"You both are strong Duelists, but when you're the right-hand man of Seto Kaiba who is a champion of this game, you pick up some tips to counter any card, including Pendulum." Daimon said.
"Damn it…" Sawatari winced as he held his shoulder. Yuya was on his knee and panted from taking a direct attack.
"In case you don't know, Five God Dragon cannot be destroyed by monsters of Earth, Water, Fire, Wind or Darkness. But that doesn't mean that I won't take any precaution and get careless. I set two cards and end my turn!" Daimon finished his turn.

"Now, Shingo Sawatari, it's your turn. But none of your monsters have a chance of destroying Five God Dragon. That is because the Abyss Actors are mostly Dark Attributes." Daimon noted.
"I know that…but…" Sawatari winced as it hurt to move his shoulder. "That doesn't mean I'm gonna give up. My turn! Draw!" Sawatari drew his card. "I activate Pot of Greed! I draw two cards."
Sawatari drew his two cards and his eyes widened. "Wait a minute…with this card…yes, it's gonna work, I know it."
"I summon Amazoness Swordswoman (ATK: 1500, LV: 4)!" Sawatari summoned the female warrior.
"Amazoness?" Daimon questioned.
"Then…" Sawatari made a glance at Yuya. "I summon my Deck Master, Big Star (ATK: 2500, LV: 7, PS: 3)!" Sawatari summoned his Deck Master. "I set two cards and end my turn!"

"My turn! Draw!" Yuya drew his card. "Odd-Eyes Fusion…" Yuya's eyes widened as he looked at Sawatari and he smiled and nodded. "Very well, Sawatari. I trust you."
"I summon my Deck Master, Odd-Eyes Pendulum Dragon (ATK: 2500, LV: 7, PS: 4)!" Yuya summoned his ace. "Next, I activate the Magic Card: Odd-Eyes Fusion! The monster's I'm fusing together are…Odd-Eyes Pendulum Dragon and Abyss Actor – Big Star!"
"What?! You're fusing your Deck Masters?!" Daimon exclaimed.
Both Odd-Eyes and Big Star entered the spiraling vortex together.
"Dragon with dichromatic eyes!" Yuya chanted.
"Join together with the star of the underworld!" Sawatari chanted.
"And give birth to a new power!" Yuya and Sawatari chanted. "Fusion Summon! Appear! Dragon with the mischievous eyes of trickery! Abyss-Eyes Star Pendulum Dragon (ATK: 3000, LV: 8, PS: 4)!" The new dragon had black and purple scales like Big Star along with its dichromatic eyes and there was a large book on its back.
"I activate Abyss-Eyes Star Pendulum Dragon's effect! When this card is Fusion Summoned, I can destroy cards on the field equal to the number of Pendulum Monsters that I release on the field!" Yuya said. "Five God Dragon is your Deck Monster and it can't be destroyed in battle by Earth, Fire, Water, Wind or Dark monsters, but…"
"It can still be destroyed by card effects!" Sawatari finished.
"Not this time! I activate my Trap Card: Offerings to the Five God! By paying 1000 Life Points, Five God Dragon cannot be destroyed by card effects!" Daimon quickly used one of his set cards.
Daimon LP: 3000→2000
"In that case, I release Dragonpit Magician and Double Iris Magician, to destroy Protective Seal Wall of Light and Future Fusion!" Yuya pointed to Daimon's cards and destroyed them.
"But even if you are allowed to attack, Five God Dragon is still stronger than your dragon!" Daimon shouted.
"Reverse Card, Open! Quick-Play Magic: Amazoness Gift!" Sawatari played his set card.
"Amazoness Gift?" Daimon questioned.
"This card's effect can only be activated when I have an Amazoness monster on the field! By releasing an Amazoness monster, I can transfer her effect to another monster on the field! I release Amazoness Swords Woman and give her effect to Abyss-Eyes Star Pendulum Dragon!" Swords Woman disappeared and Abyss-Eyes roared.
"Amazoness Swords Woman's effect is that all battle damage is inflicted to the opponent instead." Sawatari smiled.
"Shit!" Daimon cursed. "The difference between Abyss-Eyes and Five God Dragon is 2000 and my Life Points…"
"I knew it was a good idea to include Gloria's cards in my deck." Sawatari smiled. "Yuya, finish him off!"
"Thanks, Sawatari! You are definitely the MVP in this Duel!" Yuya praised. "Battle! Abyss-Eyes Star Pendulum Dragon, attack Five God Dragon! Abyss Strike Burst!" Abyss-Eyes jumped towards Five God Dragon and let out breath attack.
Five God Dragon countered it and Abyss-Eyes but Abyss-Eyes kept charging in. "If Abyss-Eyes was Fusion Summoned using only Pendulum Monsters, it can't be destroyed in battle or by card effects!" Yuya shouted.
"Go! Abyss-Eyes!" Sawatari shouted as Abyss-Eyes used the power of Amazoness Swords Woman and repelled all the damage towards Daimon and created a huge explosion.
"Alright…" Yuya let out a sigh.
"We win…" Sawatari grinned.
However, when the smoke cleared Daimon was still standing and he smiled.
Daimon LP: 2000→1000
"What?!" Yuya gasped.
"How are you still standing?!" Sawatari exclaimed.
"I still had one more card on the field. I played this card! Five God Legacy! This card at the cost of reducing my Life Points in half, I can reduce all damage I received to 0." Daimon explained.
"Damn it, just when we thought we got him." Sawatari cursed.
"However, there is more to it. When you end your turn, Five God Dragon will be banished, but in exchange, I'll be allowed to summon a Fusion Monster that is the same type and Level as Five God Dragon, ignoring the summoning conditions." Daimon added.
Abyss-Eyes Star Pendulum Dragon glowed and split back into Odd-Eyes and Big Star. "Huh, what happened to Abyss-Eyes?" Sawatari questioned.
"After the turn we attacked with Abyss-Eyes, it's returned to the Extra Deck and if its Fusion Materials were in the Extra Deck, they are Special Summoned back to the field." Yuya answered. "I end my turn."
"At this moment, Five God Legacy's effect activates. I Special Summon a Dragon-type Level 12 Fusion Monster! The one I choose is…Seto Kaiba's strongest monster!" Yuya and Sawatari gritted their teeth as Daimon revealed his choice.
"Appear! Neo Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon (ATK: 4500, LV: 12)!" Daimon summoned Seto Kaiba's strongest monster with its beautiful blue eyes and white scales and three heads roared in unison and staring down Yuya and Sawatari.

"My turn! Draw!" Daimon drew his card. "The time has come for this game to be over. I praise you both for your skills and prowess. You have my respect. Battle! Neo Blue-Eyes, attack Odd-Eyes Pendulum Dragon! Neo Ultimate Burst!" The three heads fired their attack at Odd-Eyes.
"Yuya!" Sawatari shouted.
"I activate Odd-Eyes Pendulum Dragon's Deck Master Effect! By discarding a Pendulum Monster from my hand to the Graveyard, I can negate a Pendulum Monster's destruction and reduce battle damage to 0!" Yuya quickly discarded his Pendulum Monster and Odd-Eyes endured the attack.
"Neo-Blue Eyes's effect! By sending a Blue-Eyes Fusion Monster from my Extra Deck to the Graveyard, this monster can attack again! Neo-Blue Eyes, attack Odd-Eyes!" Daimon ordered.
"Odd-Eyes Deck Master Effect!" Yuya discarded another Pendulum Monster. "I'm all out of Pendulum Monsters."
"Judging from your expression, you don't have any Pendulum Monsters left to discard. I banish another Blue-Eyes Fusion Monster to have Neo Blue-Eyes attack again! Destroy Odd-Eyes!" Neo Blue-Eyes unleashed its attack for the third time on Odd-Eyes.
"Damn it…" Yuya closed his eyes.
"I activate my Trap Card!" Sawatari shouted.
"Sawatari, no?!" Yuya looked at Sawatari.
"Did you forget my Deck Master's Effect! I negate and destroy all Trap Cards!" Psycho Shocker destroyed Sawatari's card and a huge explosion engulfed Odd-Eyes and Yuya shielded himself.
"One down." Daimon said. When the smoke started to clear though, Odd-Eyes was still on the field with Sassy Rookie in front of him. "What?!"
"I wanted you to destroy my Trap Card." Sawatari smiled. "The card you destroyed was Abyss Script – Rush Stage Right! When this card is destroyed, I can have one Pendulum Monster on the field inherit the effect of an Abyss Actor in my Extra Deck and reduce Battle Damage to 0!"
"And Sassy Rookie's effect negates destruction once per turn." Daimon remembered. "I end my turn."

"My turn! Draw!" Sawatari drew his card and then lightning struck him, surprising Yuya and Daimon.

"As a cost for using Rush Stage Right, I take 1000 points of damage during my Standby Phase." Sawatari grunted. "Now, let me set up the stage for our poisonous dragon. Pendulum Summon! Appear! Amazoness Treasurer (ATK: 1200, LV: 3)!" Sawatari summoned another Amazoness. "By releasing Amazoness Treasurer, I'm allowed to select one Magic or Trap Card in anyone's Graveyard and add it to the owner's hand. I add Odd-Eyes Fusion back to Yuya's hand!" Yuya got a card back in his hand. "Now, Yuya call it out! That poisonous star! I end my turn!"

"Thanks, Sawatari." Yuya smiled. "My turn! Draw! I activate the Magic Card: Odd-Eyes Fusion! I fuse Big Star and Odd-Eyes once more!"
"You're calling Abyss-Eyes again?" Daimon questioned.
"No, I'm calling the dragon that represents Fusion! Dragon with dichromatic eyes, become one with the super star of the underworld and point to a new path! Fusion Summon! Appear! Level 8! Starve Venom Fusion Dragon (ATK: 2800, LV: 8)!" Yuya summoned Yuri's dragon.
"Starve Venom?!" Daimon's eyes widened.
"I activate Starve Venom's effect! When this card is Fusion Summoned using monsters on the field, it gains the Attack Points of all Special Summoned monsters on the field! Sapping Toxin!" Starve Venom gained power from Neo Blue-Eyes and got stronger.
Starve Venom (ATK: 2800→7300)
"7300 Attack Points?!" Daimon exclaimed.
"Battle! Starve Venom Fusion Dragon, attack Neo Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon! Acid Venomous Blast!" Starve Venom fathered power within its wings and then unleashed a blast that destroyed and melted Neo Blue-Eyes and Daimon fell to his knees.
Daimon LP: 1000→0, Deck Master Destroyed
Winners: Yuya Sakaki and Shingo Sawatari
The field was cleared and Starve Venom disappeared. "Thanks, Sawatari. We won because of you."
"Well, it wasn't all me." Sawatari looked at his amulet. "I owe you a date, Gloria." Sawatari smiled.
"Very well done." Daimon praised. He raised his hand and Sawatari felt his shoulder pop back into place and Yuya's wounds healed. "Once you beat Noah, you'll be able to escape the Virtual World." Daimon then tossed a card to Yuya.
"What's this?" Yuya asked.
"Hang on to it. It may help you in the long run." Daimon said as his body started to disappear. "Of course, it's up to you whether or not to use it."
Those were Daimon's last words before he vanished, leaving Yuya and Sawatari alone. Yuya pocketed the card. "Let's head back to Reiji."
Reiji vs Noah

Field: Scale 6 DD Magical Savant Thomas, Scale 8 Magical Savant Nikola, DDD Supersight King Zero Maxwell (ATK: 3600, LV: 7, PS: 4)

Reiji gritted his teeth in anger as he saw Reira in pain. "What's wrong? Are you upset that I'm breaking your secret weapon? Isn't that the whole reason you brought Reira along with you?"
"Just start your turn." Reiji growled.
"My turn! Draw!" Noah drew his card. "Long ago, when evil beings roamed the earth, God washed them all away. I activate the Magic Card: Giant Flood!" A giant flood washed away not only Zero Maxwell but also the monsters in both Reiji's and Noah's Graveyards.
"What's going on?" Reiji questioned.
"It's the arrival of my Deck Master! Appear! Ark of Miracles!" A large ship appeared from the water and hovered over Noah. "Reiji, this is where the Duel of the Creation of Heaven and Earth really begins!"
The monsters from the Graveyard entered the Ark. "This is one of my Deck Master's effects. Every card in our Graveyards will be banished and stored in the Ark of Miracles. With this, I've sealed your ability to use the effects that your monster's have in the Graveyard, including some of your monsters that can perform Fusion Summons." Noah explained.
"You're limiting my options." Reiji fixed his glasses.
"That's right. And starting now will be the seven turns of the creation of Heaven and Earth." Noah said. "I end my turn."

"My turn! Draw!" Reiji drew his card. "I activate Pot of Greed! I draw two cards!" Reij drew two more cards. "I just have to reduce your Life Points to 0 in one turn to save Reira, then I'll do that just that!"
"Grand power that shakes my very soul, arise within me and become a new light that rends the darkness. Pendulum Summon! Come before me, my monsters!" The portal opened and two monsters appeared.
"DDD Rebel King Leonidas (ATK: 2600, LV: 7, PS: 3)! And DDD Ultimate Wisdom King Chaos Apocalypse (ATK: 2700, LV: 7, PS: 4)!" Reiji summoned two kings. "Battle! Rebel King Leonidas! Direct Attack!"
"Did you really think it would be that easy?" Noah smiled.
"What?" Reiji glared.
"I activate the second effect of Ark of Miracles! Come forth! Those chosen by the Ark! Two monsters appeared on the boat.
DD Vice Typhon (DEF: 2800, LV: 7)
DDD Supreme Dragon King Pendragon (DEF: 2400, LV: 7)
"Those are my monsters!" Reiji exclaimed.
"Absolute Protection! At the start of my opponent's Battle Phase, if my opponent has more monsters than me, I can call a random monster from the ark until they equal the number of monsters on my opponent's field." Noah explained.
"Leonidas, attack Supreme Dragon King Pendragon!" Leonidas beheaded the dragon. "Then, using my Deck Master's effect, Chaos Apocalypse, attack Vice Typhon!"
Chaos Apocalypse (ATK: 2700→3500)
Chaos Apocalypse struck down Vice Typhon but both monsters went back to the Ark instead of the Graveyard. "I end my turn." Reiji finished his turn.

Noah LP: 4000, Hand: 2
"My turn! Draw!" Noah drew his card. "It's the second turn of creation." Miracles of Ark ascended into the sky and the water evaporated before the land changed to fresh green trees and grass. "Following that, the Earth entered the age of the dinosaurs."
"I Special Summon Swift Gilasaurus (ATK: 1400, LV: 3)!" Noah summoned a dinosaur. "Next, I activate the Magic Card: Big Evolution Pill! By releasing Gilasaurus, for the next three turns, I'm able to summon Dinosaur-type monsters without releasing! Appear! Ultimate Tyranno (ATK: 3000, LV: 8)!" Noah summoned a very large dinosaur to the field.
"Ultimate Tyranno is allowed to attack all monsters on my opponent's field! Ultimate Tyranno, attack Rebel King Leonidas and Chaos Apocalypse!" Ultimate Tyranno ran towards the two king and stomped on Leonidas and swung its tail at Chaos Apocalypse, destroying them both.

"You may be a prodigy in Dueling, but you are very straightforward and narrow minded. You're not match for my brain. And what's more, you are chained down with your emotions, while I have nothing left to lose." Noah said.
"You lying." Reiji said.
"What?" Noah questioned.
"You said that you have nothing to lose, if that were really the case, you wouldn't do something as underhanded as taking Reira hostage! Your afraid to lose your chance to go back to the real world because you know my father takes his threats seriously! Your brain may be that of a computer, but your feelings, your emotions are still that of a human!" Reiji shouted.
"I have surpassed everything that a human possesses! Now start your turn!" Noah shouted.

"My turn! Draw!" Reiji drew his card. "I activate the Magic Card: DD Reassignment! I return all DD Pendulum Monsters from my field and Extra Deck to my deck!" Reiji added Leonidas and Chaos Apocalypse from his Extra Deck as well as Magical Savant Thomas and Magical Savant Nikola to his deck.
"Shuffle!" Reiji's deck shuffled automatically. "And then draw the same number of cards that were added!" Reiji drew four more cards.
"He replenished his hand." Noah muttered.
"Using the Scale 1 DD Magical Savant Copernicus and the Scale 10 DD Magical Savant Kepler, I set the Pendulum Scale!" Reiji set his scale up again. "With this, I can simultaneously summon monsters from Levels 2 to 9!"
"Grand power that shakes my very soul, arise within me and become a new light that rends the darkness! Pendulum Summon! Come before me, my monsters!" The portal opened and a monster came out. "DDD Oblivion King Abyss Ragnarok (ATK: 2200, LV: 8, PS: 5)!" Reiji summoned his king on a throne.
"Then, I release Oblivion King Abyss Ragnarok!" Oblivion King Abyss Ragnarok soared into the sky. "By releasing a DDD monster on my field, I can Special Summon this monster! Appear! DDD Destiny King Zero Laplace (ATK: ?, LV: 10, PS: 1)!" Reiji summoned a skull like king that released purple flames behind him.
"Unknown Attack Points?" Noah questioned.
"Battle! Destiny King Zero Laplace, attack Ultimate Tyranno!" Destiny King Zero Laplace raised his hands in the air and gathered power. "When Destiny King Zero Laplace attacks an opponent's monster, its Attack Points are double the opposing monster's original Attack Points!" Reiji revealed.
Destiny King Zero Laplace (ATK: 0→6000)
"Furthermore, I activate the Quick-Play Magic: Unfair Contract with the Death King! When a DDD monster on my field battles, all monsters on my opponent's field have their Attack Points reduced to 0!" Reiji played his last card.
Ultimate Tyranno (ATK: 3000→0)
"With this, I can save, Reira." Reiji thought. "Go! Laplace! The Flame of Death!" Laplace unleashed its fiery flame and it engulfed Ultimate Tyranno, creating a huge explosion.
"It's over…" Reiji sighed.
"Is that so?" Noah spoke. Reiji's eyes widened as the smoke cleared and Noah was still standing.
Noah LP: 4000→1
"Impossible! You're Life Points should've been wiped out!" Reiji exclaimed.
"During the first turn in which I used Chiron's effect, I discarded a Magic Card from my hand. That Magic Card was Cheating Death. When my Life Points would be reduced to 0, I could banish this card so that my Life Points would stay at one." Noah smiled.
"Damn you…" Reiji cursed.
"And since you failed…" Noah grabbed Reira by the head again and Reira screamed in pain as Noah replenished his Life Points.
"Reira!" Reiji screamed.
Noah LP: 1→4000
Reira slumped forward as her hood and hat came off, revealing her long hair. "So, what will you do?" Noah smiled as he didn't care.
"At the end of the Battle Phase, Unfair Contract with the Death King and Laplace's effects end." Reiji said.
Laplace (ATK: 6000→0)
"And then, by banishing Unfair Contract with the Death King, I can set a Trap Card from my deck. I end my turn." Reiji finished.

Noah LP: 4000, Hand: 0
"There he is!"
"Reiji!"
Both Reiji and Noah saw Yuya and Sawatari climbing over a butte. "There was no doubt that you would win." Reiji smiled faintly.
"Damn it. Daimon failed." Noah cursed.
"Wait, is that Reira?" Yuya saw Reira.
"Whoa, whoa, whoa! How are you losing to this brat, Reiji?!" Sawatari was shocked by the Life Point difference.
"I'll spare Reiji the pain of explaining it himself." Noah spoke. "The reason between the gap in our Life Points is because I've been sapping Reira's Life Energy to replenish his Life Points."
"Sapping Reira's Life Energy?" Yuya questioned. "You can do that?"
"Yes and no." Noah answered. "In order for me to take away Life Energy, the host must be nothing more than an empty shell."
"Empty shell?" Sawatari asked.
"Reira…is my adopted sister…" Reiji revealed. "We found her in a war-torn country, she was able to survive the area thanks to her survival instincts."
"Poor girl…" Yuya felt bad.
"And because of that, Reira lacked a sense of self." Noah explained. "Meaning she was a perfect puppet for your revenge against Leo Akaba."
"That was my mother's idea." Reiji said. "But I'm just as guilty for allowing her to do that to Reira. Leo Akaba tore apart our family and it made mother change, I wanted to make him pay and I wanted to whatever it took."
"So, you trained her to be a strong Duelist, but even though she had power, she still lacked an identity, making her an empty shell. An empty shell full of life energy. If she had an identity, it would be difficult to take her Life Energy from her since I would take on her characteristics and personality, thereby becoming a copy of that person." Noah explained.
"He's been sapping Reira's Life Energy and the only way to stop him is to deal him 4000 points of damage at once, but he keeps blocking my efforts." Reiji said.
"That's right. And I'm gonna make it much harder on you. My turn! Draw!" Noah drew his card. "I activate Treasure Cards from the Heavens! We both draw until we have six cards in our hands!" Both Reiji and Noah drew six cards.
"Now to make you feel more despair! I activate the Magic Card: Deepest Impact!" The sky changed and meteors started raining down on the field. It destroyed Laplace and the field started to change to snow and ice.
"Watch. The sun was swallowed in a cloud of residue, as per the result of a large meteor shower that bombarded the Earth! We now enter the Ice Age!" Noah revealed. "Deepest Impact not only destroys all monsters on the field, but it halves the Life Points of both players!" Noah revealed.

Reiji LP: 600→300
"That being said." Noah grabbed Reira again and sapped her Life Energy.
"Bastard!" Reiji cursed.
"I'm not standing here anymore!" Yuya jumped off the butte.
"I'm with you!" Sawatari jumped off as well. "Time to give this brat a good punishment!"
Both Yuya and Sawatari ran to Noah. "No one challenges God! I activate the Magic Card: Ice Age Panic! When I have no monsters on my field, I can Special Summon an Earth Attribute monster from my deck! Appear! Last of Tusk Mammoth (ATK: 800, LV: 3)!" Noah summoned mammoth that knocked Yuya and Sawatari away from him. He then proceeded to take Reira's Life Energy.

"Battle! Last of Tusk Mammoth! Direct Attack!" The mammoth charged towards Reiji.
"I activate my Trap Card: Drain Shield! This card negates your attack and I gain Life Points equal to Mammoth's Attack Points!" A barrier formed over Reiji and his Life Points replenished.

"I set one card and end my turn!" Noah finished his turn.
Reiji LP: 1100, Hand: 6

"My turn! Draw!" Reiji drew his card. "Because of Kepler's Pendulum Effect, it's scale decreases by 2."
Kepler (PS: 10→8)
"I can summon some powerful monsters right now. But…there's nothing I can do reduce his Life Points so quickly. But if I don't summon a monster right now, I'll be defeated." Reiji took a card.
"I set a monster in Defense Position! Then, I set one card and end my turn!" Reiji finished.

"He didn't even Pendulum Summon." Sawatari said.
"With Reira's life on the line, he can't be careless, but if he waits too long, he'll lose." Yuya observed.
"My turn! Draw!" Noah drew his card. "We have now entered the fourth turn of the creation of Heaven and Earth! I activate the third effect of Ark of Miracles! An effect that I could've activated at any time."
"What?" Reiji questioned.
"Life Restoration!" Noah opened his arms and light showered him. "By banishing all the monsters on the Ark of Miracles, I can increase my Life Points by 1000 for each one. Eight monsters have been removed so I gain 8000 Life Points."
"1000 for each one!" Sawatari exclaimed.
Noah LP: 4000→12,000
"He could've used that effect at any time but he…" Yuya gritted his teeth.
"My life was taken away. A life that I deserved but scum like you get to have! Well, you're gonna suffer as I take the life from your sister!" Noah laughed.
"NOAH!" Reiji screamed in full fury and anger.
"No need to get so mad, you never cared about Reira anyway. I set one card and end my turn." Noah finished his turn.

"My turn! Draw!" Reiji drew his card and Kepler's Scale went down again.
Kepler (PS: 8→6)
"This card can't help me either." Reiji cursed. "I set another monster in Defense Position and end my turn!"

"The fifth turn of creation!" Noah announced as the field changed. "Eventually all living creatures on the planet began to undergo rapid evolution cycles. Modern civilization was born as a result!" A city and a park were created as well as a familiar company.
"Kaiba Corporation." Yuya saw it.
"Yes, but the Kaiba Corporation before Seto came along. Let me show you Kaiba Corporation's real goal! I summon Super-Dimensional Fighter Vic Viper (ATK: 1200, LV: 4)!" A mechanical weapon appeared.
"Next, I activate the Equip Magic: Cyclone Laser!" A laser attached itself to Vic Viper. "Furthermore, I activate the Equip Magic: Matter Regulatory Apparatus Leveler!" Another weapon attached itself to Vic Viper.
"With this, even if your opponent's monster's Defense Points are stronger, Matter Regulatory Apparatus Leveler will make Vic Viper's Attack Points 100 points higher, and with Cyclone Laser, it can inflict piercing damage!" Noah revealed.
"Battle! Vic Viper, attack Reiji's set monster! Cyclone Laser!" Vic Viper fired its laser and it destroyed Reiji's fiend, DD Orthros (DEF: 1800, LV: 4, PS: 3).

"I end my turn." Noah finished.

"My turn! Draw!" Reiji drew his card.
Kepler (PS: 6→4)
"Reiji's Pendulum Scale…" Sawatari looked at it.
"This isn't it either…please my cards, I want to save Reira." Reiji begged. "I end my turn."

Noah LP: 12,000, Hand: 1
"My turn! Draw! It's the sixth turn of creation!" Noah drew his card. "I summon Mighty Guard (ATK: 500, LV: 4)! Noah summoned another machine. "Battle! Vic Viper, attack Reiji's last set monster!" The monster destroyed Reiji's monster and damaged Reiji.
Reiji LP: 1000→900
"And now Mighty Guard! Direct Attack!" Mighty Guard charged in and struck Reiji right in the chest, knocking him off his feet and crashing into the ground.

"I set one card and end my turn. Now, it's your last turn." Noah smiled.

Noah LP: 12,000, Hand: 0
"My turn…" Reiji sat up. "Please…let me save Reira…"
"I activate my Trap Card: Time Seal!" Noah played his card. "This card skips your Draw Phase, Reiji!"
Reiji's hand froze.
Kepler (PS: 4→2)
"Now, Reiji can't even Pendulum Summon." Sawatari said.
"Reiji…" Yuya muttered.
"I…end my turn." Reiji finished.

Noah LP: 12,000, Hand: 0
"And now it's time for the seventh turn of creation! My turn! Draw!" Noah drew his card. "I summon my Deck Master, Miracle of Arks!" Noah summoned his Deck Master. "Then, I activate the Magic Card: Black Hole, this card destroys all monsters on the field!"
"What?!" Reiji gasped.
"But his Deck Master!" Sawatari pointed out and the black hole swallowed all the monsters on the field.
Just then a large monster appeared on the field. "Behold, my Deck Master's true form! Shinato, King of Heaven (ATK: 3300, LV: 8)!" Noah revealed his monster.
"That's his real Deck Master…" Yuya looked at the monster.
"Now to finish you off." Noah rose from the ground and entered Shinato. "Battle! Direct Attack! Heaven's Judgement!"
Noah unleashed a lightning bolt at Reiji. "I activate my Trap Card: Contract with Death! By destroying all cards on my field and discarding every card in my hand to the Graveyard, I can reduce the Battle Damage to 0!" Reiji protected himself by destroying all of his cards and discarding them. "But during my turn's next Standby Phase, I take 1000 points of damage."
"So, you decided to die your own way. Well, it doesn't matter to me. Let's see…since Shingo Sawatari and Yuya Ryuga are here, who should I use as my hostage. Maybe Mayor Sawatari or those three brats from You Show Duel School." Noah looked at Yuya and Sawatari.
"You bastard!" Sawatari cursed while Yuya glared at Noah.
"Now, kill yourself, Reiji Akaba. The world is better off without you anyway." Noah ordered. "I end my turn."

Noah LP: 12,000, Hand: 0
"Yuya…Sawatari…I'm sorry for all the trouble I caused you and the others." Reiji apologized. "I know it's selfish of me to ask you for anything, but…take care of Reira…"
"Reiji…" Yuya said.
"My turn…" Reiji reached for his deck. "Thank you for fighting with me, my cards…Mother…Reira…goodbye…"
"Brother…" Reira spoke, making Reiji stop. "You…must…live…" Reira's body glowed a yellow light.
"No, you fool!" Noah shouted.
"Reira!" Reiji noticed his Life Points were rising.
Reiji LP: 400→1400
"This is the last…of my life energy…" Reira said.
"No, Reira!" Reji shouted.
"Brother…it's fine…I'm glad that…I got to be of some use to you." Reira said.
"Reira…I never thought of you as a tool! I really thought of you as my little sister! That's why I was so confident in your strength and it's why I brought you with me so that Mother wouldn't try anything else with you!" Reiji admitted.
"I know…and hearing your praise…makes me happy." Reira smiled as her body started to disappear.
"Reira!" Reiji reached out for Reira.
"Brother…I'm proud to be your little sister…I will always love you and I will always be with you…" Reira's body disappeared and the light went to Reiji's deck.
"Reira…" Yuya closed his eyes in sadness while Sawatari lowered his head.
"Pathetic." Noah insulted. "I can't believe that empty shell would give up her life for a worthless scum like you."
"You're right…I am scum…" Reiji said. "I did many unforgivable acts, all for the sake of stopping my father. This caused me to lose the trust of my allies and to be humiliated. I shouldn't even be alive…" Tears fell down Reiji's face.
"But you're wrong…Reira isn't an empty shell! She's my little sister and you took her away from me!" Reiji sent a dangerous death glare at Noah that made a shiver go down his spine. "I will never forgive you! You died in the real world and now you'll die here! My turn! Draw!" Reij drew his card hard that it created a red arc of light.
"Due to Contract with Death, I take 1000 points of damage!" Reiji took the damage but he didn't flinch.
Reiji LP: 1400→400
"Now is the time for our powers to unite! I summon my Deck Master, Hell Armageddon (ATK: 3000, LV: 8, PS: 4)!" Reiji summoned his deck master. "And when I have a DDD monster on my field, I can Special Summon this card from my hand! Appear! CCC, Life Great Queen Heaven Armageddon (ATK: 3000, LV: 8, PS: 4)!" Reiji summoned a light version of Hell Armageddon but of the CCC archetype that Reira used.
"CCC?" Noah questioned. "But those monsters are not strong enough to defeat Shinato!"
"Are you sure you want those to be your last words?!" Reiji glared at Noah making him shiver from within his monster.
"I activate Heaven Armageddon's effect! Once per turn, I can perform a Fusion, Synchro or Xyz Summon using this card and another monster on my field! I choose to Fusion Summon! I fuse Heaven Armageddon with Hell Armageddon!" The two monsters entered the spiraling vortex.
"King of Hell! Queen of Heaven! Now is the time to become one and create a being that rules over Heaven and Hell! Fusion Summon! Be born! Level 12! DCDCDC Twilight God Armageddon (ATK: 5000, LV: 12, PS: 13)!" Reiji summoned a combination of his and Reira's monsters.
"5000 Attack Points?!" Noah exclaimed. "But, if I use Shinato's final effect, I'll…"
"I'm not letting you escape! Twilight God Armageddon's effect activates! All non-Pendulum Monsters have their effects negated and their Attack Points reduced to 0!" Reiji roared.
"What?!" Noah gasped as Twilight God Armageddon unleashed chains of light and darkness to bind Shinato. "Impossible, this can't be! I'm the god of this world!"
"In reality, you're nothing more than a selfish brat who doesn't deserve a second chance! Take my anger, my sadness! Go! Twilight God Armageddon, destroy Noah and Shinato! Death of Twilight!" Twilight God Armageddon unleashed its power and fired it at Shinato and Noah, burning them both.
"No! This isn't fair! I'm supposed to live!" Noah screamed as he was burned.
Noah: Deck Master Destroyed
Winner: Reiji Akaba
A light then burst from Shinato and expanded, taking in Reiji, Yuya and Sawatari and soon engulfed the entire Virtual World.
Fusion Dimension – Academia Virtual Lab
In a lab full of pods, Yuya, Reiji, and Sawatari opened their eyes and the pod opened. "This is…" Sawatari looked around.
"Looks like we're back in the real world." Yuya said.
Reiji looked to his side and he saw Reira in his own pod. Reiji got out and opened it up. "Reira…" Reiji put his hand on her cheek, which was cold as ice and there was no color on her face.
Reiji picked Reira up from the pod and held her tightly as tears fell down his face. "I'm sorry, Reira. I'm so sorry…"
Yuya and Sawatari had sad looks on their face. They knew the pain of losing someone close to them.
"Such a bright future, taken so soon…"
Yuya, Reiji and Sawatari turned around and walking into the room was…
"Genesis?!" Yuya was surprised as Genesis walked in.
"That's Genesis." Sawatari was surprised.
Genesis put her hands in a prayer and she started chanting in a different language. She kept chanting and then Reira's body started glowing. "Reira?" Reiji said, getting Yuya and Sawatari's attention.
Genesis kept chanting for a few more seconds before she stopped and Reira's body stopped glowing. A soft grunted was heard before Reira opened her eyes. "Brother?" Reira turned to Reiji.
"Reira…" Reiji was in shock before he hugged Reira into his arms again.
"Catch, blondie." Genesis tossed Sawatari a key. "That will unlock the cells of the prisons. Your father is in one of them."
"Uh…thanks?" Sawatari was confused.
"As for you…" Genesis approached Yuya. "You have some damsels to save." Genesis took Yuya's hand and dropped the shattered bracelets that belonged to Yuzu and Rin.
"These are…" Yuya's eyes widened. He saw Genesis walk away. "Wait?! Why are you helping us?!"
"If nature overwhelms the world, even beasts like me are doomed to death." Genesis spoke. "But heed my advice, you cannot win against nature alone, you will need help preferably by the one who wields that mage of black magic." Genesis disappeared.
"The one who wields the mage of black magic…" Yuya repeated.
