Cane Beauty sees Through Victory
"Are you ready for this, Yūki?" Isabella asked her partner.
"Yes, this victory will be for Vacuo and Shade Academy." Yūki nodded and ready himself in his battle stance.
Yūki is a young man with long spiky hair with bangs and evenly split between two colors: white on his right side and crimson red on his left. His eyes are Heterochromia as the right eye is red and the left eye is light blue. He wears a ragged, dark blue sleeveless jacket with chains attached to it. On his hips he has two leather belts with buckles bearing werewolf symbols - crescent moons and the head of a wolf. He wears unbuttoned, tight, black leather pants. Both his boots and gloves are lined with fur. The wolf head crest is all over his outfit, being repeated on his gloves, boots, buckles of his belts, and the plates attaching the chains to his coat. He also has a silver blue wolf head symbol tattoo on his chest.
"Wow, that's a great outfit you have there." Emerald complimented.
"Thank you, I actually made this myself with some help from my siblings." Isabella mentioned as she twirls a bit.
"Really? It's too bad I'm gonna have to destroy that dress because it is too shiny and taggy for my taste." Emerald mocked with a grin.
"That's alright, I have a few spares back in my room and some new designs I've been working on." Isabella smirked.
"Too bad the one you're wearing will become the worst thing you have ever wore." Emerald stated.
"Oh sweetie, I can even make recycling materials in style." Isabella bragged.
"It's true, she did it once back in Vacuo." Yuki nodded.
Then the fighting arena started to change with four quarters of the stage becoming different from each other with one being the tall grassy area, ruined buildings, a rocky area with geysers, and a forest.
"Four ways, how cute." Isabella commented.
"She won't be thinking like that for long." Mercury smirked.
"Do not think you will have the upper hand in this battle." Yuki said.
Kibo and the others are watching the fight from the audience seating as they get excited to see the fight, even Team CFVY have joined them to feel the excitement of this match with them.
"So, who do you think it's gonna win?" Coco asked.
"Hard to say, both Emerald and Mercury are pretty good fighters in their own rights very close to Pyrrha's level of skills and strength. But we have yet to see what they're truly capable of." Hakuocho pointed out.
"There was also something about Mercury's legs that felt off." Kibo added.
"What do you mean by that?" Weiss asked curiously.
"It was when we had our sparring match whenever my fist clashed with his feet. They are heavier than any feet should, and somewhat cold like I was touching ice or some metal feeling cold. It was like there was life in them." Kibo explained how Mercury's legs felt back then.
"Should we be worried? It sounds like we should be worried right now." Ruby gulped in fear after hearing all of that.
"Don't be stupid, Ruby. I'm sure Kibo isn't trying to say there's like a monster hiding in Mercury's pants." Weiss calmed her leader down.
"But I get the feeling we should keep a close eye out for him just in case there is something going on him with him Emerald." Blake advised.
"Exactly." Kibo nodded, can't shake the feeling about the darkness he sensed from those two and Cinder as well.
"Three… Two… One… GO!" Port declared the start of the match.

Emerald and Mercury slowly walk backward with sneaky grins on their faces as they go inside the tall grass field to disappear from plain sight, though this doesn't faze Isabella and Yuki in the slightest.
"Oh, how cute if they think they can hide from us." Isabella chuckled.
"Yuki, time to hunt." Isabella ordered, pointing her finger at the tall grass field.
"Yes, ma'am." Yuki nodded and charges into the grass field at lightning speed.
Then something fast jumps up for anyone who aren't trained like Hunters to barely see anything, and another thing came out, revealing to be Mercury jump up first and Yuki instantly went after him with a claw-like left hook that was quickly blocked by Mercury's leg.
"Man, you don't waste time." Mercury commented.
"What you just did was stealth 101." Yuki pointed out before they separated.
"My, my, the battle just started, and Yuki went in spoiling Mercury's surprise attack!" Port impressed with the young man's first strike.
Mercury use the air Dust in his boots to make himself fly for a bit to charge down at Yuki with a flying kick that was blocked by both arms, but he fired another air blast to push the wolf theme guy down almost crashing on the ground as Yuki landed hard on all four.
Mercury comes down for an axe kick only to be met with a high spin kick from Yuki to clash and cause a small shockwave between them.
Mercury smirks down at his opponent before he jumps off from his opponent's feet and making his way to Isabella to fight her as well.
"Oh, now you come for him." Isabella smiled as she moves one hand forward.
"Nanto Kokaku Ken: Denshō Reppa (Tradition-Defying Rending Wave)!" Isabella unleashed a red vacuum energy wave from her hand that moves up and forward at Mercury.
Mercury quickly dodges though did get a small cut on the sleeve of his shirt, but he quickly going to deliver a kick to her face which she easily and gracefully leans back to dodge. This left him a second opening for Yuki to come in to strike.
"Taizan Tenro Ken (Taishan Heavenly Wolf Fist)!" Yuki thrusted back hands together right onto Mercury's back sending him flying away from his partner.
"What? That was Taizen Tenro Ken!" Kibo shocked.
"Another style you know?" Yang asked.
"Even I know this one. Also known as the Taishan Heavenly Wolf Fist, this style allows the user to chop flesh from the victim's body, slicing the nerves so fast it inflicts a cold sensation before death." Hakuocho explained on what she knows about this cold wolf style.
"Whoa!" Coco surprised.
"Talk about giving something the cold-shoulder, only the shoulder is the fist." Velvet commented and felt a bit scared.
"Ow! Dude! That was cold just now, and literally!" Mercury complained a bit.
"Wait until you really taste the cold of defeat!" Yuki said as he charges for Mercury.
Mercury glares at the wolf guy throwing a slash hand attack though he dodges that one and throws in some kicks which Yuki responded with parrying and counterattacks, Mercury throws a straight kick to the face which the bottom of the boot is aimed at his face.
"Gotcha!" Mercury said before unleashing an air blast right on the head to knock him away.
But that wasn't true because Yuki dodges the point-blank shot with his head leaning backward down with his body, and his right hand is stabbing onto the leg tightly as he's about to make his move now.
"You seem to fight somewhat smart for a cocky boy." Yuki commented.
This shocked Mercury that he did not blasted the dude away with his air Dust blast, it was almost like this guy made his head disappear or something.
"And you're far more skilled than a first-year student from Haven, or so you claim." Yuki said with his eyes narrow of suspicious on Mercury.
"But first, we must focus on the battle." Yuki said as his grip on his boot tighten.
Mercury was about to try use his other leg to kick Yuki's hand off and double kick him on the chest, but Yuki moved ahead of him and a little faster as he throws his leg in a circular toss causing Mercury to spin in the air.
"Urufutērukikku (Wolf Tail Kick)!" Yuki threw a strong kick on the stomach sending Mercury away and crashes into the ruin buildings area.
"Yeah! Way to kick things up a notch!" Nora cheered.
"I remember the last successor of Taizan Tenro Ken worked with a powerful tyrant during the Great War." Ren recalled the tales during his training days.
"Because he thought the tyrant who was my master's older brother at the time, very powerful and that Taizan master followed him as well believing his might could help save the world." Kibo explained on what his master told him.
"Sheesh, it's like Hokuto is one big drama show." Yang shocked.
"Will you be alright on your own?" Yuki asked Isabella who is looking calm.
"Not to worry, I believe I know exactly where that minty cutie is gonna strike right about…" Isabella paused as she already figured out what's going to happen next.
Suddenly a pair of sickle blades attach to chains were launched from within the forest area going for Isabella's legs to trap her, but she did something unexpected.
Isabella moves her right leg to knock the two blades in the air for a second and then wrap the chains around that leg to pull on it causes Emerald to respond with trying to pull them back as well.
"(Did she just let herself get caught on purpose? What a bitch!)" Emerald thought surprised.
"Surprise that someone willing fall into your trap? Well, I always give those who want some attention my own for comfort them." Isabella giggled with a grin.
"Ugh, get over yourself." Emerald grunted and struggles to pull Isabella into the forest area, almost like the woman glued her foot onto the ground.
"Oh, you want to go for a nature walk? Well, why didn't you say so?" Isabella giggled.
Then when Emerald tries to make another pull on her chains, Isabella uses the momentum to jump straight for the forest area that also made Emerald fall on her butt.
"It looks like Isabella is allowing Emerald to invite her into the forest way. That's wild!" Oobleck announced.
"Is that part of her plan?" Jaune wondered.
"Ow!" Emerald groaned.
Emerald quickly looks up to see that Isabella is coming at her fast, yet her feet aren't touching the ground anytime soon because she spread her crimson flaming wings and swore around the trees while getting to her opponent.
"You have got to be kidding me!" Emerald gasped.
"Take in the beauty of my Crimson Cane Wings and be dazzle of style beating you!" Isabella bragged as she sends a slash energy wave down at where Emerald is.
Emerald saw the attack coming and quickly jumps out of the way then change her weapon to guns mode firing some bullets at the cocky beauty bitch, but she is not making this easy for the green hair girl as she flies around dodging the bullets with grace.
"Will you hold still!" Emerald shouted.
"Well, if you wanted me to come to you then all you had to do was ask." Isabella chuckled.
"Nanto Gurandorandingu (Grand Landing)!" Isabella charged down with her body covered in her aura like a meteor.
"Oh shit!" Emerald shocked and quickly jumps out of the way.
Isabella's landing caused the forest area, and most of the fighting stage, to shake almost like an earthquake for a moment and strike a pose like she's expecting cameras to suddenly come out and take lots of pictures of her.
"Wow, where did you go?" Isabella looked around trying to find Emerald.
Meanwhile, Mercury and Yuki are jumping around the ruin buildings area clashing their fists and kicks against each other though Mercury sometimes use the wind Dust to make himself fly around to get some good hits on Yuki though he recovers fast from each hit.
"I gotta say, you're not bad." Mercury complimented.
"You're not bad yourself, yet I keep sensing this darkness in your heart like you want nothing to do with our world anymore." Yuki stated.
"Oh, do you now?" Mercury chuckled before going back down.
Mercury throws down a kick that Yuki blocks with his arm and move it out of the way though the gray hair young man throws a high kick that he was barely able to move with a backflip.
Mercury quickly blasted two air bullets to push Yuki into one destroyed-looking building then started blasting some fire Dust bullets at the structure to make it crumble, Yuki gets up seeing the place is about to collapse any second now.
"(He's trying to bury me and make me use up my Aura to try getting myself out of the debris that would also drain myself to red.)" Yuki realized what Mercury is trying to do.
"(Not a bad plan, but he made one fatal flaw.)" Yuki thought grinned.
"(He's dealing with a wolf.)" Yuki thought grinned wider with his wolf fangs showing, revealing himself to be a Wolf-Faunus as well.
Yuki put his hands together like before and channel his aura energy into them for one move to get himself out of here and attack Mercury at the same time.
"Tsuki no kussaku (Moon Drilling)!" Yuki jumped forward and spin his body fast like a giant drill.
This attack powers through the falling debris like a real drill with rockets to fly, and he flew all the way to the surprised Mercury as he quickly moves to the side.
But when Mercury looks down at his shirt, there are four claw mark holes on both the shirt armor and the shirt underneath.
"Do you surrender now?" Yuki asked.
"You fucking bastard! This was my favorite shirt!" Mercury shouted in rage.
"Talk about being dramatic." Yang chuckled.
"Yang, you become enrage when something happens to your hair." Blake pointed out.
"Point taken." Yang admittedly.
"Complaining about a simple shirt? How pathetic you must be sounding right now, like a baby crying about not getting his candy." Yuki mocked as he turns around looking at Mercury.
"Why don't you man up already and try fighting like one." Yuki advised with a glare.
Normally, Mercury would just try to act cool while being a little angry to go in making his opponents and other losers look bad with his badass skills, but what he just said with that sentence made him remember something that he did not want to remember.
"Why don't you man up already and try fighting like one." An older man said in Mercury head and sounded very drunk.
That memory boil Mercury's blood just thinking about his dead old man still mocking him in a way even from beyond the grave, and that just makes him want to beat the living shit out of this bastard.
"How's this for manning up!" Mercury shouted and charged fast at his opponent.
However, Yuki was prepared for that as he crunches down and prepared his right hand shaping them like claws, waiting until Mercury is within range.
"Ippikiōkami no kyōran no shūgeki (Lone Wolf's Frenzied Assault)!" Yuki launched his hand gripping onto Mercury's leg and swings it to throw Mercury into the center of the stage.
Or so he thought.
"What in Remnant?!" Oobleck and Port gasped and everybody in the audience are shocked as well.
"Ladies and gentlemen, I can't believe I'm seeing this! Mercury's leg that Yuki ripped off was a robotic, prophetic leg!" Oobleck announced in shock.
"Oh shit…" Mercury groaned as he looks down at his robotic right leg has been ripped off, and he can already tell that Cinder is very disappointed in him.
"Mercury! You fucking idiot! You messed up the plan!" Emerald angered out loud.
"Oh, so you were planning on something within the tournament." Isabella guessed with her red wings out.
"Yūgana arashi no kaze (Elegant Wind of the Storm)!" Isabella unleased a powerful wind to blow Emerald off her feet and away to crash onto a tree, along with a few little slashes on her body.
Isabella walks over to where Emerald landed but finds that she has vanished and now perhaps hiding among the trees.
"Isabella, are you alright?" Yuki ran over to her.
"Yuki? Already done with that Mercury boy?" Isabella asked.
"Yes, he ran away and off the stage. A coward playboy who can't take a losing like a man. Fucking idiot." Yuki said.
"I see, then it looks like our work is done." Isabella walked up to Yuki to give him a handshake for a job well done.
Yuki reaches out his hand to accept it only for Isabella to avoid his hand and hold one finger straight toward his forehead.
"Nanto Yōsō Hazan (Hawk Talon Ruin Slash)!" Isabella performed a strong slash attack that made Yuki fade revealing Emerald as she screams in pain and her aura is shattered away.
"Wha… But… How did you know he was an illusion?" Emerald asked while panting.
"I have a knack for seeing through illusions as being the Star of Enchantment, and you clearly never done your homework on Yuki as he doesn't curse words like you did. He shows more respect to his foes even when he doesn't like some of them." Isabella explained and held up Emerald's chin with her foot.
Back with the real Yuki, he is about to unleash one final attack on Mercury.
"H-Hold, can't we talk about this?" Mercury asked.
"Tenrō Tōga Ken (Heavenly Wolf Freezing Fang Fist)!" Yuki threw a downward claw attack that sliced Mercury's aura to nothing.

"And the winners are Isabella ad Yuki!" Port announced and the crowd cheers.
"Those old martial art styles are more powerful than I gave them credit for. I'll have to make some last-minute adjustments and give Mercury a big talking after this." Cinder stood up and walked away.
