Surprise Entrance from a Fierce Lady
"Wow! So that's how Devil Arms are made after defeating a powerful demon!" Cattleya amazed.
"I wonder if any of us will get a Devils Arms, not that I don't think our own powers won't do, it just good to have a little ace up your sleeves." Nyx said.
"I know what you mean, maybe we'll find something for us to do." Elina hoped.
"Just remember this is only the first floor of the tower, and we still have a long way up if we ever want to reach Vergil and his female lackies." Claudette pointed out of the harsh journey they're about to embark on.
"Then we better get moving." Leina nodded.
But before anyone could get a single step toward the door within the Temen-ni-gru, the woman on the motorcycle from before suddenly broke through the top part of the ice, and she almost landed on the group had they not moved out of the way in time.
"What the Hell just happen?!" Elina asked screaming.
"Huh, a woman just came out of nowhere and almost ran over us with her motorcycle, I say that kind of impression was overkill." Nanael commented.
"Excuse me, young lady. This place is very dangerous full of demons and other worse things, I'd advice you to leave while you still can." Melpha advised kindly.
However, the mysterious "Lady" responded with a rocket launcher pointed at the priest woman and fires a rocket missile at her.
Dante moves to scoop her up in his arms and get himself onto the rocket surfing like a flying surfboard though Melpha feels scared from this, the devil young man was having a blast for a moment showing off some skills until he jumps off letting the rocket destroy part of the ceiling.
"Man! That's what I call hanging ten!" Dante smirked.
"I prefer hanging onto you, but we are going to have words about this late." Melpha said, trying to control her breathing.
"Sorry, but I did like how you were clinging onto me." Dante kissed her cheek before setting her down on her feet.
"Now, how about you, Lady?" Dante asked the young woman.
The mysterious "Lady" turns around showing herself. She appears to be younger than Dante. Lady has dark, chin-length hair on both sides of her face and she has a fringe that reaches her eyebrows. She has many scars across her body, the most prominent being the one across her nose. She also always has a necklace with a red gem on it. Her eyes are heterochromia: her left eye is red while her right eye is bluish green. She wears a schoolgirl outfit with a short white blouse that bares her midriff and sleeves that reach just past her elbows. The skirt appears to be made of protective plating and she has a utility belt to hold gun magazines, with dark black/purple shorts underneath. Connected to the belt is a harness for Kalina Ann. She carries a pistol on the front of her skirt and a Skorpion submachine gun with a bayonet on the back, with a lever action bow gun of sorts strapped to her left thigh, and finally, a pistol strapped to her right boot. She wears dark brown gloves and orange-brown knee-high boots, with black socks underneath. Breasts size: DD-cup.
"Must be one tough girl to carry those weapons around." Risty noticed a lot of weapons on the lady.
"Excuse me, but you really are insisting on going into this tower then maybe you can join us." Leina offered.
"You see, we're after somebody that my boyfriend here knows and"
But the mysterious "Lady" just power up the engine of her bike and drove straight for the modern Wandering Warrior who became shocked, and the mysterious "Lady" drove her bike to jump high as the wheels were very close to the face and landed on the second flood.
"Oh my, that was very rude." Tomoe commented.
"I can't believe she almost ran over my previous sister! That bitch is going to pay!" Elina angered while Nyx gets worried for her.
"Hmm, that girl was definitely off." Shizuka said.
"Did you sense something about her too? I felt darkness, like some deep hatred for one person." Tomo noticed that feeling from the Lady.
"Should we be worried about that because we already have enough things to be worried about." Nanael exclaimed, just how many more bad things are gonna come their way.
"For now, she doesn't appear to be bad consider she didn't try to kill. Except for firing a rocket at us, but still, I don't think it'll be long before we end up seeing her again." Leina said.
"Well, this adventure just keeps getting better and better." Dante chuckled as he walks to the door.
"Better for you, but that lady just made my shit list." Elina stated with anger.
"(That girl, she's definitely here for something. But what it is, I do not know.)" Risty thought gotten a weird feeling about all that girl.
"If you're worried about that girl being trouble for us, I wouldn't." Echidna said to Risty.
"Sounds like you know that girl from somewhere." Risty suspected.
"Maybe I have, and maybe I knew that girl's mother from long ago." Echidna chuckled as she walks away.
"But it's not my life to tell, you'll have to ask her for the details." Echidna grinned.
"Oh, now you're making me feel curious for that woman." Dante grinned back.
The group carries on with journeying into the demonic tower to stop whatever dangerous plot Vergil is about to unleash and will also have to be on the lookout for that strange "Lady" on the way too. Hopefully, they could at least make her into their ally.
(With Vergil and Arkham)
Both men are standing at the edge on one of the floors of the demonic tower with Vergil having his eyes close and face down at the city mostly covered in the darkness of the night with little lights on, and Arkham is just sitting them reading the same book he always reads for as long as he can remember.
And then Vergil opens his eyes again as he senses something just entered Temen-ni-gru.
"Looks like we have an uninvited guest." Vergil informed.
"Is that so?" Arkham asked without taking his eyes off from his book.
"A huma, a woman." Vergil said, this definitely got Arkham's attention as he might know who this foolish woman is who dares to enter the tower.
"I'm afraid I should ask the uninvited one to leave. That is what you want." Arkham decided to handle this himself.
"Actually, I happen to be acquainted with that woman." Arkham mentioned as he leaves.
"A storm is approaching." Arkham said and his scar on his face strangely waves like its alive moving, and Liliana enters the scene holding a bag with her hands.
"That look like the old fella felt the shivers in his timbers." Liliana commented as she floated to Vergil.
"I take it you found some treasure while exploring the tower." Vergil noticed the bag.
"Aye! Some pretty jewels that were rape for the taking, and some old looking stuff that might be worth some heavy pennies." Liliana showed him the inside of her bag.
"Hmm, quite the finds you have there." Vergil said, but then notice one strange looking gem that made him feel like it is calling out to him.
Vergil reach into his bag which Liliana didn't mind for some reason even though she always prefers to have the treasure she found all to herself, but there was something about Vergil that made her feel at ease around and started imaging herself conquering the sea with Vergil as her king.
"Aye, aye, captain." Liliana giggled.
"What was that?" Vergil asked.
"Huh, nothing! Nothing for ye to worry about. Now, did you pick out something from this?" Liliana asked, trying to hide her blushing cheeks.
"Just this, it feels like it's more than just a simple shin jewel." Vergil showed the black and purple gem in his hand.
"If you say so." Liliana shrugged, but then she just remembers something.
"Oh yes, I just remember what I needed to tell you something!" Liliana said.
"About the uninvited guest? Arkham said he's going to take care of them, though it was bold of her to take the front entrance after Dante's group." Vergil placed the gem in his pocket.
"The front entrance?! But I was going to say about a human woman entering the tower from the back!" Liliana informed which for Vergil's attention even more.
"Another intruder, is did you notice anything else about this woman?" Vergil asked.
"Yeah, I think she had some kind of weird cross with a red blade attached to it in a chain and she may also be dressing up as a priest." Liliana recalled the woman.
"A priest, things have started to get… curiosity interesting." Vergil said as he walks away.
(With Dante's Group)
Dante and the girls enter an area with a big statue of a bunch of angels crying in agony pain and looking skinner like they are almost skeletons, and that made Nanael feel pretty mad right now.
"Okay, I know the demons has it out for angels a lot, but that is really sending me off the wrong way!" Nanael glared at the statue.
"It's such a shame that Heaven and Hell could still not find a way to bring peace to each other." Melpha sighed and prayed a little.
"I see multiple doors around us, but only two of them are open while the others are covered in those flames." Shizuka reported as she jumps and looks around.
"Which one do we take?" Nyx tried to think of which door is less dangerous than the other.
"It's hard to know where to go, especially in a place full of dangerous demons and traps too." Nanael stated as she flies around a bit.
"Then there's only one thing to do: split up." Dante suggested.
"What?! Split up! Are you fucking insane?!" Elina gasped and grabbing onto Dante by the shirt.
"Do you have any idea on how bad that could go, it's a classic horror film thing that whenever people do split up, most of them ends up dead before they could reunite with the others!" Elina pointed out while freaking out from the horror movies she has seen a few times.
"I also feel concern about splitting up, does it really have to be an option?" Tomo said.
"Sheesh, you girls are a bunch of babies." Risty rolled her eyes.
"In case you sissy have forgotten, we're all strong warriors who battled and survived some crazy demon and kicking their ass back to Hell. Whatever we come across in this tower, I'm sure we can bust our way through." Risty stated strongly.
"She's right, no matter what happens to us later on, we must have the strong belief in each other to make it through this ordeal and always feel each other as one." Leina added with bravery in her eyes.
"So, you all good with the splitting up plan?" Dante asked.
Some of the other girls did a little thinking about this as they fear that divining up their numbers would put them at a slight disadvantage against some strong demons, but both Risty and Leina's words seem to have calm down the fear and decided to give it a try as they nod at Dante.
"Okay, now we just need to decide who will go with whom." Dante snapped his fingers.
In one minute to decide, the teams have been made.
Team one will be consisted of Dante, Leina, Echidna, Cattleya, Shizuka, Nanel, and Risty. Team two have Elina, Claudette, Tomoe, Melpha, and Nyx.
"Okay, so team one will be going up to the door on the upper floor while team two goes to the door on the ground level." Dante instructed pointing at each door.
"Lady Tomoe, are you sure you're going to be alright without me?" Shizuka asked concern.
"Of course, Shizuka, I wouldn't be the strong young woman I am today if not for your help with my training and the experience of our past lives." Tomoe nodded as she held the ninja woman's hands.
"Plus, I'll be with Dante and the others to help protect me from danger should things get too rough for me." Tomoe pointed out.
"Well, I'm still thinking about being rough with you after this." Dante said with a grin walking past Tomoe as she blushes.
"I wish you luck, Leina. Call us if there is something wrong on your end." Claudette said.
"Don't worry, we'll be fine, and I know you guys are going to do great on your own together." Leina smiled at her sisters.
"Looks like we might be able to show off the combo move we've been working on." Elina excitedly as she smiles at Nyx.
"Wh-What? You mean that move, but we're still working on it!" Nyx said nervously.
"Alright everyone, time to move out and be sure to meet up with each other alive!" Dante held out his sword in the middle.
"Of course." Leina nodded and held her sword on top of his.
Everyone started holding their swords on to each other like the hands in the middle, and everyone throws up their weapons up together with a little chant of encouragement and the two teams split up to face whatever danger this floor has in store.
(With Team One)
Dante and his team went up the stairs to find whatever they can that'll help them get through those flaming doors, and they stumble upon some demons along the way.
"Allow me to handle this." Cattleya volunteered as she steps forward from her group.
"Motherly Destructive Charge!" Cattleya charged forward with her fierce red aura and pierced through all the demons with her Giant Slayer sword.
"Nice one." Echidna impressed.
The group follow Cattleya into the next room where there appears to be a cage in the middle of the room and high up, with a door being sealed off and mechanism next to the cage too.
"This doesn't look bad." Nanael commented.
Then cue the demons appearing in the room.
"You just had to say something." Shizuka deadpanned.
"It's not like I wanted them to appear?!" Nanael shouted in rage.
"Focus your rage on the demons instead of her." Risty jumped in to smash those demons to death.
Nanael unleash her flying sword to unleash some fierce slashing at one demon. Shizuka blitzes past one demon and it became stunned many slashes Shizuka did and fell on the floor dead. Melpha managed to deflect some shots from the demon and Echidna comes in to stab her sword through the head by the eyeball.
Then some Grim Reaper-looking demons pop out and try to slice Risty in two though she reacted in time and block the attack with her shield.
"Oh great, more boneheaded idiots." Risty annoyed and swings her mace on the head so much that is crumbled into a bloody mess.
Dante charges in slashing his swords at those red reaper demons parry away their attacks and slashes them to death, then Leina performs a power slide under one demon reaper and swings her sword right down the middle.
Leina stands up striking her pose and the reaper demon literally fallen in two.
"Nice work, everyone." Leina sheathed her sword.
"I'm guessing whatever is inside this cage must be important to move on." Shizuka looked at the bright shiny thing inside the cage.
"But how do we get this cage to open?" Risty asked.
"I don't think we'll be able to smash it open, I can feel some strong demonic enchantments from it. We're gonna have to find another way." Nanael informed as she senses demon powers on this cage.
"That machine looks like it can make the cage go up." Melpha pointed at the chains and wheels in one space.
"Unfortunately, I don't see a switch that can make the thing move for us." Shizuka sighed.
"Guess we're just gonna have to try the free door and see where it'll take us. Maybe find something can get us that little prize in the cage." Echidna suggested.
"Meaning no prizes for us until later." Dante agreed and the group made their way to the door.

The mysterious "Lady" (as we already know who that is) has made herself known to everybody in the demonic tower, and Dante's group have decided to split up in order to continue moving forward from the first floor as each group will find something that could help with that.
