Prologue
In the world of Eos and outside of the cathedral of Insomnia, a blue and grey humanized Cybertronian robot named Lancex emerged as the light began to show. He knew his older adoptive human brother had to sacrafice himself to save the world. Lancex shed tears, as he loved and missed his older brother but he was also glad that the previous torment of the universe was over. With heavy spark, Lancex said good bye and began to head off. But as he headed off, he felt a presence behind him.
Before turning around, Lancex made sure he had quick access to his weapons as many beings had tried to harm him before and he wasn't very trusting of others. Once he turned though, he realized that this being was not what he feared it would be and wouldn't hurt him. "What are you doing here and why do you seek me out? I have no further purpose here" Lancex suddenly blurted out.
Bahamut floated there in front of Lancex. The being had plans for this rugged bot. "I have sought you out as there is a new mission that only you can help with. You still have purpose or you would no longer be here" Bahamut explained, hiding another powerful being behind him.
"My brother is gone!" Lancex shot back.
"Yes, you have lost your family here, but I know of a being who might help you find another family – a family of your own. The only thing is, that once again, you will be required to fight" Bahamut explained, waving his hand and causing the two to vanish to yet another plane.
"This looks like no place I have seen" Lancex retorted.
"This is only part way to your next mission, only one being can get you the rest of the way" Bahamut explained before revealing a small yellow and white bot.
"My name is Slugbug, Lancex. A group of peace loving robots called Autobots are in need of your help to fight against the cons. Primus has sent me to get you. He put me in contact with Bahamut to reach you" Bug explained. Lancex wasn't sure what to say.
