Inspired by the Spider-Verse and the game Web of Shadows. Great movie and game, highly recommended. Story: Mainly Genshin, with a hint of the OC Spider-Guy as the MC and a bullshit Antagonist for him to fight too. Enjoy.

Chapter 1 - Of Spiders and Gods

/_\

With Great Power Comes Great Responsibility.

/_\

"After we're through with this mess, you're buying the pizza." Raylans' partner said as the pair dodged in opposite ways, avoiding automatic gunfire from two mounted chainguns hanging from the ceiling.

Raylan dodged right, "If this goes well I'll buy you a pizza and a drink." Bullets whizzing past him, tearing holes into the concrete walls beyond. Raylan fired his web and swung across the large open room, crossing the distance quicker than the mounted turret could rotate.

Landing on the far wall Raylan fired two web strings which attached to one of the two turrets, and with his sheer strength tore the turret from its housing before swinging it with enough force to shatter it against the now destroyed floor.

Raylan, also known as New York's one and only Spider-Man for just over a decade, watched as his partner finished tearing the turret apart with two symbiote tendrils extending from his arms. The metal sheared in places, and crumpled in others. Not that it mattered, the turret was little more than scrap by the end of it.

"What kind of publicly funded facility uses deployable mounted miniguns as a security system?" His partner, the wielder of the Venom symbiote and long time friend of Raylans', asked as Spider-Man landed next to him.

"The kind secretly funded by Norman Osborn," Raylan answered with a little title of his head, "And if Osborn is involved then you know all this," he gestured to the facility they stood in, "has something to do with killing me."

The symbiote turned to look at him, his friend's small huff of laughter made it through his mask. Miles Morales, the man within the symbiote, asked in an amused tone, "What exactly did you do to Osborn to get him to hate you so much?"

"Exist." Spider-Man replied, "I'd rather not give him the chance to kill me with whatever fresh hell he's cooking down here. Let's find Ozzy and wrap this up quick."

"Let's do it." Miles replied, his head flickered to the vent above the door leading deeping into the facility. "You take the high road, I'll take the low road."

"A-firm buddy!" Raylan responded as he fired a web up to the vent, pulled himself up, and swiftly entered the vent whilst Miles went for the door. Spidey heard the door shatter from within the vent, which only made Raylan smile at the subtly.

Raylan quickly pushed through the vents, swerving in and out of several ventways before his phone rang through his mask, connecting him to the caller, Miles. "How are things looking on your end?" Spider-Man heard gunfire come through the phone, answering his question for him. "Eventful then?"

"A real party," Miles replied effortlessly, "Osborn brought our favorite toys with him, turrets and death bots of all kinds."

"Really throwing whatever he had left-over at us it seems. You got it handled, right?" Raylan asked, genuinely wondering if Miles needed backup.

"I've got it," His friend reassured him, "You take care of Osborn, we'll deal with them and join you when we're done." So even Venom was in agreement then.

"I'll let you know when I've beaten Osborn, see you soon," Spider-Man replied before ending the call. Just as the call ended, the whole facility shook violently.

"...I'm gonna assume that wasn't a natural earthquake," Raylan mumbled as he pushed through the vents, using his spider-sense to guide him. "What have you done now Osborn?" He asked aloud. Heading deeper into the facility Raylan exited the vent within the buried heart of the building.

Raylan landed at an intersection with three different labels for the paths, Spider-Man web flung himself down the hallway labeled Reactor. His spider-sense indicated to him that the reactor had been the source of the quake, and coincidently where Osborn was. Two birds, one stone.

Having a spider-sense that can track targets was so damn handy!

Spider-Man kicked down the double doors leading into the reactor observation chamber. The chamber held dozens of computers, monitors, and a set of giant reinforced windows staring out into the reactor itself.

Except the chamber was empty of life, nobody present to oversee the reactor's activation. Raylan jumped atop one of the computers and peered out into the reactor chamber to see its violently spinning.

Within the reactor itself he saw Osborn standing on a platform near the very center holding what appeared to be an inky, black orb of some kind.

"What in blue blazes is he doing in there?!" Raylan yelled to himself as he watched Osborn preparing the orb to be put inside what appeared to be an housing in the reactor core.

Spider-Man's eyes flicked to two of the screens nearby, and to his horror it revealed the power levels the reactor was reaching.

"That's enough damn power to take out the city twice over!" Raylan hissed, his eyes flickered to Osborn once again, briefly wondering how exactly he was standing in there with little effort, before going back to the computer. Swiftly moving to the computer Raylan attempted to shut down the reactor, and vent the excess power but at every turn he was blocked by admin restrictions and warning saying equipment was damaged.

Spider-Man's eyes darted around the room, noticing the slash and claw marks across some of the equipment by the walls, and a few consoles torn apart.

"He sabotaged the failsafes." Raylan quickly surmised. "Osborn cut off access, destroyed any safety restrictions on the equipment, and flooded the reactor with excess amounts of power to overload it. Whatever he's doing in this requires an extraordinary amount of energy. "

Spider-Man turned back to the monitor, looking to better understand the reactor Osborn had built. A quick skim through the details revealed that the reactor was running on something called a Light Core, beyond its name there was little other specs regarding the Light Core. Only its location at the top of the reactor core was stated.

But it seemed to be very important.

Then there was the Dark Core, which seemed to be the key to the activation of whatever Osborn was planning on doing. It didn't take a genius to figure out which Core Osborn had in his hands in there…

With little else to do Raylan made to inform his partner.

Spider-Man made a phone call, "Miles," He said when his call was answered, "We have a major problem. Osborn has this reactor set to explode, it's overloaded, if it's not vented properly we're looking at city-wide destruction."

"Can you not vent it from an administrator's console?" Miles asked.

"Locked and sabotaged," Raylan replied, his fists clenching, "We've got no way to vent this reactor safely, but we have a plan B." Spider-Man took a glance at his own hand, "I can absorb it and vent it safely far from the city."

"Are you sure about that Ray? If that quake earlier was caused by that reactor that thing is building up some really dangerous levels of energy. More than I've ever seen you take." Miles' concern evident in his tone, "Hold back a bit, we're on our way to help out. Let's take Osborn down together and deal with the reactor after we figure something out."

Raylan glanced at the console screen, "We can't wait, its power levels are still rising and Osborn is in the reactor doing… something! I have to make a move now Miles!"

"Don't do anything stupid Ray!" Miles yelled through the call.

"Unfortunately I think that's exactly what this is going to take to end this." Raylan replied as the call was hung up. Spider-Man flipped across the room to the sealed gates leading to the insides of the reactor.

With his superior strength Raylan forced open the first set of gates, and the second, breaking his way through the decontamination chamber and into the reactor itself.

As soon as the second reinforced gate was opened Raylan was hit by a small force of energy, nothing major but enough to stagger him all the same.

Pushing past that Spider-Man leapt into the reactor, forcing himself to stay upright despite the swirling forces around him. The energy within the reactor was wreaking havoc on his body, it made him feel light and heavy at the same time.

"Osborn!" He called out, as he advanced further into the massive reactor. "Stop!"

The man in question turned, a sickening smirk formed across his face. "Spider-Man." His suit jacket and tie fluttered about, his hands holding a strange orb in both hands. "So glad you could finally join us, we were expecting you to arrive at some point."

"Norman," Raylan began, attempting to plead with him, "Stop this before it's too late, if this reactor goes off it'll take out the city along with it!" Try as he might, Raylan had already known Osborn's answer the second he opened his mouth.

"That's a small price to pay," The maniac smiled at Spider-Man, the curve of his lips seeming to take on an almost unnatural turn. "For an otherworldly power." The orb in Norman's hand began to glow, as if reacting to his words.

"You'll die too if this reactor goes off Norman!" Spider-Man yelled, holding his arm up to cover his face as he was hit by more of the reactor's built-up energy.

"Oh that's where you're wrong Spider-Man," Osborn replied, that same smile taking a more sinister turn, "We'll survive the blast and become something greater." His voice twisted into something more sickening.

And something familiar.

"No…" Spider-Man mumbled, the eyes on his mask narrowed in on his foe, "Come out now, Carnage!"

As if on cue, and accompanied by Normans' creepy little chuckle, a horrifyingly familiar red goo-like substance formed across his body, rapidly covering Osborns' body, increasing in size, as a mouth full of teeth formed with its signature smile.

"Spider-Man!" Carnage hissed out, his elongated tongue waving as he spoke Raylan's name. "Did you miss us~?"

"Like I miss my toxic ex. I should have known this wasn't solely Osborn's doing, he's not insane enough to do something like this." Spider-Man replied, his knuckles tightened. "But wiping out all of New York is right up your alley!"

"You flatter us, Spider-Man," Carnage huffed amusingly, "But this was not just our doing." The symbiote held up the dark, writhing orb. "The voice of chaos speaks to us, and they wish for us to bring them into our world so we can join together as one being!"

"A voice of chaos?" Spider-Man said to himself. "And I thought he was crazy before."

With his piece said the symbiote slammed the orb into the reactor core, the orb surged to life, the power levels of the reactor reached critical levels. The energy build-up was enough to wreak havoc on Raylan's powers within him, messing with his spidey and venom powers at the same time.

"Let there be Carnage!" Carnage roared as his symbiote body vibrated in anticipation.

Despite the energy messing with him Raylan prepared to launch himself at Carnage and the Dark Core, but his eyes flickered higher. Several stories higher than Osborn was another housing, one he recalled held the Light Core.

Although Carnage seemed distracted, battling over the Dark Core when he was standing right next to it would take too long. It would be better to remove the other Core instead.

Spider-Man jumped into the air and fired two webs to pull himself onto the surface of the center of the reactor, quickly running up its face Raylan reached the housing of the Light Core.

Just as he was to tear open the housing the facility shook again, more violently and longer lasting than the previous quake. Raylan looked down to Carnage, and to his complete shock he watched a dark, black hole open up at the bottom of the reactor.

The hole began swallowing the lower half of the reactor, with black tendrils crawling out the hole latching onto whatever they could grab as if to anchor themselves.

"It has arrived!" Carnage roared, his own tendrils and claws vibrating in excitement.

"Uh oh, that's not just some miniature black hole it's actually a portal! A tear through space to another world!" Turning back to the housing Spider-Man punched the edges of the reinforced casing to create a small hole for him to grab onto. With all his might Raylan tore off one side of the housing completely.

Raylan reached into the house to grab the core when a low, ominous roar that sent shivers down his spine drew his attention downward. "What fresh hell is that?!" His eyes widened as a large oozy, inky black hand made of the same substance as the tendrils reached through the tear.

The hand reached toward Carnage and took hold of him, "Yes! Allow chaos to take hold of the world!", neither Osborn nor the symbiote resisted as the hand slowly sank back into the hole it emerged from with them in its grasp.

But the reactor continued to surge around them, and another, even more violent, quake shook the facility once again causing a portion of the roof to collapse. Raylan pulled on the core buried inside its house and tore it from its holding. The effects of removing it were almost instantaneous.

The power within the reactor dropped drastically, destabilizing it in the process with sections of the room beginning to fall apart which only worsened the problem. The air within the chamber swirled to life, reaching near-hurricane levels of force. With a weakened source of power the tear and its tendrils twisted and contorted in what looked like pain but still they refused to unanchor themselves. The hand that had grabbed Carnage and Osborn was long gone, with both its captives along with it.

Despite the reactor basically slowly imploding in on itself, the hole of darkness continued to try and grow, even firing off shards in all directions, impaling surfaces all around the chamber.

One came directly for Spider-Man, alerted by his spider-sense, he was about to dodge the projectile when the core in his hand shone brighter. Just as the spike closed in on Raylan it was disintegrated by the light emanating off the Light Core.

"Light and Darkness don't like each other," Raylan mentally surmised, his grip on the surface he was attached too tightened in order to hold himself in place. "Who would have guessed that?" Pushing off the simplicity of that, Spider-Man watched as the hole continued to grow and pulse, refusing to recede in the slightest.

Spider-Man glanced between the orb in his hand and the inky hole beneath him. A, admittedly stupid, idea quickly formed in the web-heads mind. If the Light Core disintegrated the shard then maybe it could be used to help close the tear?

But given the hurricane forces whirling around him throwing it was out of the question, it would merely be tossed aside.

He was going to have to get up close and personal with this one.

"Sorry Miles, looks like I'm about to commit to the stupid on this one." Raylan thought as he began wall-crawling down the reactor toward the abyssal hole. The closer he got the more he could feel the push of the void hole, it was like a reverse black hole. Anything not touching the dark substance was repulsed, whilst anything that touched it was pulled in to who knows where.

"This is an awful idea." Spider-Man thought as he advanced to the further point he could whilst wall crawling. With the abyssal hole having torn the reactor asunder the only way to get closer was to jump at it, allow the Light Core to touch the darkness, and hold himself back with his webbing.

Almost like a bungee jump!

Except instead of hitting the ground it was avoiding being consumed by the bleak darkness threatening to destroy the entire facility!

Raylan fired a web onto one of the panels with enough slack to hang as close to the tear as possible. With himself secured Raylan propelled himself downward, with his web stretching just long enough for him to stop just before the tear.

With his hand outstretched Raylan forced the Light Core to touch the abyssal hole, in an instant the dark tendrils that had previously anchored themselves to the insides of the reactor retracted. Each one twitching and spasming in what seemed like pain.

Raylan went to release the Light Core but the dark leapt up and swallowed the core along with part of his arm.

"Oh sh-" Raylan began with wide eyes before being interrupted by the pull of the void hole. The force of the pull was enough to have Spider-Man wince painfully, being dragged one way whilst trying desperately to hold onto the web keeping him anchored to the reactor.

But the pull of the abyssal tear was stronger, as the darkness continued to crawl up Raylans' arm despite the fact that the tendrils continued to be disintegrated by the Light Core.

"This. Is. Just. Wonderful." Raylan ground out through the strain, right at the same time his web began to fray. He looked between his web string and the void tear that had now latched onto even more of his arm. "And it got better!"

His web frayed even further as if to mock his words.

Before Spider-Man could do anything the tear receded further, narrowing significantly whilst spewing more of that abyssal darkness across Raylan's body. The substance swiftly spread across his form, leaving on part of his face and the arm holding onto the web.

"Please let there be something on the other side!" Raylan yelled as he felt the darkness crawling across his costume.

With enough force the darkness overpowered the strength of the web, ripping the web, leaving Raylan to fall into the abyss and be fully consumed by it.

The tear finally disintegrated into non-existence behind Spider-Man after pulling both him and the Light Core into its murky, dark clutches, leaving only a destabilized reactor to implode in on itself taking out a good portion of the facility, turning it to nothing more than rubble and debris.

/_\

Opening his eyes Raylan found himself being pulled through a spacial rift at immense speed, his path directed through the temporal space by a tube made of rainbow lights and flickering aural-like pulses of energy. It was like traveling through hyper-space like in the sci-fi movies.

Or reminiscent of his time fighting the Inheritors or battling across, what he dubbed, the Spider-verse.

Except for the veiny-like dark roots that penetrated the tube at regular intervals, pulsing and writhing menacingly in a continuous manner. Being tossed around like a ragdoll through a spacial rift wasn't exactly how Spider-Man had foreseen his day going.

And it wasn't over yet.

The Light Core Spider-Man had managed to keep a hold of in his hands began to hum loudly, it brightened in intervals, with a strange aura emanating from its shell. The orb cracked in several places which only sped up the process of it breaking apart.

The power within surged into Raylan paralyzing him near instantly, agonizing pain surged through his body as he felt the energy course through him. For several seconds, whilst being pulled through the rift, Spider-Man convulsed violently trying to fight through his suffering and stay awake. No words could escape his lips, only groans and hisses of pain.

The pain of the surge was enough to overwhelm the superhero, forcing the friendly neighborhood Spider-Man unconscious as his body was dragged to who knows where.

/_\

Spider-Man groaned as his eyes fluttered open, his body felt oddly light despite the pain coursing through him. Raylan attempted to move only to find his arms and legs held by long webs, a series of webs wrapped around his torso to better support.

Confused by the webbing Raylan glanced around him to find he wasn't in the facility, nor in that weird interspactial highway he'd been in before he blacked out.

He found himself in a space devoid of any details or substance, it was just an empty realm of darkness with webbing that stretched on as far as the eye could see in all directions.

"Where in the spider-verse am I?" Raylan muttered to himself in confusion and mild awe.

In all his adventures to other worlds, this was something new.

"Fantastic, more multiversal shenanigans to get involved with." Raylan pulled on the strings with all his might in an attempt to free himself, but they didn't give. Whatever these webs were made of were much stronger than he'd ever seen before.

"Well then," Raylan said as he relented his useless struggling, "It seems I've gotten myself into a right mess this time."

"A mess of extraordinary proportions." A familiar, lady-like voice spoke out.

Raylan stiffened momentarily, his eyes flicked around the space once again.

"Madame Web?" Asked aloud, like he was asking for confirmation even though he knew who that voice belonged to.

"Indeed, child," The voice of Madame Web confirmed, "It has been some time since we last spoke, if our current circumstances weren't so dire I would ask how you have been but time is of the essence now."

"...I must have really messed up." Raylan thought to himself. Pushing through it, Raylan speaks, "What's wrong and how bad is it?"

"What's wrong is the fact that that fool Norman Osborn and that psychopathic Carnage were taken from your world to another by a dark deity that has bonded with them both." Madame Web explained, "Pulled through space-time by a god-like being."

"God-like…?" Raylan mumbled as he shifted within his web restraints.

"Indeed," Madame Web continued, "That Quantum reactor that fool set off merely opened a tear through space-time itself, an admirable feat if it weren't done in such a reckless and foolish manner. The tear alone was of great concern, however, due to your quick thinking with the Light Core that that problem was solved safely." There was a pleased tonal shift at the end which made Raylan smile to himself.

"So New York is safe?" Raylan asked, his heart thumping in anticipation of Web's answer.

"It is, thanks to you." She answered, much to Spider-Mans' relief. "The facility itself was torn asunder, but no lives were lost. Even your friend, Miles, made it out safely. The tear absorbed much of the energy that would have otherwise torn New York apart, and the Light Core was what directed that same destructive back in on itself, avoiding disaster."

Raylan swung his head back and let out a grateful sigh. At least New York, its people, and Miles were alright, that was all he wanted, all he needed. But that begged the question, if something was terribly wrong, and his home was safe, how bad was it elsewhere?

Before Spidey could ask, Madame Web interrupted him. "An issue of greater concern was the entity that entered your world through the tear." Raylans' eyes widened under his mask. "A corruptive, dark god-like being entered through the tear in search of a host."

Raylan called the dark, oozing, inky black hand of a creature reaching through the tear that had grabbed Carnage before pulling him through the hole.

"So that was the hand of some big-bad god?" Raylan mentally questioned, "That's just my luck, it really is."

"It found a host for its power and corruption with the combined vessel of Osborn and Carnage, so it took them from this world back to its own." Madame Web paused, which was never a good thing. "Unfortunately, due to the difference in space-time between your world and this entity's world, it's already too late to stop it."

Raylan's heart sank.

"...it's too late?" He asked tentatively.

"Sadly, it is." Web confirmed gravely, "It may seem nonsensical but the truth of the matter is that the other world I mentioned has already been corrupted, forever changed by this conglomeration of a god." An adpt description of Norman, Carnage, and this dark deity. "The world has already suffered."

"But how?" Spider-Man asked, shaking in his web bindings, "We haven't been gone long, it's only been minutes, right?"

"While you are correct, it has only been several minutes for us and your world, it hasn't been for the world of Teyvat."

Teyvat, so that was the name of the world suffering under Norman Carnage.

Suffering because he had failed to stop him.

But her next words would break his heart further.

"Minutes on your world are hundreds of years on Teyvat, and given that Norman and Carnage aren't of that world they do not age by it like others. Meaning that they are effectively immortal as long as they live on Teyvat."

"What?!" Raylan yelled, shaking the web severely.

"What might have seemed like minutes to you and I, is centuries on Teyvat."

No.

That meant… Teyvat had suffered under a god-like Norman Carnage for hundreds, if not thousands of years…

"Why did you save me then?" Spider-Man asked, pulling on the webbing that still restrained him. "Why not let us reach the same destination at the same time? I could have stopped him!"

"Because if I hadn't pulled you from the confines of the rift you would have been torn apart on an atomic level before you even reached Teyvat."

…okay, that was fair.

Raylans' brow furrowed beneath his mask, "But then how did Carnage and Osborn survive?"

"The Dark God protected them."

Right, stupid question.

"So Carnage, Osborn, and some corruptive god had free reign of another world for hundreds of years…"

That was…

"Is there a way to fix it?" Spider-Man asked, desperation leaking into his tone of voice.

"There is," Oh thank whatever benevolent god was out there. "But it's not something you, alone, can do." There's always a catch. "To undo this disaster you will need the aid of the gods of Teyvat."

Wait, what?!

"There are others gods on Teyvat?" Spider-Man asked, not waiting for an answer he continued, "Then why can't they fix this without me?"

"A fair question," Madame Web conceded, "Unfortunately, the highest gods of the world have been corrupted by Dark Carnage. While many resist the corruption, they, alone, cannot overpower Carnage and his corrupted army. If you are to gather the aid of the gods then you must aid their world in return, only then can you fix all that was broken."

"But how can I do anything?" Spider-Man questioned, his brows furrowed, "I'm just your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man!"

"You would think that," Raylan noticed her voice take on a slightly amused tone for a moment, "But that is no longer the case."

…what?

Despite his confusion Web continued, "When you were pulled through the spacial rift you held onto the Light Core. The power within that orb is just as powerful as the Dark Core, but with opposite effects. Whereas the Dark Core is violent, chaotic, and corrupting, the Light Core is peaceful, calming, and purifying."

"Symbolic and cheesy," Spider-Man thought to himself.

"When you were pulled through the rift, the Light Core met the Dark Core causing damage to both the vessels. With the power escaping, the Cores required a new vessel to hold their power and you were the perfect being for it to bond with."

"Hold up! You're saying I absorbed the power of the Light Core?" It made sense, Raylan recalled feeling some weird magical energy flowing into him when he had been traveling through the rift.

"Correct," Webs' voice confirmed, "Through absorbing the Light Core you have gained many powers and abilities, equivalent to that of the gods of Teyvat. Key among them is a power to purify corruption from your touch alone. That purification is the solution to the corruption plaguing the world."

"Do I have other new powers?"

"Yes, but your other Spider powers have also been enhanced one hundredfold. Your physical abilities are beyond what many on Teyvat could hope to muster. You'll be the friendly neighborhood Spider-Man, with additional Celestial Magic. You are now a mix of a Spider and a God with these new abilities."

"That sounds amazing!"

"But you will have to discover the depth of your powers on your own." Madame Web added, pulling the wind from his sail.

"Yeah, should have figured that was the case." Not that big a deal, he'd been quick to test and understand his spider powers before. If all it took was some experimentation to uncover the range of his new godly powers then he'd figure it easily enough.

Maybe.

Hopefully.

Yeah, maybe discovering one's new godly powers wouldn't be as simple as finding out about your spidey powers…

"We've spoken for long enough, Spider-Man," Web declared, with no arguments from Raylan, "It's time I send you on your way, prepare yourself." Great, it was go time.

"I'm as prepared as I'll ever be I suppose." Not much else to say or do now, he had a mission to get on with.

"Very good." Was all Web said in response.

The webs around him began to dissolve off of him, quickly freeing Raylan from his bindings. With nothing else holding him, Raylan felt himself begin to fall, rapidly gathering speed as he fell past dozens of layers of webbing.

Several seconds of continuous falling later the webbing disappeared from view leaving Raylan falling through a realm of utter darkness.

Spider-Man's eyes tracked downward, in the direction he was falling, to see a light forming below him. A literal light at the end of the tunnel of darkness.

"Remember your mission, Spider-Man," Madame Web's voice whispered as he closed in on the light source. "You must undo all the damage this Corrupted Osborn, Carnage entity has caused. It can all be undone, the world set back to what it was meant to be and more, freed from the corruption of a dark, abyssal god. Seek those who wish to do the same, find the gods capable of restoring balance, as the fate of an entire world rests on this."

"No pressure then," Raylan mumbled to himself as the light got even closer, revealing what looked like shades of green and blue like they were the land and sea of a continent on the other side. Which was the case, obviously.

His fists clenched at the thought of what he would face. A world had suffered at the hands of a man he should have stopped before it had reached this point. Innocent people who had no stake in the happenings of his own world suffered for his failure.

He would not fail them again.

This world was now his responsibility.

Either he would set the world right or die trying.

That was his promise.

With a new sense of resolve, Spider-Man calmed his aching heart.

"I wish you the best Spider-Man," Raylan almost swore he could sense the smile on her face, "Take care of yourself, until we meet again."

"You too Madame Web!" Raylan yelled as he reached the light source, flying straight through with no resistance. On the other side the world of Teyvat revealed itself in all its glory.

From over one hundred thousand feet in the air!

Spider-Man was free-falling from the sky, giving him a near-perfect view of nearly all of Teyvat. It was honestly a beautiful, breathtaking sight. One Raylan had to take in for a few moments.

"A land of Gods and Monsters," He muttered to himself, before huffing a brief laugh. "How do I always get myself into these kinds of situations?"

With nobody to answer him Spider-Man deployed his suits web-wingsuit, switching from falling to gliding. He had a long trip down from here, best to take in whatever information he could before making his way to whatever city he deemed best to visit.

Time to figure out his plan of attack.

For he had a dark, abyssal, psychopathic, symbiote god to take down.

"Looks like this is a job for… Spider-God!"

C1: End.

Another Genshin Story, lol, but with Spidey this time.

A small, silly-style, very basic chapter to begin with, classic comic book bullshit, lol. (I'll likely edit it later, and clean it up to my standard at a later date.)

Although, this is going to be a heavy-AU story not like many I've seen on the Genshin Fanfiction section. Hopefully people will enjoy the different type of Teyvat our Spider-Guy is going to face. It's a drastic change, it's still Teyvat but changed and corrupted by our Antagonists.

Who should be the Traveler/Abyss Sibling?

Just so you know, the Traveler is a friend to Spidey, the Abyss Sibling could be a friend or foe.

We'll have to wait and see.

I'll give more details on the world next chapter for both Spideys' world and this new "corrupted" Teyvat in the Authors Note, as well as a quick summary of Ray's Spider Powers, his enhancements from the Light Core, and some of his Equipment just so people aren't confused.

But this Spider-Ray is going to be strong, like Cosmic Spider-Man and more kind of strong.

And no, I'm not abandoning Outworlder. Just wanted to get this concept out of my head. An update for my other Genshin story should be coming soon, hopefully.

As usual updates are whenever if ever.

Till next time!

AlcatrazDGold - Peace!
