Steve Rogers is actually kind of an asshole (or, the citizens of New York are victims of Steve's annoying jogging habits). Sort of a 4 plus 1 where four times Steve is a troll and one time he gets what's coming to him.

Addie runs into a stranger on the bridge the day HYDRA attacks Steve.

War is hell. We lived it. We fought at the front of the Second World War. We survived the horror of Azzano. But evil has many heads, and HYDRA dragged us down. Hope is gone. Death stares us in the face. But one may change the tide of battle, and save the world. A Captain to whom every man, every life, is valuable and worth defending.

"Bucky, are you smoking?" Steve stared in disbelief at the cigarette dangling from Bucky's lips. Bucky turned and took the cigarette from his mouth with two fingers, and chuckled. "Trying to quit actually," he said as a smile started to cross his face. Or the one where Steve finds Bucky smoking and it leads to massive angst.
