingredients as well. but fairy tail is too dangerous, especially considering that world has gods.
Hmmm. Yes. that world would work. I search for the door number through the knowledge I gained. Finding it, I rush through the aisle.
Checking the door numbers one by one.
"Door No. 86…door No.86…door No.86…. ahaha" I stopped at the door number 86. It was a plain door that seemed to made from white marble.
Grabbing the nob, I turned it and pulled it.
Behind the door there was a turquoise portal that reminded me of a whirlpool.
I took a deep breath and stepped through the portal.
Time for me to (RE)Start my journey.

Comment your thoughts on what he gained.
FYI, the worlds that was mentioned to not go to contain the key for him to become a great old one.
