"What are you wearing?" Willow gasped when she saw Faith sauntering towards her and Jesse.

"It's for the Halloween party at the Bronze tonight. I'm Catwoman." Faith answered.

"That, uhm that costume is very form fitting," Jesse stammered.

"Too form fitting. How can you breathe in that thing.?" Willow demanded.

There was another gasp, this time from Jesse as Ms. Calender walked past dressed as a belly dancer.

"Thank you, whoever invented Halloween!" Jesse exclaimed, just as Xander and Cordelia arrived, along with rest of the Pack.

The boys paused for moment when they saw Faith and visually got ahold of themselves. But damn, that was some outfit!

"So what are you all going as?" Faith smirked at them, well aware of the effect her body had them.

"Oh, I lost a bet with Cordy, so she got to pick our costumes. We're Fred Astaire and Ginger Rodgers."

"Cool, and you guys?" She asked the rest of the Pack.

"I'm a baseball player, Mickey Mantle." Kyle said.

"I'm a nurse." Rhonda said.

"I'm a cowboy." Tor said.

"And I'm a dancehall girl." Heidi said.

"What about you two?" Faith asked Jesse and Willow.

"I'm Albert Einstein." Jesse held up a wig.

"I'm a ghost." From Willow.

"Well, we better get going. Kiddy escort duty starts at four." Xander said. "We'll see you at the party later Faith."

Faith abruptly landed on her butt. "What the hell?" Suddenly it all came rushing back. She'd turned into Catwoman and robbed the safe in C's mansion! "How the hell?"

"Gotta find the guys. Someone better have a damn good explanation for this!"

The Pack and the others trickled into the library in ones and twos until they were all there. They all looked shell shocked, what had happened?

"Giles, any idea what happened to us tonight? Because I very clearly remember being Fred Astaire and now I'm pretty sure I won't look like a spazz dancing at the Bronze anymore."

"Yeah, G, you got an explanation as to why I remember being Catwoman and cracking the safe in C's house. Sorry about that, by the way. Here's everything I took out of it."

"You cracked the safe in Daddy's office? He was sure it was uncrackable!"

"Um, yeah, apparently, it wasn't a problem for Catwoman. Only took a couple minutes. Again, sorry. I have no idea why I did that."

"Well I do." Giles said."Willow turned into a ghost of herself. She was able to track me down. I was already aware there was a problem as Jenny had turned into an actual belly dancer."

"She was really good too, lots of hip action." Willow said.

"Anyway, since I hadn't transformed into Doc Brown, which is what Jenny had convinced me to go as, we eventually were able to determine that the effected people had rented or purchased a costume from a shop called Ethan's. It turns out Ethan is someone I knew in college. He literally worships Chaos. He put a spell on the costumes he rented and sold tonight. His intent was to turn everyone into their costumes. He called it 'the embodiment of be careful what you wish for'. His idea of a prank. There were some injuries, but no one seems to have been badly hurt, thank goodness."

"This guy's idea of a joke is to turn people into their costumes?! What if someone went as Freddy Krueger or something. Did he stop and think about that," Faith asked angrily. "And just because we don't know anyone was badly hurt or died, doesn't mean there aren't any injuries or deaths. There were kids dressed as mini monsters out there. One of those kids could have hurt or killed someone without ever knowing it. Us turning into these costumes, yeah funny, but those kids. Where is this asshole, I want a word with him."

"You're not the only one. Cordy and I managed to track down all the kids we were escorting. Some of them had injuries too. Cuts, scrapes, bruises. Nothing that serious, but that's not the point. The injuries survived the spell. Which means if someone did have a worse injury, they may never recover and if they died, they'll stay dead. For a joke!" Xander was definitely pissed.

"Well when I turned to break the focus of his spell, he escaped. I've notified the Council. They're really the only ones who may be able to locate him. If they do, they can have a witch strip him of his powers. If he's smart he won't be back. But then again, if he was smart, he wouldn't have done this in the first place. Ponce."

Xander roused himself. "We need to get suited up. Just because vamps normally don't concern themselves with Halloween, doesn't mean they won't take advantage of the mess this Ethan has caused. There could be unconscious people or injured that just haven't been found. We need to get out there and to try to help."

"An excellent idea, bring any that aren't seriously hurt here. Jesse, Willow and I can attend to them. Any serious ones go to the hospital, of course."

The Pack and Faith quickly geared up and went out. They found that there were vamps taking advantage of the situation and injured that hadn't yet been found. None were serious, that they found, anyway. They took them to the library to be checked, which turned out to be a good thing as parents came to the school looking for their kids. Giles explained that a gang had disrupted kiddie escort duty and some of the children had been injured. Their escorts had brought them here to be checked and wait for their parents to come pick them up.
