(with Naruto)
"You sure you wanna do this?"Naruto said as Barry had apparently lost his powers while he was in Starling City and thought he was now faster than him
"Prepare to be the second fastest man alive" Barry said with a smirk
"At least for me it doesn't carry into sex." Naruto said with a smirk
"Ooh, feel the burn!" Cisco said laughing
"It's strange." Caitlin said as she looked at Naruto's cells next to Barry's
"What?" Cisco asked
"Naruto's cells are acting like Barry's before Blackout took his powers" Caitlin said
"Maybe all he needs is a push to gain more speed" Harisson said needing Naruto to keep on improving
"Yes but watch what I saw when some of Barry's energized cells are introduced close to Naruto's." Caitlin said as she put it on the screen and it seemed like energy was flowing from Barry's cells to Naruto's.
"He's absorbing the energy." Harisson said with a realization look
"Awesome." Cisco said with a smirk
"Naruto do me a favor and just relax calm your mind and just relax as you run" Caitlin said as Naruto did better instinctually
"Okay, I'll be thinking of you then." Naruto said as he did as she asked as he and Barry started running
"Oh Barry is catching up." Cisco said as Barry hit 540 miles an hour
"Was." Wells said reading Naruto's speed and it was slowly increasing "I wonder what he's thinking about" he asked the others
"I think I know." Cisco said glancing at Caitlin
Naruto was currently thinking back on his life smiling at the pleasant memories he had
"Holy shit he just hit mach 2.5 thats 857.5 miles" Cisco said as it was still rising
"Go baby, go!" Caitlin said in excitement
"Dude just hit 890 miles and hour" Cisco said with a smirk
"Okay, Naruto you've proven you're still faster, you can stop now." Caitlin said as Barry was at 535 miles an hour "and your cells are now like Barry's expelling more energy than even" she said with a smirk
"All bow to the god of speed." Cisco said as Naruto and Barry walked into the cortex.
"Eh that sounds a little conceded" Naruto said with a smirk
"Man I finally thought I had an edge" Barry said with a sigh
"Never think you have an edge over a person you share powers with man." Naruto said as speedsters were all the same and unique
"Okay Mr. Reincarnated Ninja." Barry said as everyone had come to terms with Naruto's origin
"Hey it's kept you out of the fire hasn't it?" Naruto said with a smirk
Suddenly there was a beeping and Caitlin saw it was a reminder.
"We need to get the DNA thing for the arrow Felicity wanted us to examine that killed Sara." Caitlin said as she downloaded the information
"Does this mean a field trip to Starling?" Cisco asked in excitement wanting to see the Arrow cave
"Yep Barry you take Cisco while I take this beauty" Naruto said picking Caitlin up bridal style and walked her to the entrance
"Just be sure it's just to Starling you're going to." Barry said with a smirk
"You are not carrying me like that." Cisco said as Barry just grabbed his shoulder and they ran
"Where is everyone?" Harisson said as he saw he was all alone
(Starling City at Palmer Tech)
"Whoo, that was fun." Caitlin said as they arrived
"Glad I made your clothes friction proof" Naruto asked as he saw the footage of Felicity taking her shirt off as it was lit on fire since Barry ran to fast
"Shall we?" Caitlin asked holding out her arm
"We shall." Naruto said as they enter with Caitlin's holding his arm with a smile not noticing her eyes flash again
"Whirlpool Inc is still cooler than this place." Caitlin said
"Whirlpool is better than everything." Naruto said not bragging but his parents company was the best of the best
"What are you guys doing here?" Felicity asked as they walked in
"Whoa, sorry took a wrong turn." Barry said as he and Cisco arrived
"Ugh, why is speed travel so much smoother with Naruto?" Cisco said as he felt like he was gonna puke but stopped it.
"Uh, I was going to just mail it…" Felicity said as she was busy and held up a lot
"We want to see the Arrow Cave." Cisco said with an excited smirk
"Hold on." Naruto said grabbing Caitlin and Cisco "familiarize yourself with the city Barry" he said with a smirk
"Uh… follow me." Felicity said to them
"Yes, we get to see the toys!" Cisco said as Naruto ran them out of there
(Arrow Cave)
"Don't touch that." Oliver said to Cisco who was trying to touch his arrows.
"Or that, it's a bomb arrow." Naruto said with a smirk
"Since when did we start selling admissions to the arrow cave" Roy asked curiously
"We don't… see what you've done?" Oliver said looking at Felicity
"This'll be a fun trip." Naruto said with a smirk "Barry when you're done munching and being late stick close to Oliver I'm sitting back on this one" Naruto said over the com hearing Barry chewing on his food
"Incredible. I have so many ideas for improvements." Cisco said looking at Oliver's suit before seeing Roy's. " And this. Oh, oh, man! This is the bomb! And I mean, red is so much cooler than green, am I right?" He said as he went over to Roy.
"Can we have him and Naruto I'm starting to really like your team" Roy said as he had a good time when Naruto was here
"Naruto came here, of course he did. What happened?" Cisco asked curiously
"Hey, what's that for?" Caitlin asked Felicity as she pointed at the salmon ladder.
"Distracting me from work." Felicity said as she thought back to all the times she stared at Oliver used it
"Think I should get one?" Naruto asked curiously
"Yes! We need one immediately in the cortex." Caitlin said quickly and loudly biting her lip slightly
"I was going to say for my apartment but that works, gives me a reason not to wear a shirt." Naruto said
Felicity silently eyed him after that making Oliver glare at him
"You live in an apartment? Thought you'd have something like a penthouse or something." Roy asked him
"It's large put not penthouse level I just like to live normal I mean what moron flaunts his wealth" Naruto said nonchalantly
Oliver felt eyes on him and in Gotham a certain billionaire sneezed
"So how does it feel to be a trillionaire speedster?" Felicity asked curiously as Naruto was basically famous and rich from all his work
"Well combine the wealth of my parents and mine it's more but I honestly don't care much about money." Naruto said
"You're kidding, right?" Roy asked as most rich people tended to be douchebags or something like Oliver was when he was younger
"Naruto really doesn't rely on his money either from his parents or what he gets. He and his parents use their fortunes to help others that need it." Caitlin said as Naruto's family was always kind to people and other businesses
"Hmm, sounds like someone could've used your advice." Felicity said glancing at Oliver
"From him about what?" Oliver asked her
"I don't know managing a company, trust,...sex" Felicity said plainly
"Really?" Oliver said
Caitlin leaned into Felicity's ear. "16 long, 5 thick." She whispered with a smirk seeing Felicity's face go red
"You really need his advice" Felicity said with a blush
"Well we don't have a particle accelerator to help in some places." Naruto said with a smirk
"Ooh burned by the king." Cisco said with a laugh and shut up as Oliver glared at him "He really does have a stick up his ass." He said looking at Naruto
"Told you." Naruto said with a smirk "Where's Dig?" he asked
"Running down a lead." Felicity said as she
"Where? In Argus? I despise that place." Naruto said as Amanda Waller had been trying to get him even at a young age along with his parents to weaponize their weapons and agents
"Join the club." Oliver said as he knew Amanda Waller for years
"You know she tried to make me and my family design weapons for her? I despise Amanda Waller, injecting people with bombs in their necks or heads keeping them in line forcing them to do what she says? Amanda Waller is a demon in human skin, one I never want to see again." Naruto said angrily
"Argus has a red alert" Felicity said as she picked it up
"Barry, we're on." Naruto said as he grabbed his suit
"On my way." Barry said over the com
"We'll meet you there." Oliver said as just as he was gonna get on his bike Naruto grabbed him and Roy
(A.R.G.U.S)
"Whoa!" Roy said as Oliver shook his head fighting off the major rush he felt.
"You're welcome." Naruto said as they entered. "Hey, Boomerang!" He yelled getting the guys attention
"Godspeed, heard about you. You look taller on TV." the boomerang wielding man said with a smirk
"You gonna come quietly or are we gonna dance?" Naruto said
"Hmm, let me think… no." The guy said throwing down two boomerangs, one exploded making a bright flash and the other made smoke as he escaped.
"He's smart, he knew he was out number and out matched." Naruto said
"Ah man, I missed everything." Barry said as he just arrived
"Than stop being so late" Naruto said as he wonder how he was so late for stuff
"You clearly don't know me as being late, for some reason seems to be my thing."
"What are you doing here, Godspeed? Field trip with your sidekick?" Lyla asked looking at Barry
"Better question, who attacked you?" Oliver asked curiously as they left Argus
"And don't tell them it was an internal Argus matter." Dig said
(later at the Arrow Cave)
"Do you literally get dumber?" Naruto asked Barry as he showed up and took off his mask as he ate some sushi
"They're married." Barry said eating with his mouth full
"No we're not." Dig and Lyla said at the same time
"Well they're dating." Barry said getting a shake of their heads
"Dude seriously you can't just take your mask on she works for the government" Naruto said as he was still fully dressed mask and everything
"My bad." Barry said apologetically
"No, it's way bad! She works for someone who forces others to do things that would change your very soul! I will never trust anyone inside Argus, not even if they're friends with you guys." Naruto said as he leered at Lyla.
"Not a fan of Argus?" Lyla asked Dig as she knew Argus pissed off a lot of people
"Not at all, I hate Amanda Waller with a passion. She threatened me and my family!" Naruto said angrily as Amanda Waller once threatened to discriminate his parents company
"Godspeed, calm down." Oliver said grabbing his bow
"Screw you, jackass." Naruto said heatedly
"His name is Digger Harkness, he was one of Waller's operatives for Task Force X till a mission went south but his bomb didn't work." Lyla said
"Like it was supposed to for your Suicide Squad." Naruto said as he hated that using murderers to do black ops
"Dude, aren't you gonna.." Barry said, gesturing to the mask.
"No, I don't trust her and I'm not an idiot." Naruto said giving Barry a look
"Okay, Naruto- oops" Cisco said slapping his forehead as Naruto groans before taking off his mask
"Way to go Cisco." Naruto said as he may as well since someone would have made a connection between him and these three eventually
"Naruto Uzumaki?" Lyla said
"Tell Waller about me and I will end you." Naruto said threatening Lyla
"Dude, chill." Barry said as that was a little extreme
Naruto raced over the pieces of the boomerangs Oliver brought back and put them back together. "Barry this woman kills, threatens when suited she'll blackmail me with this at the first chance she gets". He said
"But Lyla's not Waller." Dig said
"Is she? Waller can make anyone do anything she wants. You may trust this woman but as long as she's working for Argus and Waller I won't." Naruto said
"Klaus Markos, see the collapsible node design? Dead giveaway, that's his signature." Cisco said as he analyzed the boomerangs
"Where can we find this boomerang maker?" Naruto asked
"Doesn't say but he was arrested last year by Captain Quentin Lance." Felicity said wondering what the actual odds were
"Let's go." Naruto said
(SCPD)
Naruto, Barry and Oliver walked in and found Quentin was talking with Laurel.
"You dumped her?" Naruto asked, seeing Laurel. "Big mistake dude." He said with a smirk
"Shut up." Oliver said already knowing he fucked up royally there
"Naruto Namikaze, what's Central City's Bruce Wayne who's now working for the CCPD want here?" Laurel said silently checking him out
"She's good." Naruto said to the two other men "we need information on a case you were involved with Mr Lance" he said politely
"Sure, who is it?" Quinten said
"Klaus Markos." Barry said.
"Well, he was arrested for identity theft. He was using some gizmo to steal credit card numbers for the Bratva, the Russian Mob." Quinten said as the details were vague
"Thank you for that, Mr. Lance. Hey Laurel, ever looking to have a good time, give me a call." Naruto said with a smirk as she winked at him
"Just go." Oliver said with a groan
"I may take you up on that offer." Laurel said as Naruto winked at her before Oliver pulled him away
"I need to ask are you an actual whore or sex on legs" Barry asked curiously
"Call me that again and I'll take your legs." Naruto said losing his smile
(The docks)
"I can't actually believe you're a member of the Russian mob." Barry said suited up
"Your friend knows the chinese mob" Oliver said looking at Naruto
"Me and my family know all the mobs. Let's find our guy and get out of here." Naruto as his mom apparently liked to make connections even during her retirement
"Again, we're doing this on my terms." Oliver said giving them both a look
"Just as long as those terms suit me." Naruto said with a nonchalant look
It didn't take them long to handle the goons and find Klaus.
"Sorry our friend wants to talk to you." Barry said as he and Naruto pushed Klaus against a wall.
"You made this for Digger Harkness, where is he?" Oliver asked, holding a boomerang.
"Go to hell." Klaus said before he got an arrow to the shoulder making Barry and Naruto back up.
"The only thing worse than an arrow going in is one coming out, now where is he?!" Oliver said tugging the arrow
"What the hell are you doing?!" Barry asked him
"Getting information man sometimes you gotta go to their level to get information" Naruto said to him as he knew about torture
Barry couldn't believe what he was hearing before the man held up a device pleading for his life.
Barry sped Klaus to the SCPD and came back.
"Felicity can crack this." Oliver said before noticing the look Barry was giving him and Naruto.
"You tortured that guy." Barry said
"Yeah he did Barry not everyone is like us there are arms dealers terrorists and other assholes in the world who you have to get rough with to get answers" Naruto said simply
"All this talk about being kind and nice, that was all just talk wasn't it, Naruto? I thought we were supposed to be better than they were?" Barry said as all this was the opposite of what he tried teaching him.
"And we are man what were doing stops that shit Barry listen one of these days you'll be pushed far and certain actions you would never consider seem very appealing"
"With friends like you who need Eobard Thawne or the League of Assassins?" Barry said before speeding away
"Great." Naruto said with a sigh
"Have you ever done this before" Oliver asked Naruto
"Nope know how to though" Naruto said with a smirk
(Back at the Arrow Cave)
Everything was awkwardly silent as Felicity and Caitlin worked on cracking Klaus' device
"Barry-"
"Stay away from me." Barry said, walking away from Naruto.
Naruto sighs as he rubs his head "I'm assuming you all know" He asked as he was sure Felicity was always monitoring Oliver
"Yeah, it kinda does sound hypocritical as everything you'd told him was completely the opposite in there." Caitlin said with a small frown
"Sometimes you need to do things you know are wrong to get the job done"
"Even if it means destroying who you are?" Felicity asked him "Got him! He's in a warehouse at the corner of Infantino and Adams." she
"Barr-" Naruto was stopped as Barry sped off "I swear it's like I'm dealing with a child" he said as Barry was difficult to handle
(The Warehouse)
"What are you doing?!" Naruto asked as Barry was holding a guy off the side of the roof.
"What? Isn't this what we're doing now?" Barry said angrily
"Please don't drop me! Harkness gave us this, just please don't kill me!" the man said begging for his life
Barry grabbed it and tossed the man down. "Thank you." He said before knocking him out with a kick
"Dude there is a time and place for that this wasn't it" Naruto said with an annoyed look
"Don't talk to me, you said get results I got them." Barry said before speeding off again.
(Back on the rooftops)
"Dude, you dangled a man off a rooftop" Cisco said in surprise
"Well apparently this is what Naruto's way is, what? He gonna change it again?" Barry asked
"Dude you're not Batman" Naruto said as he was good and knew what he was doing Barry not so much
"Well according to you that's how it should be." Barry said angrily
"Look I'm sorry for hurting your feelings but this isn't how we do things and if you don't grow the fuck up and calm down your benched." Naruto said
"Oh we're so past hurt, everything you ever told me was a lie, and you're still doing it!" Barry said
"Dude just -" Naruto was silenced by a punch to the face.
"Oh shit." Felicity said as she could tell this would end badly
Naruto merely looked at him not fazed by the punch and looked at Barry dead in the eye "listen to me very carefully Barry cause that is your only freebee, all of us are gonna be faced with difficult choices and do things we think are for the greater good which may seem dark Harkness is an assassin we don't go to a level to get answers quickly Harkness will keep on murdering people and all the time we waste more people die" he said seriously
"The greater good, what is the point of doing this if we become what we're trying to stop? What exactly separates him from you? Your way just sounds… worse." Barry said
"I get it that you feel betrayed as I have shown you the opposite of this and I am sorry for that but you aren't exposed to the elements Oliver is constantly exposed to.
"So you're saying you'd so easily kill someone if needed?"
"I didn't say that." Naruto said as he hadn't taken a life yet
"What about Eobard Thawne Barry what will you do to him there's no way when you see him you won't feel all that anger rush through you" Naruto asked him
"Barry just calm down and listen to him, please." Oliver said as his friend was spiraling
"Screw you that's not the same thing." Barry said to Naruto
"It's not? the man's a killer like Harkness and the justice system can't do jack shit so that leaves it to us so what would you do to the man in yellow Barry" Naruto asked him
"So that means we're supposed to become like them, killers? Do our own brand of justice?" Barry asked him incredulously
"No but we need to make difficult choices Barry and if it's a choice between doing it the right way and people die and going to a level like them and getting info to save someone I'm gonna do it" Naruto said seriously
"So you're saying you'd kill someone if you had to? To drop down to their level and torture them just like they do to others?" Barry said
"Barry I won't kill anyone but yeah I might just torture and threaten someone to keep lives safe" Naruto said seriously
"How can I trust you when I don't even know you anymore?" Barry said to both Naruto and Oliver
"Barry, I get it. You want to be like Superman, a symbol. A symbol for goodness and truth, to show hope to everyone." Naruto said letting out a sigh "but Superman isn't perfect and honestly he can be a dick not understanding things from other points of view he pushed his family to the side and literally puts things in the phantom zone he deems to dangerous he makes choices like all of us"
"Then what is the right way? Is… Is what I do not enough? Do I have to become like you, or Oliver or the Bat to do anything?" Barry asked him as he questioned his very own code of justice.
"You do what your heart tells you if you let that guide you you'll be fine" Naruto said with a smirk "also you'll always be better than Oliver that I guarantee" he said getting a blank look from Oliver
"Barry, he's not asking you to sacrifice your very way of doing things, he's just saying that sometimes one has to get their hands dirty to do so. You don't have to be like what they are, because if so then the Flash is dead even if you're still standing. Don't sacrifice your morals just because we do things different, if that happens… it's all over and you start to lose pieces of your soul." Oliver said speaking from personal experience
"It's Harkness" Felicity said
"Finally an end to the soupe opera, where is he?" Cisco asked feeling very uncomfortable as he and the guys took off to go find Harkness contact
(few minutes later at the Arrow Cave)
"Why's Harkness phone on?" Felicity said as she was sure she deactivated it
"Could it be turned on remotely" Caitlin asked in slight worry
"Oh shit." Lyla said as they all hit the deck as a boomerang hit a nearby table
"Hello, 's been a long time." Harkness said as he looked for her
"Get down!" Felicity said as a boomerang flew past them
"Felicity!" Caitlin said moving the blonde out ot the way as a boomerang went past them but cut her shirt slightly
"You ok?" Felicity asked her
"I've been better." Caitlin said as she felt a sting as she called Naruto on speed dial
Lyla was soon hit with a boomerang
"Hey, jackass!" a femine voice said from behind h
Harkness looked up to see Thea Queen wearing a suit as she fired a an arrow at his shoulder
"Get out now" Thea said with her voice modulator and a little pissed she couldn't use her regular explosive arrows since there were a bunch of arrow's in here that could do a lot of damage
Harkness decided to run while the going was good
"She needs an ambulance" Caitlin said as the arrow cave wasn't equipped with the tools she needed
"Where's the nearest hospital?"Naruto asked as he showed up as Barry took the men they caught to jail
(few minutes later)
"This is fucking embarrashing." Naruto said with a sigh "What moron loses to a man who throws boomerangs" he said with
"This is all my fault, if I didn't waste your time just sulking up there then maybe we could've been here." Barry said guiltily
"Harkness sent us there man, he wanted us away from here." Cisco said trying to comfort his friend
"What in the hell are you wearing?" Oliver asked Thea as she was dressed similar to Roy
"Naruto thought up the design, Cisco and him made the arrows. The bow was a little bit of a challenge but they made it." Thea said plainly
"Are you okay?"Oliver asked knowing if he showed his disapproval he'd be ignored or assaulted
"I'm fine, got him with one but I'm more worried about Cailtin she got cut by one of his boomerangs." Thea said
"You got cut?" Naruto said seeing Caitlin's shirt and when he spread the hole he saw she was perfectly fine "must've just cut the fabric" he said with a sigh of relief
"I swear I saw blood." Caitlin said in surprise "maybe the boomerang cut someone and got on me" she said trying to rationalize how she had blood on her
"Whatever the reason I'm just glad you're safe." Naruto said giving her a kiss before speeding over and kissing Thea "Thank you for saving them." He said
"If that's the thanks I'll get I'll do it more often." Thea said with a smirk
"How'd you know we were in danger?" Caitlin asked curiously
"Oh I didn't that was just a stroke of luck" Thea said as she hopped on the first train here after her shift
"Ok we need to stop this boomerang tossing jackass because I will not lose to a guy who throws fucking boomerangs" Naruto said with a serious look
"He's at the train station" Felicity said quickly "what's so special about the damn trains here" she asked as so far she met to assassins
"Wait why the train it's to public" Naruto said as that seemed to easy "Barry you and Oliver go I don't like this" he said as the two took off
"It's time to stop Captain Boomerang." Cisco said
(few minutes later)
"I swear all of you hold on." Naruto said as he took Caitlin and Felicity then dropped them off at one bomb each then got Roy and dropped him off at one and with Barry at one already he went to the fifth bomb
"I feel abandoned." Cisco said
"I'm here." Thea said giving him a dry look
"Sorry ok everyone on the count of three cut the blue wire" Cisco said over the com's
"How do you know it's the blue one?" Caitlin asked a little nervously
"Naruto told me now get ready!" Cisco said as Naruto analyzed the bomb when he ran for Roy and left him a sticky note on the computer
"1." Naruto said as everyone closed their eyes.
"2." Barry said
"3!" Everyone said as they clipped the wire
"Holy shit I honestly saw my life flash before my eyes" Roy said letting out a sigh of relief
"Screw you, Captain Boomerang." Cisco said as he sat down.
"Whoo, we did it!" Barry said sighing in relief and high fiving Naruto
"Now what do we do with this guy?"Cisco asked curiously
"I have some ideas" Oliver said "Naruto, get over here."
(later at the Arrow Cave)
"So what'd you do with the guy?" Barry asked the two
"Digger Harkness is now cell mates with one Slade Wilson with two broken arms." Naruto said with a smirk
"We've got a pipeline, he's got a gorgeous tropical island." Barry said
"With the landmines." Felicity added as she remembered when she was almost blown up by one
"What's this?" Naruto asked seeing two mannequins like what he and Naruto put their suits on at S.T.A.R Labs "got tired of my suit?" he asked Felicity as she had his spare
"Wore it once it was fun for a few days" Felicity said with a smirk
"I asked her to make those for you two. For the next time you're in town." Oliver said with a genuine smile
"Well. we got an early christmas present for you too." Cisco said as he and Barry gave him a box
"Polymer kevlar weave. It's 25 % lighter and can carry 15% more gear. I've got designs I'm working up that I'm really excited by." Cisco said as they made him a new suit.
"It's uh, subtle." Oliver said impressed by the design
"I wanted to replace the hood, but, uh, Felicity said it had sentimental value." Cisco said as Felicity smiled.
"Thank you." Oliver said with an appreciative look
"We'll look at the arrow that killed Sara back at S.T.A.R Labs, some of the DNA has to have degraded but we got the tech to find it." Naruto said giving Oliver assurance that he'd try his hardest to find the dna sample
"Actually Naruto, could you stay in Starling for a while? I think I'm going to need your help with something." Oliver said
(few weeks later)
"Well this is a surprise I was expecting the Oliver Queen" Ra's Al Ghoul said "not the son of the greatest assassin the league has ever seen welcome Naruto Namikaze son of the Crimson Death Kushina Uzumaki" he said with a smirk
"Hello, Ra's Al Ghul, son of… a bitch. Naruto said then spotted Nyssa
"Naruto I can only guess what you are about to do-I killed Sara Lance" Nyssa was saying till Naruto interrupted her
"Excuse me?" Ra's asked curiously as he had league agents confirm who killed Sara Lance
"I did it" Naruto said surely
"Hmm, now why is it I do not believe you." Ra's said to him
"Maybe because you can tell what move me or my mother might be playing since you're a dumbass" Naruto said with a smirk
"Nobody could ever guess your mother's actions, not even me, that's what made her so dangerous." Ra's said as Kushina Uzumaki to this day perplexed him
"Yeah we like to be unpredictable and also isn't there some fight to the death shit so I can live" Naruto asked him curiously
"Child, you and I both know it wasn't you, you don't have it within you to do such a deed." Ra's said letting out a laugh
"Then how about I fight you for her hand? I will not use my powers at all. If I win Sara's death is forgiven and put to rest I lose and you let me live I'll...join the league" Naruto said letting out a sigh as he slipped Nyssa a note
