"Come on Lexy. Why are you interested in that useless thing in the first place? Wasn't it your father that personally said in public that the Arc reactor is a financially and economically unfeasible idea?"

I felt my brow twitch at the drunk tone of the man on the phone. Compared to the man that he will become in the future, this version of Tony Stark is a complete fool that is truly worthy of his infamous reputation.

"As you are probably aware, I am not my father, Mr.Stark. Besides, I am conducting my own research into clean energy so I wanted to buy the blueprints and information on the Arc reactor as a backup and reference for my own projects. Now, are you willing to sell it or not?"

"Fine! I'll have my secretary prepare the paperwork and my asking price for it. Will you be coming personally to finalize the deal?"

"As much as I would like to be there personally, I am currently occupied with a few things so I will have my assistant arrive there with my lawyers to finalize the paperwork"

"Done! By the way, are you free next week-"

"I'll talk to you later. Mr.Stark"

Without waiting for the insufferable idiot to continue speaking, I hung up and put the phone down.

Truly, the movies did no justice to how much of a brash and idiotic man Antony Stark was before his change. Thankfully, this personality of his worked in my favor. If it were him from after his capture at the hands of the Ten Rings, he would never have agreed to sell his Arc reactor plans to me.

Granted, it was not the miniature and powerful version of the Arc reactor that Tony would create in the future but the bulky version powering his factory that almost everyone thought as a financially useless project due to its tremendous upkeep cost, it was still something that I could use and refine into something much more commercially viable.

If I am to prepare the human race for what's to come in the future, I can't disregard even the most useless of things in the world.

I looked around at the massive underground complex I build with my own hands. Walls made of stone blocks that are 1 meter in width and height with three more layers of copper, steel, and aluminum and a last layer of lead to make the complex both RF-proof and Radiation proof.

At the corners of the room I was in, there was a crafting table, and a few furnaces connected to external heaters which were in turn connected to massive generators powering the whole complex.

I also had a few other things across the complex that allowed me to test out my powers to their full extent in the past few months.

It would seem that it was not just the powers of vanilla Minecraft that I inherited but also the powers and knowledge from mods as well. Specifically, the mods that I had installed in my game, both in Java and PE versions.

The Mahou Tsukai Mod.

The Immersive Engineering mod.

The Applied Energetics Mod.

The Mekanism mod.

The Techgun Mod.

The ProjectE mod.

And many others that I am still trying to figure out.

This discovery also gave a ton of questions about my existence in this world and what the existence of these powers means for me, but those thoughts are for a different time. I had things to do and I cannot get distracted by these earth-shattering revelations.

I slowly walked out of the room that had a bed. A Minecraft bed. And walked toward the deeper parts of the complex, arriving at a massive stone wall with a lever.

A lever that no one but me can use.

Fun fact, Redstone and all the other elements from Minecraft exist in this world but no one can see it or use it aside from me. To ordinary people, it looks like ordinary quartz dust for Redstone, and the other materials appear as their regular counterparts.

This is due to the unique biology of a Minecraft builder that I have that allows me to see and use Redstone. Although the reason for this still eludes my guess.

I pulled the lever, activating the pistons connected to Redstone connectors which were in turn wired with redstone wire, carrying the signal from the lever to the pistons hidden in the walls, opening the wall to reveal a passage illuminated by powered lamps powered with RF energy instead of normal electricity.

The advantage of using RF-powered lamps is that they illuminate the Minecraft ores, differentiating them from the regular variants.

I figured out early on that the Minecraft ores and materials have some level of magic involved in their creation and formation due to the sensitivity to magic I gained from the Mahou Tsukai mod. It is also because of this presence of magic that the Minecraft ores work on completely different rules compared to their regular counterparts.

For example, Diamond is not the best material to make tools or armor from. Regular diamond is hard but it is not tough. It is not resistant to tension and can easily crack when pressure is applied in a certain way. But Minecraft Diamond has magic involved in its creation. This means that, unlike its regular counterpart, it is much more resilient, both hard and tough. The ideal material to craft tools or armor from.

As I headed deeper and deeper, passing by many large patches of spaces where I had strip-mined materials, and arrived at the place where I had my last projects working full time.

Five excavator units were working tirelessly, combining magic and technology to mine veins of precious Minecraft ores such as Diamond, Iron, Gold, Coal, and Redstone. Conveyor belts transported these ore blocks into crushers where they were reduced to powders which were then transported to furnaces through conveyors. The furnaces were powered by external heaters, allowing them to smelt the powers at a faster rate and produce ingots which were then transported through a sorter and stored in five separate chests.

All of these machines were powered by a combination of a few waterwheels, Windmills, and Thermal generators that used Uranium and packed ice.

I walked past the machines and headed deeper into the mine and arrived at another shielded room where I had a carpet laid down for me to sit on for my latest experiment.

"All right, here goes nothing"

I sat down and meditated, slowly tuning out the noise of the surroundings and entering deeper into my mind.

With my mind in optimal condition, I began my experiment.

"3x2(9YZ)4A=?"

Even though I was indoors, lighting flashed in the shielded room and struck my body. Unfortunately, just like with all the previous experiments, my unique physiology as a builder repelled most of the obvious benefits of using this formula.

As the Lightning stopped, I got up and blurred around the room.

"Hmm, still a failure" I mumbled to myself.

An unfortunate yet expected result.

While my speed has indeed increased to superhuman levels thanks to the speed force formula, I was nowhere near the kinds of speed that the Flash, Zoom, Reverse Flash, and many other speedsters were capable of.

It was the same kind of result I had every time I used the speed force formula before. I even tried to replicate the accident that Barry Allen had in the Arroverse shows but my speed still remained the same no matter what manner or way I had the speed force lightning strike me.

During my attempts, I even tried to use the Anti-life equation at one point but stopped midway as I felt an ominous presence lock onto me the moment I started to chant the equation. I felt like if I used the formula I would awaken something that I had no hope of stopping. Due to this feeling, I stopped my attempts at using the Anti-Life equation.

After countless experiments, I had some understanding of what was going on.

For some reason, my builder biology was actively resisting the speed force and stopping it from imbuing my body with the speed force.

Fortunately, while my body refused the Speed force, it still allowed me to retain a connection to it, giving me a boost in speed that was superhuman. I can even dodge bullets if I wanted but I was nowhere near fast enough to attempt any of the feats that the Flash or other speedsters were capable of.

With this failure in mind, I headed deeper into the mines, reaching a massive clearing that was illuminated with a contraption I made.

It was a power flower or an energy condenser. A contraction that generates EMC, or magic power in simple terms, through sunlight. In this case, the sunlight is substituted with Glow stone.

The advantage of this contraction lies at the core of the machine which houses an Alchemical Chest.

The specialty of this chest is that it uses EMC to duplicate any item stored inside of it.

The applications for this machine are truly limitless. But since I had no use for the Alchemical chest for now, I replaced it with modified redstone wires that I designed personally which transferred the EMC generated into a series of Magitech Mana circuits that acted as magic batteries. These mana circuits are then connected to many of my experimental spells that I am using to figure out the limits of my powers.

All in all, I would say that these past few months I spent in this place were worth it.

Now, all that is left is to prepare for what is to come in a few months time.

The birth of the Hulk.

I took out my phone from my inventory space and dialed up Mercy.

"Mercy, Find out everything you can about General Ross. I want as much dirt on him as possible. Have Anatoli contact his associates. Ideally, I want enough dirt to put him behind bars for the rest of his life or be executed. Either is fine"
