The Helpful Four Friends

It is another wonderful day in the small town of Tomeda. And on this day, four friends have gathered at a small shopping district. They weren't planning on doing any shopping that day, just hanging around like best friends.

Now, the four friends, Naoko Yangagisawa, Rika Sasaki, Chiharu Mihara and Takashi Yamazaki were just talking about ordinary things even if there had been abnormal things going around Tomeda at the time.

"Okay," Chiharu said, "Now that we're all here, what should we do?" "Well," Rika said, "I- Uh-" "Let me guess, Rika," Chiharu said, "You handed out another love letter to our teacher, Mr. Terada." "Yes," Rika blushed with excitement. "And he's going to reply back to you," Takashi added. "Yes," Rika answered, still excited.

There was a minute of silence. "Okay," Chiharu said, changing the subject, "What else?" "I think I've saw something unusual yesterday," Takashi began. "Yeah, yeah," Chiharu replied. "Was it a horror story?" Naoko asked. The mysterious thing that they've mentioned were some of the Clow Cards going wild.

Now, they don't know about Sakura Kinomoto's magical powers. But they did get tangled up with some of the Clow Card's actions in the past. But, still they managed to survive and are still good friends with Sakura and each other.

"Oh," Takashi said, "There was one time I saw a mystery bird." "What?!" Chiharu replied, sensing a lie. "Really?" Rika asked. "Was it terrifying?" Naoko asked. "Oh yes," Takashi said, "This bird is huge and they've been around for millions of years."

Then Chiharu responded by bonking Takashi on the head before he could continue his fantasy story. "Well," Naoko said, "That would make a wonderful fairytale." "You're right about that," Takashi said, still feeling the pain on his head. "Well, keep it to yourself and stories," Chiharu said, still annoyed, "Or else!"

"Gotcha," Takashi replied, "And some other people, too." "All right, now that's settled," Chiharu said, but then she noticed something. "Okay," Rika said, "So what's going on now?" "We've got company," Chiharu said.

That's when they've noticed a group of several high school girls nearby with several others. "Looks like they're happy to see their boyfriends," Rika said. "All but one," Takashi said, noticing one high school girl just by herself.

"Wait a minute," Chiharu said, "She almost looks familiar." "What do you mean?" Naoko asked. "Never met her before," Chiharu said, "But Sakura and Tomoyo told me about her." "Yes," Takashi said, "From that play."

"Another cross-dressing cosplay," Chiharu replied, "Something like that. Well, actually in that case, it is true. All right, let's go then." So they got up and walked to the lonely girl. "Hello," Rika said, upon approaching the girl, whom immediately noticed the four.

"Oh, hi," the high school girl responded upon seeing the four friends. "Hello," the four said at once. "Hi, the girl replied again, "So?" "We've noticed that you're all alone," Rika said. "We'd thought you'd like some company," Takashi said.

"Well, okay," the high school girl said, "Even though. Oh, never mind that." "We know," Naoko said, "We're still in Elementary school and you." "Okay," the girl smiled, "By the way, My name is Yoko, Yoko Nakagawa."

"Nice to meet you, Yoko," Chiharu said. "You, too," the high school girl, named Yoko, said in response, "As you saw, I was alone." "We now," Rika said, "And we'd thought you wanted someone to talk about." "Well," Yoko said, "I wasn't miserable."

"True," Takashi said, "Now, Sakura and Tomoyo and Syaoran told us about you." "Really?" Yoko said, starting to get excited, "You're their friends?" "Yes," Chiharu said. "And also, Sakura's older brother," Takashi said. "Toya," Yoko said. "Here's what I meant," Chiharu said, "It was that Cinderella school play where they've swapped roles."

"Yes," Yoko said, "I've played the prince. And they told you all about it." "Right," the four friends said at once. "And Sakura's old brother," Rika said. "Yes," Yoko said, "And it's best that he's not to be reminded of it." "Good call," Naoko agreed.

"Well, there are real life occurrences," Takashi said, but then he kept his mouth shut, with Chiharu sensing another one of his lies and getting ready to pound him again. "Never mind," Takashi said, shutting his mouth.

"Well, It's a shame he's not into you," Rika said. "That's okay," Yoko said in response, "I'm not disappointed." "But still," Rika said, "You were all alone and we'd." "Thank you," Yoko said, "I'll be happy to be your friend." "Thank you,"

Takashi, Chiharu, Rika and Naoko said at once. Like that, they have became fast friends.

Some of the other high school students who were at the shopping area immediately took notice.

But luckily, they weren't gossiping about it that much. Takashi, Chiharu, Rika and Naoko were happy to be Yoko's new friends. But because of Yoko's occupations as a high school student, they didn't spend a lot of time together.

They only met up with her after school, but usually for only a few minutes. It was enough time for Takashi to make up one of his wild stories only to be silenced by Chiharu. And enough for Naoko to share a horror story about creepy mermaid like creatures.

Yoko thought these friends of Sakura were fun for her. Yoko felt happy to have met them. "Thank you," she said.

Days later, the four friends were now at a small café. "Well," Chiharu said, "We've got plenty of money, so why not?" "Of course," Naoko replied. "Well," Rika agreed, "Let's eat here for once." "Yes," Chiharu said, "I've already said it."

The four friends were lead to a table for the four and they've gotten themselves settled in. "All right," Naoko said, "So."

As they got settled, they saw Yoko again, this time, really busy. "There she is," Rika said, "Yoko Nakagawa." "Working as a café maid, uh, waitress," Naoko said. "She is really busy," Takashi said.

Chiharu was going to suggest leaving their new friend alone, only for Yoko to walk to their table as well as them. "Nice seeing all of you here," Yoko said with a smile when she saw her friends.

"Well," Takashi said, "Nice to see you again, Yoko. "Oh, thanks," Yoko said. "So you've gotten yourself a part time job?" Rika asked.

"Yes," Yoko said, "And since you're my friends now, I'll be your waiter." "And since we're your friends now," Chiharu said, "We'll help you. You know what we mean." "Yes," Yoko said, "I'll be you waitress."

"Well," Naoko said, "Good for you and thank you." So, Yoko took the four friend's orders. They've decided to let her do her job instead of chatting with her all the time. "Life is tough for high school students," Takashi said. "You're right about that," Rika said. "You have it lucky anyway," Takashi said to Rika. "I know," Rika blushed.

However, the four friends saw something revolting walk into the café. Chiharu was the first to see them. There are three high school boy students.

Unlike the girls and boys they saw that the shopping district, these three looked beyond unfriendly and had a knack for causing trouble. "What's up?" Takashi asked Chiharu. "Something of rubbish," Chiharu answered slowly, "Be careful. They won't." "Won't what?" Naoko asked.

When Yoko returned to give the four friends their drinks to start off with, the three troublemakers got themselves sat down. Everybody else stared at them with a disturbing look. After Yoko gave Chiharu and her friends their drinks she then turned to the three troublemakers.

"Um excuse me," she said to them, "Can I help you with something?" They three boys didn't answer and demanded Yoko to give them the special by pointing it at her. "Okay," Yoko replied. "Yes," Chiharu said, "They are trouble."

Rika, Naoko and Takashi then looked at the three bad boys. "Are they like Noseferatu?" Naoko asked. "Maybe," Takashi said. "Oh no," Naoko said, "That's not in my story."

Chiharu then looked at the three with disgust. "There's something not right about those three," she said, "I sense trouble from them." "Well," Takashi said, "I can tell that they go to the same school as Yoko. Something like that." "Yes," Rika said, "We'd better keep an eye on them."

"I will!" Chiharu said with determination.

Later, after Yoko gave Chiharu their meals, she'd had by now, served the three troublesome boys. But when Yoko gave them the bill, one of them said, "You're a 42_j_6 thief!" "I knew it!" Chiharu said. "You scammed us, you thief!" another bad boy said. "Yes!" the third loser said.

"Yoko's in trouble," Takashi said. "Okay, that's it!" Chiharu said, getting up, "I knew this would happen!" "What are you doing to do?" Rika asked. Everyone in the café watched in horror as the 3 thuggish characters began to gang up on Yoko.

"You are going to pay big time," one of the jerks said, "You freak!" Yoko, scared, was trying to think of a way out of this predicament. "You know what smells like rubbish?" Chiharu said, walking up to the three creeps, "Your breath! How dare you threaten our friend, Yoko! You ought to be ashamed of yourselves!"

"Chiharu?" Yoko said. "You are a stupid little-" one of the jerks shouted before Chiharu grabbed him by the hand and forcefully twisted it. "AHH!" he screamed before Chiharu kicked him in the unmentionable, causing him even more pain, and making him scream in a high pitch voice.

"Hey!" another jerk said, "You've hurt my-" Chiharu then slammed a chair on him. "Don't you dare say 'friend'!" she shouted, "You freaks don't deserve that name!" The third one tried to grab Chiharu, only to get himself burned by hot water by accident. "Thank you," Yoko said.

"We can't let you get hurt by retarded losers," Chiharu said, "That smell like sewers!" "How are-," the three creeps started to chase after Chiharu and Yoko, but they ended up getting tripped by Takashi, Rika and Naoko.

"Whoops," Takashi said. "This is unimaginable!" one of the thugs said. "Wow," Yoko said, "You are all wonderful." Then the manager of the café walked up to the three creeps, now bruised and beaten. "How embarrassing," one of them said, "Beaten by a girl."

Then they finally noticed the manager. "Do you want to talk to me?" he asked the three losers, "About your problems?" "No way!" the jerks said, "We're out of here!" "Forget the tip!" another said and the three thugs ran away. "Like the cowards that they are," Takashi added.

After the three jerks ran out of the café, Chiharu stomped out and shouted at them, "And I'd better not see your ugly faces ever again or I will break them for good!" She then stomped back into the café.

Sakura and Syaoran who were out together at the time, saw the three jerks running away. "Okay," Sakura said upon seeing the creeps run away, "I am not getting onto Chiharu's bad side." "Agreed," Syaoran replied.

Back at the café, Yoko thanked Chiharu and her friends; her boss promised her the day off tomorrow after what had happened. "Thanks," Yoko said to the four friends. After the whole incident, everyone had gone home.

Chiharu and her friends tipped off Yoko and were all very happy indeed. "We can't let them hurt you," Takashi said. "Come on," Chiharu said," You hadn't done anything. It was those crooks." "We're friends now," Rika said, "We look out for each other." Yoko just smiled.

The following day, Chiharu had once again met up with each other. "Hey, wait a minute," Chiharu said, "Where's Naoko?" Naoko had arrived with a boy. "Who's he?" The boy looked like he's in high school like Toyo and Yoko and almost the same age as them.

"Oh, Naoko said, "He says he goes to the same school as Yoko." "Well," the boy said, "It was fun to beat up those skunks. They've ran into me yesterday. And I've heard about what nearly happened to Yoko." "But I had more fun in beating them up," Chiharu said.

Then, Yoko, who was nearby, saw the boy. And immediately, the two had fallen in love witch each other. But that's another story for another day. "Well, "I'm glad things worked out well for them," Rika said. "Looks like we've done a great job," Takashi said.

"Yes," Chiraru agreed. "Now have you ever heard of the story of the Martians from Saturn?" Takashi asked, starting up one of his wild stories again." "Now you're back to yourself," Chiharu said and she bopped Takashi on the head.

"Ow!" Takashi cried, "Now I know what not to do!" "Chiharu is scary at times," Rika said, "When she's on a bad side."

Nearby, a high school boy named Yukito Tsukishiro watched. "Toya," he said, "I hope you know that your friend Yoko is now happy."
