Previously on Ash's Journey Through Dimensions, Yu-Gi-Oh Arc: Noah, Annie, and Oakley berated the Big five members who tried to take our hero's bodies by force. Nesbitt decided it was time to leave much to his co-worker's anger. Noah said the Big five should share Tristan's body in a duel against Yugi. Meanwhile, Kaiba confronted Ash about why his group was there. After their talk, Kaiba tried to leave, but Tea told him to stop. Then the Big five arrived and challenged Yugi, with Kaiba taking his leave. Joey said five-on-one was unfair, so that he would join. Lillie also threw herself in, with Ash right next to her, like when they defeated Crump. The duel started with our heroes with 4,000 life points, while the Big five started with 8,000. The Big 5 tried to use A Legendary Ocean and The Legendary Fisherman to gain an advantage, but Lillie and Joey shut that plan down. Now the duel continues...
Chapter 13: Merger of the Big five pt2
"Once you 4 lose this duel, you and your friends will be sentenced to an eternity in this digital dungeon," Johnson declared.
"I can see why Kiawe hates lawyers," Ash groaned, annoyed at Johnson's legal babble.
"Given that Viren keeps himself out of prison despite all the crimes he has committed, it's not surprising," Lillie said, also sick of Johnson's babble.
"Remember, it's not just Johnson. We're facing it all of the Big 5," Yami pointed out.
"Exactly," said Johnson smugly. "I'm not alone in here." He drew his card.
"I can't believe the Big five are in Tristan's body," said Tea.
"Those business geeks are sharing my body like it's a Cooperate Condo," Tristan complained.
"Nice analogy," Gladion muttered.
"My first maneuver should seem familiar to you, Joseph," said Johnson with a smirk. "The move's called 'Clear The Courtroom.'
"Great, his Deck Master ability," Ash and Joey groaned.
"Correct, boys. First, I give up 1,000 of my life points."

"Proceed, Your Honor. Prosecute all of their monsters to the full extent of the law."
Yami's Kuriboh, Mystical Elf, Joey's Alligator's Sword, Cyber Harpie, and Ash & Lillie's Aqua Madoor were all destroyed.
"Not only are your monsters destroyed, but you also lose 500 hundred life points for each monster destroyed by this ability," Johnson declared.

"Great, we're wide open," Lillie thought sarcastically. "If these guys are desperate, they'll make an attack, and if they try to remove my traps, I have a nasty little counter ready."
Meanwhile, Kaiba arrived at Noah's virtual Kaiba Land, astonished that Noah could have created it. The blueprints are secret, he thinks, and construction isn't due to begin for another four years. Every detail was there, including his back-door security system—a chess board that opens the door when the right move is played. Kaiba enters. "Hopefully, I will find the answers inside."
Back at the duel
"If things continue like this, I'll never get my body back," Tristan complained.
"Don't worry, Tristan. My brother, Yugi, Joey, Ash, and Lillie will handle this," said Serenity soothing the poor boy.
"Now that you 4 are defenseless, it's time to work on your life points, and I now call Hysteric Angel to the field." Johnson's monster appeared, adjusting its glasses. Johnson looked up to the cliff where the spectators were watching. "I think our spectators will love our next move, especially Mr. Aether," Gladion growled, knowing what Johnson was about to do.
Here it comes, Ash and Lillie thought.
"Now, Hysteric Angel, attack Miss. Aether directly," Johnson yelled.
"Go Negate Attack! Now your battle phase ends, Johnson," Lillie declared. The trap deflected the laser beam fired from Hysteric Angel's eyes. Johnson scowled. "We had a hunch you would try a direct attack once you took control, Johnson," Lillie began.
"So we prepared for it just in case," Ash finished.
"Fine, I'll use my Catapult Turtle's special ability to launch my Angel at you, Miss Aether. It sacrifices my Angel, and you take half of her attack points as damage."
Hysteric Angel's leg hit Lillie as the monster delivered a kick to Lillie's stomach, which would've caused the teenage girl to stagger backward and knock her over if Ash had not put his hands behind Lillie to steady her.

"Thanks, Ash," said Lillie.
"No worries, Lillie," Ash said to his girlfriend, and they turned to face Johnson.
"Nice try, creep. It will take more than that to defeat us, you evil jerk," they declared in unison. Johnson glared at them, furious that his attempt to severely weaken Lillie and Ash had failed.
"Great, so they plan to target my sister," Gladion spat.
"Given that Crump and Nesbitt chose to duel the members of our group with the least amount of experience in dueling, I'm not surprised," Duke commented.
"Thank god Ash was able to save Lillie then is helping her now," Tea commented.
Serenity chuckled. "I bet you wish Yugi could have saved you in a duel."
Tea blushed crimson. "Why does everyone always ship Yugi and me together? I do have feelings for him, but everyone girl I am friends with seems to know that even though I deny it." Tea thought.
"Are you sure you two are alright," Yami asked the couple, who nodded as assured that they were fine.
"Now understand your plan, Johnson. Your planning to take out Ash and Lillie due to their inexperience," Joey growled.
"That's right, Joseph. Now then, let's continue. I play one card face down. Now I activate the magic card, Altar of Mist. And end my turn."
"What does that do," asked Ash, having never heard of it.
"It's very bad news," said Yami. "In three turns, he'll be able to select any ritual magic card in his entire deck! It means he'll easily be able to summon a powerful monster!"
"That means we have to win this within the next three turns," said Lillie as she drew a card to start her and Ash's turn.
"I summon Spirit of the Harp in defense mode and place one card face down to end our turn." (SotH: 800/2000)
Joey drew his card. "All right, this will work. I summon Rocket Warrior." (1500/1300) Now I use my Flame Swordsman's Deck Master ability to transfer 1,000 of his attack points and give them to my Rocket Warrior." (FS: 1800-800) (RW: 1500-2500). "Now, Rocket Warrior, attack his Catapult Turtle." Joey's Warrior did so, leaving Johnson with no monsters.
Johnson smirked, "I activate Revenge Sacrifice."
"Oh great, there goes Rocket Warrior, and I have a guess as to what's coming," Lillie groaned.
"Your Rocket Warrior is dismissed. Joseph and I now summon to the stand Summon Machine King," Johnson declared. (MK; 2200/2000) "This monster gains an additional 100 attack points for every machine monster in play, including itself." (MK; 2200-2300).
Joey groaned. "I end my turn. Your up, Yug."
Yami drew his card. "I remove my Buster Blader, which I discarded due to Card Destruction from the game to summon The Rock Spirit. (TRS: 1700/1000) Now I sacrifice my spirit to summon Des Volstgalph in attack mode and lay one card face down to end my turn." (Des Volstgalph: 2200/1700)
Joey looked to ready comment on this, but Lillie cleared her throat. "Joey, he knows what he's doing." Joey was going to protest, but a call from Greninja kept Joey quiet. Ash nodded to his Kalos starter, who nodded back.
Duke took note of this. "Seems Yugi, Ash, and Lillie have the plan to deal with Machine King."
"And you know what it is?" Serenity questioned Greninja, who nodded.
Gladion smirked. "I see it's a double trap. Should Johnson try to destroy Yugi's Trap, he'll walk into Lillie's. Although, as Machine King is Nesbitt's monster, he'll probably take over, meaning that his aggressive style will backfire big time, he thought."
"Out of the way, Johnson. It's time for a real duelist to take charge," Nesbitt declared in Tristan's mind shoving Johnson out of the front of the group.
"I'm still on this case, so back off, Nesbitt," Johnson protested to his weapon-making co-worker, who ignored him and took control of Tristan's body.
"It's about time that I stepped in to rewire this duel," Nesbitt declared to the heroes. "Now meet my Deck Master, the unstoppable android, Robotic Knight."
"It's Nesbitt," Duke commented.
"He's the one who turned Tristan into a robot Monkey," Serenity said. Tristan shrieked in a fury at Nesbitt, who ignored him.
"Now, it's time to remove that trap card. I activate Heavy Storm, which destroys all magic and traps cards."
Lillie laughed, " and you just activated my trap card, Nesbitt. Reveal Judgement of Anubis."
Nesbitt's eyes widened in shock and horror. "It can't be! Not that trap!"
"Yep, not only is your Magic card negated, but your Machine King is destroyed, and half of its attack points are deducted from your life points," Lillie explained as the Big five life points dropped.

"You idiot, you left yourself wide open," Lector berated.
"How was I supposed to know she had that trap card waiting in the wings," Nesbitt growled.
"Looks like Lillie's come a long way," Duke commented, impressed with the double trap combo she and Yugi pulled.
"Nice one Lillie," Tea called. Lillie gave her new friend a thumbs up.
"Sorry Yugi, I assumed your Des Volstgalph had an ability that would have handled Machine King," Ash began.
"But we needed to take down that monster on our terms. I want to prove I'm not some damsel in distress that Ash needs to save constantly. I want to prove I can stand next to him on the battlefield," Lillie finished.
Yami nodded his head. "I completely understand, and that was an excellent move you made."
Lillie turned to Joey. "Sorry about the harsh comment Joey but I didn't want your acting to mess up my trap for Nesbitt." Joey looked stunned at this.
Yami smiled at Joey. "Your acting would have been key to the plan."
Tea's eyes widened. "So if Lillie didn't have her idea to destroy Machine King, then Joey knew about Yugi's plan. He was going to play along with it?"
"Well, I'm impressed. That probably would've fooled me," said Duke.
"Good insight Joey," Tristan cheered. Gladion could not believe how in sync Joey and Yugi were with their dueling tag team skills.
"Way to go, big brother," Serenity cheered.
Joey waved to Serenity and thanked her for the praise, but on the inside, he was sweating. If rookies like Ash and Lillie make plays like this, I need to step up my game, or I will be left in the dust.
"That won't happen again," Nesbitt growled at Lillie.
"It certainly won't because I'm about to step in and take control of this body. Your blunder has cost too much, Nesbitt," Lector said to his co-worker. Nesbitt would have protested, but the other three members agreed Lector should take over.
Ash drew a card and saw the monster that allowed him to help save Lillie from Crump with Pikachu's Iron Tail. Lillie saw his smirk and knew Ash wanted to save this monster so it could deliver the final blow. Looking at her starter, Lillie saw that Snowy agreed with Ash's plan, as did Pikachu. "We summon Witch of the Black Forest in defense mode and end our turn. A woman with purple hair wearing a black dress kneeled in front of the couple. (WotBF: 1100/1200)
Joey draws his card. "I summon Panther Warrior in defense mode." (PW: 2000/1600). "I lay one card face down and end my turn."
Yami drew his card and turned back to his friend, watching the duel. "I'm sorry, Tristan, but I must attack directly."
Tristan nodded in understanding. "Do what you gotta do, Yugi." He then hides his face against Serenity's chest, unable to watch his body take the attack. "Just don't mess up the hair."
Serenity comforted her friend. "It's gonna be fine, Tristan."
"Now, Des Volstgalph attacks his Life points directly. Yami's fiend/dragon hybrid let loose a blue laser blast which struck The Big 5's stolen body directly, causing Lector to stagger a little bit.

"Now I summon Big Shield Gardna in defense mode, and that's all for now, Nesbitt." (BSG: 100/2600)
I'm not Nesbitt. You fool, Lector thought as he glared at our heroes.
Meanwhile, Kaiba is walking through an empty building. He sees a virtual doorway and enters, thinking it leads to more images from his past. But instead, he finds an old movie projector and screen. "A cheap movie projector? Get with the Times, Noah!" He switches the projector on.
Kaiba sees home movies of a young Noah with Gozaburo: playing games, celebrating a birthday, and going on a fishing trip. "How sad Noah's still trying to convince me he's Gozaburo's son," Kaiba says out loud. "But it will take more than a few fake home movies to do that."
Then the scene changes and the movie shows a woman walking down the steps of a church, holding a portrait of Noah in her hands. "What's this?"
Gozaburo tells the grieving woman that Noah can still be saved. Kaiba wonders what it means. Was Noah in some accident? He remembers that Noah was about to tell him "the truth" when he was distracted by the Big 5's failed attempt to steal the other's bodies. Kaiba says that If these images are accurate, something devastating must have happened to Noah right before he and Mokuba were adopted. Kaiba walks away, wondering why Noah would want him to know all this information about his past unless someone else is behind all this.
Back at the duel
"All right! Say goodbye to Nesbitt and his pathetic robot. I'm Lector, and I will control this body for the remainder of the duel."
Lector drew a card. Joey tried to activate his trap card, Drop Off, to send Lector's card to the graveyard. But the trap card was destroyed. "Oh great," Lillie groaned. "Here's the most dangerous of their Deck Masters."
"Jinzo," Joey groaned, annoyed that one of his newest cards was against him again.
"I play Pot of Greed which lets me draw two cards," Lector drew two cards.
"By activating your Magic card, you triggered my monster's special ability: he gains 200 attack points," Yami declared. (DV: 2200-2400)
"It doesn't matter. I summon Injection Fairy Lily," Lector declared. (IJF: 400/1500)
"Well, there goes Des Volstgalph," Ash muttered to Lillie.
"I bet he has that Sebek's Blessing spell card in his hand," Lillie muttered.
"I give up 2000 life points to increase my Fairy Lily's power, Lector declared.

(IFL: 400-3400) "Now, Lily, destroy Yugi's Des Vosltgalph." Lector's monster stabbed Yami's monster destroying it. "Now I activate Sebek's Blessing, which increases my Life points by the same amount of life points you lost, Yugi."

"I play one card face down and end my turn," Lector said, ending his turn. "Soon, we will be free of this virtual prison, and you children will be trapped here."
"All right," Lillie began, but Lector interrupted her.
"I activate my trap card Gravity Bind meaning monsters higher than Level 4 can't attack, and since my Lillie is level 3, it can attack."
Joey was about to protest, but Lillie spoke up. "Remember, since Jinzo is his Deck Master, his Deck Master ability allows Lector to use trap cards."
"Correct, Miss Aether. Your chances of winning are now gone," Lector boasted.
"Wrong Lector. Joey has the means to destroy both your monster and Gravity Bind," Lillie said as she drew a card and ended her turn. Lector scoffed, not believing her.
Joey drew his card and saw what Lillie meant. "I sacrifice my Panther Warrior and summon My own Jinzo."
"NO," Lector shouted as an exact copy of his Deck Master appeared on Joey's field. Joey's Jinzo destroyed Gravity Bind.
"So much for your trap, Lector, and it gets worse. I play Block Attack. This magic card switches your Injection Fairy Lily to defense mode." Lector's fairy took a knee.
"NO" Lector shouted as he saw that Lillie correctly predicted what would happen.
"Jinzo, destroy his Lily now, Cyber Energy Shock." Joey's android did so, leaving Lector defenseless. "He's all yours, Yuge. Pound this Poser."
Yami nodded. "Time to take you down." He drew his card. "And I have just the card to do it in my hand. I sacrifice my Big Shield Gardna to summon Dark Magician Girl." A copy of Ash and Lillie's Deck master appeared in front of Yami. "Dark Magician Girl, attack his Life points directly. Yami's DMG did so, causing Lector to fall to his knees.

"Yes, he's down to less than 1000 life points," Tea cheered.
Gladion smiled, then he gasped. Oh No, it's been three turns. He was about to call down to Lillie to warn her, but Lector started to chuckle.
"The time has arrived, my young friends, to reap the benefits of my magic card."
Ash's eyes widened in shock, as did Yami's. "Oh no, It's been three turns since they played Altar of Mist. Now he can add any Ritual spell card to his hand and summon the ritual monster named on it," Yami said, horrified.
Lector smirked evilly. "You are correct." Lector chose his card and started laughing maniacally.
"What's so funny," Joey asked. Lector keeps laughing. "That's getting annoying."
"If you were in my position, you'd laugh too, for I hold The Big 5's most powerful creature in my hand."
Lillie took a slight step back in fear. Ash put a hand on Lillie's shoulder. "Stay calm, Lillie. We can do this." She nodded, took a deep breath, and steeled herself for a fight. Pikachu and Snowy took fighting stances, knowing that the true challenge was about to start.
"Say goodbye to your bodies," Lector said, and he started laughing manically again.
