As I walked into the meeting room, I watched the man waiting inside who looked just like Guy Pearce but buffer and taller.

My powers allowed me to deduce the man's attack strength and threat level without my conscious effort while several plans to defeat him started to form in my mind immediately.

"Mr. Luthor! I am glad that you decided to accept my proposal"

I gave a polite smile

"Mr. Killian. After going through the file that you gave me, I saw the potential that your project had so I decided to accept your proposal. However, as my secretary must have already informed you about me having a few conditions"

"Of course. That is why I came here personally"

As we sat down, Killian started to first present his project just like what I remembered from the movies and I must say that I was impressed. Both with the device that he used to project his brain's real-time scan and the Extremis sales pitch.

"I am impressed Mr. Killian. I am willing to fund A.I.M to further this research. However, I have a few conditions"

"One. This new drug must not be used for human testing until its success rate has reached 100%. Two, while you will have full control of the project, I want to oversee its progress as LexCorp will be the one to release it in the market when it is ready for commercial use"

Killian looked started to stare off into the distance, thinking about the advantages and disadvantages of this deal while I gave a silent signal for Mercy to prepare the legal documents required for Killian to sign. My powers already allowed me to see that he would agree to this deal based on his body language.

And sure enough, just like I thought, he agreed.

As we signed the agreement, I also started the negotiations to acquire the blueprints and manufacturing rights for the brain scan device that Killian used.

The medical applications for such a device are truly astonishing and even if I sold it at a cheap price I would be making a killing through it.

While he drove a hard bargain, we settled on the price of 10 billion USD for the blueprints and 30% royalty from the sale of the device. I also added a condition to have the creator of the device as well as the researcher responsible for Extremis, Maya Henson, come to LexCorp to oversee the setup of factories for the manufacturing of the device.

With the deal closed, I headed back home with Mercy when I got an idea.

"Mercy, how much foothold do we have in the north?"

"Are you talking about the Oil platforms we have in the north or the continent proper?"

"The continent. I want a place where I can test a few things without any prying eyes. Especially a certain secret organization"

Mercy immediately understood my meaning and immediately got to work and contacted Anatoli.

Fun fact, Anatoli had a twin brother who was adopted when they were kids. The same brother who is now an agent in SHIELD, working undercover as a HYDRA agent. Jack Rollins.

Yeah. It was a surprise when I learned that his situation is completely the reverse of the movies. He is not a HYDRA agent undercover at SHIELD. But a SHIELD undercover agent in HYDRA. Unfortunately, his boss, Secretary Pierce, is even more cunning than in the movies and made Jack believe that the Secretary is part of SHIELD when he is in fact one of the leaders of HYDRA.

Fortunately, the two brothers still keep in contact without anyone knowing. This allowed me access to certain classified info that no one else aside from the director of SHIELD should know.

"It is done. While SHIELD is active in Greenland due to the discovery of a certain someone, we should be able to buy a few acres on Greenland without any trouble"

"Do it. I want a base ready within the next week and keep it a secret"

"Got it"

With most of the things on my human side taken care of, I need to take care of things on my builder side.

Specifically, just what kind of Minecraft powers did I get?

The regular ones? Modded ones?

I will need to test these powers to their limit, only then will I know the full extent of my powers.

That is why I needed a place where no one would find me or disturb me.

As far as I remember, there should be no major events happening this year from both the Marvel side or DC side. But given the way this world's timeline is completely jumbled, I can't put my faith in my previous knowledge. That means that I will have to make a few contingencies.

First target: Bruce Wayne/ Batman.

I don't know if he has already begun his vigilantism yet. I will need to put a few feelers into Gotham as soon as possible.

Priority should be to make peaceful contact, but if he proves to be hostile to me, I need to eliminate him immediately.

I do not want to die again or be confined in some dungeon of a mentally unstable man. That is why Batman is threat number one. Despite being a human being, he is someone who can contend with godlike beings based on his intelligence and planning alone.

Second target: Tony Stark/ Iron Man.

Another human who can rival the gods and has the same potential as Batman when it comes to his threat level towards me.

Fortunately, he is still in his idiot phase so he is not much of a threat to me yet. But it is better to be safe than sorry.

Third Target: Clark Kent/Kal-El

This guy is a straight-up god among men. I need to figure out a way to artificially create Kryptonite as soon as possible if I end up becoming his enemy by some twist of fate. My upcoming projects might prove useful in this endeavor.

As for everyone else from MCU and DCEU, I have yet to come up with a plan for them. But given the time, I am confident I can find a few counters for them.

I really need to figure out the limits of my power as soon as possible.

Especially since things are going to kick off next year.
