(Third person)

A young man walks around the city of Olympus, with its stone roads running through the city, with its bright gold lights shining through the city. With nature spirits, satyrs, demigods and a few minor gods around the marketplaces, cafes and shops.

The man, no older than the age of eighteen, walks into a shop called Hestia peaceful things',and looks around for something, before finding what he's been looking for, candles.

The man grabs a candle, then looks around a bit more before finding the other thing he is here for a lighter.

After grabbing the things he came for, he heads to the register to pay for his things, after waiting for a few minutes, he is at the head of the line where a nymph waits for him.

"Hello" The nymph says, the man places the lighter and the candle on the register.

The Nymph looks closet at the items, before facing the man "That will be thirteen drachmas sir."

The man hands over the drachmas to the Nymph, before she collects them and puts them in the register before placing the items in a bag and handing them to the man "Thank you for shopping at Hestia peaceful things" The nymph says, before the man walks out of the store.

The man after leaving the store walks back on the main road thru Olympus, the road leads to the throne room of the gods, where the fourteen Olympians seats of power are kept.

However over the last two years, there has been a split in the council, one side with Poseidon and his supporters vs Zeus and his supporters, there have been rumors on which major god sides with who, but nothing is final.

The man heads to the end of the road where the throne room of the gods is, only to not head that way and takes a path to the left, only to be stopped by a voice.

"Hold up man" The man stops and turns around, only to see a young scrawny Latino elf, no older than seventeen running up to him.

"It's been a while since I've seen you, Leo Valdez." The two men embrace in a hug. "It's been what like three to four months."

The man, apparently named Leo, stops the hugging before facing the man. "It's been a long time too, Jason Grace."

The man, apparently named Jason, smiles at seeing his old friend for the first time in a few months. "Congratulations on the engagement to Calypso, that's good for you man."

"Thank you." Leo said, before seeing the disappointed face of Jason "Hey it not right what Pipes did to you." He said in a sincere way "You'll find love again soon."

Jason pondered on the words of his friend, it had been just over a year and a half that his first girlfriend Piper Mclean broke up with him, due to not being focused enough in their relationship.

It had been partially his fault about they break up, he had not been spending much time with her, due to his job of making temples and monuments to the minor gods in Camp Jupiter, it was also the reason that his relationship with his sister, Thalia Grace the lieutenant of the hunters of Artemis also was awful due to his breakup with Piper.

The only time he saw Thalia after the break up, was right after it happened. Thalia came to his home in New Rome, and started yelling at him over him apparently breaking Piper's heart, and how he was no better than any other males, anytime he tried to Iris message Thalia, it would just fail or not go through.

"I've got over mine and Piper brake up, Leo '' Jason said to his friend. "It just still bug me how the others reacted to the whole breakup, mostly my own sister." Jason said.

The whole break up between him and Piper had caused a huge divide in the seven and their close friends. The only people who stayed by Jason's side was Leo, his best friend who sometimes talks to Piper, but not as much as they used to. Calypso who he had spent a lot of time with over the past two years, ever since she got off Ogygia, and Renya Avila Ramirez Arellano, who gave him comfort after the breakup, and had even got into a fist fight with Thalia in the senate house, that was one of the reason why the hunters were ban from Camp Jupiter.

Now for the rest of the seven, Nico didn't really say anything about the break up. Still Jason hasn't seen him since the end of the giant war. Hazel and Frank were pretty split in the beginning, but about a year after the break up, they started to glare at him and ignore his Iris message.

And then there was Annabeth, now known as Lady Annabeth, yep she became the minor goddess of architecture and betrayal. They hadn't spoken after the incident that happened, not even a week after the end of the second giant war.

"Hello, earth to Jason." Leo said.

Jason coming out of his thoughts. "I'm hearing you man, just thinking about something." he said.

Leo with a worried expression on his face "Do you want to talk about this, cause i'm all ears to talk about this." Leo said, before looking at Jason, clearly not interested in talking. " I'll guess I'll see you later man."

"Yea see you later man." Jason said, as the two man parted ways, as Jason continued down the road, before coming across this nice garden, while it was not the biggest garden on Olympus

It was still beautiful in design.

Around the edge of the garden there was a pure white fence around it, simple but elegant, at the corners of the garden were four fountains made out of imperial gold, with water constantly running. There were different types of flowers in the garden from roses to tulips, all of the planets were blue, a special enchantment on the flowers by Demeter.

As Jason continues walking along the path through the garden, until he comes across a celestial bronze statue in the middle of the garden, standing atop a platform. what looks like a boy slightly younger than seventeen, with a bronze sword with the engraving of Anaklusmos or Riptide on it.

On the round platform that the statue is on is a plack, it reads.

Jason walks around the statue of the hero of Olympus, Percy Jackson. Lighting the candles he bought around his old friend, before sitting down on a park bench.

"It's been almost two years since your death." Jason mumbles to himself. "It feels like almost everyone moved on, mostly Annabeth since she started fucking that son of Poseidon name John not even a week after your death." Pausing for a few seconds before continuing "And Poseidon is all about talking about John, did't even show grief during your funeral" "It just feels like everyone else has moved on, except me. Like Leo and Calypso are getting married in a few days, Renya is leading the legion to a new golden age, Frank and Hazel are happy, as for Piper and Annabeth, not seen them in a long time."

Jason, thinking for a second before continuing his mumbling "And then there me, just lost. All I really do these days is make new designs for temples for the minor gods, and why I do like having that job. I just feel lonely and kinda lost right now". Jason mumbles. "The fact that I'm speaking to a statue about my problems probably means I'm lost in life." Jason chuckles at this for a few seconds before becoming serious again. "If there was a way to bring you back to life Percy, I would risk everything to bring you back."

Jason just sits there for a few seconds, pondering what he just said, and is about to continue when a new voice cuts him off. "Well maybe you can bring him back to life" There was a pause before the voice continue "Jason Grace"

Well that the end of chapter one of The Poseidon war book do you like it or not. Now do you think it is the voice (And no it is not someone like Chaos or any primordial, it is one of the fourteen Olympian gods, and probably the least likely one.)

One more thing, next few chapters will be about how we got into this situation.
