Whenever I think of the Pizzaplex, I think of my dad. He always told me how great his job as a technician there was, and how much fun the animatronics were. We'd go there every weekend, even when my dad wasn't at work he loved the animatronics, and I think that love spread to me as well. When I told him that I, his only son, wanted to be a roboticist, he was over the moon. He showed me how the animatronics operated, how their personalities worked, how to fix any problem with them.

I grew up the same man as my father, although I never was brought in at Fazbear Entertainment. That was because the Pizzaplex closed down for good. My dad was devastated. He loved the animatronics and was beyond sad that he couldn't see them again. I was the same way. I'd been gunning for a job at the Pizzaplex for years, and of course as soon as I was old enough to work, it shut down. But I never gave up on seeing my friends again. In fact, I now consider not getting the job a blessing. It doesn't put me in a bad light to get hired if they were never going to hire me anyway. That was my philosophy when I cut a hole through the window of the old Pizzaplex.

I got in relatively easily, no security near the place made that a simple task of cutting some barbed wire and shattering a bit of window. After clambering down from the entrace, I noticed just how dilapidated this place actually was. When I was a kid, the floors were near always spotless, the pride and joy of Fazbear Entertainment at the time, having never had a clean establishment before. Now I could barely even see the checkered floor pattern. I sighed, starting to walk through Rockstar Row, trying to imagine how it looked before the place closed down. I couldn't see it.

Every single room was empty, the only one not completely trashed was Freddy's, but he was nowhere to be found. Using a ring of my dad's old keycards, I managed to get into their rooms without much trouble. Something about being inside them again made me really sad. I remembered going into work with my dad while he did tuneups on the main four, talking to Freddy to keep him running smoothly while Dad ran tests. Having Roxy do my facepaint and asking me about my day while Dad adjusted her room settings. I remember whittling Chica down for weeks to find out what her favorite pizza actually was (it was cheese). But my all time favorite of the four was always Monty.

When they retired Bonnie to have him run the bowling alley, I was the first kid to ever get to see the new animatronic they had lined up. Montgomery Gator. He was awesome! Not only that, but when animatronics are just starting out, they give them a human guide to help them get used to the "sentience" they'd been given. Dad was busy with reprogramming Bonnie at the time, and delegated the job to me, approximately age 11. I spent weeks being his best friend before he was put out on stage. When I saw his instrument my dad nearly had to drag me outside, I was so excited! It was a bass guitar, my dad's special instrument, and one that he'd given me to learn how to play. And now Monty played it too!

But now? Now none of my old friends were anywhere to be seen. But I couldn't let that stop me from trying to find them. This Pizzaplex was my childhood, and even if the whole thing went to rot, I would see my friends again. All of them.

There was a technician's room just to the right of Monty's, one I'd been nearly every time I came to work with Dad. I tried the keypad on the door, but it was busted and the door swung open with a small push. Inside was a large rack of tools, boxes upon boxes of blueprints, and tubs of small spare parts for all the animatronics. I pocketed some parts first, the ones that were most likely to break on the animatronics. I'd made repairs with these myself many times, I just hoped that if need be, my skills stood the test of time. I made sure to grab some tools from the rack as well. I'd brought some of my own, but these were ones finely tuned to the animatronics, special L-wrenches and screwdrivers that only fit their specially made screws and bolts. It stopped them from being tampered with. On my way out, I swiped some blueprints from the bin. One for the Pizzaplex, and one for each animatronic in the building. After all, I couldn't just see the core four, not after coming this far.

I managed to climb over the knocked over, well, everything and get into the atrium. It was a sad sight to see. No lights, no music, nothing. Taking a glance at the ceiling, all the lights were still there, just turned off. Taking finding the four off my mind, I resolved to get the power on first. For that I would need the main breaker. I'd never been there before. Dad hadn't gone there very often, and when he did, he told me it was not a kid-safe area. Good thing I wasn't a kid anymore, right? Checking the blueprints revealed the breaker room to be in what may be the most fitting place. Inside Superstar Daycare.

Author's Note: Not including the Vanny Mask because Elijah is a grown man, he can climb stuff. Also, not quite sure how to make indents yet.
