Hi here again ready to put up a new chapter.

But first I got new fanart!

The experience overwhelmed

It's fanart of Kron beating Qrow in Chapter 23. I love the detail of Qrow's Aura sparking from the impact of Kron's punch. Poor Qrow, he didn't realy know what he was up against.

Thank you ssj golden I hope you can enjoy this chapter!

The same goes for all of you, I appreciate all of you giving my story a try!

Alrighty on with the chapter.

Exploring The Strongest Kingdom

Not far from Vale, Beacon Academy stood tall, mostly empty, and will be for two months before a new school year can start.

A bullhead landed at the edge of the platform surrounding Beacon, and the door of the aircraft opened.

Out came Qrow Branwen looking angrier than usual.

Three days had passed since the incident with the Scourge of Anima. Since his biggest screw-up. He had sent a message to Ozpin but had to get checked out to fix his ribs so he couldn't meet up in person.

Not to mention he had to miss seeing his niece Ruby about upgrading her Crescent Rose. Great, he was going to have to get her something to make up for breaking his promise. Maybe he can ask Yang to get something for him before he goes back to Patch.

But all that's nothing compared to his backstabbing sister. Not only did she cross a powerful wild card, she also took a power that wasn't supposed to be hers! After all that whining about not wanting to be involved she goes and does this! If the kid doesn't finish her maybe he'll do it instead.

The huntsman breathed in through his nose and sighed as he took a huge swig from his flask. Now wasn't the time for that, he needed to meet with Ozpin.

Qrow had walked through the empty halls of the most prestigious academy that he and Raven had attended. No he and that traitor attended.

He was a real mess here, he thought of just sleeping first, but he was already hearing so he did his best to calm himself before approaching a door and kicked it open.

Inside was a man with gray hair wearing a black shirt and green scarf. He took a sip of coffee and looked at him calmly.

"Qrow I'm glad to see you don't look worse for wear," Ozpin said behind his desk.

"Thanks, Oz" Qrow replied and took a seat. "You got my message?"

Ozpin grimaced upon hearing that and sighed as he got up and looked out the window. "Yes, I must say I didn't anticipate this." He looked at a flock of ravens that were flying off, he would wonder if she was one of them but knew that wasn't the case, he can always tell. "Raven, she had insisted she wanted no part in this, and yet, she" He paused as he couldn't believe what he was going to say." She took the Spring maiden."

The reaper looked down guilt washing over him.

"You know that's not the only thing I sent you."

The headmaster of Beacon turned to him.

"Yes, you almost made the Scourge an ally only for your semblance to activate." He confirmed what he read.

Qrow didn't say anything only looking, if only he hadn't screwed up.

"That boy isn't just strong, he's also clever," Ozpin said as he turned to the window. "I was one of the few who figured out your semblance when no one else could figure it out."

His subordinate chuckled.

"You figured it out before I even knew what semblances were." The Branwen Tribe relied on survival training and not any 'traditional' education. Before they came to Beacon all they knew was Aura not knowing anything about semblances. "It's screwed over people I cared about, but I never knew it'd be this bad up."

Ozpin shook his head.

"It wasn't your fault Qrow." The headmaster replied. "The boy doesn't know about our group yet, we'll just have to figure out how to carefully explain that some semblances are out of control."

"Good luck with that." The huntsman said before taking another drink from his flask.

Ozpin only gave a frown sad to see when Qrow gets like this, it reminded of him when he spent a couple of lifetimes drinking and wasting his new body's lives.

"Well enough about that, we need to talk about Raven."

Changing the subject was probably for the best, though it was hardly any better.

"Yes, first we need to figure out her motives," Ozpin said clinging on to hope that she had some plan against Salem.

Qrow scoffed when he heard that.

"She killed a girl younger than Yang for her powers, I don't think her motives are anything we'd like."

The headmaster of Beacon turned to Qrow. "Isn't that just an assumption? Just because she's the Maiden doesn't mean that she-"

"It does" Qrow interrupted. "She ran off with those bandits she calls family, left her team, left her husband, her daughter, and now she betrayed us." He listed his sister's other sins. "Killing some girl who didn't know how to use her powers to take them for herself? I'd say she'd do that."

Ozpin can understand that this was Qrow's way of dealing with pain and didn't correct him.

"Are we sure that the boy didn't mean her weapon?" The headmaster really was grasping at straws.

Omen, the sword can change its Dust blade by placing it in its sheath and the press of a button.

"No" Qrow answered. "She definitely is the Spring Maiden Oz, I checked with Leo, he said the Maiden left over ten years ago with the Branwen Tribe."

Ozpin nodded and decided that there was no denying it, Raven was now the Spring Maiden.

"So?" The drunkard asked as he took a swig of his flask. "What now?"

The headmaster rubbed his eyes in pain. "Raven wished to be left alone, I felt she had done enough good to deserve that so we did, but now after this, we can't." She was one of the keys to the end of the world. "What do you think?"

His answer surprised him.

"Find her put her in a chamber like Amber, then transfer her powers into someone better."

Ozpin looked concerned hearing that.

"That process has its risks." He explained thinking he might've forgotten and wanted to safely transfer her powers.

He didn't.

"Yep," Qrow took another large drink.

"Qrow, I know your hurt, but she's Yang's mother."

"Pfft," The huntsman started slurring now. "Summer was her mother. And Yang's better off never meeting her, let's just yank the power she stole to give to someone who's actually decent. That way she'll never be disappointed meeting the backstabber, both problems solved." He took another sip from his flask.

Ozpin has been around a long time, he's seen many siblings fight for one reason or another. Some were petty, and some were understandable. Most were met with regret over not saving their relationship before it was too late.

But he knows talking now won't make Qrow any better.

"You're a little too tense right now Qrow." Ozpin began. "Let us discuss what to do with Raven when you clear your mind."

"Oh, trust me, sober or not my mind is made," Qrow said as he was about to take another swig.

Ozpin put his hand on the flask and placed it down. "Take another sip and I'm afraid our discussion will wait till morning."

He knew that meant when he was not drunk, or less drunk in his case. A hangover and a talk with Ozpin? No, better to have it now. He put his flask down and crossed his arms.

"One thing is certain we do need to find Raven," Ozpin stated as he took a sip from his mug. "However let's decide what we'll do with her another time when you're not so tense."

His subordinate nodded though he already made up his mind. Raven needed to die. She's proven a danger to her family and the rest of the world.

"Is Raven all you wish to discuss?"

Qrow shook his head, it seemed that he was sobering up to explain the next topic he planned.

"It's about your plan with Nikos."

"We have not yet determined that she should be involved." Ozpin criticized.

"Look, I get that you want to see her in action first, and I would go with that plan, but I'm telling ya, it needs to happen now." Qrow explains. "We don't just have to worry about Salem but the kid." He said.

Ozpin was silent for a few moments. "Yes, I remember in your message that the boy bested Raven even though she was a Maiden, Amber only possesses half of her power, it would not make a difference if he defeated one at their best." The old man reasoned. "And we need to be sure that she is the one to inherit these powers and observe other potential candidates."

Qrow started to glare. "Like one of my nieces?"

"I didn't suggest that." Ozpin said in a calming tone. "I only meant that there are others to choose from, should another candidate prove more capable I will choose them." He sees Qrow getting close to being aggressive. "And if it is to be either of them will make sure to ask for you, and Taiyang's approval."

Qrow wanted to ask if he would ask Pyrrha's family for their approval, but he had a feeling he knew the answer. He's likely only giving him and Tai the choice due to their service to his order, even though Tai had focused on his family life then the war like Qrow had. Even though he or Tai would say no and Ozpin knew that.

"Look, I'm just saying, we need all the firepower we can get, half a maiden is better than no maiden." Qrow reasoned. "And besides after what happened to Raven Pyrrha will need bodyguards. So, we can involve Nikos' whole team if you want."

The headmaster was surprised at how well thought out this plan was and thought he might be sober. But from the smell he knew that wasn't the case.

"And another thing we should handpick her team, the most well suited should be on her assigned team, we can rig the test, so she only gets the most capable."

Ozpin rose a hand. "That I cannot agree with Qrow, the purpose of the random team selection is to teach our students to work with anyone on the battlefield, in life we do not choose our comrades." He sighed thinking of Raven. "We cannot just handpick her teammates; she'd become less adaptable if we did."

Qrow grumbled something not in the mood to correct him.

Still, whoever she teams up with they can train her teammates to climb the ranks of beacon they could make decent bodyguards for the maiden until they manage to take the power that Salem had stolen. Though it had it's risks.

But Qrow wouldn't propose such a risky plan without reason and he was on the right track. They had to change things. Also assuming if the boy isn't really allied with Salem, she had to have been making some sort preparations to. And Beacon will have to follow suit.

"Give me some time to think about it Qrow, we have over two months after all, I promise it won't be long."

"Better not be Oz."

Solitas

A day after Kron's battle with Dr. Turquoise and his men.

Soldiers raided the factory most of the doctor's men were taken by surprise and captured for questioning.

Then a bit away from the abandoned dust factory a few Atlesian soldiers had found a body that of what seemed like an old man.

They took the corpse to examine it in a military base filled with many equipment.

"What was this old man doing in the middle of nowhere?" A captain asked his subordinate looking at the corpse.

"No idea, but I can assure you he's no old man." The other said.

"What?' A soldier asked.

His superior pressed a button showing a man in his thirties with blue green hair.

"The corpse is identified as this man, Copper Turquoise." He introduced.

The other soldier looked at the man on the screen and looked back at the doctor.

"There's no way, he looks too young."

"His DNA matches him, somehow he seemed to have aged."

The other soldier looked at the corpse.

"I've seen a lot of corpses but this?" The soldier couldn't help but look away. "So terrible what even did this?"

The other man scoffed.

"Don't feel too bad about him." The captain replied and pulled out a file.

"Says here that Dr. Turquoise was one of the best doctors in the world but he was caught providing treatment to criminals on the side without informing the authorities in exchange for extra money." He said as he shifted through the file. "After he was discovered he fled to continue his work in the criminal underworld, he's been on the world's most wanted list for years."

The Captain moved the papers and pulled out a paper.

"He's treated, thieves, murderers, and worse, so they can continue harming innocent people all in exchange for money." The captain said as he finished. "So really, you can't say THAT many people would feel sorry for him or angry at whoever did him in."

The soldier looked back at the corpse.

"We'll I won't be shedding tears for him, your right, can't imagine anyone being too angry at whoever killed him." He replied as he looked at the corpse. "Still, not sure if even he deserved whatever this is, and can't say I feel safe knowing whoever did this is still out there."

The captain nodded and looked at the corpse. "Of course, whoever did this needs to be apprehended as soon as possible."

Was this some newly discovered Grimm? Someone's semblance? So many questions, and none of the possibilities provided comfort.

"Captain!" Another soldier came running and saluted his superior.

"At ease" The captain replied. "Your report?"

"We've interrogated the men in the abandoned Dust factory they did work for Dr. Turquoise." He explained. "And they revealed who did it."

"Who?"

The soldier looked panicked.

"They said it was the Scourge of Anima! He's here in Solitas!"

The captain's eyes widened. The Scourge of Anima is here? He never stepped foot here before. He looked over at the corpse. Did he do this? Possibly, he at least knows something and needs to be captured.

"Contact Atlas now! We need to inform General Ironwood!"

Far Away

Kron had been resting near the abandoned Dust factory that Dr. Turqoise was hiding in with a fire.

"Damn, definitely should've brought a coat." He said using the fire to warm himself up.

He hadn't quite mastered Ki to the point of just relying on it for warmth. Suppose it was all the more reason to come to Atlas.

Now he had about a week before he had to head to where he met Tyrian. So might as well have some fun here.

Kron pulled out Tyrian's map of Solitas.

Then he aimed his hand on the ground in front of him. He fired a Ki ball that floated above the ground.

The Saiyan then outstretched his hands and moved his fingers forcing the ball to shape it like his father taught him.

Though instead of a figuried it formed a red map of Solitas.

He put a hand to his chin as he looked at it.

"Alright I'm here" He used his Ki to make a spot near the dust factory glow. "Atlas is here." He pointed at the floating city above Mantle.

"Should get there in maybe a day." He said trying to account for his speed. "That gives me five days of time to kill, I could visit their museum." He remembered going into Mistral's Museum of history and how he enjoyed looking at their history. And who knows maybe he can see how their military fares if they get in his way.

He smiled thinking about that.

"Now let's see what fun I can have." He said standing up having lifting his hand to lift his red Ki made map.

He flew in the direction of Atlas.

Atlas

Ironwood had his arms behind his back watching something from a glass window.

Ozpin was not going to be happy about this, actually, he himself was not happy about this.

Behind the glass was a training arena, there were a dozen large, bulky, robots armed with large cannons at its arms, they were called paladins, a new addition to the Atlesian arsenal. It was only the prototypes but still, they were a good example of Atlas's might.

As of now, they needed a pilot, but using human-sized robots called Atlesian Knights worked just as well as an operating AI. It was perfect for this training, for it needed to be kept top secret.

Fighting a dozen robots was one, a woman with white hair and a rapier. A few days ago she was a dedicated soldier.

Now she was their greatest defense.

It was Winter Schnee and she was surrounded by the Paladins, this would be difficult for her two weeks ago.

She opened her eyes and a blue flame appeared out of her eyes.

Winter then dashed towards a Paladin cutting its leg off faster than it could process, the machine fell forward and crashed into the ground.

Two paladins turned and fired their cannons at her.

Winter immediately flew up leaving behind blue sparks as their ammo hit the ground.

She then rose her sword, a snowflake symbol appeared in the Schnee family crest. A large white manticore appeared out of the glyph and attacked one of the paladins, it was enough to make it short-circuit and fall from the white beast.

She then aimed her free hand at the other paladin and fired lightning making it fall as well.

The other paladins aimed and all fired together at the woman.

But with her new speed she was able to avoid the rapid fire, she sliced through one of their arms, she then created many glyphs around her to shoot ice shards in many directions empowered by her new abilities.

Once it was done 8 of the paladins were down only four remained.

Winter then struck her sword into the ground and blue light passed through it.

Many large ice shards came from the ground and impaled the four remaining paladins.

The specialist looked around to confirm all her opponents were down and sheathed her sword.

From the glass, Ironwood smiled at how easy it was for her to destroy what is currently the latest weaponry they had. It made him feel like this was the right move to make.

Winter walked out of the training room and saluted. "General" She stated.

"Specialist Schnee" The general greeted. "That was beyond my expectations, it's only been a week and already you're honing your powers." It was truly beyond anything he's seen any weapon can do.

"I am glad to hear that general." Winter smiled, she felt honored that she was chosen to bear this responsibility, and will use these powers to defend her kingdom.

"Tell me Specialist Schnee, how does this power feel?" Ironwood asked.

Winter brought her hand up and formed ice without any dust. "It feels overwhelming like as I fight I'm holding back a storm, and at the same time unstoppable." It truly did feel like that, though it was still difficult to use her new abilities in addition to her glyphs.

"I am happy to hear that, and I'm sure this feeling is tempered with your discipline."

Winter put her hand down and nodded. "Of course sir. I will still be cautious and use this power only in the defense of our kingdom as well as the world."

Ironwood nodded content with what he heard. He then walked with Winter at his side.

"Winter, I must thank you again for agreeing to this, with Salem, the White Fang, and now the Scourge of Anima. I wasn't sure what alternative we have towards all this." The general explained honestly, ever since Winter had gotten her power he feels more at ease.

"Of course general." Winter nodded, she would do anything to protect her home. "I only wish I could've gotten this power later."

A cold tension filled the air when she said that, and Ironwood felt a heavy burden on him when she said that.

The general frowned at that. "Yes I know, you have only known Fria for a few days, it's a shame that you couldn't have more time with her."

Winter thought of Fria, she would bring her food talk with her, and tell stories of their lives. Such a lovely old woman, she had to spend time with her so she would inherit the... the Winter Maiden powers. Ugh, she still couldn't believe how redundant that sounded. Regardless, she enjoyed that assignment more than she thought, talking to her was like talking to her mother before she became what she is today.

"Yes, I apologize, sir, I know that it was only an assignment." She was a soldier, she shouldn't let feelings in the way.

"Don't" Ironwood shook his head. "Remember emotions can grant you strength, but you must never let them overpower you."

Winter remembered those words during her training and nodded. "Yes, still it's a shame that her life support failed."

The general nodded and fought to keep a straight face. While she wasn't exactly doing well, Fria still would be alive today if he didn't do what had to be done. This new threat, they just couldn't wait, by the time she would be ready, it might've been too late. He has to protect Atlas at all costs and quicken the process of Winter becoming the next maiden.

Gods, what would Ozpin think? Would he understand? That didn't matter it was for the greater good. That was what he told himself.

"General!"

As the two walked out of the private training facility a soldier ran and saluted to the two.

"At ease, what do you have to report?" Ironwood asked while Winter had her hands behind her back.

"Sir!" The Soldier shouted. "The Scourge of Anima, he's, he's in Solitas sir!"

At that moment any sense of guilt washed away, he knew he made the right call.

Winter looked at her general. "General, I am ready."

Ironwood looked at his right hand woman and shook his head. They had to do this right.

"Not yet."

The newest Maiden was trained to follow orders but with her new power she couldn't restrain herself.

"With all due respect General, this is what I've been training for, why Fria wanted me to have this power."

Guilt resurfaced the general for a few seconds before shaking his head.

"Yes, but still, we need to see how capable he is first, we'll have our best on standby, they'll be ready for him once we locate him." Ironwood explained the plan. "If they fail, then you will be deployed and bring him in for questioning."

Winter new what he meant and still persisted.

"Sir, this boy isn't normal, please allow me to fight alongside them."

Before Ironwood would reprimand Winter for being insubordinate, but inheriting one of the strongest powers of the four may have something to do with that. Also the Scourge of Anima was what Winter had trained for.

"You haven't successfully learned to work with a group yet, your powers are still erratic for a team fight."

Winter squeezed her knuckles. It was true, there were training simulations where she worked with Atlesian knights, her powers can get so out of hand that she attacks the knights on her side by accident. She was grateful that she only trained to fight alongside robots.

"Don't worry, if they can't do it, they can at least wear him down." James meant that, no matter how strong this boy is he is still only one to deal with.

The specialist hesitated but nodded her head, it was the best strategy they had.

"Yes sir."

Ironwood can hear the hesitancy in her voice in a rare moment, Ironwood gave a smile to put her at ease.

"Do not worry. Have faith in the Ace Operatives."

Kron had been flying for almost a day until he stopped as he glanced at his Ki map. "Ok so where is it." He said looking around. "Further up?" He asked as he looked up and was astonished.

The floating City of Atlas.

It's as impressive as he thought it'd be.

It looked like a floating asteroid with many buildings on top of it. It was the most beautiful city he'd ever seen. He regretted not coming sooner.

The Saiyan noticed a fleet around the city and scoffed. 'Let's see if they notice me.' He thought as he speed around the ships doing his best to avoid their sensors.

A few ships did notice something moving but it was too small for them to find.

And so Kron successfully made it into the city, he glanced around the tall buildings from up high.

'Should probably disguise myself.' He thought as he flew down in an alley. Kron placed his mask down showing his spikey hair and put it in his cloak. Then he wrapped his tail around his waist to hide it. 'Hm, maybe should get some new clothes to.' Just removing his mask and hiding his tail was enough to hide among the villages he blended with to eat at restaurants but here it might be a little different.

He pulled out a sack and opened it showing many lien that he stole from the many huntsmen he beat down. Looked like there were enough for new clothes and a good meal.

Kron looked around from the alley trying not to attract so much attention and saw a clothing store.

He walked towards it wrapped in his cloak.

After some time he walked out in a new outfit.

He wore a white long sleeve shirt, black pants and his tail wrapped around his waist disguised as a furry belt.

"Alright now time to get some food."

He said happy to have gotten his clothes and a proper disguise. He carried what looked like a big cloth which was his cloak wrapped around his mask and other clothing. He held it over his shoulder and started walking while looking around the most advanced city he's seen.

"Huh, not bad, must be level 3 tech on this planet at least." He said looking around at the machines and holograms.

Before Kron could get some food something caught his eye.

It looked like a ramen place.

"Ah here we are." The Saiyan walked in to get himself some food.

Once he sat down a waiter came.

"Hello sir ma-"

"One of everything." Kron interrupted.

"Um" The waiter looked at him with widened eyes. "Y-you sure? I mean i-"

"Just do it." Kron interrupted again and this time pulled out a handful of lien and placed it on the table.

"R-right away sir."

After a while Kron just glanced around the restaurant and noticed a T.V. screen in the corner of the establishment.

"On todays news General Ironwood has been pushing to tighten security again with more security drones around the city."

Huh, is that in fear of him showing up?

"The council continues to allow this as counter measures against the White Fang, their raids have been more successful."

The White Fang? Kron couldn't help but be offended by this. 'They choose to fear those whiners over me? That's just not right.'

Well in fairness the White Fang have been more lively since the last time he saw them. He remembered Blake trying to persuade him to join them when they were kids. No doubt she became a member. Perhaps she learned from him when he told her that they should just force the humans to do what they want. Huh, funny to think about.

Still he couldn't help but remember what he did to the White Fang. He beaten her friend, took a high ranking member's leg, and beat down her father. He would've done worse if he didn't run out of energy. He couldn't help but regret that.

Another reason to find that hold hag and end her.

"H-here you go sir." The waiter came back with six bowls of ramen. "the rest is on it's way."

Kron's thoughts immediately halted as he started to devour his food throwing away any complicated thoughts he had.

'If I'm going to spend some days here, I should get a room.'

He's never been to a hotel before.

After finishing his meal Kron found an Inn in the outskirts of the city.

"I'll take a room for four nights, this enough?" He just dropped a handful of lien.

"Um, sure, e-enjoy here's your room key and the number on it."

Kron took the room card and looked at the number on it. "This is a key? How's it work?" He never been to a hotel before.

"Oh, um just, hold the key in front of the door with the number on it and it should open."

Kron nodded and walked off leaving the man confused at how someone didn't know something so basic.

Once Kron found the room he placed the key in front of the door and it glowed green to open.

"Huh, weird, Planet Vegeta has plenty of tech but never seen anything like this." He noted.

Though to be fair his family did live on the outskirts of a city where all the other low class lived. There wasn't much tech to see.

Kron placed his cloak bag on the bed and looked out into the city.

"Very nice." He said admiring the view, he'll be able to explore the city and enjoy himself. "I'll think I'll take a few days to enjoy the city."

And Kron did just that.

He walked around in his simple disguise, a white long sleeve shirt black pants and shoes. With his tail wrapped around his waist.

It's funny thinking the most advanced kingdom can be fooled like this.

On the forth day Kron had walked past a Faunus with a fox tail being tossed out of a store.

"Can't you filthy animals read!" He yelled pointing at the sign no Faunus.

"Please sir, the other place is closed I just ne-!"

"Shut up!" The store owner yelled. "Get out you stupid animal!"

Kron observed the scene as he kept walking with his hands in his pockets.

So this is the typical Atlasien view on Faunus.

He sees the fox Faunus start to walk away with his head down.

'Weakling' Kron thought as he kept walking. 'He should really join the White Fang since they started doing things the only way that made sense.'

Funny if the White Fang were acting the way this way when Sienna captured him he probably would have ended up joining them for a bit.

Maybe he should unwrap his tail and see if anyone would try that with him. Might be fun, though it'd be easy to expose him.

Kron stopped walking as he looked up at a T.V. screen.

A man came on the T.V.

"Director Linnie, what is this new addition to your museum."

On the T.V. it said Director Linnie of the Atlas Museum of History.

"Yes, the new exhibits will be adding the crimes of the White Fang." The Director stated.

"Wouldn't you say this is a bit too controversial to add?"

"Not at all, many believe the White Fang have been violent only for five years, I decided to add their actions against Atlas to show that sadly they have committed wrongdoing for decades specifically against Atlas." He explained. "I believe we should acknowledge they have been vile to our people for decades, to inform the public that they were never looking for peace but supremacy from humanity."

Kron didn't care about that nonsense, what he did care was the museum itself. Well looks like he found something to do. He's not that interested in their White Fang exhibit but the rest of it, how this city was formed, who it's leaders were and any influence they had over the other kingdoms. All that he couldn't help but be interested in.

The Saiyanw as about to head to the museum but stopped when he thought of something.

'Today's my last day here.' Kron thought. 'I think I'll end it with something more than just a visit at the museum.'

Kron chuckled thinking of the fun he'll have tonight.

It was late at night at the museum of history.

A security guard was yawning looking all the monitors. He drank some coffee clearly bored with the night shift at the closed museum.

As he took a sip he spat some coffee looking at a monitor.

It was someone dressed in a black tight shirt, a cloak, a white belt, black pants and shoes. With most notably a Berringel Mask and a monkey tail.

And he was waving at the camera.

"Hello" The masked man said to the camera. "I'm here for a late tour of the museum, feel free to call your authorities, I'm just enjoying myself here I won't leave anytime soon."

The guard shook his head he had no doubt that whoever this young man is a member of the White Fang. He quickly moved around until he found a phone.

"Hello, I- I'm a security guard of the Atlas Museum of History, I-I like to report a break in!"

Once he gave a description of the intruder the authorities had to report further up the chain of command.

The top five huntsmen of Atlas would recieve the call.

Kron walked around first starting with their new exhibit.

It was one of Grizz the berserker. A bear Faunus who was a member of the White Fang 20 years ago, who mauled innocents after they 'allegedly' killed his daughter in nothing more than a freak accident.

There were others of similar stories ones where White Fang members had hostages, beaten any human authorities, and what not.

"Nonsense" Kron shook his head. He didn't care about the White Fang's struggle with humanity, but what he did care for was the accuracy of history.

"Grizz the Berserker was a member of a tribe of Artemis, one of the few tribes of animalistic tribes out there today, he was killed attacking Atlas soldiers." He remembered a book he read on Grizz, it never said anything about him being White Fang only that he was a powerful warrior twenty years ago who was brought down by Atlesian soldiers he attacked for their resources.

As he looked around the museum it had many different Faunus of past generations, very few of them even belonged to the White Fang.

"Ugh, I can feel the bias of this place." Kron said as he face palmed his mask, history should be preserved accurately and removed of any bias by those who write it. It's just trash if it gets altered in any way. "Whatever, glad I looked at this first."

Now that he got the worse part of the museum out of the way time to see what the rest offered.

As Kron looked at the other exhibits he smiled behind his mask happily learning of Atlas's history. Of course after this he'll have to look for other sources in books to ensure the rest of this museum hadn't changed anything.

He learned of the settlers who first set foot in Solitas and discovered many Dust mines forming Mantle into what it is today.

It's harsh climates and mountains were a natural protection against the Grimm.

Thanks to their numerous Dust mines they developed the technology they had today and became considered the mightiest of the four kingdoms.

"So this kingdom are like the tuffles." He said out loud looking at all the technology they had on display. "Only things ended better for them." He said fascinated by the similarities between Atlas and the Tuffles.

After learning more of the Great War and how Atlas started developing art he learned of one figure.

Nicholas Schnee.

Kron looked at a statue of a man with his blade in the ground and looking ahead with a smile.

The Saiyan looked at the info screen.

It described Nicholas as someone who trainiend at combat schools, helping his father with the mines and learning everything he could about everything he didn't know.

Huh, that made Kron think.

Kron chuckled. "Everyone on the planet assumes I'm a Faunus yet I seem to relate to a schnee." The irony in that is hilarious considering all the conditions this family puts their Faunus workers in from what he's heard.

As Kron kept reading he frowned.

"He died of sickness from the mines, too bad." He alluded. "That's no way for a warrior to go." To Saiyans that's the worse way to go to die not from fighting but by sickness. Such a terrible way for a warrior to go.

Kron looked up at the statue of the man he probably could've related to. From the description he had his father's love for learning history and a warriors need for fighting. If only he were alive, he could've had some fun fighting him or learning of the city's history from him. That would've been nice.

Perhaps if there's time he'll pay Schnee Manor a visit and see if he has any journals to take.

Actually it might be too late for that. He didn't think how he'd spend his last night in Atlas through. Oh well, he'll come back to the city another time. The main event of his last night here should start soon.

Nothing happened after a minute of Kron just waiting.

'Any minute now' He thought to himself.

Still nothing he was starting to get impatient.

"Hey security!" He yelled over at a camera. "I'm done, have you called for help yet! I planned for tonight for me to have some fun with Atlas's best!"

The Saiyan was annoyed, he thought the sight of him would attract the attention of General Ironwood. Maybe he's not known here in Atlas? Damn it. That's annoying, does he think he's not worth catching? Was he going to have to do something else?

"Ugh, come on, don't ruin my last night here."

He said as he continued walking thinking that maybe he should just go.

"Stay!"

Kron heard that and turned his head to the voice. When he did sees a man with black hair and dark skin and most notably a dog tail in some white and blue uniform.

"And who ar-" He stopped when he noticed something.

He looked down to see multiple bolas wrapped around his arms and legs. Also he felt something large and metallic attached to his wrists.

One second he was free, the next he was in restraints. He couldn't help but wonder what just happened.

"Good work team." A man spoke.

Kron looked ahead to see a man in a similar outfit to the dog Faunus only in a different style.

Also multiple showed up seemingly out of nowhere.

Two women, one with a mohawk and another that was fairly tall holding a hammer. Three men, including the one with the dog tail, one with an third eye tattoo, and one with a red cloth wrapped on his arm.

"We've attached Aura Suppression cuffs to your wrists, you won't be able to escape out of those."

Clover said as he walked over with his team surrounding Kron.

As he got closer Kron had to ask.

"How did you get all this on me?" He asked looking down at the bolas's around his arms and legs and lightly tugging at the cuffs behind him. One moment he heard 'stay', presumably from the dog Faunus the next he was wrapped in these string weapons and in these 'Aura' cuffs, which they'll be disappointed by in a a few seconds. But that remains the questions how did all this happen? They can't be that fast can they?

Clover said nothing as he got closer.

Kron did not like being ignored.

"I asked you a question."

The leader shook his head.

"We will be asking the questions" The leader said as he rose his hand. "Starting with who are you?" He was about to take Kron's Berringel mask off.

If he was going to have his mask taken it won't be from a surprise attack.

"Tch" Kron then with little effort rose his arms breaking free from the Aura cuffs that had no effect on a Ki user.

This surprised the leader, the one with the Mohawk grabbed him and took him to safety.

The one with the third eye tattoo unleashed what looked like energy arms to stretch and tried to wrap around Kron while the woman with the hammer tried to swing at his face.

Kron immediately jumped back too quick for them as the two missed their target.

"Marrow!" The one with the mohawk shouted at the dog Faunus. "You were supposed to charge the Aura cuffs!"

"I- I did!" Marrow shouted. "Believe me Harriet! I made sure it was fully charged before we came here!"

The two members along with Marrow went to the side of the museum with their leader and Harriet focusing on Kron.

"Don't be too mad at him, I'm sure the cuffs were on, just that you don't know enough about me."

Clover kept his cool, he knew Marrow had those cuffs charged, the question was what went wrong.

"Well, how did you break out of them?"

Kron put a hand to his chin, he could tell them the truth but that'd take way too long to explain what Ki is.

"How about you capture me and question me like you planned." Kron offered cracking his knuckles.

Clover looked at his team and nodded, each of them took a stance with their weapons. Though in the one with tattoos case his long energy arms and Harriet her fists wrapped in some metal exco suit.

Kron smiled behind his mask.

These must be the most elite huntsmen.

And the strongest team he'll fight yet.

Now this was how he wanted to spend his last night.

This was the first chapter I've written without Kron fighting for a while.

Hope you guys were ok with it.

Now we get to see how Kron can handle Atlas, starting with the Ace Operatives way before RWBY would meet them.

So guys I would love to be able to add next week but l think I want to break so I don't burn out. I can't promise how long the break will be but I promise that I'll do my best to come back with a decent chapter for you all.

I'm sure you guys understand, your all pretty patient from what I've read.

I can't wait to show you what I have in store when I come back.

Guest: Really? Thank you, I'm glad to hear that. I hope I can make my story somewhat entertaining for you.

Ya, it's why I like characters like Garou from One Punch Man. Might be a villain but he's not evil he just has a goal that other people might appreciate.

I can get why people would have problems with Roosterteeth, I hope I can steer away from problems I and other people had with them.

Yes yu yu hakusho was better about morality although I admit I haven't tried Hunter x Hunter yet.

Anyway I hope this story and chapter was worth a read.

johan641xd: Rumors start saying Kron is Raven's son or student and that rumor reaches Yang?

Interesting idea, maybe, if Yang does find out about Kron and Raven's previous relationship she'll be damn pissed. Good idea.

epantoja521: Ch24: Glad that your already liking Eclipse, I think you'll enjoy what I'm going to do with him.

Ch23: Ok good. That's what I thought to also it's too dangerous for someone like Raven to have that power.

Guest: I'll keep that in mind, thank you.

Ya I get ya mean. Antagonists don't need to be villains, their just obstacles for characters to overcome, I guess one example is Jiren.

Guest: While I do enjoy the clone character villain plot device, I want to try something else first. Who knows maybe you'll like what I do with Eclipse without having to resort to using Kron's DNA. Also it's doable right now because while Kron is pretty much on the top of Remnant's food chain, he still is at the VERY bottom of Saiyan power so there's no need to resort to cloning him to create an obstacle. Also he's only been near dead twice and he never stays in place so it's kinda hard to get a sample of his DNA.

Again though I'm not against using his DNA to make an evil clone, I'd just rather save that plot device for a later arc in the story instead of just using it right out the get-go, know what I mean? Gotta save some plot devices for later. Funny you mention Bleach, I already had plans that were inspired by hollows and what not. You'll see.

And well if you find the death battle inaccurate that's your opinon and I respect it. I hope you at least enjoyed the fight because I thought it was awesome!

Guest: Thank you for trying to point something out to Wombat I hope my story is entertaining for you, wish you a happy new year.

ThatSaiyaGuy: Had to come up with something to make Kron struggle. Raven definitely wouldn't want to cross his path.

Maybe so, if she's not with the tribe that's likely what she's doing. Perhaps, Merlot did say he needed him and Hazel to finish their 'harvest'. Another thing to ask though if this dust is supposed to be used on Eclipse, which is a Grimm, wouldn't it be harmful to him? Since Aura and Grimm aren't suppose to mix. Think about that to.

I will say it's another OC, what you can guess is what semblance would they have? Tyrian said it was important for Kron to confront them to see what they can do. So what other semblance can possibly cause trouble for Kron? Glad you liked the chapter!

Sorry to hear that bud but hey Gogeta put up a great fight though , even if my favorite is Vegito I will say that both fusions are great and will always be part of what makes Dragon Ball so great. Plus you know, maybe Death Battle got it wrong. It's one of those things we'll never know for sure.

Lelouch of Zero: Glad you thought so. Yep, it's fun trying to figure out how to make a Saiyan struggle in the RWBYverse even if it's only briefly. Raven taught Kron the discipline of being a warrior he wouldn't be where he is without her as much as he hates to admit it. As for the Dust you might be right, only question is how since Aura and Grimm aren't supposed to mix, so how would the crystals help him? Something to think about. Well hope your enjoying the trouble he's causing so far.

Shadow-Proclamation8: Glad you enjoyed. Also thank you I'll keep Arslan in mind appreciate the info.

I am thinking of having him use the Wrath state it's just a matter of when and how he can learn it. It won't be anytime soon, because if Kron were to learn it now, it'd be really hard for him to still have an obstacle on Remnant with 10x the power even with what I have planned.

I welcome all suggestions so thank you for the info ideas are always welcomed.

Runeion: While I love the fusion death battle more, I get ya, Broly vs Hulk was great to. I love how they said each other's lines.

Broly: "You wonldn't like me when I'm angry"

Hulk: "No a Devil."

I won't say Death Battle is perfect but damn their good.

Lol probably, it's what she's best at. As for Eclipse right now, right now he can't take Cinder, but in the future, maybe we'll see.

Bunkerfreak: Maybe he will, though it's hard with a broken moon we'll see.

jnautking: Hey been awhile. Thank you hope u have a Merry Christmas to and wish you a happy new year.

Insane Wombat: I respect your opinion, but I disagree, and I'm happy with ho I've written it so far, if you're not, oh well I can't plz everybody. Hope u had a great holiday and wish you a happy new year.

InToMe: Thank you! I will!

So guys like I said before I don't think I'll be able to add next week, really want to but I just want to take a break from writing just for a bit

I'm sure you guys can understand I promise to add another chapter as soon as I can and try to have it entertaining.

Hope you look forward to it.

Have an awesome Happy New Year! :)
