Author's Note: I'm back from camp, and they had no wi-fi, so I couldn't start on the next chapter right away. But hey, I'm back. And ready to get into the true meat on this story.

(Ribbon's POV)

I never thought of a threat worse than Zero. Never had our people faced a more devastating threat. It was a week after my coronation. I was thinking that it wouldn't be that hard. Despite all the paperwork, it wasn't anything I couldn't get through.

I was tired one day. I fell asleep. My greatest mistake.

Suddenly, I jolted up to the sound of screaming. I looked out to see a figure of an unknown look. It had a black hood, and red eyes, as it send energy blast after energy blast. It gravely injured our kind.

"Give me the crystal," he said, "Or your people will suffer."

"Queen Ribbon, what do we do," one of the guards asked.

"We need to evacuate the crystal," I said.

"Again," the guard asked.

"Yes again, now go," I demanded.

They headed towards it, as I stood by our guards to battle the new threat. But he proved to be a devastating threat, wiping out all of our forces. Throwing energy balls that are similar to that of Dark Matter, but stronger. He was faster than Queen Sectonia, and every hit he took, he just shrugged it off.

I was the only one to survive.

I ran to see how the evacuation was going.

"How are you doing," I asked.

"Good, where do we launch the crystal," the guy asked.

"Popstar," I said, "Kirby will know what to do."

But as they did, the figure showed up.

"The crystal," he said, "Give it to me."

"No," I said, "As long as life draws from my breath, I will never let you have the crystal."

"My queen," the guy at the controls said, "You saw what he did to the soldiers."

"I know, but my duty as the new queen is to protect the crystal shards and the people of Ripple Star,' I replied.

He sighed, "And my duty as a civilian is to protect the queen no matter the cost."

As he said that, he pushed me onto the crystal.

"What the…" I started, but the launch sequence started, leaving my people without a ruler… and a protector.

(Later)

"And that's what happened," I said to Adeline.

"Whoa," Adeline said, "Who was that?"

"I don't know," I said, "But is he ever shows up here, I won't show mercy."

Then, another person showed up, wearing a green tunic.

"Adeline, I need to tell you something," he said.

"Oh… hey Magolor," Adeline said, not in the best sounding voice.

"Who is he," I asked.

"He was an interdimensional traveller who crash landed here and befriended Kirby," Adeline explained.

"Oh, cool," I said.

"Before betraying him so he could gain unlimited power and ultimately was consumed by said ultimate power," she finished.

"Oh," I said.

"That was in the past," he said, "But there is something I need to show you."

"It better be important," Adeline said.

(Adeline's POV)

(Later)

It was very important. We saw Magolor's old ship, the Lor Starcutter, now in a wreck.

"What happened," Ribbon asked.

"I don't know, but it came to Dreamland to warn us of something," Magolor said as he gave us a note.

"Do you know who this Null guy is," he asked.

I looked at the note, as I read, "Beware of Null."

"No, I don't," I said.

We went into the area, as I summoned a light bulb. Looking in the Lor, it was just a ruined place. Even when it crashed initially, it was still in relatively good shape. Here, there was barely any light, the computer system out of commission, even the ship itself doesn't seem to be alive.

"Hello, anyone in here," Ribbon asked.

Suddenly, Magalor just jumpscared us. Magolor laughed his butt off

"Sorry, couldn't resist," Magolor laughed.

Ribbon chuckled a bit.

"You're kinda funny," she said.

"Magolor has always been a bit of a trickster," I said.

"Ok, I can get everyone I fought, but why do you seem to hate me the most," he asked.

"You mess with Kirby, you mess with all of us," I explained.

It took a while, but eventually… we found nothing.

"Ok, we get it," I said, "but we still don't know who this Null guy is."

Suddenly, the screen flickered, catching all of us (even Magolor) off guard, as it showed a figure with a black hood, and red eyes.

"Ribbon," I asked, "Isn't that the guy you described earlier."

"Oh no," she said.

Author's Note: Yep, made a completely original villain. We are entering a very intriguing story. At least, I hope. Hope you enjoyed it.
