After his departure from his world and arriving to Neathia, Ash along with his Bakugans faced and fended off the forces of Gundalian Bakugans that had nearly destroyed the kingdom.
Now, after defeating the enemies. Ash is getting escorted to the castle where Neathia's ruler/ Fabia's older sister; Queen Serena Sheen awaits him.
Ash is walking alongside Fabia while following Elright who is guiding them to the queen's throne.
"now that I look at it more closer…" Ash spoke as he checks the hallway where he is walking within. The young man seeing how everything is white and just sparkling like a jewel. "everything here looks like glass."
"it may look like glass, but I can assure you that it's a very strong rock like material." Fabia told Ash as she did a quick knuckle tap to the wall which made a strong knock sound in return. "our land is famous for having a very strong material that has lasted for nearly centuries."
"wow…" Ash nodded in amazement as he keeps on checking the surroundings before he sees that they arrived to a doorway which is guarded by several knights.
"Captain Elright of the Neathian Castle Knights." Elright spoke as he did a salute to the knights who saluted back. "I have come in escorting Princess Fabia who has returned along with Ash Blake from Earth. We seek an audience with the Queen."
"yes, at once." The knights replied before the doorway opened and Ash quickly shielded his eyes from the nearly blinding light that came from inside.
"so bright.." Ash said as his eyes slowly adjusted and he sees the Queen of Neathia; Serena Sheen who sits upon a throne while guarded by several knights at her side. "she's…"
"my sister and the queen of Neathia." Fabia said as they entered and meets the queen directly. "Queen Serena Sheen." The second princess then did a bow. "I have returned, your majesty."
"Welcome back, Fabia." Serena spoke as she stood up from her throne and greeted the group with a smile. "I have been expecting your return."
"as requested, I have travelled to earth in search of the champion who may aid us in our dire time." Fabia said as she stood up straight and then turns to motion a hand to Ash. "his name is Ash Blake, the one chosen by the Six Guardian Dragon Bakugan and the protector of the Sacred Avalon."
"Welcome to Neathia, Ash Blake." Serena spoke before she did a bow. "before proper greetings, I would like to apologize for burdening and involving you with our current affairs in the war against Gundalians. Truly, my sincere apologies."
"no! it's not!" Ash looks a bit panicked to see the queen bowing to him. "I was around and there was trouble with Fabia getting chased by knights who look like Gundalians and!" as he tried to explain things, Drago and the others floats out and rides on his shoulders.
"Hey, you're not making any sense." Drago told Ash. "calm down a bit."
"Like you can tell me after what I gone through today." Ash retorted before he sighs and then faced the queen. "it was a surprise for me to suddenly be asked to help save a kingdom from a war in a different world and all, but as future King of Lautreamont and its paladin, I have sworn to always help those in need of saving. Even if they're from a different world."
"a very noble cause, you carry." Serena nodded with a smile before she bowed again. "once again, I apologize for involving you in this battle and I thank you for coming to Neathia and lending your strength to aid us."
"yes." Ash nodded before bowing himself. "I will do all in my power to aid Neathia and put an end to this war."
"now then…" Serena stands up straight. "I am certain that you may be tired after such a battle upon your arrival to our world, but I must suggest that you go and visit the Sacred Shrine."
"Sacred Shrine?" Ash asks while blinking his eyes twice. "what's that?"
"it's where the Sacred Orb is protected." Fabia replied. "the Sacred Shrine is the place where the Sacred Orb may unleash its warm radiance and give life to all of Neathia."
"in conclusion, it's where the Sacred Orb is safeguarded." Phos added in.
"I see…" Ash nodded to Fabia before he looks at Serena. "but for what reason?"
"the Sacred Orb is the source of life upon Neathia, but it is also where life may be nurtured and healed." Serena stated before she looks at Fabia. "may you take him there, Fabia?"
"yes." Fabia nodded before bowing. "leave it to me."
Sometime later, Ash with his Bakugans are following Fabia who is leading them to a crystal like tunnel path that is long and wide.
"so this place is the entrance way to the Sacred Shrine?" Ash asks Fabia who nodded.
"it's highly protected as it only allows those with brave and kind hearts to enter." Fabia explained as she looks to the entrance which just glimmers and sparkles. "the Sacred Shrine acts as the medium for the Sacred Orb to unleash its radiance upon Neathia." She then glance at Ash. "in a way, it can be said that the Sacred Orb is the Neathia version of your world's Sacred Orb which you call Avalon."
"so they're the same?" Ash asks while blinking his eyes twice.
"I wouldn't say that." Drago spoke as the red Bakugan along with his brethren rides on Ash' shoulders. "it's true that they are alike but their purpose differs from one another."
"The Sacred Orb functions to bring life to Neathia, but Avalon's purpose is to sustain life upon your world." Asgard added in while imagining the two different worlds of Neathia and Earth. "Both has the ability to give life, but they still have different functions than the other."
"they're basically two sides of a coin that don't truly match." Phos stated.
"even so, the Sacred Orb and Avalon are still connected as the two would always sustain one another's existence." Fabia added before she looks forward and then stops walking. "we have arrived. Here is the entrance to the Sacred Shrine."
"eh?" Ash stops and he soon looks in surprise to a large tunnel which is guarded by a large stone statue of what appears to be a mechanical quadruped dragon. "this is?"
"Dragonoid Colossus." Fabia spoke as she looks at the dragon statue. "This statue represents the legendary beast that protects Neathia during its time of crisis, it's also the protector of the Sacred Orb too."
"Dragonoid…Colossus.." Ash whispers before he looks at Drago. "its name is the same as your full name, right Drago?"
"yeah, it does." Drago replied before shaking to the sides once. "But it doesn't mean we're related in a way."
"I know." Ash said.
"come." Fabia said as she walks under the statue and to the entrance behind it. "the Sacred Orb just lies up ahead."
"right." Ash nodded as he quickly followed Fabia.
The two entering the tunnel and disappears into the shadows before appearing at the other side of the entrance where a beautiful rainbow light shines its radiance everywhere within a crystal covered room.
"wow…" Ash spoke as he sees the Sacred Orb first hand, the young man seeing how large the object was and how beautiful it is. "this is…the Sacred Orb?"
"yes" Fabia nodded. "The Sacred Orb is the one thing in Neathia that gives life and sustains it. it is the one thing that we must protect from the Gundalians no matter what."
"yeah." Ash nods before he sees his Bakugan partners glowing in their respective Elements. "Drago? Are you…glowing?"
"we are." Drago nodded as he and the others floats up. "I can feel..a warm force coming inside me."
"that's the stuff!" Prision exclaimed.
"I can feel power overflowing into me!" Bullticam shouted while flying around.
"it's like we're being restored to our full strength and such." Phos stated.
"it's a nice feeling." Linehalt added in.
"is this the power of the Sacred Orb as well?" Asgard asks.
"yes." Fabia said while taking out her Bakugan Partner; Aranaut out. the white Bakugan pops out before glowing yellow and then floats alongside the other Bakugans. "not only does the Sacred Orb sustain life upon Neathia, it also holds the various DNA code of the Bakugans as well and allowing itself to restore their powers to their whole might."
"so basically, it's a place for them to heal, right?" Ash asks and Fabia nodded. He wowed before he sees his Gauntlet Shooter glowing a rainbow light. "what the?"
Ash and Fabia looks upon the Gauntlet Shooter that continues to glow a rainbow light which soon emitted a beam that flew straight at the Sacred Orb which begins to shine.
"t-this is!?" Fabia shielded her eyes as she had no idea what was going on.
Ash squinted his eyes as the light from the Sacred Orb was so bright that he had to close his eyes and use his hands to block it from blinding him.
The light from the Sacred Orb shines brightly before everything turned back to normal.
Ash and Fabia kept their sights closed before they slowly opened their eyes when the blinding light disappeared.
"what was…" Ash spoke out before he looks in surprise as he stares down upon his Gauntlet Shooter which had turned gold and red along with having several crystal like jewels attached to its tip. "The Gauntlet Shooter…"
"Seems that the Sacred Orb and Avalon decided to join together in granting you a part of their combined power." Drago spoke as the Bakugans returned to their partners. The red Bakugan hovering near the Gauntlet Shooter and seeing its new form. "I suppose that they are doing this to make sure that you are better prepared for the upcoming battle."
"Against an enemy of a large scale like Gundalia, I cannot say that we should not be so surprised." Asgard added in.
Ash looks at his Bakugan partners before he looks at the Gauntlet Shooter, the young man seeing the shine of its crystal jewel which made him clench his fist.
Meanwhile upon Gundalia.
Barodius sits upon his throne as he faces six more Gundalians who came and then kneel before him.
"Good, you all have arrived." Barodius spoke as he looks at each Gundalians who kneels before him. "I grew tired of waiting for you all to gather."
The Gundalians that gather before Barodius are the generals of his own Army that consisted of only five people whose attire represents their standing.
Director of the Bakugan Biological Research Center; Kazarina, Minister of Gundalia Defenses; Nurzak, Second in Command of Gundalia Military Forces; Gill, Captain of the Gundalian Forces; Airzel, and lastly another captain of the Gundalian Forces; Stoica. Each member has the duty to ensure that the war between Gundalian and Neathia ends in their favor.
"We have arrived upon your request, Emperor Barodius." The one named Gill spoke while bowing his head. "What may we be of service?"
"look at this." Barodius spoke as a screen appears and showed the recorded battle of the Gundalian invasion forces which were all defeated by Drago who burns them all. "what can you make of this?"
"it would appear that the Neathia have trained and raised an efficient warrior in this war." The minister of Gundalia Defense; Nurzak noted as he sees how Drago defeated the invading Bakugans with ease. "And might I add that this Bakugan's prowess is not to be underestimated."
"Complimenting those who are our enemies?" the woman of the group, Kazarina noted while sneering at Nurzal. "You're getting senile, Nurzak."
"Enough." Barodius stated as he snaps his fingers and the screen soon pause at the image of Drago. "The main point is that this Bakugan had stand in our way to get to the Sacred Orb and therefore must be eliminated."
"Does that mean we are allowed to go and cause some havoc upon Neathia like before?" the man named Stoica asks while grinning. "it's been a while since I've let loose during the first invasion."
"Be more mature in your words, Stoica." Airzel scolded the man while hardening his gaze at him. "You are speaking before the Emperor!"
"I have no care of such thing." Barodius spoke as he sits straight on his throne and then swung his hand forward. "gather our forces and invade Neathia once again. Take the Sacred Orb and bring it to me!" he grasped his hand into a hard clenched fist. "destroy all that stand in our way!"
"yes!" the group replied while bowing their heads and then they went and leave the Emperor in his throne.
Barodius now remains alone upon his throne as he sits and leans his head to his right hand's knuckle.
"whoever stands in my way, I shall ensure that their death shall be painted upon the very land." He spoke while hardening his gaze. "no matter what."
Sometime later, Ash was brought to room with high-tech like equipment everywhere as it is being maintained by people wearing lab coats like attires.
"This is the official Neathia Armor?" Ash asks as he is currently being outfitted with a white tight suit with gold linings that covers himself from the neck down to the toe which also adorns cyan gold armor on his shoulders and hips. The young man's Caser is strapped to the right side of his waist and his Gauntlet Shooter attached to his left arm. "It looks more like a suit."
"Its appearance may look like a suit, but I can assure you that it functions as an armor that protects you from all sorts of physical damages." Elright spoke as the Captain of the Neathia Knights had brought Ash here upon the queen's request for his preparation in the war. "The armor is designed to take various damages inflicted upon your body which it protects. You can say that if you jumped off a high building, you will only come out with just a small scratch at the end."
"I see.." Ash said as he checks his suit's full form from side to side before he clenched his fists a few times. "I can barely feel it on me."
"The suits were designed to fit the wearer and not cause any trouble during battle after all." Fabia spoke out as she appeared into the scene. Ash looks at her and became a bit amazed at the sight of her wearing the same outfit as he is, but hers has a skirt and the color lines are yellowish white. "it'll be troubling if you get into some trouble with them during a dire moment."
"Are you still insisting on joining the battle, Princess Fabia?" Elright asks the princess who nodded.
"This is no longer the time for any hesitancy, Captain Elright." Fabia told the captain. "we're in the state where we need all the help we can get." She raised her right hand and clenches her fist tight. "If my presence in the battlefield can help push the tide against the Gundalians, I will gladly battle my enemies face on."
"still…" Elright tried to retort but Aranaut appears as the white warrior Bakugan came hovering in front of him. "Aranaut?"
"Fabia-sama has determined herself to join this battle as do i." Aranaut said before he came hovering back and riding onto Fabia's right shoulder. "for the sake of bringing back the lost peace upon Neathia, I shall protect her and fight our foes with all my might!"
Elright listens to his words and could only sigh with a smile.
"seems that I cannot change your mind." Elright said before he nodded. "very well. I understand and honour both of your convictions."
"Thank you, Captain Elright." Fabia nodded in gratitude before she notices that Ash is staring at her and that made her look confused. "what is it?"
"ah?" Ash stopped staring as he quickly shakes his head before he raise his left hand up and scratches the back of his head with his right hand. "n-no! I was just thinking and all!"
"don't try to think of anything lewd, Ash." Drago told Ash as the red Bakugan came hopping onto the young man's right shoulder. "remember, you have your woman back home."
"you don't need to remind me!" Ash shushes Drago while Fabia merely looks confused in the background.
As Ash is getting prepped, a large person came into the room.
"Captain Elright! I have returned!" this person is a large buffed man wearing the same suit as Ash and Fabia, he is human, his skin is slightly brown and his hair is orange and are tied in locks.
"ah, welcome back." Elright greeted the person with a smile "good timing that you came here on time." He then turns to look at Ash. "I have someone to introduce you to."
"Who is it?" the large buffed man asks as he came standing near Elright and seeing Ash with Fabia. "You are?"
"His name is Ash Blake." Elright spoke in introducing Ash to the buff man. "he is the champion of Earth that Princess Fabia had brought to Neathia as he will be helping us in the war."
"really!?" the man exclaimed with a grin before he grabs Ash's right hand and begins to shake it furiously. "wah! It's an honor to meet you, Ash-san! I'm so glad that we have you on board!"
"a-a-a-ah! p-pleasure is all mine!" Ash said as his hand gets shaked very hard before it was saved when the buff man pulls his hand back and let him massage his arm. "and you are?"
"oh right! My name is Jake Vallory!" the man introduced himself while doing a salute. "I'm Captain Elright's subordinate and a soldier in the Neathia Military Advanced forces!" a orangeish brown Bakugan Ball soon came flying out and then pops out. "and this is my partner Bakugan, Subterra Coredem!"
"please to meet you." The Bakugan named Coredem greeted Ash who nodded while the rest of his Bakugan partners appeared.
"pleasure." Ash nodded before he looks at his Bakugans. "here are my Bakugan partners."
"Helix Dragonoid; call me Drago." "Linehalt." "White Dragon Knight, Asgard." "Bullticam." "I'm Phos." "Prision." The Bakugans greeted Jake and Coredem, the first looking amazed.
"you have six Bakugan partners!? So cool!" Jake said while his eyes sparkle and he blows out lots of steam from his nostrils. "you're so amazing, Ash-san!"
"uh…thanks?" Ash said as he finds it very awkward to see the very energetic personality from Jake.
"Jake and Coredem have been doing their best in the battle against the Gundalians." Fabia spoke out with a smile. "They protected the citizens while fending off our foes. He's a very strong and dedicated warrior."
"Thank you for your praise, Fabia-sama!" Jake said with a grin while rubbing a finger under his nose. "I will do my best to keep up your expectations!"
"I know you will." Fabia nodded with a smile before she became surprised when alarms rang out loud. "t-this is!?"
"report!" Elright exclaimed as he turns to the staff in the room who were checking on the many screens which are showing danger alarms. "what's going on!?"
"The Dimension barrier has picked up several signs of interspace travel!" a staff reported while projecting a 3D Map of Neathia which showed several red triangle signs that are coming close to the planet. "Scanners shows 4. No, 5 Gundalian ships arriving into Neathia's airspace!"
"Projecting satellite image on screen!" another staff checks on the system before showing a screen that projected the image of Gundalian battleships flying straight for Neathia. "ETA 30 minutes!"
"they're already planning to attack already!?" Jake exclaimed. "This is bad!"
"with our forces still recuperating after last attack, I don't think we can manage such a large scale attack." Elright gritted his teeth. "this is very bad."
"Gundalians…" Fabia squinted her eyes while clenching her fists tight.
"five ships.." Ash looks at the map closer and checks where it is coming from. "from where are those ships coming from? North? West? East?"
"they're coming from the northeast side." A staff member replied to Ash who checks and sees that the ships were coming from the northeast side of Neathia. "they're coming in closer by the passing minute."
"I see." Ash nodded before he turns to look at Elright. "Captain Elright, is it possible to send me directly to the battle?"
"Eh?" Elright made a confused noise. "What do you mean?"
"When I came here, it was with Fabia's help." Ash stated. "so I need to ask if there's some sort of magical power that allow you all to transfer yourself to any area you wish to?" he then looks back at the map. "if there is a way, I need you to transfer me straight to the battle in an instant."
"if you mean to teleport, then we can and.." Elright said but Jake stops him.
"wait! Transferring you here from your world is one thing but transferring you straight to the battlefield is just crazy!" Jake exclaimed. "Captain Elright, this is suicide! We cannot let him go and!"
"let me go there." Ash spoke as he turns to look back at Jake. "I know it's suicide but if we go there on foot, it'll take too much time." He then looks at Elright. "therefore, I need you to transfer me there while you all protect the citizens."
"still, to go there alone…" Elright tried to reason with Ash but Fabia came to the young man's side. "Princess Fabia?"
"I shall accompany him there." Fabia said as she looks very serious. "right now, we need to stop their advance from coming straight to Neathia."
"but, Princess.." Elright tried to retort but seeing the seriousness in Fabia's eyes, he held back his words and just nodded. "very well."
"C-Captain!?" Jake looks at the man in surprise. "are you for real!?"
"as much as I am against it, we don't have much choice." Elright said while clenching his fists tight. "we need to gather our remaining forces before we can go and fight the enemy, therefore we have to use any means necessary to hinder their advances." He then looks at Ash and Fabia. "but please, be careful. The numbers of enemy will be very large and you'll be on your own until reinforcements can come."
"I know." Ash said as he looks at Fabia who nodded to him and he nodded back before he looks back at Captain Elright. "Protect the people, Captain Elright."
"yes." Elright nodded.
"let's go there now, Ash." Fabia said as she held out her hand to him. "hold my hand."
"right." Ash nodded before he held Fabia's hand and then sees Aranaut floating and then sitting on their intertwined hand.
"Teleporting." Aranaut said before the white Bakugan glows white and creates a rainbow colored glow which enveloped both Ash and Fabia. "Now!"
Before long, both Ash and Fabia disappeared in an instant as they were teleported away.
"godspeed." Elright said after the two left.
Northeast of Neathia Kingdom, the Gundalian Forces have arrived as the ship had deployed their soldiers that are now advancing straight for the kingdom.
The soldiers marched before a few stopped to take out Bakugan Balls of a variety of colors which they soon threw into the air.
"Bakugan Shoot!" they all shouted in unison as a rainbow color of light flashes for Bakugans to come out. "Darkus Raptorix!" "Subterra Scaboid!" "Haos Glotronoid!" "Aquos Gren!" "Pyrus Damakor!" "Ventus Buz Hornix!"
An army of Bakugans in a variety of forms appeared as they all marched straight for Neathia Kingdom.
On board one of the Gundalian Ships, Gill sits upon the commander seat while his subordinates manage his vessel.
"all units! Advance straight for Neathia!" Gill commanded. "destroy Neathia and take the Sacred Orb for Emperor Barodius!"
"yes! For Emperor Barodius!" the subordinates responded before one made a noise when checking the system's radar.
"General Gill! We have enemies coming into our radar!" the subordinate exclaimed before showing on a screen an image of something flying straight for their ship. "it's coming towards us at high speed!"
"This is?" Gill looks at the screen and sees that the object flying their way is a flaming tornado. "what the!?"
The flaming tornado flew in the air before it is revealed to be Drago who roared out loudly while flying straight for one of the Gundalian ships which gets bombarded with the attack.
"Damage to the right wing! Ship's stabilizer is failing!" the subordinate shouted while Gill gritted his teeth as he tried to hold his balance on his seat.
"just what in the world was that!?" Gill shouted.
Explosions soon occur on the battlefield as many Gundalian Bakugans were reverted to their ball form after receiving numerous attacks that came from out of nowhere.
"Just what is going on down there?" Kazarina spoke as she is looking at the battlefield while on her Gundalia ship. "put on screen the field!"
"yes!" a subordinate replied as a screen soon showed a magnified image of the battlefield where a group of Gundalia Bakugans gets taken down by green lasers that rain down from the air. "that was?" her eyes squinted as she saw Plitheon descending and then roaring at the enemy. "I see. the enemy's counterattack before our assault, is it?"
The battlefield grew littered with explosions as many Gundalian Bakugans were getting beaten by Drago and the other Bakugans who are attacking them with no mercy.
Upon a cliff, Ash and Fabia appeared on the scene as the two had just arrived early on and are already going on the attack.
"let's do this, guys!" Ash shouted before he jumps off the cliff and Linehalt came and catches him on his right hand's palm.
"we shall go too, Aranaut!" Fabia said while holding up Aranaut who nodded.
"as you command, Princess!" Aranaut said before turning into a ball and allow Fabia to hold him between two fingers.
"Bakugan!" Fabia pulls and then twirls before throwing the Bakugan into the air. "Shoot!" Aranaut spins before his ball pops out and a yellowish-white light shines from which came the warrior Bakugan. "Pop out! Haos Aranaut!"
"Castle Knights; Haos Aranaut! Has arrived on the scene!" Aranaut exclaimed before seeing Fabia who came jumping to his right shoulder. "hold on, Princess!"
Aranaut soon rushes into the battlefield as they joined Ash and the others on the attack against the Gundalian invaders.
