"Let's continue the Duel! Draw!" Oka drew his card. "At this moment, God's Blessing gives me 500 Life Points since I just drew a card."
Oka LP: 100→600
"I summon Curtain of Black Magic (ATK: 600, LV: 2)!" Oka summoned a red curtain with arms. "Next, I open my set card: Fusion! I fuse Holy Elf with Curtain of Black Magic!" The two monsters entered the spiraling vortex.
"Elf with holy power, become one with the mystic curtain of black magic and give birth to a new wizard! Fusion Summon! Appear! Level 4! Chaos Wizard (ATK: 1300, LV: 4)!" Oka summoned a wizard wearing black and red armor with a purple cape and scythe.
"Now to get rid of your wall! I activate the Magic Card: Defense Seal! This switches your Comic Relief to Attack Position!"
Comic Relief (ATK: 1000)
"Next, I activate the Continuous Magic: Plea Bargain of the Demon World! With this, when a Level 4 or lower Fusion Monster inflicts Battle Damage, I gain 800 Life Points!" Oka revealed.
"Tch…with that card and God Blessing, he'll gain more Life Points and allow him to use his Deck Master effect. My options are now even more limited." Sawatari thought.
"Battle! Chaos Wizard, attack Comic Relief!" Chaos Wizard charged and sliced the comedic actor in half, destroying it. "Hm? Why didn't your Life Point decrease.
"It's Comic Relief's effect. Any battle damage from attacks involving it are nullified." Sawatari revealed.
"Tch…well whatever the outcome is already set. I set one card and end my turn!" Oka finished his turn.
Sawatari LP: 1500, Hand: 0
Oka LP: 600, Hand: 1
"My turn! Draw!" Sawatari drew his card. "What should I do? Should I solidify my defense? Chaos Wizard isn't a strong monster, but the longer it stays on the field his Life Points will increase. Then there's God's Blessing. As long as that card is on the field, he'll gain Life Points whenever he draws."
"But he doesn't have enough Life Points to use his effect. I have to end it this turn!" Sawatari declared.
"With my set scale, Pendulum Summon! Revive from the Extra Deck!" The portal opened and five monsters came out.
"Abyss Actor – Big Star (ATK: 2500, LV: 7, PS: 3)! Wild Hope (ATK: 1600, LV: 4, PS: 2)! Evil Heel (ATK: 3000, LV: 8, PS: 1)! Curtain Raiser (ATK: 1100, LV: 4, PS: 7)! And Pretty Heroine (ATK: 1500, LV: 4, PS: 2)!" Sawatari summoned his five monsters.
"I activate Big Star's effect! It lets me add one Abyss Script card from my deck to my hand! I add Abyss Script – Rise of the Abyss King and activate! This card destroys cards on the field equal to the number of Abyss monsters on my field! Furthermore, if I control a Level 7 or higher Abyss Actor, you cannot activate cards or effects in response to this card's activation!" Sawatari smiled.
"With five Abyss Actor monsters, I destroy Chaos Wizard, God's Blessing, Plea Bargain of the Demon World and your set card!" A blast fired on Oka's field destroying all of his cards.
"Alright! This Duel is mine!" Sawatari smiled.
"So naïve." Oka commented.
"What?" Sawatari questioned.
Suddenly, Evil Heel, Big Star, Curtain Raiser and Wild Hope were struck by lightning and destroyed leaving only Pretty Heroine on the field. "Big Star! Everyone!" Sawatari cried out. "What's going on?" Pretty Heroine was scared of what she saw.
"The set card your destroyed was the Counter Trap: Mistrial!" Oka revealed.
"Mistrial?" Sawatari questioned.
"When this card is destroyed, I'm allowed to destroy cards equal to the number of my cards that were destroyed during this Duel. Since you destroyed four, I destroyed four! Furthermore, I'm able to return the cards that were destroyed back to the field." Oka brought back the three cards that were destroyed.
"Damn it…" Sawatari cursed. "But Pretty Heroine is still stronger than Chaos Wizard."
"Mistrial also skips the opponent's Battle Phase." Oka added with a smile.
Sawatari looked at the card he drew. "Damn it…"
A hand was placed on Sawatari's soldier and he turned to Liberty Dramatist. "You're not out of options. I'm here with you." Liberty Dramatist spoke.
"That's right. You're right." Sawatari smiled. "I activate my Deck Master Effect!" Sawatari got a random card. He turned to Liberty Dramatist and she nodded with a smile.
"I set one card and end my turn!" Sawatari finished his turn. "I'll trust you…" Sawatari looked at his deck. "I'll trust all of you."
"Heh, that trust will be your downfall." Oka thought. "Just like it did for your mother."
Sawatari LP: 1500, Hand: 1
Oka LP: 600, Hand: 1
"My turn! Draw!" Oka drew his card.
Oka LP: 600→1100
"I activate Pot of Greed! I draw two cards!" Oka drew his two cards.
Oka LP: 1100→1600
"I activate the Magic Card: Fusion Sage! This card allows me to add a Fusion card from my deck to my hand!" Oka added Fusion. "Now I activate Fusion! I fuse Armaill and One-Eyed Shield Dragon in my hand!" The two monsters entered the spiraling vortex.
Warrior with trinity of blades, become one with the dragon of the mighty shield and give birth to a new warrior! Fusion Summon! Appear! Level 3! Demon-Equipped Knight Dragoness (ATK: 1200, LV: 3)!" Oka summoned a warrior with a long sword and dragon armor.
"Another Fusion Monster." Sawatari cursed.
"Now I activate my Deck Master Effect! Life Sentence! Pretty Heroine is destroyed and you take 500 points of damage!" Oka slammed his gavel and Pretty Heroine was destroyed.
Oka LP: 1600→600
Sawatari LP: 1500→1000
"This Duel is over! Chaos Wizard! Direct Attack!" Chaos Wizard charged towards Sawatari.
"I activate my Continuous Trap: Abyss Script – Adventurous Escape! By sending an Abyss Actor Pendulum Monster from my hand to the Extra Deck, the Battle Phase ends!" Chaos Wizard was forced to stop his attack just before his weapon reached Sawatari.
"Tch. Damn you, so annoyingly persistent!" Oka was losing his cool. "But you have no cards in your hand and your set card seems to be a useless one since it was picked random by your Deck Master."
"Every card my Deck Master picked has helped me and it's gonna make me win this Duel." Sawatari declared.
"Tch…that annoying faith in your clients…always outdoing me within the courtroom. As expected of Ayame Sawatari's son." Oka growled.
"Ayame…that's my mother's name." Sawatari perked up. "You knew my mother."
"Yes, that annoying woman was the only prosecutor that I lost to a couple times in a trial." Oka spat. "No matter how convincing I made my case, she was able to sway the jury and judge to her direction. My perfect record was ruined by that bitch!"
"Hey, that's my mother!" Sawatari growled. "My mom was doing what she believed was right and it was thanks to her that crime rates went down and there was less corruption within the government. She was well respected by everyone."
"Heheheh…" Oka chuckled. "You simpleton. You think your mother was well liked by everyone?"
"What?" Sawatari asked.
"Your mother has caused so many deals with business to go under that some of the employees lost their jobs because of her. She was helping the small businesses while shutting down the major corporations. She was destroying the city within. She was literally the parasite of Maiami City!" Oka shouted.
"Shut up! Mom wouldn't go after anyone just for no reason! You did something wrong and now you have to pay the price!" Sawatari said.
"And what about you? Have you paid the price for your actions? Taking your allies hostages for Pendulum Cards? Getting a school shut down for your injuries?" Oka smirked.
"I did pay the price." Sawatari said. "It made other people not trust me and some doubted my abilities as a Duelist. I was hurt because I was alone and people only worked with me because there was no other choice."
"But I was able to change and now I have plenty of friends and allies that have my back! I'm no longer a sore loser like you! I'm a gracious loser!" Sawatari shouted.
"A sore loser…you impudent adolescent." Oka got angry and slammed his gavel. Sawatari's set card was destroyed and Sawatari's Life Points dropped.
Sawatari LP: 1000→1
"Hey, what did you do?!" Sawatari argued.
"Leo Akaba ordered us to take care of you all by any means necessary, so I'm gonna do just that!" Oka declared. "I had a second Deck Master Effect that I snuck into the programming. Final Argument. If my opponent doesn't take any battle damage this turn, by sending half of my deck to the Graveyard, I destroy all cards on the opponent's field and reduce their Life Points to 1!"
"Dude, you just broke the whole Duel!" Sawatari argued.
"Who cares about a stupid card game?! The end result is what matters! That's why I got rid of your mother personally!" Oka shouted.
"What? What are you talking about? My mom died from a car crash. It was ruled an accident." Sawatari argued.
"Heheheh…I was on the verge of losing my job. If I lost one more case, that would be the end of it and my next opponent was your mother. I couldn't let her win again, so I decided to win by default! I tampered with your mother's vehicle and cut the brakes. That's why she died in that crash! I killed her!" Oka laughed maniacally.
"You bastard!" Sawatari growled in anger.
"Don't worry, you can join her too! I completely eliminated your field and you have no cards left! It's over!" Oka laughed.
"You just got the death penalty." Sawatari glared. "I activate the effect of the Magic Card: Abyss Script – True Justice!"
"What?! You're activating an effect of a destroyed card?!" Oka gasped.
"My Abyss Script cards are unique Magic and Trap Cards. They have an effect with activated, but they have a hidden effect when they are destroyed by my opponent's effect. And you're Deck Master Effect counts as well!" Sawatari pointed to Oka, making him recoil.
"When True Justice is destroyed by an opponent's card effect, I set my Pendulum Scale with two Abyss Actor monsters from my deck! Using the Scale 2 Abyss Actor – Sassy Rookie and the Scale 8 Abyss Actor – Funky Comedian, I set the Pendulum Scale!" Sawatari set his scale.
"Heh, it doesn't matter." Oka shrugged off Sawatari's move. "You don't have any cards and I've destroyed most of your monsters."
"Most but not all of them." Sawatari said. "I have one monster that can defeat you!"
"Heh, but the chances of you drawing it are highly unlikely." Oka said.
"No, I'll definitely draw it. I'll prove it to you." Sawatari said.
"Useless struggle. I end my turn!" Oka finished.
Oka LP: 600, Hand: 0
Sawatari LP: 1, Hand: 0
"My turn!" Sawatari put his fingers over his deck. "Mama…I didn't have much time with you, but even when the odds were against you and the corruption of the system frustrated you, you never gave up. That's why I won't give up. I believe in myself and my cards!" The top card of Sawatari's deck glowed.
"Draw!" Sawatari drew his card. "I drew it, Oka."
"Huh?" Oka questioned.
"Let's go!" Sawatari raised his card and a golden pendulum appeared.
"Impossible?! Not that card!" Oka exclaimed.
"This card can only be summoned when the total Scale Value of Pendulum Monsters in my Extra Deck exceeds the total Scale Value of the Pendulum Monsters in my Pendulum Scale!" Sawatari said. "Thanks to you, my Extra Deck is full of Pendulum Monsters!"
"Shit!" Oka cursed.
"Actor that has surpassed all expectations! Walk down the red carpet that has been laid out for you and show off your brilliance! Accumulation Pendulum!" Sawatari slammed the card on his Duel Disk. "Come forth! Level 11! Abyss Actor – Oscar Winner (ATK: 4000, LV: 11, PS: 13)!" Sawatari summoned his strongest monster.
"B-But that's not possible! We didn't include that card in the database! You shouldn't have been able to have it!" Oka couldn't believe it. "We exclusively banned your strongest monsters! So, how?!"
"It's true. I tried searching for this card in the database but it wasn't there. But I just had a feeling that I would draw it." Sawatari smiled. "Thank you, Mama. Even gone, you're still helping me."
"Battle! Oscar Winner, attack Demon-Equipped Knight Dragoness! This is for Mama! Twin Bullet Barrage!" Oscar Winner fired multiple rounds destroying Knight Dragoness and one bullet hit Oka in the chest.
Oka LP: 600→0
Winner: Shingo Sawatari
"Curse…you…Ah!" Oka screamed as he was deleted from existence.
"At least I defeated my opponent." Sawatari sighed in relief. "The others should be winning their Duels." Sawatari then felt weak and fell on the floor. "I'll just…rest…for a bit…"
Academia – Gravekeeper Ruins
Shun stared at Ruri who was still showing off her cold and heartless expression. "Ruri…this isn't who you are. What would the others think if they saw you?"
"They don't matter. No one does anymore." Ruri said.
"What about Yuya?" Shun asked, making Ruri perk a little. "I know you have strong feelings towards him. Are you saying you don't care about him?"
"Yuya…" Ruri muttered. "He is constantly suffering. He must be freed from his pain and the only way to do that, is to purge all humans!"
"Ruri…" Shun said. "Guess there's only one way to get through to you." Shun activated his Duel Disk.
"You'll be the first to die!" Ruri activated her Duel Disk.
"Duel!" Shun and Ruri declared.

"I'll go first! My turn! Draw!" Ruri drew her card. "Using the Scale 3 Lyrical Luscinia – Alexandrite Crane and the Scale 5 Lyrical Luscinia – Citrine Swan, I set the Pendulum Scale!" Ruri set her scale.
"With this, I can simultaneously summon Level 4 monsters! Birds that soar through the endless sky, flock together and come to my aid! Pendulum Summon! Appear! My monsters!" Two monsters came out of the portal.
"Lyrical Luscinia – Pearl Hornbill (ATK: 1500, LV: 4)! Lyrical Luscinia – Agate Jay (ATK: 800, LV: 4)!" Ruri summoned two new Lyrical Luscinia monsters.
"I Overlay my Level 4 Pearl Hornbill and Agate Jay!" The two monsters entered the spacelike portal in front of Ruri.
"Wings of the ancients! Erase the darkness of the battlefield and bring back the light! Descend now! Xyz Summon! Come forth! Rank 4! The mighty leader of the Lyrical Luscinia! Lyrical Eagle Dragon (ATK: 2500, RNK: 4, OVU: 2)!" Ruri summoned her dragon.
"When Agate Jay is used as Xyz Material, the Xyz Monster gains 1000 Attack Points!" Ruri powered up her dragon.
Lyrical Eagle Dragon (ATK: 2500→3500)
"I set one card and end my turn!" Ruri finished her turn.
Ruri LP: 4000, Hand: 1
Shun LP: 4000, Hand: 5
"My turn! Draw!" Shun drew his card. "I summon Raid Raptors – Tribute Lanius (ATK: 1800, LV: 4)!" Shun summoned a blue Lanius. "When this card is summoned, I can send one Raid Raptors card from my deck to the Graveyard!" Shun sent a card to his Graveyard.
"The card I sent was Raid Raptors – Fuzzy Lanius! And when this card is sent to the Graveyard, I can add one Fuzzy Lanius from my deck to my hand! And since I control a Raid Raptors monster, I can Special Summon Fuzzy Lanius (ATK: 500, LV: 4)!" Shun summoned a purple Lanius.
"Next, if I control a Dark Attribute Monster, I can Special Summon this card from my hand! Appear! Raid Raptors – Strangle Lanius (ATK: 1600, LV: 4)!" Shun summoned a gray Lanius.
"I Overlay my Level 4 Tribute Lanius, Fuzzy Lanius and Strangle Lanius!" The three Lanius flew into the spacelike portal in front of Shun.
"Obscured falcon, raise your sharpened talons in front of adversity, spread your wings of rebellion! Xyz Summon! Appear! Rank 4! Raid Raptors - Rise Falcon (ATK: 100, RNK: 4, OVU: 2)!" Shun summoned his ace monster.
"I activate Rise Falcon's effect! By using one Overlay Unit, Rise Falcon gains the Attack Points of all of my opponent's Special Summoned monsters!" Rise Falcon gained the power of Lyrical Eagle Dragon.
Rise Falcon (OVU: 3→2, ATK: 100→3600)
"Ruri…when I lost Yuto, I vowed to never let anything happen to you. And when you couldn't come back after testing the Dimensional Transporter code, I went on a rampage to find you. I know my temper gets the better of me. I should've done what you did when the Gravekeeper's army confronted us." Shun thought.
"Those people followed the rules of ancient times and from the way they were dressed, they were royalty which means whatever they say goes. It didn't matter our reason or our arguments, I couldn't blame the chief for wanting to bury me alive, but he gave you a chance to save me. Now I'll save you from this senseless rampage you're on!" Shun jumped on Rise Falcon.
"From my hand, I activate the Equip Magic: Raptor's Ultimate Mace! I equip it to Rise Falcon and it gains 1000 Attack Points!" A mace attached itself to Rise Falcon and it gained more power.
Rise Falcon (ATK: 3600→4600)
"Battle! I attack Lyrical Eagle Dragon with Rise Falcon! Brave Claw Revolution! Wake up, Ruri!" Shun shouted as Rise Falcon charged.
"I activate Alexandrite Crane's Pendulum Effect! When a Lyrical Xyz Monster is involved in battle, once per turn, its destruction is negated!" Lyrical Eagle Dragon endured the attack.
"But you still take damage!" Shun pointed out and Ruri grunted as she took damage.
Ruri LP: 4000→2900
"But at this moment, I activate my Continuous Trap: Supreme Queen Intimidation! If a Dragon-type monster is still on my field after my opponent's Battle Phase, the effects of all monsters on my opponent's field are negated!" Ruri countered and Rise Falcon got weaker.
Rise Falcon (3600→1100)
"So, she had a counter ready. But that doesn't mean I can't beat it." Shun thought. "I set three cards and end my turn!" Shun set his remaining cards.
Ruri LP: 2900, Hand: 1
Shun LP: 4000, Hand: 0
"My turn! Draw!" Ruri drew her card. "I activate the Magic Card: Lyrical Flock!" Ruri activated her Magic Card. "This card allows me to draw 5 cards from the top of my deck and if any of those cards are Level 1 Lyrical Monsters, I can Special Summon them!"
Ruri drew the first card. "Lyrical Luscinia – Beryl Canary (ATK: 0, LV: 1)!"
Ruri drew her second card. "Lyrical Luscinia – Cobalt Sparrow (ATK: 0, LV: 1)!"
Ruri drew her third card. "Lyrical Luscinia – Sapphire Swallow (ATK: 0, LV: 1)!"
Ruri drew her fourth card. "Lyrical Luscinia – Turquoise Warbler (ATK: 100, LV: 1)!"
"Four monsters instantly…" Shun narrowed his eyes.
Ruri drew her fifth card. "This isn't a Lyrical Luscinia monster, either way, I couldn't summon anymore." Ruri added the card to her hand.
"I Overlay my Level 1 Beryl Canary, Cobalt Sparrow, Sapphire Swallow and Turquoise Warbler!" The four monsters turned into green lights and entered the spacelike portal in front of Ruri.
"Birds with beautiful wings, gather on the battlefield and take brilliant flight! Xyz Summon! Dance in the sky! Rank 1! Lyrical Luscinia - Assembly Nightingale (ATK: 0, RNK: 1, OVU: 4)!" Ruri summoned her first ace monster.
"Assembly Nightingale, knowing Ruri, she's gonna use it to damage me and the finish me off with Lyrical Eagle Dragon, but I have a counter for it." Shun looked at his set cards.
"Unfortunately, if the monsters that were summoned via Lyrical Flock are used as material for an Xyz Summon, the Xyz Monster's effect is negated." Ruri revealed.
"What?" Shun was taken aback before he realized something. "That fifth card, it's a Rank-Up Magic, isn't it?!"
Ruri sighed in disappointment. "Don't tell me you forgot." Ruri showed the card.
"Fusion. Crap, I did forget." Shun cursed.
"That's why big brothers are such idiots." Ruri commented.
Academia – Beach
"Achoo!" Jonouchi sneezed.
"Are you okay?" Akari asked.
"Yeah…don't know where that came from.
Academia – Lake
"Achoo…" Rua sneeze as he was asleep. He was looking a lot better.
"Aw, he sneezes like a kitten." Ruka said.
Team 3
"Achoo!" Crow sneeze without covering his mouth or nose.
"Ew! Crow!" Rin was disgusted.
"I didn't feel it coming! Honestly!" Crow argued.
"Here, Crow." Gongenzaka held out a handkerchief.
Team 2
Kaito stopped he felt a chill. "What's wrong?" Asuka asked.
"Did it just get cold?" Kaito asked.
"It's only 20 C." Jack pointed out.
"Huh? That was weird, I felt I was about to sneeze." Kaito admitted.
Xyz Dimension – Heartland
"Achoo!" Shark sneezed very loudly.
"Ha! You're an idiot!" Vector insulted. He was rewarded with a punch to the face.
"And you're stupid." Shark countered.
Fusion Dimension – Main Land
Fubuki was sneezing continuously, causing the others to back away from him in disgust and concern.
"What's up with him, Brother?" Mokuba asked.
"He's an idiot." Kaiba answered.
"Oh okay." Mokuba walked away.
Kaiba then reached into his desk and took an allergy pill.
Ruri vs Shun
"I activate the Magic Card: Fusion! I fuse Assembly Nightingale with the Emerald Eagle in my hand!" Ruri's two monsters entered the spiraling vortex.
"Twitter of the songbird that resound in the dark night! Become one with the eagle of the emerald and cry more intensely! Fusion Summon! Fly down! Noble isolated night bird! Level 1! Lyrical Luscinia – Independent Nightingale (ATK: 1000, LV: 1)!" Ruri summoned her Fusion Monster.
"A new Fusion Monster…" Shun was in shock.
"Independent Nightingale's Level is increased by the number of Xyz Materials Assembly Nightingale had when she was used as material for the Fusion Summon! Furthermore, it's Attack Points increase by 500 times its Level!" Ruri revealed.
Independent Nightingale (LV: 1→5, ATK: 1000→3500)
"Now she has two monsters with 3500 Attack Points." Shun observed the situation.
"Battle! Independent Nightingale, attack Rise Falcon!" Independent Nightingale charged.
"I'm not letting it end here! I activate the Quick-Play Magic: Rank-Up Magic – Battle Up Force! When my opponent attacks with a monster, I can Xyz Summon a monster two Ranks higher than a Raid Raptors on my field!" Shun jumped off of Rise Falcon as it soared into the sky.
"Prideful falcon. Spread your wings, dyed in the blood of heroes, and charge through the path of revolution! Rank Up Xyz Change! Appear! Rank 6! Raid Raptors - Revolution Falcon (ATK: 2000, RNK: 6, OVU: 3)!" Shun summoned his evolved falcon.
"I activate Revolution Falcon's effect! When this card is Xyz Summoned using a Raid Raptors Xyz Monster as material, I destroy one Special Summoned monster on the opponent's field and inflict damage equal to half of its Attack Points! I destroy Independent Nightingale!" Shun shouted.
Revolution Falcon aimed its missiles at Independent Nightingale and destroyed it, while damaging Ruri.
Ruri LP: 2900→1150
"Now you can't attack, thanks to Revolution Falcon's effect, your monster's Attack and Defense Points are reduced to 0! And your Trap Card only works during my Battle Phase." Shun smiled. "I'm almost there. Ruri will be back to normal."
"Lyrical Eagle Dragon, attack Revolution Falcon!" Ruri shouted.
"What?!" Shun's eyes widened as Lyrical Eagle Dragon charged in.
"Citrine Swan's Pendulum Effect activates! When a Lyrical Xyz Monster battles an opponent's Special Summoned monster, it is unaffected by th effects of Magic, Trap and Monster Effects!" Ruri revealed. "Strike them down! Golden Sky Drill!"
Lyrical Eagle Dragon pierced right through Revolution Falcon, destroying it and sending Shun flying off of it.
Shun LP: 4000→2500
"Now I activate the effect of Pearl Hornbill that was used as Xyz Material! When the Xyz Monster destroys an opponent's monster in battle, the opponent takes damage equal to the destroyed monster's Attack Points!" Ruri added. The Overlay Unit headed for Shun and struck him hard that he hit the ground creating a crater.
Shun LP: 2500→500
"Give it up." Ruri said. "Before the power of the Supreme Queen, you can't defeat me."
"R-Ruri…" Shun grunted before he roared, catching Ruri off guard. "Quick-Play Magic: Rank-Up Magic – Death Double Force! Revolution Falcon appeared once more and soared into the sky.
"Falcon of my very soul! With your heart of unwavering conviction and deep affection, become my sturdy last defense and descend! Rank-Up Xyz Change! Appear! Rank 12! Raid Raptors - Final Fortress Falcon (ATK: 3800, RNK: 12, OVU: 1)!" Shun summoned his strongest monster.
"3800 Attack Points…" Ruri looked at Final Fortress Falcon. "I end my turn."

Shun LP: 500, Hand: 0
"My turn! Draw!" Shun drew his card. "Battle! I attack Lyrical Eagle Dragon with Final Fortress Falcon!" Final Fortress Falcon unleashed its barrage of missiles.
"Alexandrite Crane's Pendulum Effect activates! Once per turn, a Lyrical Xyz Monster cannot be destroyed in battle!" Ruri said.
"But you still take damage!" Shun shouted and Ruri grunted as a shockwave hit her.
Ruri LP: 1150→850
"I activate Final Fortress Falcon's effect! By using all of its Overlay Units, I can banish one Raid Raptors Xyz Monster from my Graveyard to allow Final Fortress Falcon to attack the opponent's monster! I banish Rise Falcon! Final Fortress Falcon, attack Lyrical Eagle Dragon!" Final Fortress Falcon unleashed its barrage of missiles and destroyed Lyrical Eagle Dragon and making Ruri skid back from the shockwave and take a knee.
Ruri LP: 850→550
"But now I don't have a monster so you can't attack anymore." Ruri said.
"Is that so?" Shun questioned.
"What?" Ruri asked.
"I activate my Trap Card: Xyz Reborn! This card allows me to Special Summon an Xyz Monster from my Graveyard and attack this card as an Overlay Unit! Revive! Raid Raptors – Revolution Falcon!" Shun brought back Revolution Falcon.
"Battle! Revolution Falcon! Direct Attack! Wake up! Ruri!" Shun shouted as Rise Falcon flew over Ruri and dropped multiple bombs on her, creating a massive explosion.
Shun anxiously waited for the smoke to clear but to his shock, Ruri was still standing.
Ruri LP: 550
"How?" Shun asked.
"Supreme Queen's Intimidation had another effect! If I'm attacked directly while I have this card on the field, by banishing this card as well as every card on my field, I can reduce damage inflicted to me by 0." Ruri revealed.
Shun looked at the last card in his hand. "I set one card and end my turn." Shun finished.
As soon as Shun finished his turn, a bolt of lightning hit Ruri and she screamed in pain.
Ruri LP: 550→150
"What happened?" Shun was confused.
"Supreme Queen's Intimidation is a powerful card, and a powerful card usually has a price. At the end of every turn, I take 500 points of damage, furthermore, I can no longer Normal Summon, Special Summon or set monsters from my hand, and I'm limited to only one Special Summon from the Extra Deck." Ruri stood up.

Shun LP: 500, Hand: 0
"If you survive this turn, you win." Ruri put her fingers on her deck. "This is…the last turn."
"My turn! Draw!" Ruri drew her card. "I activate—" Ruri was about to play her card when her arm froze. "Why are you stopping me?"
"Ruri?" Shun was confused.
"They must be pay! We can't let anyone get in our way!" Ruri growled before she held her head and screamed in pain.
"Ruri!" Shun shouted out.
"I'm doing this for you!" Ruri growled. "You deserve happiness and I must eliminate all that take it away from you! The longer they live, the more suffering you and your friends will have! This is the only way!"
"I…I don't…" Ruri's voice changed to her normal tone. "This is not the only way…"
"Ruri! What's going on?! Talk to me!" Shun called out.
"Shun…" Ruri removed her hands from her face and Shun got horrified. Half of Ruri's face was normal but the other half was getting scaley and her eye was sinister and slit like a predator waiting to strike its prey.
Ruri then screamed again and she fell on her back. "Stop hurting me! We're friends!" Ruri cried.
"That's why we have to do this!" Ruri's voice changed again.
"I'm not sacrificing anyone!"
"We all agree this is the only solution!"
"What do you mean all of you agree?"
"Only the pure will live! The corrupt will die!"
"Stop it!"
"This is for your own good!"
"No! I END MY TURN!" Ruri shouted and lightning hit her, making her scream.
Ruri LP: 150→0

Shun quickly snapped out of his confusion that he ran to his sister. "Ruri!" Shun knelt down next to Ruri and held her in his arms.
"Sh-Shun…" Ruri opened her eyes weakly. The scales on her face were gone and her eye was back to normal. "She's angry…they're all angry…they're done giving humans a chance…"
"Who?" Shun asked.
Ruri took a card out of her Graveyard and showed it to Shun. Lyrical Eagle Dragon.
From behind a boulder, Eve watched with curiosity. "So, it's not the girls that are corrupting the Eve Factor, it's those Four Nature Dragons."
"But why do they want destruction? From what I understood, Seto Kaiba created them using the same method as Leo Akaba and they were meant to purify…" Eve's eyes widened.
"Purify…of course. Nature has struggled to survive because humans started taking over. The dragons…they want to purify the world by eliminating human existence! And they're corrupting the Eve Factor so that it can't join with the Adam Factor to stop them!" Eve started running away.
"I have to stop them. Or else I'll never reunite with Adam." Eve thought.
Yuzu's Mind
Yuzu woke up to find herself in a field of flowers. "Where is this?" Yuzu looked around. She saw a flower and picked it up. She sniffed it and it smelled nice.
"You're up." Yuzu turned to see her dragon lying beside her.
"Melodious Flower Dragon…where are we?" Yuzu asked.
"You're mind. I wanted to talk to you." Flower Dragon said.
"Wait, wasn't I Dueling Tania? What happened?" Yuzu questioned.
"You lost consciousness so I took over the Duel." Flower Dragon revealed. "I won and I killed the Amazon."
"You what?! Why would you do that?!" Yuzu got angry.
"I've figured you would be grateful. That's one less person to worry about." Flower Dragon said.
"But I never wanted to kill. What you did was wrong!" Yuzu shouted.
"What's done is done. We cannot undo it. Besides, the other dragons and I have grown tired of this conflict." Flower Dragon said.
"What do you mean?" Yuzu asked.
Fusion Dimension – Guardian Ship (Before the Battle)
It was night and most of the Guardians were asleep. Yuzu, Ruri, Rin and Serena shared a room and as they slept their dragons appeared.
"So, tomorrow is the big fight." Moonlight Dancer Dragon said.
"Yes, it will be a tough one." Wind Witch – Cyclone Dragon nodded.
"Hey, I've been thinking. What if this isn't the end?" Melodious Flower Dragon asked.
"What do you mean?" Lyrical Eagle Dragon asked.
"Say that we do win this war, what's gonna stop the enemy from wanting revenge. And what if there are other survivors of the United World that want to finish what Leo Akaba started?" Flower Dragon asked.
"I'll be honest, I've thought the same thing. We know there are more survivors of the United World than we believe there to be." Cyclone Dragon agreed. "And some might want to get that world back as well."
"This senseless fighting…we were not made for this." Flower Dragon said. "We were made to purify and end fighting."
"Flower Dragon, I understand your frustration. But we can't interfere with the humans." Lyrical Eagle said.
"But what if we can?" Flower Dragon asked. "The humans are destroying each of the dimensions. We are supposed to protect the dimensions using the powers of nature and purify them."
"What are you saying?" Dancer Dragon asked.
"I know a way to end this war for good." Flower Dragon said. "We were left dormant because we thought our role was done in separating the Supreme King Dragon, but we were brought back by those four girls and they possessed a stronger power that enhanced our abilities. Let's use that power to purify the dimensions by getting rid of all of the humans that harm us."
"That's…not a bad idea." Cyclone Dragon said.
"It would help restore the world a bit." Lyrical Eagle agreed.
"Stop! All of you!" Dancer Dragon scolded. "I agree there are humans that would harm us, but they do it so they could survive. This power that we have been blessed with, should only be used if our wielders are ever in trouble, nothing else."
"But Dancer, we can control the girls, we can—" Flower Dragon was struck by Dancer Dragon hard.
"This discussion is over! We are not abusing our power and we are not killing any humans! Good night!" Dancer Dragon disappeared.
"You agree with me, right?" Flower Dragon turned to the others.
"I do." Cyclone Dragon agreed.
"Eagle?" Flower Dragon turned hopefully.
"I…I don't know. Dancer has a point. I need to think about it." Lyrical Eagle admitted. Eagle disappeared while both Flower and Cyclone nodded in agreement.
Yuzu's Mind
"Dancer Dragon is right; you don't have the right to do that!" Yuzu argued.
"Our decision is final. And if you won't help us…" The flowers around Yuzu grew taller and started to tie her up. "Then I'll lock you away so you don't interfere!"
"Stop! Flower Dragon, this isn't you!" Yuzu shouted but the flowers started to drag her away. "Flower Dragon! Stop! Flower Dragon!" Yuzu screamed.
Academia – Amazon Colosseum
"Yuzu! Yuzu! Hey, are you okay?!" Jonouchi shook Yuzu.
Yuzu opened her eyes. "Jonouchi?"
"You're okay, thank goodness." Jonouchi smiled. "Come on, we got to rendezvous with the others and find Tsukikage."
"R-Right…" Yuzu stood up.
"Are you sure you still want to be with us?" Jonouchi asked Akari.
"I'm already here, might as well do my part and save the world." Akari said. As the two walked ahead, they failed to notice that Yuzu's eyes changed into that of a dragon.
