While Tohru was explaining what was happened to her father, Elma was heading for her home, thinking it would be best if her faction knew what Magi has done. She also knows she couldn't stay as she wanted to keep training Miss Kobayashi, and even continue living in the human world. She also needs Torhu to get back. Luckily, she was going to wait for her near the line that both sides accepted to not pass unless they have to.

She soon saw her family and many of them welcome her back. Elma felt happy to see them, but she came here for a reason. She heard that Tohru's father had lost his temper after hearing what Magi was planning. She could only hope that her co-leader would be more calm about it.

"Elma?!"

The Water Dragon stops and turns to see a younger girl walking up to her.

"Lady Telne." She said, making the younger girl groan.

"Elma! I told you to call me "Sister" Telne!" She groans.

Elma sighs. She didn't understand why Telne wanted to be treated like a young dragon, but she did need to speak with her.

"Still, it's so nice to have you home! I missed you." Telne said, smiling.

"And I miss you," Elma said, hugging her.

Telne blinks, surprised at the action. However, she couldn't deny it feels right.

"I can't stay, however," Elma said, shocking her.

"WHAT?!" Telne shouted.

"Magi is causing trouble again," Elma said, making her groan.

"That human! What did he do this time?" Telne asked, crossing her arms.

"He turned a human from the human world into a dragon," Elma said, looking away.

"Again?!" Telne asked, shaking her head.

"We have been training her to use her powers as we try to find a way to change her back," Elma said.

"We?" Telne asked.

"Um, she had asked both me and Tohru to train her," Elma said, hoping this wouldn't backfire.

"That Dragon?! You're letting the new dragon join the Chaos Faction?" Telne asked, looking upset.

"She doesn't want to join the Chaos Faction." Elma quickly said.

"Really? Well another member to us then." Telne said, glad.

"She doesn't want to join the Harmony Faction either," Elma said, shocking her.

"Wha?!" Telne said.

"Or the Spectator Faction."

Now Telne was shocked beyond what she knew. A dragon that doesn't want to join any faction?! It was a rogue dragon?!

"H-H-HOW?!" She asked, grabbing Elma's shoulders.

"She wants to go back to being human. She lived most of her life as one and Magi turns her into a dragon to make her turn her back on us." Elma said.

"Turn her back?" Telne asked.

"The human has been taking care of me and a few other dragons in the Human Realm. She told us that she sees us as people and her friends." Elma said, still touch by Miss Kobayashi's words.

"Well, if this human has been treating you well, then I guess we can call her an ally to our faction," Telne said, a little surprised.

"I'm afraid there's more. Tohru already told her father, and I'm sure the Spectator Faction's leader will hear about it, but Magi is doing something that all factions are against." Elma said, looking serious.

"What?" Telne asked.

"He going to release the Beast."

Telne froze. Elma knew what was about to happen and quickly steps back as Telne turned into her full dragon form.

"HE'S GOING TO WHAT?!"

Many Harmony Dragons looked surprised to see their co-leader transform back into her dragon form as Elma sighs.

Later,

After calming Telne down, and explaining what she was planning on doing, Elma soon meets up with Torhu, who sighs.

"She reacted the same way?" She asked.

"She turned back into her dragon form." Elma sighs.

"Well, at least we don't have to tell the leader in Spectator Faction," Tohru said.

"Makes me glad. I'm not sure how he would take it." Elma said, sighing.

"Let's get back to Miss Kobayashi's place," Tohru said, opening a portal.

The two dragons went through it, hoping things will be alright.

Meanwhile,

Damocles, Telne, and a young dragon all met up for a meeting. A meeting that hasn't happened since all the dragons decide to split into different factions.

"It's been many centuries since we have been together." The Young Dragon said.

"Indeed. I take it you heard the news?" Telne said, then asked.

"Yes. Is that human foolish?! That thing was locked away for a reason!" The Young Dragon said.

"Yes, and he has done something else too," Damocles said.

"Oh?" The young Dragon asked.

"He's turned a human into one of us," Damocles said.

"Another one?! Is he still trying to force his ways onto others?!" The Young Dragon asked.

"Yes. This time it's with the human that my daughter is staying with." Damocles said.

"Is she joining any of the Factions?" The Young Dragon asked.

"No," Telne said, speaking up.

"From what Elma tells me, she's not joining any faction. We're having a rogue dragon." She said, surprising the other two leaders.

"A rogue dragon? We haven't had one of those in centuries." The Young Dragon said.

"However, she's being trained by both Elma and Tohru to control her powers," Telne said.

"Being trained by both Chaos and Harmony? I thought your children couldn't stand each other?" The Young Dragon asked.

"Elma seems to hold this human in high respect. Said that she called her a friend." Telne said.

"She even watches over my daughter. I might not like her, but I'm trusting her to watch over Tohru." Damocles said.

"Is this the same human that saved your daughter?" The Young Dragon asked.

"Yes," Damocles said, nodding.

The Young Dragon started to think to himself. If this human had both blessings of Chaos and Harmony, then she must be imported.

"Then, it's time we made it official." He said.

"What?" Telne said.

"No one has ever earned the respect of all three factions," Damocles said.

"Your children already hold her in high regard. They are to replace you when they come of age." The Young Dragon said.

"Are you sure, Yong? You have no hier." Telne said.

"No, but I would like to meet this human first. I do wish to explain a few things before I do." Yong said.

"Very well," Damocles said, opening a portal.

"Take up a human form. The humans there don't know that Dragons exist and it's better if we don't scare them." He added.

"Very well," Yong said, ready to meet this Miss Kobayashi.

Human Realm,

Kobayashi enter her apartment and undid her magic. Her tail, wings, and horns appeared as she kicked off her shoes. Elma explains to her about young dragon's rage and how she must be careful of tapping into it. She walked into the kitchen and saw Tohru cooking.

"How did it go with your dad?" She asked.

"He took it well. I think." Tohru said.

"And Elma's side?" Kobayashi asked.

"More or less the same. We think that the leader of the Spectator Faction will react the same once he hears the news." Tohru said.

"I didn't even know the Spectator Faction has a leader," Kobayashi said.

"He's not the official leader, but lots of Spectator Dragons look up to him. So, everyone sees him as the leader of the Spectator Faction." Tohru said, grabbing some plates.

Kobayashi sighs, wondering how long this will go. She also wonders why she having a hard time holding back her feelings towards Tohru. It's not that she hated Tohru, she was just so confused. Soon, Kanna joins them and all three thanked for the food and started to eat. It wasn't long before a knock was heard on the door.

"Coming!" Tohru said, getting up.

She opened the door to see a handsome young man dressed in a suit and had blonde hair.

"Mr. Yong?!" Tohru said, shocked.

"Hello, Tohru. My, you've grown nicely. I see that your father wasn't lying about being a maid." He said, smiling.

"Um, thank you?" Tohru said, still shocked.

"May I come in?" Yong asked.

"Oh! Yes, yes, please take your shoes off too!" Tohru said, letting the dragon inside.

"Who is it Tohru?" Kobayashi asked.

Before Torhu could answer, Yong walked passed her and saw Kobayashi.

'Hmm, Magi's spell did a lot more than it appears.' He thought before walking up.

"You must be Miss Kobayashi? I'm Yong, the leader of the Spectator Faction." He said, bowing.

"I am. We were just talking about you." Kobayashi said.

"Nice to know you're aware of me," Yong said before seeing the food.

"Mine if I join you?" He asked, feeling a bit hungry.

"Sure. Tohru?" Kobayashi said.

"Right away!" Tohru said, grabbing another plate.

Yong watches as the most powerful Chaos Dragon follows the orders of a human. Something he never thought he'll see. Tohru sets down the plate and Youg took a bite.

"Holy! Did you make this?" He asked, Torhu.

"Not without trial and error," Torhu admitted.

Yong smiles and ate the food. Once everyone was done, he turn to Kobayashi.

"It's nice to finally meet the human behind the story." He said, smiling.

"So you heard of what I did?" Kobayashi said.

"Indeed. Saving the emperor's daughter is an impressive feat. I never saw Damocles look so relieved to see his daughter saved by a human." Yong said, laughing a little.

"So, what brings you here?" Kanna asked.

"Well, Tohru and Elma have already given their factions blessings, and I decide to come and give Kobayashi my blessing," Youg said.

"Blessings?" Kobayashi asked, looking at Tohru.

"You earn her blessing by letting her stay here. You earn Elma's blessing by helping her understand this realm and being her friend. And because you have done so much for other dragons, I came to give you a blessing of my own. As well as something else." He said.

"Something else?" Kobayashi asked.

"I'm aware that you are not joining any of the Factions. You are what we call a Rogue Dragon." Yong said.

"Rogue Dragon?" Kobayashi asked.

"Yes, it's a dragon that doesn't join any factions and seeks out on its own. Doing whatever it pleases. However, since you are more along the line of staying true to who you are, you are not dangerous to us. Not like the BEAST." He said, frowning.

"Is the beast..." Kobayashi started.

"The BEAST has been locked up for centuries. No one remembers what it looks like."Yong said.

"So, what kind of blessing do you want to give Miss Kobayashi?" Tohru asked.

"I would like to take her under my wing." He said.

"WHAT?!" Tohru and Kanna shouted.

"Under your wing?" Kobayashi asked, surprised.

"Yes. I won't force you to join my faction, but I know that you could use all the help you can get. I can sense your magic and it's on pair with Tohru and Elma. Both dragons might end up replacing their leaders one day." He said, looking at Tohru.

"But, why?" Tohru asked, shocked.

"Because of Magi. If he really does free the BEAST then she's going to need a far more experience dragon to train her. Not that you and Elma haven't done a fine job so far." Yong said.

Kobayashi looked surprised. A dragon wants to take her under his wing? He wanted to take a human-turn-dragon as his apprentice?!

"You don't have to answer right now. You're free to deny the offer if you wish." He said.

Kobayashi just stared at him, unsure what to do.

And stopping here. Well, I brought in Elma's Grandmother, though she much order. Remember what I said about her in the last chapter? Since there hasn't been a Season 3, you can only look Telne up in the manga. She pretty much had the same reaction as Torhu's father.

Yong is a Spectator Dragon that is looked up to as a leader that I created. He heard of Miss Kobayashi's feats and always wanted to meet her. Since Tohru and Elma unknowingly gave her the blessings of Harmony and Chaos, Yong decide to give her the blessings of the Spectator Factions. He also wishes to take her under his wing, to help train her better. Since Dragons do live a long time, I'm sure he'll have many things to teach her. If she says yes, that is.

And Nathair1, I'm still waiting for your idea that you have of the BEAST.

Also, Kobayashi's dragon form is still up for debate. Please send your ideas. And it's fine if you think of any, but you all have until the fight with the BEAST to send me an idea I might use.
