Kia: *hunched over notebook, scribbling furiously*
Kiri: *poking her head over Kia's shoulder* Whatcha doing?
Kia: Working. For U.N.I.T.
Lo'ak: This looks like some advanced stuff.
Spider: Yeah, I couldn't even begin to understand that.
Kia: *smiling* That's because I'm U.N.I.T's top scientist.
Kiri: *intrigued* Can we help?
Kia: *pausing* I don't know, guys. This is kind of complicated stuff.
Kiri: *pouting* But we want to do something!
Lo'ak: *nodding* Yeah, don't leave us out!
Spider: *grinning* Besides, you could use the extra hands.
Kia: *hesitant* Alright, fine. But make sure you're paying attention.
Kiri: *excited* Yay!
Lo'ak: *grinning* Let's get to work!
Spider: *picking up a few of Kia's tools* Lead the way, oh great scientist.
Kia rolls his eyes and leads the group to his lab. They all work in silence for a while, until Kiri speaks up.*
Kiri: *curious* Hey, Kia, where's Dad?
Kia: *pausing again* I don't know, Kiri. He's off on a mission.
Lo'ak: *intrigued* What kind of mission?
Kia: *sighing* I can't really say. It's classified something about an RDA look out somewhere
Spider: *impressed* Cool. You're like a secret agent.
Kira: *protesting* But it's not fair! I want to know where he is with.
Lo'ak: Norm be the farther
Kia: *smiling* Trust me, Kiri, it's better if you don't know. Plus, Grace would want it that way.
Kiri: *nodding, reluctantly* Yeah, I guess. But it's still not fair.
Lo'ak: *smiling* Come on, Kiri, let's get back to work.
Spider: *grinning* Yeah, we don't want to disappoint the top scientist.
Kiri giggles, and they all get back to work.*
