Hello, I hope you've been having a good week here's the new chapter! Hermione is speaking Spanish in this chapter, if you'd like the translation I'll put it on the next chapter.

~OoO~

It's safe to say that there won't be any other Triwizard Tournaments, ever. Harry and Cedric turned up bruised and beside them a stunned Peter Pettigrew with the dark mark on his left arm. Hermione and Ron didn't let Harry out of their sight and didn't allow Harry to go with the headmaster. Therefore, the devious mystery of how Harry's name ended up in the goblet was solved. With two proven death eaters without trials it was stipulated to have them by the first of july. Hermione took the opportunity to remind the minister in front of everyone of his misdeed when they told him last year that Sirius Black was innocent and never had a trial. Thus, Sirius Black was to have a trial just after the two death eaters.

By the time it came the day to go back home, everyone knew that Voldermort was back; however, as he hadn't made his move yet everyone had put him in the back of their minds while the trial's were covering the daily prophet front page. The siblings had decided to lock themselves in a compartment until they discussed everything they needed. The first order of business were the trials. Crouch Jr. and the rat were sentenced to the dementor's kiss. While Sirius was set free though, he wasn't allowed to claim Harry's guardianship for "undisclosed reason to the public". Hermione crumbled the newspaper and threw it through the window of the carriage.

"What a bunch of rubbish! I swear Dumbledore had something to do with this. Honestly! Ese 'ijoela gran puta mete su pinche puta nariz donde no le corresponde. Me cago en su puta madre y en toda su puta desendencia, ah claro, no tiene decendcencia, juro que es un maricón, con esos distorbing robes. It makes my brain itch everytime I look at him. To think he's the most powerful wizard in the wix world. No wonder Hogwarts' education and England's economy and politics are one of the worst internationally. ¡People eat his words como si fuera una puta hostía! Why can't there be an ounce of logic inside those tiny little heads of theirs? No es difícil. ¡Coño! Cuestiona lo que te dicen. ¿Cómo pueden bow down to a manipulative, condescending prick? O peor aún, no darse cuenta que todo es un puto act? Ese hijo de puta solo hace lo que le da la puta gana y si no somos sabios en cómo jugamos nos va a matar a todos. A él no le importa si estamos vivos o muertos. Lo que a él le importa es si somos útiles para su gran puñetero juego. For all we know, he wants us dead too. He isn't that different from Voldermort, if you really think about it. His negligence has brought us more rendezvous with death than Voldemort ever has. And that's saying something!" Cursed Hermione.

"Hermione, I understand that you are frustrated but do try to remember that we don't understand spanish." said Ron sheepishly.

Hermione blushed and said "Oh, Merlin! I can't believe I just said that! No matter, it's the truth. I digress, we'll continue with our plan. Harry, you are coming home with me and we'll communicate with Ron through owls and codewords. We'll find a way for Ron to stay at least a weekend at my parent's. After all, it's fair, since I stayed at the burrow last summer."

"Are you sure Hermione? What if your parents hate me like the Dursleys? I don't mind going with them. It's not like it could be any worse, they are scared of Sirius. Besides, I don't want to put your parents in any danger.

"Harry, I promise you, my parents are the nicest muggles you'll ever meet. They don't mind that you are staying over with us. The Dursleys are the worst kind of people I have had the displeasure of meeting. They are nitwits who can't differentiate between being a decent human being and a generous one. The next time I see them, they'll regret ever laying a finger over you. And we'll go to the goblins and ask for wards tomorrow morning. You are family now, and family helps and protects each other until the bitter end." Insisted Hermione at Harry's truly concerned face.

"It still worries me, Hermione. That… thing… is really back and people aren't doing anything!" Exclaimed Harry, about to pull his hair but one look from his sister stopped him.

"Harry, mate, is alright. We are here. It could have been worse. Cedric could have been dead, you could not have brought the rat and Crouch could have been kissed by a dementor. Though nothing is happening, right now, you could have been called a liar and a murder. And the last thing we need is people questioning your sanity and dragging your name through the mud. Right now we need to keep a low profile, until we can create a game plan. As Hermione so "eloquently" put it, Dumbledore can't be trusted. We need to find adults that can, because we still don't even have our OWLs." Ron comforded.

Harry's and Hermione's eyes widened somehow knowing that Ron's description of what could have happened had Harry not talked with Cedric were true. They remained silent for a few couple of minutes terrified of the implications. Was that Voldermort's plan all along? No, it couldn't have, Voldermort tried to kill Harry in the graveyard. It was thanks to Cedric that Harry managed to get to the cup.

Harry and Cedric had become a team in the past couple of weeks. They answered clearly the questions of everyone who asked what happened in the maze and the graveyard. Cedric ate with them at the Gryffindor table, he said that even though his friend tried they couldn't really understand him. Cedric kept his word and introduced the trio to his cousin, Luna Lovegood. A dirty-blonde girl with silver coloured eyes just like his cousin. Luna was a ravenclaw, with a few particular habits and quirks but she was one of the most honest people that they have ever met. And it was that honesty that made them know that they had found another great friend in Luna.

"We need a codename for when we are talking seriously about something" Blurted Harry.

"That's a great idea, mate! But it has to be something that could pass as unnoticeable surrounded by people." Answered Ron excitedly.

"But what could we say that we wouldn't say frequently? Should it be different for each one of us?" questioned Hermione, biting her lower lip. A habit she couldn't have shaken out no matter how hard she's tried after all of these years. "Perhaps brother? We are close enough that it wouldn't be that far fetched to hear it. The ritual does let us pass as such in the muggle world." she questioned.

"I like it!" agreed Harry. His eyes filled with a happiness that the other two had seen more frequently in the last couple of months after the ritual. The ritual had made their friendship more stable, fulfilling a void of acceptance and security none of the three siblings had had growing up. It made the three siblings go fonder with much fewer fights than the years prior. "We can't call you sister though, people see you more like our mother than a sister."

"Perhaps a variation of Hermione's name? But it can't be Mione, it would be weird if we suddenly stop calling her that." added Ron pondering.

"How about Mia? It's not an outright abbreviation of your name and it means mine in spanish? Right? Which almost sounds like your name regardless. What do you think, Mia?" asked Harry to his older sister.

Hermione smiled ear to ear. "Yes, Mia, it's the female adjective of possession. One would say "La casa de allá es mía" in English would be "The house over there is mine."

"Do you mind if we call you Mia when we are alone too? I really like the nickname and I feel like it suits you very well." Blurted Harry again and blushed when he realised what he said. Hermione smiled glad that Harry felt more comfortable with them and squeezed his arms in comfort.

"Yes Harry, you can call me Mia when we are alone too." nodded Hermione warmly.

~OoO~

After that conversation the trip to Kings cross was uneventful. Hermione held her brother's hands and walked through the multitude of wizards and witches searching for her parents. She wanted Ron to be there so that Harry didn't feel overly watched. That being said it was a hard feat to manage when everyone in the damn platform was watching him (and by extension them) like some legendary hero of an epic poem.

"Mia, I can see them! They are beside the guy with the green trousers and red t-shirt." exclaimed Ron. Hermione surveyed her surroundings and when her eyes sparkled in recognition she ran to her parents with a smile from ear to ear dragging the boys with her. When reaching her parents, she launched herself into them for a group hug.

"Hermione, mi amor, look how much you've grown! I understand you are older now and want to be with your friends but there's no way that this christmas you are staying in the castle. We missed you so much y tu abuela was really upset with not having the chance to make you coquito con nutella ni arroz con dulce. You know how she is with making you sweets." Hermione's mother said while looking over at her daughter.

"Honey, remember that Hermione needs to breathe." reminded Hermione's father touching his wife's shoulder. "Hermione, princess, I'm so glad you are back. I hope you enjoyed your year. How was the trip?"

"The trip was surprisingly uneventful. Mom, dad, I would like to reintroduce to you my best friends and basically brothers; Charlus Potter and Ronald Weasley. Harry, Ron, my parents Dr. Elena Sanz and Dr. Daniel Granger" said Hermione.

"It's good to see you again, Dr. Sanz and Dr. Granger. " said Ron, hugging Elena and shaking Daniel's hand. Harry followed his friend's action without taking his eyes from the floor.

"It's a pleasure meeting you again, thank you for taking me in for the summer. I promise to not get in your hair and help around the house." stuttered Harry. He didn't like asking for help, especially from adults since they had a long track record of always making things worse. Harry was having difficulty with accepting the help of these two strangers, even if they are Hermione's parents.

"Please, do call us Dan and Lena. Harry, you don't have to worry about that sort of thing. We are more than happy to take you in. It's not like there's a lack of space at ours. Ron, honey, remember that you as well, are more than welcome to come over anytime you'd like too. Do you have a specific date that you'll visit? Furthermore Harry, with the work at the clinic we can't be with Hermione as much as we would like to. Technically you are doing us a favour making sure she isn't lonely. Perhaps we could do a small birthday party for you. I digress, I'm so excited to having you with us Harry." said Elena

"Well mom, we need to get going. We don't want to worry abuela and Harry and I are really tired." claimed Hermione forcing a yawn. The truth was that they needed to get out of kings cross as soon as possible. Ron needed plausible deniability and no one is supposed to know that Harry isn't going to the Dursleys'. "Bye Ron send our regards to your family for us please." Hermione gave her brother a quick hug and when they separated gave Ron a wink knowing that all this scheming was one of the first sacrifices of many they would make to keep their brother, their little family, safe.

"Bye Mia, Bye Harry, do keep each other safe. Yeah? I'll see you guys soon." Whispered Ron and with that he left to find his previous family.
