Hello I'm new to this but I've had a specific scenario that's been going on in my head and just wanted to throw it out there. By no means am I a writer of sorts I just love Crossover fics very deeply. Major Season 9 spoilers for RWBY.

I do not own One Piece or RWBY.

Prologue

"AAAAAAHHHHHH" as the group of 5 travel through a door. All slowly landing and taking in their surroundings of this new area they are now in. Surrounded by greenish glow all around them. Team RWBY along with an older Jaune start walking forward. While everyone is confused Ruby is not. She only dons a smile as she sees a familiar figure up ahead.

This figure is seen in front of a workbench while a forge is lit in behind them. It appears this figure is working on a little wooden sculpture.

"Welcome to my workshop" says the voice.

"Um Ruby? Is this...The Tree?" A confused Blake says to Ruby.

"Something like that" Ruby responds while smirking slightly.

Jaune then appears to walk forward almost as he wants to say something but the mysterious figure beats him to it.

"I've been waiting a long time for you".

Softly Jaune responds "Well I made it" To the figure.

"I'm glad you did"

"Can you...answer a question for me. I need to know if its true what the cat said. That Luis went back and Alyx."

"Yes only Luis returned home. The girl who fell through the world is the story he wished that had happened."

The figure then moves while talking garnering the attention of Weiss as she notices the figures on the table. "are those?..." she says "The brothers?" while Ruby completes the sentence.

The mysterious figure then explains the history of the brothers and what their part was in the Ever After. On how they were given the power to destroy and the power of creativity. To which is was explained to RWBY+J on how the world of Remnant was created and how the brothers ended up in Remnant.

"And what truly marvelous things they accomplished. Whenever the brothers creations have come to the ever after. The five of you have had a greater impact on you than you know. Just like Alyx and Luis before you. Just like others will after you." The mysterious figure then presents Ruby with a statue of a little mouse. Ruby proceeds to carefully take and hold the mouse statue reminiscing of her time with Little, now known as Somewhat. "One small kindness, and one small moment. Lead to such a marvelous transformation. Much like one act of dishonesty caused an unfortunate change"

"Alyx broke her promise to the cat" Jaune says.

"A terrible thing to have a broken heart, and there was nobody to send them back to the tree for repair." The figure says.

"What will happen to Neo?" Ruby says.

"She will have the chance to return her broken heart, and become something new." as the figure twirls a knife. "Such is balance."

Jaune then moves forward with shock. "That's Alyx's knife. W-Wait how do you have that."

"When Alyx's life ended she chose to leave a part of herself behind. A wish to fix what she had broken."

The figure then gives Jaune the Knife to which he transforms into a younger version of himself. The physical version oh what he was before the events of the Ever After.

Shocked and happy Jaune feels his face with a smile and glee "ha I can't believe it. It's been s...This is what I sounded like?"

Everyone looks at Jaune happy while Weiss giggles at his expense.

The figure then proceeds to open a doorway behind the group.

"Where will this take us?" Ruby asks.

The figure moves towards the doorway. "This will take you to another world the brothers have created." Before Ruby could interject the figure continues. "While the 5 of you have found yourself emotionally while in the Ever After. It would not be right to send you back to Remnant without the proper training to handle the foes who put you here in the first place. Know this though. When the time comes you will be sent back to Remnant exactly when you are needed." The figure explains gently.

Weiss then proceeds to ask. "How would we know when we're done with what we're supposed to do?" The others nod in agreement.

The figure then smiles. "You will find a boy with a Straw hat. Help him in achieving his goals and you will come out stronger than ever."

RWBY+J seem to accept this small quest as they do know they need to get stronger for the enemies they'll face in the future.

But little do they know where this small adventure will take them and the friendships they'll make along the way.

"Ok we'll find and help a boy in a Straw hat. Shouldn't be too hard." Ruby smiles.

"Good" the figure smiles

"By the way. You'll meet an old man on the other side. Tell him these following words and he'll also be able to help you." The figure then proceeds to tell them the following phrase.

"Lets turn the world upside down?" Yang says confused but drops it.

"Alrighty guys. Seems Remnant will have to wait a little bit longer but its for the best." Ruby says while the rest look energetic and one by one go through the door.

Ruby turns back one last time to the figure "Thank you" and then walks through the door.

The 5 end up on an island. Tropical from the looks of it.

"Huh so this is another world" Blake says

"Maybe its not so different from ours" Yang replies

"Alrighty guys lets go find some sort of civilization cause I for one do not want to camp out tonight." The leader of Team RWBY says

"I agree with Ruby" Weiss says.

The 5 start to walk through this forest that is filled with life and proceed to do so until one them spots a shoreline. "Hey is that the sea" Jaune points out.

The others notice too but don't say a word when they see 4 ladies carrying food with. Snakes on their shoulders?

The 5 quickly hide "Think we should follow them or let ourselves be known" Blake suggests.

Ruby mulled to herself for a sec wondering if this could be dangerous or not but ultimately decided. "Let's go ahead and follow them and see if they are friendly or not".

They proceed to follow the women when another group can now be seen. They seem to wear the same outfit and have a weird smiley face symbol on their backs.

There also seems to be a man in a yellow shirt with the same smiley face who seemed different from the rest and also a man who looks like a very big fish? While our huntresses and hunter continue observing the rest along with the makeshift wall and submarine on the shore. They are not aware that the same man with the yellow shirt had already sensed them and started growing suspicious of these 5 people.

The man in the shirt proceeds to stand up from where he's sitting to yell out. "You 5 in the bushes I know you're there. Any reason on why your spying on us?" and at the flip of a switch all men in the weird outfits along with the Amazonian women prepare battle stances towards the spot.

The 5 are shook. Beyond shook. Questions ran through all 5 of them while still hiding in their spots. How did he see them? All 5 are hesitant at the new hostile site towards them not knowing if they're gonna have to fight their way out or not. WBY+J noticed out of the corner of their eyes Ruby had come out of her hiding spot hoping she just made the right call.

"Uh, Hello, My names Ruby and if I'm being honest me and my friends have no idea where we are."

The rest of the 4 came out of their hiding spots. Now all eyes are on them. The big blue fish man seems to have his attention towards Blake though wondering if she's a type of mink.

"These are my friends we're not here looking for a fight" They notice that everyone's still on edge wondering what's gonna happen next. But before anyone can interrogate the 5 strangers who came out of nowhere. They all hear a muffled scream come from a yellow submarine.

"What's happening over there" Yang points out to the submarine.

"Oh no" Says the blue fishman.

Both the fishman and the man in yellow shirt run towards the submarine. Only to see the top of the ship explode and a figure flying out. Only for that figure to come down and bounce until that figure is no more than a few feet away from Ruby and crew. Team RWBY+J's thoughts are wondering just who the hell is this guy and what happened to him. He looks severely injured.

"Something is wrong" The blue fishman says with a worried look on his face.

Ruby still shocked of what just happened proceeds to ask this mysterious person who looks almost around the same age as her. "Hey are you ok?"

The young man struggles to get up clenching at dirt. While Ruby was just about to help, Yang put her hand on her shoulder to stop her. She didn't have a good feeling as to what was going to happen.

"Ace" Said the young man.

"Ace..."

and with the largest shout they've ever heard.

"WHERE'S MY BROTHER!"

And that's all I have rn. I just like the idea of one piece and rwby characters interacting and would like to write more. If anyone has constructive criticism to give I'm all ears. I'd like to see where I can take this little headcannon of mine and see how RWBY + Jaune interact with the world of One Piece. Or unless you all absolutely hate this idea then I can just scrap it xD
