When Steve Rogers walked into the camp with the rescued soldiers and turned himself in for disciplinary action, he was pleased to hear Colonel Phillips say that it was not necessary. However, Phillips only meant official action. An incident briefly mentioned in "How to Train your Spider." Warning: Contains corporal punishment (Spanking) of a young adult. Don't like, don't read.
