After assuming he had secured the out of it bot in the brig, Megatron headed back to his throne room. It was disgusting to think he had to share his Ill-gotten gain. He couldn't think of a single bot he wanted to share anything with yet he had to. Realizing that he had no choice, he began to think of bots under his command that might work. He considered each and every bot he knew of.
Starscream was completely out of consideration, as he was too much of a failure and borderline traitorous to Megatron. Knockout was too busy in the med bay, Shockwave was way too busy in his diabolical lab, Breakdown was a dolt, Predaking was untrustworthy, and many others did not meet Megatron's strict standard of who he would settle for. Only two bots came to mind that might work to meet that exceedingly high standard – Soundwave and Dreadwing. Soundwave was out as his was too busy looking for the relics and protecting the con base, so that left Dreadwing. Megatron commed Dreadwing, who quickly arrived and was duly notified of the current situation. Dreadwing smirked, as he was extremely happy that Megatron wanted Dreadwing's assistance with this matter. And with that, the dastardly pair began making their plans.
Meanwhile, Lancex came to in the con brig. He surveyed his surrounding and realized just how stupid these cons were, as not only did Lancex still have all his weapons, he also was not tied anywhere near strong enough to prevent him from accessing them. He used one of his unusual power weapons and easily broke free of his restraints and the cell he had been placed in. Once just out of his cell, Lancex accessed the con computer and came across a couple things – a map out of here and anther tape of Megatron destroying some kind of lab. He downloaded both just in case. Then, as he headed out of the brig, He thought he had snuck out silently, but on his way out he was stopped cold by a bot Lancex had no idea about, a he had never seen a bot like it. Lancex wasn't aware until then that he had set off an alarm.
Predaking stood between Lancex and freedom, and the dragon bot looked absolutely livid, as while something about this strange bot made Predaking feel strange, the Autobot insignia drew the dragon bot's utter rage. Lancex wasn't sure what to do, as he didn't want to kill the bot if he didn't have to, but the bot was blocking his path to freedom. Things didn't look good. They didn't look go
