Angelica Orders Out
Tommy's eyes went wide as he listened to his voice when he spoke into his daddy's new invention. It was so deep… he sounded like a big person!
He giggled in delight, knowing that he just needed to get the new toy and it would help him grow up into a big kid who could go on adventures!
But then his mommy said goodbye to him and his grandpa got him his bottle to drink and Tommy focused on trying to get the top off because he wanted to drink like a big boy only to spill it all over himself, forcing his grandpa to go give him a bath…
…and by the time they were done they discovered that Angelica had used the new toy to order all sorts of things and his daddy said that no one could play with the toy anymore.
Angelica had ruined his chance! So he didn't feel bad at all that she had to eat yucky foods.
And he thought about how to get the toy out of the big metal thing his daddy had put it in… for about an hour. Then he got distracted by the van that arrived and the men in the fancy suits who went to talk to his daddy. And then he saw a pillow that he hadn't slept on for a while and decided to try napping on it…
"Mr. Pickles," Agent Johnson said, "we are interested in buying your voice changer."
"Really?" Stu said, surprised.
"Indeed," the other government official, Agent Johnson (no relation) informed him.
"We are willing to make it worth your wild."
"I don't know if there is anything you could-" the first Johnson held out a check. "That… that is a lot of zeroes."
"We could add more."
"I'm good!" Stu said in delight, taking the check and letting the agents take the voice changer away.
On a completely unrelated note Charlotte received a notification 2 years later from the government not to travel to the middle east if she planned saying even a single word.
