Hey, guys real sorry for the long wait. Last Wednesday something happened and I had to go out of town to help my family out. I thought I'd be able to handle that and continue writing, but it took a bit more time than expected and I ended up having to stop writing to help out.

I don't want to get too specific with what happened as It's not something I'm comfortable sharing. Just know that it had to take priority and I had to stop writing for a bit.

I hope you guys can understand and enjoy the chapter.

Now about the Update schedule. I'm still going to try adding on Saturdays, but next week might take a bit longer as I have a shorter time frame than I'm used to because of what happened but I'll try to add another chapter next week early and another the Saturday of that week. Should have the time since everything's been settled.

Then after the 4th or 5th chapter I might take another break, only one week this time though as I will still need to take a break from writing every now and then.

Now anyway with all that said I've got good news! Got three more Fanart commissioned by ssj golden!

Commission: Cold night, hot fight

Artist: Alex-kellar

Summary: It's of Kron fighting Winter in chapter 27 and one of her summons. I just love the look of Kron in his outfit fighting, it's cool to see.

Commisioner: golden ssj

Commission: Do you like what you see?

Artist: Alex Kellar

Summary: It's of chapter 34. Yang questioning Kron and trying to see if she can make him blush. Lol. It's funny seeing Yang having fun before how it all ended last chapter. Poor Yang. Also like the angry look on Kron's face, he is not liking how his plan just keeps falling apart. Good thing their fight calmed him down for Yang and especially Raven.

Commisioner: golden ssj

Commission: Weiss schnee, OC Kron, Yang Xiao Long

Artist: BielMegami

Summary: It's of Kron with Yang and Wiess at the beach arm and arm. Lol, it's kinda fun seeing Kron just having fun without fighting instead of scheming or being angry whenever things don't go his way. While he will in time side with Team RWBY we're a bit far from having him able to enjoy himself with friends. Or more than friends from the look of this art. Good art for Yang shippers and Wiess shippers, or both in this case. Not that it will happen again Kron will be with one girl, but we can enjoy the art at least.

golden ssj, thank you so much for the art! I hope you enjoy this chapter and others in the future! You truly give this story more art than it deserves.

As for everyone reading I hope you can enjoy the chapter and that it was worth the extra long wait!

New Alliances And Past Mistakes

Junior was enjoying the night away, plenty of people throwing away their money tonight.

He was a bit annoyed that Roman demanded a refund after his gang screwed up the job. But right now he didn't mind, he was making that money back and then some.

And no blonde was going to ruin it this time.

"Hey"

Junior turned hearing the threatening voice, he calmed when he realized it wasn't someone to worry about.

"Hey kid, something wrong?"

Kron breathed in through his nose and out his mouth.

"You told that girl I was looking for her, without informing Garnet." He stated. "That almost screwed up my plan."

Junior scoffed and tilted his head.

The twin girls one in red and the other in white he saw got behind him once again.

"Yeah I could've kept quiet, but that old woman screwed me over." He took a sip of his drink. "She hustled me years ago when she bet against her last champion that Slate would take it, took me years to get me out of debt."

Kron thought of that, she mentioned that he was sour about losing money to her about something or other. She told him while watching the security camera of Yang destroying the club.

"If you have a problem with her fine, but there's one thing your forgetting." He looked up at him with a slight glare. "You also screwed me over."

"Pfft, why would I care for that old lady's gofer." He said. "Give her two messages, one, that was for hustling me, and two" He smirked and snapped his fingers. "These ladies will give it to ya."

He glanced at the twins behind him.

"Sorry kid," The twin in white said.

"Nothing personal." The one in red said as they were ready to attack.

"Pfft" Kron rose his arms to punch the twins in the face each and sent them flying.

That worried Junior but he turned to his guards. But one by one Kron appeared and reappeared knocking each of them out with one attack, faster than even the blonde girl did.

All his gang went down and unconscious.

Junior couldn't help but wonder. Was he another Beacon Academy student? No, he's too strong to be a student, maybe a young huntsman?

Once the Saiyan was done, he reached into his jacket and pulled out something.

He stopped when he sees something that Kron is holding.

It was a mask, one plenty of people who have seen the underground arenas would know.

"You've been to Dead End Arena, right? I've fought there three times when I was the Golden Knives Arena's champion." He said as he unwrapped his tail and swayed it behind him to further confirm his identity.

Junior's face showed that he did recognize that mask and that tail.

"No way." He replied looking at the damaged Berringel Mask and the size of the kid. They were about the same size. "I- I ratted out the Scourge of Anima?"

"Yeah, you did." He took a step forward walking over his knocked out goons.

Junior would've fought back, but seeing him in the arena and how he easily knocked out his men he knew it'd only make him angry.

"N-now hold on, I- I didn't know."

"mhm," Kron cracked his knuckles.

Junior remembered how those matches in the ring went, Slate was never a match for him even when he was small, in the first match he was the size of a young kid not even old enough for Signal Academy and he defeated both him and Mul of the Bloody Sands.

"Fuck me," He said as the Scourge got closer and closer. "Ok, how about I make it up to you, I- I can work for you, for free!"

Kron stopped walking forward as the man was against the bar.

He doubted he could be useful, but he was willing to hear him out.

"What can you do for me?"

"Find things out!" He rushed. "I can find out anything just give me a bit of time."

Kron tilted his head.

"Time again? Everyone needs time." He said. "Tyrian, did, Garnet, and now you." It would usually make him angrier.

Normally he would've lost his patience and just beat the man into the ground.

But after fighting Yang and seeing how fun she'll be in the future he was a bit calmer..

"Find out anything you can on the White Fang."

Junior looked at him for a few seconds and nodded.

"Done! Anything else?"

He put a hand to his chin and snapped his fingers.

"See if you can find anything that increases Aura, and multiple semblances."

Junior looked confused.

"W-what?"

He was surprised to hear the 'multiple semblances' part, which made sense, whatever Slate used must've been brand new.

But he didn't care, Junior was an informant, he just needed 'time' like everyone else did.

"I didn't stutter look around find anyone that has multiple semblances and tell me about them." He said. "Got it?"

"Right, right, of course." That got him to cooperate real quick.

"Good, also, you have seen the face of the Scourge of Anima, I'm sure you know why it'd be a bad idea to expose my face, right?"

Junior looked around his knocked-out men and nodded quickly.

"Great, so you'll get to work on what I asked right?"

"Y-yeah, and listen I'm sorry about telling the girl without informing Garnet, I didn't know it involved you."

Kron shrugged his shoulders.

"It's fine it all worked out, actually it ended up helping me."

"What do you mean?"

He smiled as he turned to walk away.

"Never mind, just do what I've told you, unless you want me to make another visit."

Junior nodded in fear of his new 'employer' and sighed, if only he knew from the beginning who this kid was.

The Saiyan started walking out of the bar.

"What to do now?"

Now that he knows Raven's daughter isn't going to hide from him there's not much need to stay hidden. Plus the White Fang don't seem to want to expose him being here, so Raven will likely never find out he's here.

So he no longer needs to stay hidden, he can afford to have some fun looking for the source of these multiple semblances.

That'll be a good time killer.

Funny, he came to Vale only as a way to find Raven.

But now, he has more things to do. More opponents to fight. He doesn't have to rely on these Maidens for a fun fight anymore.

He didn't know he would bump into something interesting like multiple semblance users. Whatever they did to do that must be in the works.

They are strong enough to make him bleed, he wondered when he'll see another one like that.

This place was more fun than he thought.

As he walked away a man in white wearing a bowler hat stood smiling.

He walked in smiling.

As he did he sees all the men on the ground along with the unconscious twins.

"Wh-what else do you want?" Junior asked but stopped as he saw who entered. "Oh, it's you."

The ginger-haired man tipped his hat.

"Junior, that's not any way to talk to a customer, especially how your men botched that robbery."

The club owner sighed and pinched his nose.

"Roman, you got your money back, I've got bigger things to do here." Junior gestured to his bar of unconscious bodyguards.

With a chuckle, Torckwick looked around at his place.

"Relax Junior, I only wanted to offer you something you might be interested."

The crime boss sighed.

"What's that?"

"Information on the White Fang."

The bearded man's eyes widened and turned to him.

"How would you know that?"

"Nevermind that, just pass on the info to your new friend." He replied. "Don't worry it'll be legit."

Junior weighed his options, Roman wouldn't want this done for free.

But also he needed information quickly, he didn't want to risk getting the Scourge even angrier.

"Fine, talk."

Roman smiled as he relayed what he knew.

Dead End Arena

Garnet was watching her fighters train, hoping one of them would have the mettle to be her new champion if they couldn't find Slate.

She sighed, none of them were, the strongest she had were roughly equal which isn't what she needed.

Half of her felt like she needed to start faking her champion but knew that wouldn't well, not to mention she wanted her champion to be legit. Otherwise they'd be worthless against challengers.

And none of her contacts know of Slate and his new 'abilities'.

What should she do?

Just then her scroll rang.

She looked at it and was surprised by the name.

With a click, she brought it to her ear.

"Haven't heard from you in a while."

"Great to hear from you, Garnet!" A charismatic voice said. "Been a while since we talked, wondering if we could meet to catch up."

Garnet rolled her eyes and chuckled.

"I'm unfortunately busy, sorry."

"Come on I got your favorite wine, Forever Fall Flow." The voice replied. "Besides I really want to talk about some things, like say, your new friend, the Scourge of Anima."

The woman's eyes widened but kept her cool

"What are you talking about Roman, I don't have time for this foolishness."

"Come on Garnet I have my ways." Roman responded. "Lets talk over some wine, alright?"

Garnet didn't respond and thought of what to do. He knows that he's with Kron, should she inform him first? Or should she risk speaking to Vale's greatest criminal?

Both choices would be risky.

Far Away

Raven was walking through a cavern while holding a map to the next artifact.

By her count this was her twelfth search for anything useful all she had to show for it was this grimoire she couldn't read…. And..

"Die!" A nine-year-old Kron showed up in front of her with a red ball of energy showed up.

Raven gave a small glance before she continued walking.

And a spirit who can change her appearance at will. She hasn't exactly gained much from this goose chase.

'Kron' looked disappointed as she walked away. "Aw," A girl's voice spoke as Kron shifted back into the girl with long pink hair.

"I thought I had you!"

Raven would usually ignore Cher whenever she did one of her pranks but learned that it would result in her whining and annoying her even more.

"You've done that prank many times, it doesn't help that you can only shift into Kron when he was nine." She hoped that was all she could do.

Cher made a face at her former teacher but smirked. "That's fine, I got way more tricks up my sleeve."

Raven believed her as she got further into the cave.

As soon as she turned a corner she was greeted by another individual.

Tall, blonde with purple eyes.

"Raven, it's been a while."

It was Taiyang Xiao Long and he smiled like a happy idiot like she used to remember.

Raven eyed him, more feelings of guilt and regret filled her at the sight of the man she abandoned. The one she thought would go with her to the tribe to raise Yang. She couldn't help but think if she had stayed.

Raven then glanced behind her looking.

Tai walked forward. "What's wrong Raven? Don't you recognize me? Come with me, let's go home together."

The black-haired woman doesn't see Cher behind her.

She sighed quietly and walked straight through 'Taiyang'.

Cher changed back to her true appearance and floated beside Raven. She giggled.

"That got something out of you, figured he would when you spied on him and his kids, a bit after Vernal kicked you out."

Raven glanced at Cher as she walked. She remembered that day.

Months after she was removed from her tribe, she couldn't help but see her daughter and ex-husband Taiyang. It was like what she did before and while she had Kron under her wing.

"So who was he by the way? Ex? Crush? Gotta be something that blonde girl looked kind of like you." She said remembering a girl that looked like her age. "Not sure about the other girl though."

Raven decided to respond.

"I'll let you make your assumptions."

Cher groaned but smirk as she walked behind her former teacher and she formed a changed form again.

"Would you rather talk to me, mom?"

It was familiar, it made Raven turn her head, and all kinds of pain filled her heart.

It was a blonde girl with purple eyes. Same age as Cher when she was murdered.

A fourteen-year-old Yang Xiao Long, the last time she saw her while hiding as a bird.

"Can't you tell me why you didn't want me in the first place? " 'Yang' asked seriously. "On the bright side, you cared about Cher so much you killed her so she wouldn't suffer, so you'd be ok to let me live, right? After all, you try to kill the people you care about."

Raven didn't respond and kept walking.

"Mom? Was Kron the child you always wanted? You kept him alive even though he was more dangerous." 'Yang' started watering her eyes and looked truly sad. "You also y'know, were actually there for him. And just like with Cher you tried to kill him, but you never tried to kill me I guess that means you don't care about me at all huh?"

The black-haired woman winced at that, she tried to hide it from Cher not wishing for her to see her expression.

She finally made it to the end of the cavern and pulled out her map to confirm it was what she was looking for.

It was black fur armor, with a beowolf skull in the center.

Raven picked up the armor and looked at it.

This artifact wasn't one of Ozpin's but Salem's.

Cher appeared by Raven and looked at the fur armor.

"Wow you've definitely gone crazy, the Abyss Hide," Cher said looking at her former teacher. "Did I make you that depressed hehe? You've had to have done your research on it, right?"

True, it would help against Kron, but it has its share of side effects that thankfully was written out.

"It's not for me."

Raven took the armor and started to leave.

"Fine then" Cher's body shifted into Yang again. "How about you and me have more heart to hear then?" She asked.

The current maiden squeezed her knuckles and just sped up out of the cave not wishing to entertain this girl anymore.

It's been over a month, hopefully, she'll get the help she needs to artifact hunt.

And then this will be closer to being over.

Sienna's Hideout

Sienna was on her throne with two agents kneeling in front of her throne.

"High Leader, we have checked around Vale as you asked." One of them said. "Some members are occupying some of their abandoned warehouses, they've been gathering large quantities of Dust."

That wasn't unusual, White Fang has stolen supplies before. But they've never done it in a city. This wasn't good, first, he's talking to humans now he's involved in Dust robberies.

Perhaps enough Dust to make Beacon fall.

"Anything else?" It wasn't enough evidence for her to take action. If she were to call Adam back other members may question her.

"No, though with all due respect." He looked down not to meet her eyes. "It all seems routine, Adam is only concerned with keeping the Vale White Fang chapter supplied and ready to fight at a moment's notice."

Yes, that's what it seems. But she knows one thing.

"And has he been speaking with the humans?"

"We haven't seen any other encounters except for the camp in the forests." He replied. "That likely was the only meeting."

Sienna said nothing but grew nervous. That would be favorable that he only spoke with them once. But what if these very agents were in on Adam's supposed operation? He himself said nothing of speaking to these humans.

Or he's aware that she's been having him monitored and being careful not to be seen with them again.

Also, these Dust robberies are making her nervous, reports say that the criminal Roman Torchwich was involved in them. Could he be working with them? The White Fang would never work with a human, especially with someone as vile as him.

One thing is for certain she couldn't ignore Adam. He was plotting something. And the more she realized that the more she kept thinking that Raven's claim was a fact.

But what can she do? Should she go there herself? What if he would ambush her?

"High Leader!" A man ran inside the throne room. "I'm sorry for the interruption but we've received desperate messages from Solitas!"

Sienna was taken out of her thoughts and focused on the interrupter. "From Solitas? What is it?" It was rare that they get messages from that place considering how harsh their politicians were on the Faunus.

"High Leader, many Faunus are being taken to Vulcan to work in the mines." The messenger said. "It's their sentence for not relinquishing any information on the Scourge of Anima!"

Sienna squeezed her armchair in anger. "And why would they accuse them of knowing anything?" She knew the answer but hoped it would be something different.

"Many Atlassian politicians likely want the Scourge found and apprehended, so they desperately have their officers round up any monkey Faunus they can find for questioning."

She growled and sighed. Of course, this happens whenever one Faunus acts out in Atlas. With what Kron has been doing just picking fights across Atlas and Anima, regardless if he's taking lives or not he is affecting their people. The humans react in fear and desperately interrogate any Faunus with his height, and species, in hopes of finding a relative who knows something of him. Her people are being further oppressed due to his actions.

Just like that bandit predicted!

"How are our supplies?"

"Not enough." He admitted. "We'll need time to prepare, the prisoners will have to endure while we get what we need."

By then the weak will have been worked to death. Or perhaps there will be an 'accident' when a guard sees a Faunus 'look at him threateningly', many of the young ones would. Especially ones inspired by the Scourge that Atlas can be challenged.

The woman growled, Raven had been right about this too. Kron was making their people look even worse and innocents are being punished for it.

She remembered her decision a long time ago to let Kron be.

Four Years Ago, White Fang hideout.

Sienna was sitting on the throne.

Her most loyal subordinate was bowing along with his own student who had joined her campaign against Kron.

Together the three of them were to bring Kron down as he had wronged the three of them.

"High Leader" Adam began as he and Blake bowed. "You said you have new information on Kron."

She can see the look on Blake's face, she squeezed her knuckles showing that she was anxious to know of the 'Monkey Faunus'.

Sienna stood showing her steel leg.

"I do, what I say may not be easy for you." She began. "I know that you've trained extra hard to one day bring Kron to justice."

She eyed Blake, noticing her cat ears had flattened.

Just the mention of him made the young girl angry. How could she not? Her mother had helped him only for her father to pay the price, as well as Sienna herself.

Though, the Tiger Faunus realized that they can't blame everything on him. Both she, and her father were, as well as a certain someone.

"Both of you have grown exponentially." She began. "And have reached new heights in your training."

Blake nodded. "You have also trained hard High Leader."

She did, at first get used to her new prosthetic leg and then led the White Fang. She was determined to both protect her people and to put an end to Kron.

Originally.

"Before I begin I feel I must tell you." She began. "We will leave Kron alone, we will no longer pursue him."

Blake and Adam looked shocked at the mention of this. Then they turned to looks of disappointment. How could they not? They've just been told that their training had been for nothing.

"High Leader, why? You can't be serious after everything he's done." Adam demanded.

Blake stood up and glared. "He hurt my family after my mom treated him! We can't let him go after all this!

Sienna sighed, she knew this was coming.

"I know but after coming into some new information we discovered that Kron was not all at fault." She said. "Raven was involved in the incident."

Blake and Adam were confused, Raven wasn't on the island as far as they knew.

"How, what do you mean?" Blake asked confused.

"Raven had leaked to Ghira that Kron was in your home Blake, and predicted that Ghira would panic and lock him away." She explained. "And that in turn would lead to Kron going out of control." She said.

Hearing that Adam showed a bit of confusion while the Cat Faunus looked suprised.

"Kron was tricked?" Blake asked shaking her head.

"Yes, Kron was made to believe that Kali was tricked him, but it was Raven who had tricked him and us. She played us for fools, including Kron." Sienna explained and sighed. "And not only that, both Ghira and I also had a hand in what happened."

Blake looked at her High Leader and shook her head. "Why? He hurt my father after my mother helped him. And he hurt you."

The girl was young so it was easy to understand her confusion.

She's sure that she won't understand this yet, knowing Ghira he's owned up to it and tried to explain to the young girl already. Hopefully this will speed up the process.

"Ghira blamed himself for that incident as well for resorting to locking him away." She began. "While he was trying to protect his family, locking him away and not allowing Kali to see him likely triggered his rage. Yes, he was and still is dangerous, but he was still a child with great power. So locking him away after being treated without seeing your mother lead him to jump to conclusions."

Sienna can see Blake's eyes flash in anger, not just at Kron but at her.

"Speak your mind, Blake."

"High Leader, are you saying Kron is not at all at fault for what happened?"

Sienna shook her head.

"Not at all, I am saying that we cannot fairly blame everything on him or even Raven." The tiger explained and looked at her prosthetic leg." I am also at fault for capturing Kron and trying to use him the first time we met. If I hadn't perhaps Kron wouldn't have reacted the way he did."

The High Leader looked down ashamed at her actions.

Adam heard that and was surprised at Raven's involvement, but he still didn't like the idea of leaving him be.

"Blake, are you ok with this?" He asked, he definitely wasn't.

Blake thought of what Sienna had said, Kron thought Kali had tricked him, but Raven was the one who tricked him. Maybe her father and Sienna was right.

"I don't know." The Cat Faunus admitted she couldn't bring herself to say she was ok with this. "But I understand, I will accept this High Leader."

Adam said nothing but looked at Sienna, he nodded.

He couldn't believe she was refusing to hunt that monster down but agreed. But he will have his own goal to surpass him.

Which was fine so long as he didn't act on his own.

Present Day

At the time they realized Kron was deceived and she accepted that she was partly at fault for how Kron acted in Menagerie she thought that leaving him be was the right thing to do.

But all this was different she needed to address the situation.

There's nothing they could do now, they lack the manpower to rescue those prisoners in Vulcan.

Sienna stood up and sighed.

"Contact every camp you can for assistance," Sienna ordered. "I want the best fighters we can afford and as many supplies as it would take."

"It would take time."

She knows but what else can she do?

"I understand, I will be in the training hall, let me know if there are any changes," Sienna said as she walked away with clenched fists.

Ignoring Kron may have been foolish.

She flinched as she looked down at her robotic leg.

But what else could they do?

She shook her head and headed to the training hall.

While she was walking out the window a raven was watching Sienna.

And a woman with freckles and long braided hair observed as the High Leader walked away.

Vale

In an old apartment building a man wearing a hood was walking. He looked around and walked into his apartment room.

He set a bag down and pulled down his hood showing goat horns. He locked the door and walked in his living room and looked shocked.

Sitting on his couch was a young man wearing a black outfit with a familiar Berringel Mask.

"Hello" Kron greeted. "A 'friend' of mine told me that your with the White Fang."

The Goat Faunus turned only to be grabbed from behind.

Kron tossed him in the living room and closed the door. He turned to the goat faunus who looked scared.

The Faunus reached under a couch and pulled out a gun.

While it's no threat to him he rather avoid noise right now.

Kron appeared and grabbed the gun out of his hand. "Don't even try." He reached onto his shirt and lifted him up. "Looks like Junior was right. Talk, tell me where I can find any White Fang bases you know of."

The White Fang member growled. "Never traitor!"

That made the Saiyan roll his eyes. Every White Fang has called him a traitor just because he they think he was 'one of them' as if every member of the species should be apart of their cause.

"Fine, we do this the fun way." Kron rose a fist and threw a punch.

But then he remembered something.

Kron then stopped as his fist was just an inch from hitting the White Fang member.

The Goat Faunus had his eyes closed but opened one to see that the Scourge had stopped.

The Saiyan had stopped because memories came to him.

A young Cat Faunus came to his mind.

"You should join the White Fang." Young Blake said in his mind. "We need to fight together for equal rights, don't you think humans should treat us better?"

The Saiyan couldn't stop remembering how Blake would go on and on about how the White Fang would 'save the Faunus', or that every Faunus should join them.

It was so annoying.

Somehow he ended up attached to her after an incident with the Lancer at the beach, he had pushed her out of the way and tried to kill it while injured.

For whatever reason he saved her from it.

Then not long after that, he would harm her father and White Fang members.

He looked at the Faunus he held up. After what he had done to Sienna, what he has almost done to Adam and her father. He couldn't bring himself to harm the White Fang member here.

"I will never talk." The Goat Faunus spoke. "You may as well kill me here!"

Kron growled looking at the Faunus. "Speak and I'll let you go."

He was bluffing.

The Goat Faunus didn't know but he was loyal. "Never, I won't sell out my brothers and sisters you traitor!"

The Saiyan sighed wondering what to do. Should he fly high and threaten to drop him? Maybe he has a fear of heights for him to exploit.

Just then a familiar ringing sound came from his belt.

Kron growled as he used his tail to go into his belt and pull out his scroll.

He used his free hand to swipe and press the green button.

Good thing Raven's brat showed him how to operate it.

"What is it, Garnet? I'm busy?"

"I know but if you haven't finished interrogating your White Fang member, someone has offered their services to assist us."

Beneath the mask, Kron had a confused expression.

"Who else would want to help me?"

"You should receive a call from him soon, he reached out offering a deal."

Just who would that be? Tyrian again?

His scroll rang again.

"Guess I'll message you later." He said as he took the call.

"Who's this?"

"Scourge of Anima right?" A man with a polite tone spoke. "Nice to meet ya, big fan of your work."

"Who're you supposed to be?" Kron asked ignoring the Goat Faunus who kept trying to break free of his grip.

"Just call me Roman, I'm an acquaintance of Garnet's." He responded. "I have a proposal for you."

Someone else was reaching out to him to make a deal? Another surprise for the past few days.

"What would you have to offer me?"

"Ah, guess Anima doesn't talk about little ole me anymore." Roman sighed. "That's fine, first of all, my number one will be there to help you get information from that White Fang you got there."

Kron glanced around and growled.

"How much did Garnet tell you?"

"Only enough," Roman said. "My friend should be there soon."

Just before Kron could question him more the front door opened.

Kron turned to see who entered, he expected someone large and menacing looking.

But instead, a petite girl with brown and pink hair stood with a pink umbrella behind her.

The Saiyan couldn't stop looking at her, she looked so, frail.

"This a joke?"

"Pardon?"

"Your friend, she looks thinner than a toothpick, how's she supposed to provide any help?"

The girl rolled her eyes and grinned, not responding to his insults.

"Trust me, you'll appreciate her expertise, I know for a fact that the White Fang you found is really devoted, you can bruise him all you want, but he'll never sell out anyone," Roman explained. "But Neo here is quite capable of the job."

Not that it mattered, Kron couldn't bring himself to beat the info out of him anyway, he then glanced over at Roman's friend.

Neo only smiled and waved.

"I'm not convinced."

"How about you leave him here with my assistant?" Roman asked. "I'm just outside, let's meet."

Kron glanced over at Neo who was wearing a friendly smile, though for whatever reason Kron felt a bit unnerved at the sight. There was something, vicious about it.

He wasn't sure, Garnet has been good to him so far. She wouldn't include anyone unless she knows they'd be useful.

So he'll hear this man out.

The Saiyan dropped the Goat Faunus and started walking out.

Neo took a step to the side and looked up at Kron with a smile.

Kron looked down at her and into her eyes, one pink and one brown like her hair. She was so small. She looked like she couldn't harm a fly.

The Saiyan walked out as Neo closed the door behind him.

Neo looked at the Faunus who was on the ground and smiled.

Once the Saiyan walked out he looked around and turned.

A man in a white outfit, a bowler hat, and a cane stood there. He closed his scroll and smiled.

"Nice to meet you, I'm Roman Torchwick."

Kron put his own scroll away and crossed his arms.

"What is it?" The Saiyan asked annoyed by the man's tone.

Roman wanted to remark on how rude the monkey was been but kept his mouth under control. He really wanted out of the deal Cinder had given him, he didn't know what she was planning but after finding out her connections with the White Fang and this Soul Dust he really wanted out.

For now some honesty will do.

"I'm working for the people who upgraded Slate, and I want out."

Kron put his hands together. "You gave Slate these extra semblances?" He cracked his knuckles.

"Whoa, no need for that," Roman said smiling, he had to do this carefully. No need for any remarks about his tail, he'll have to hide his disdain for the Faunus. "When I took this job I was told I only needed to rob Dust, but once I found out more about my new 'business partner' it turned out that I've bitten more than I can chew."

The Saiyan said nothing for a bit and looked him down scanning him.

"So just quit and leave, you seem the type to do that." This man might be strong but he can tell that he'd be the type to run.

"Thought of that, nope, she'll find me and gut me if I do," Roman replied. "Trust me if I had other options I'd take them, given how nervous you make my business partner, you're my best option out."

Kron heard this and thought of this deal. He had just gotten a new informant from Junior and now this guy comes out of the woodwork and offers his help too. Still, he wasn't so sure, he didn't know much about Roman except he's a thief. Likely more of a backstabber than Raven.

"Why should I trust you?"

"Trust me?" Roman chuckled. "Gods no, don't trust me, don't trust anyone, how do you think I'm still kicking? The only thing you should trust is facts, here's a couple." He said as he smoked a cigar. "My employer has ties to the White Fang, won't tell me everything they're planning, and is willing to murder more than my usual clients." He pulled out his cigar and sighed. "Now I don't care if she plans to torch this whole city, what I do care about is I might get burnt myself."

He looked at the Scourge as if he expected him to talk. But can see that he didn't, the thief was really good at body language though. This an important skill for someone of his profession to have.

"You should trust the fact that I've seen what you can do, and would rather be on the team that I'm most likely going to remain alive and free."

The Saiyan scoffed, he still felt like this was a trick. Still, he was taking a huge risk talking to someone with his reputation.

"Look I'll tell you everything, all you need to do is promise to keep my assistant and me alive."

Kron wasn't sure if he should trust him but saw no harm in it since it was a start. But one important fact is Garnet agreed to work with him and she's been helping him all this time. Not to mention if he does betray him, it might make things more interesting than they already are.

"Fine but don't backstab me or I'll peel your face like an orange."

He rather not get manipulated again regardless of his enjoying the random events that have been happening.

"Noted" Roman replied, he's actually heard worse threats than that.

"Now talk, what exactly happened with Slate and where is he?" They needed to get Slate so he could continue to make a profit for Garnet.

Great, Neo was taking her time getting info from the goat, so he had time to tell him what he knows, and let him know how useful he'll be to keep around.

"It's a new product they're testing," Roman explained. "They called it Soul Dust."

Kron was confused at that.

"Soul Dust?" The Saiyan asked and thought of the Dust that existed. Never has he heard of Soul Dust, and judging from the name and the abilities and power Slate had.

"Yep, I'm not sure what it's made from, all I know is that it's artificial and as you saw, has some nasty side effects."

He remembered how Slate seemed to have had multiple personalities as well as become a vegetable and incapable of responses. Also his extra Aura seemed to have gotten out of control.

"And Slate" Roman continued. "No idea, no one's told me." Even though the 'Monkey Faunus' was wearing the mask he can tell that he tensed when he said that. "And that's another reason why I'm talking to you, I'm being kept out of the loop, making this job too dangerous for me to just go along with."

Kron shrugged it felt good enough for him he supposed. But that wasn't good, they needed to find out what happened to Slate, otherwise, their deal can't be done and he'll have to just knock out Yang to kill Raven. Killing her is the goal, but it would've been so good to murder her in front of a large audience.

"Where did you get this Soul Dust?"

Roman grimaced as he said that. "We got it from this one insect creep, Tyrian."

Kron's eyes widened upon hearing that.

"Tyrian I know him." He chuckled. "Guess he survived that kick I gave him."

The thief was surprised to hear that and chuckled. "See? There's another fact to trust, I had no idea you and he knew each other."

Kron frowned beneath his mask. Again he felt mixed feelings. He should've killed Tyrian when he had the chance, his plans would be going a lot smoother.

Roman then smirked and pulled out a stopwatch.

"Now, Neo should finish any second now." He said looking at the timer.

"Finish what?" Kron asked.

"Ahhhh!"

The Goat Faunus suddenly screamed loudly.

Behind his mask, Kron couldn't help but be surprised at the sudden scream and looked at the door.

It opened.

Neo walked out and gestured for Kron to step into the apartment.

The Saiyan walked in and looked at the proud White Fang member on the couch shaking.

Kron turned to Neo who only smiled.

"He should be persuaded to answer any questions you have now," Roman said with a smile.

The Saiyan turned and walked towards the White Fang member.

"Tell me, how many White Fang bases are in Vale?"

"I know of six." He answered right away. "They're scattered throughout Vale, we move periodically in abandoned warehouses so no one can find us."

He didn't even have to threaten him. He glanced at the man to notice something.

"What is this?" He turned to the girl. "There's no wound on him, yet I can practically smell his fear. How did you manage this?"

Neo only shrugged holding her umbrella behind her head.

"Neo here's a professional, now go on, you got more questions right?"

Kron focused on the Goat Faunus.

"I need to know if these members are here," Kron spoke. "Adam Taurus, Sienna Khan, and.." He sighed. "Blake Belladonna."

Again the terrified Faunus responded right away.

"Adam Taurus is here in Vale, High Leader Sienna is on an island close to Menagerie, and I do not know of Blake Belladonna."

Kron seemed to have eased upon hearing that. Blake wasn't here. Good.

Roman was able to pick up on that just from watching him get less tense.

"So Adam's here, he must've recognized me." He said aloud. "Where can I find Adam or anyone who might know?"

"Tuskon is planning to leave the White Fang sometime soon." He explained. "Two of our human associates are being sent to deal with him, they likely know."

Kron rose an eyebrow at that. "Tuskon? Tuskon's book trade? He was the one who sold me out." He turned to Roman and Neo. "And two human associates?"

"Not us" Roman said with an easy tone. "Likely two brats, Emerald and Mercury, they are tough but nothing you can't handle."

The Saiyan shrugged, he supposed that's all he had to ask.

"When will they strike?"

"At the end of the month, likely at night."

Kron nodded.

"Fine that'll do."

"Alrighty" Roman replied and turned to the Goat Faunus. "So, you wanna tie up this loose end or would you like Neo to do the honors?"

The Goat Faunus looked terrified at that.

Kron glanced behind him and shrugged.

"Hey, you're done with the White Fang right?"

He looked at the Saiyan scared.

"After all you've given me plenty of information, I imagine the White Fang don't take kindly to that do they?"

He looked terrified and nodded.

"Good, now get lost."

"Hang on" Roman interrupted. "My neck is on the line here, you let him go and he might spill about me."

Kron looked at him and back at the Goat Faunus.

"Your gonna leave Vale right? Maybe take a boat to Menagerie?"

He nodded quickly.

He then looked at Roman who still had an unsure look on his face.

"I'll make sure he gets on that boat, deal?"

Roman released some smoke from his lips and sighed. "Alright, fine, but again, make sure you got my back."

"Yeah, yeah" The Saiyan replied. He then turned and slammed a chop at the neck of the Goat Faunus.

He grabbed the Goat Faunus and put him over his shoulder.

The Goat Faunus could see Neo and she waved her hand at him. He whimpered at the sight of her.

Kron couldn't help but wonder what she did.

"We'll talk more soon, let me know when there's more Soul Dust, along with other questions got it?"

"Deal's a deal, just remember, I want to live."

The Saiyan nodded and flew out the window carrying the Goat Faunus to take to a boat to Menagerie.

As he left Roman turned to Neo.

"You were right Neo, he is an idiot that's just looking for a fight. All we needed was to tell him we're not" He said remembering what she 'said' a couple of days ago. He remembered how she threw a punch with a dumb-looking expression. Most wouldn't pick up on it, but with the time Roman has had with her he knows how to 'speak' Neo.

Neo nodded and smiled.

"Alright, we got our trump card, let's get out of here, wouldn't want the misses to get suspicious."

Neo nodded as the duo walked away.

Skies Over Vale

Kron flew with the unconscious Faunus and chuckled.

Not too long ago he was so angry that his plans were going off the rails.

But after that fight he had with Raven's daughter, it not only calmed him down fighting someone that knew how to use hand to hand, with a drive to fight no matter the circumstance it made him see things more clearly.

That fight wasn't supposed to happen but he had fun.

Slate wasn't supposed throw a wrench in his plans but the fun was also worth it.

Now he's learned of Soul Dust and Tyrian was involved.

It made Vale so much more interesting than he thought it would be.

When he came here, he thought this city would be boring compared to his time in Atlas until he got to Raven.

But now he didn't just care about killing Raven. He also cared about what other chaos that will take place here.

Maybe there will be more Soul Dust Users to fight, maybe another Maiden will come to him, or maybe someone else who's been hunting him will find him for a fight.

Kron laughed genuinely.

"I would've come to Vale a long time ago if I knew things would get this fun."

Beacon Academy

In one of the training rooms, several robots were on the ground in pieces.

Yang was standing on a knee panting.

One robot attacked from behind only for Yang's semblance to activate and threw one punch turning it to pieces. Before she would celebrate her victory but she couldnt stop thinking of him. The boy that Raven had raised after abandoning her own flesh and blood!

She was on the verge of collapse but she was so helpless against Kron, she needed to keep going. She was about to go and get more training bots for training.

"Yang?"

The blonde stopped and turned to see Ruby.

"Ruby, hey" Yang smiled like she usually did though this time it was clear that she was faking it.

"Yang, you've been training like this all week, are you ok?"

Yang felt guilty for worrying her sister, but she knows how she would want to help and didn't want to drag her into this.

"Ruby, I'm fine, I just been wanting to push myself, you know?" She asked. "I gotta if I wanna do better against Pyrha you know?"

She'll have to if she wants to stand a better chance against Kron.

Ruby knows that Yang has always had a desire to get stronger, not because she cared about always wining but because she could never resist a challenge. But she's never pushed herself like this, it's becoming worrisome. "Yang, we're sisters, you can tell me anything. Right?"

Yang had a genuine smile at how worried Ruby was for her. "I promise Ruby, I'm fine, I'll only do a few more sessions, so don't worry ok?"

Ruby didn't like that but nodded. "Ok, but let me know if you want to tell me anything ok?" She asked as she walked away.

As she walked away she sees Blake standing there. "See? Can you try something please?"

Blake felt like it wasn't her place to talk to Yang, they were partners but they didn't know too much about each other yet. But she sees how she's been training. It reminded her of how Adam would push himself to absurd training regiments. And about how Kron would train even while injured. Fighting maniacs were so hard to keep calm.

She can't say Yang's a friend, they've only been partners for a couple of weeks but she was nice enough and did care for her well-being.

"Everyone's entitled to their secrets Ruby, we should respect her privacy," Blake said, knowing how she was hiding a decent secret herself.

"I know but" Ruby turned to see Yang shadowboxing and struggling. "She's never been like this, we can't just leave her like this she could get hurt."

Blake turned to see her partner who was having a hard time standing and training. She wanted to let her to handle this on her own, but Ruby did have a point. This kind of training wasn't normal for Yang and shouldn't continue.

But still, she wasn't sure what she'd be able to say to her, she's not the most social person.

"If she's not going to listen to you, I don't think I'll be able to do much better Ruby."

Ruby looked saddened and her face seemed to have changed.

Her lips were quivering and her eyes looked as though they were watering.

Blake sighed seeing that, one thing she's learned from her leader was that she was great at getting whatever she wanted with what she calls the puppy dog bout. Which she didn't like the name but couldn't deny it was hard not to see things her way.

"Look, she won't talk much more to me, but I'll try to find out what's bothering her alright?"

Ruby did a 180 and smiled. She then used her semblance and hugged the girl.

"Thank you! I know you can do it! You are the best ninja any team can ask for!"

The disguised Faunus smiled and patted her head. "Alright, alright, let me go and I'll try to find out what's been going on."

"Right!" Ruby said as she let go of her teammate.

Blake nodded and started walking away while looking at Yang shadowboxing despite struggling from fatigue. She and Kron really are alike, she only hoped she her temper wasn't going to be like his.

She thought back to what she said the day before she seemed to have gotten serious and started this ridiculous training regime. She mentioned something about going to a bookstore. Which was odd from what little she knew of her.

A bookstore, there's a couple she's familiar with of course. Maybe she can ask around there, surely they would remember Yang, she's never quiet wherever she is.

Usually, she would just leave people to their business, but she had a feeling that she should find out what is going on with her partner.

As she walked away Ruby watched her sister through the window with a sad expression. Her sister was the strongest she knew, she hoped that she would slow down at some point. They need to find out what's going on with her, she's running herself ragged.

Yang kept to her word and sat on a bleacher. She drank her bottled water clearly exhausted from the non-stop training.

Her thoughts drifted the boy Kron. Just why was he looking for her? Did her mother send him? He can make her appear anytime he wants.

And just how was he this strong? What kind of training did her mother do for him? And why would she choose him but not her father or her?

She cherished Summer, she was her mother and of course her half-sister Ruby. But ever since her family lost her she couldn't help but think of why Raven left her and her father.

There was a time when she would take her time in her search for her mother and slow down. She learned to when she was young, put her sister in danger, they were lucky her uncle Qrow saved them.

But she just couldn't this time. She finally has a real link to Raven, this guy, Kron. He didn't just know her, he was trained by her, who raised him.

He says he'll stay in Vale but who knows for how long.

She can finally get her answers but only if she manages to make him, and even with her semblance it was all a joke to him.

He wants her team to help him 'warm up'.

But she won't involve them, this is her fight, her problem.

With a determined look she stood up ready to go through another intense training session.

She actually thought back to his advice. Focus on evasion until her Aura is recharged then take more hits, and build up more and more power.

It actually wasn't bad advice, it just went against her instinct in battle. Not to mention with how he pissed her off and made her want to avoid the advice.

But what if it was worth a try?

And rub it in his face when she's the one who's beaten him!

Yeah, she'll be able to force him to talk or even bring Raven here by then.

Not to mention he says he can bring her here any time he wanted. He'll force him to bring her to her daughter no matter what.

And maybe even beat the truth out of her mother too.

Wherever she is.

Yang blocked a punch from a giant training robot.

Wherever Raven is and whatever she's doing. She will tell her why she raised that boy over her own daughter.

White Fang Sienna's Hideout

It was late at night.

High Leader Sienna was waiting on the roof of the hideout overlooking the fort.

"Sienna"

The tiger turned around to see a familiar black-haired woman.

"Raven"

The former Chief of the Branwen Tribe glanced around as if making sure there were no guards to ambush her.

"I've given you some time, have you learned anything about Adam?"

Sienna was silent for a few seconds and closed her eyes.

"There's no true evidence of him planning to bring Beacon down, but he has been talking to some humans, and I only know because I sent my most trusted scouts to see what he's been doing."

She squeezed her knuckles.

"He has been hiding things from me."

Raven kept a stoic expression on her face.

Cher the spirit only she can hear and see appeared next to her.

"No! No! Listen!" Cher yelled in front of the Tiger Faunus even though she can't see or hear her. "This bitch? She's a backstabber! She will murder you and your people! Don't do it!"

The former bandit ignored the ghost of her student and tried to look as though she wasn't there.

Sienna continued while Cher was yelling at her a list of reasons not to trust her.

"While I do not believe Adam would turn on me, he is plotting behind my back." The tiger said. "And many Faunus have been persecuted, monkey Faunus, for any possible link to Kron, the SDC is tightening their grip on their workers even more now in fear of one of them becoming another Scourge."

She listed everything that has been going wrong with Kron just doing whatever he wants.

It hurt her heart to turn away the people begging to do something about him.

Cher then chimed in.

"Whatever he's doing is not worth it!" Cher yelled in Sienna's ear. "You are going to be even worse off if you work with her!"

And as usual Sienna didn't hear her and Raven ignored her though she narrowed her eyes slightly at the spirit.

The tiger continued. "It seems as though you were right, Kron might not be something to ignore."

Good, it was as she predicted. Kron's actions are causing a negative impact on the White Fang and the Faunus as a whole.

The former bandit then walked closer to her and spoke while ignoring Cher who started to yell profanities.

"This will be the last time I check with you." Raven truly needed the White Fang but did her best to hide it and show that this offer was a limited time.

"Will you help me put an end to Kron?"

Sienna thought this over and sighed quietly.

"We know what he is capable of, I've pushed myself to the limit and gotten much stronger than the last time I faced Kron." She eyed Raven. "You made me look like a joke the last time we met, if you don't think you could defeat him what makes you think we've be any help?"

The bandit shook her head.

"What I have in mind isn't for us to fight him together," Raven explained to the tigress. "Regardless of your alliance, I will face Kron alone."

Sienna seemed confused at this.

"If that is the case, why do you need me?"

She smirked.

"I have discovered a good number of locations with tools that are long forgotten, weapons, artifacts, and ways to artificially increase your army's power."

Cher giggled.

"And you regrated the last one you found huh?"

Again Raven ignored that though her eyebrow twitched at that.

"With the White Fang's numbers you should be able to help me find these ancient tools, we can put them to use to both your side and mine." Raven explained. "I get the power to defeat Kron and your organization gets to increase their strength."

Sienna put her hand under her chin and thought of how promising this sounded.

"How did you discover these locations then? And how do you know they posses these tools."

Raven had an answer for that.

"These locations have existed since ancient times, most of them predate the four kingdoms." She then smirked. "Now for how I know, that's part of the information that I promised you, if you agree to our partnership."

Sienna thought of this deal. Raven is going to take on Kron herself. She just wants help searching for these artifacts she claims can help their cause. And since there are hints that Adam is working with humans like she said, she'd be interested to know what other information she has that can benefit them.

Plus she doesn't have to put her subordinates in harms way against Kron, that's an added bonus.

"Noooo!" Cher yelled again trying to convince the tiger not to go through with this. "This is what she does, look at me! I'm a ghost because of her! Don't do it!"

Raven fought not to sigh as she waited for Sienna's answer.

"We do not involve Kali or any innocents in this." The Tiger said to the other 'victim' of the Scourge.

The older woman nodded right away.

With hesitancy, Sienna held her hand out.

Raven did the same and the two shook on it.

Cher sighed and looked sad. She truly felt bad for the Tiger Faunus. "Wonder how long she's gonna last, eh teach?"

Raven eyed the spirit for once and focused back on her partner.

"So, what's this other information you promised."

The Spring Maiden was ready to fulfill her side of the deal.

"First a gift," Raven said as she pulled out her bag showing the Grimm Hide. Black fur with a Beowulf skull in the center. "This artifact is going to help you on any mission you choose to embark on."

Sienna hesitantly took the hide and looked at it for a few moments before looking at Raven again.

While the two talked someone from on top of the hideout was watching the whole time with their scroll out.

This individual got to the other side of the fort.

It was the freckled girl with long braided hair that was watching Sienna while she was thinking of the damage the scourge was doing.

She looked at her scroll and sent a picture to Adam.

The picture was of Raven and Sienna talking, showing that they have formed an alliance.

Adam sent a reply right away.

It read "You've done well Llia, leave the fort, if all goes as I predicted you'll want to be away from Sienna."

Llia put her scroll away and sighed. She didn't like the plan but it was in the White Fang's best interest.

For all Faunus' best interests.

Ok, first of all before anyone says it.

Eclipse, where is he?

I promise we'll get to him and you'll enjoy seeing him in action.

And I have a better place to update on him and I promise you'll see a bit of what he's currently capable of.

Now for the chapter, as you can see Kron is enjoying the journey instead of the destination. He still wants revenge but he's also enjoying the chaos that's been happening. Question is that a good thing or a bad thing?

Hope you guys are enjoying the journey to.

Now Raven has her alliance with Sienna, hope Cher's wrong about Sienna regretting this, Raven does have a habit of stabbing people in the back. Ozpin, Qrow, Cinder, hell even Yang after she abandoned her she used her as a distraction to get a relic.

And Blake knows what Raven did at the incident at Menagarie. Now that doesn't mean she forgives him, but it does give her some understanding of what happened. We'll find out how this will affect their reunion in time.

And Roman is jumping ship, he just thinks that Kron is the best trump card to have. He's a trump card that would flip the table and shot the other player. Just what he needs. Unless he's planning to stab him in the back.

And we see a bit of what Adam's planning to do, you can probably guess what he's planning, still hope u have fun figuring that out.

By the way I'm glad most of you enjoyed last chapter. I thought I was going to have to explain why Kron didn't just knock out Yang to get to Raven. But plenty of u seem to understand why and how Kron is.

Also I got a question for u guys.

U ever miss seeing Kron in legitimate danger? I kinda do, remember back when Hazel, Sienna, strong Grimm, and Raven were able to push him? Those were good times also when he had to strategize with Raven. Those were good times. Now it's more about what Kron will do, instead of if he can do it. But I do miss when Kron didn't have to hold back for a challenge.

Though that may change soon. ;)

Anyway, any of u guys miss those days?

Review Responses.

shirex773: Thank you for your support.

blackbird16q: I haven't seen Hunter X Hunter, but I'm happy to hear that your enjoying the story thank you.

Gohan: I'm thinking 15 chapters maybe more if I can't wrap up what I want to in those amount of chapters. Hope u can enjoy the ride.

SirAlphonso: I understand, goodbye. Thank u for giving my story a try.

Shrine: I never said the Wrath State was evil. We were talking about the "Evil Saiyan" form that Turles and Canba use in Dragon Ball Heroes.

Guest: U know I'm not sure that I can come up with a counter for all this. You've mentioned anything I could've said to point the blame at Kron or Raven and explained pretty thoroughly. You're not the first to point all this out but props, I don't see any fault in this, also as u can see Blake knows quiet a bit about what happened so there's hope.

Bashleyz: Well they are going to be meeting a lot, we'll see how that goes.

ThatSaiyaGuy: Thank you! Well Yang does have one hope. Kron isn't relying on any special training or equipment. If Yang can get enough training or equipment and time she might be able to compete with him. After all in the Saiyan Saga the earthlings surpassed beginning of Z Goku in one year of training under Kami. So there's a chance since Kron's only training is by himself without any help, but he is still a Saiyan maybe your right, we'll see.

Glad u enjoyed their meeting. Kron really loves to push peoples buttons and Yang makes it too easy lol, poor girl. Well Yang's keeping quiet for now, we'll see.

That scenario would be complicated, as you can see Blake really does soften him up. He couldn't even beat up a random White Fang member, who knows how he'll be if Blake herself fights him with Raven's daughter.

And as you read what Neo 'said' was that Kron is an idiot who likes to fight. She's kinda right, Kron can be smart sometimes but he also isn't the smartest, he's made his share of mistakes.

As for Eclipse, there's a good chance we'll see him next chapter, hope u look forward to it!

Good to hear and I did, sorry I couldn't add on time.

SSJ4Bob: Thank you glad to hear that. Hope u can enjoy this chapter as well and I think you'll really like when it's time for him to meet Team RWBY.

epantoja521: Glad you enjoyed it! Been looking forward to writing that scene.

anon545: So I looked up Yang's semblance to be sure and edit the chapter. She gets stronger as she's hit and absorbs the kinetic energy every time she's hit and all that energy adds up making her stronger while lowering her defense. So that means her semblance does stockpile energy.

Halo 69: That and he has an idea for later he wants to try that he thinks Yang or Adam would be ideal for. And thank u for trying to explain, hope u enjoyed the story so far.

anon9919: Sorry to hear that. I'll try answer your concerns.

1. Obsess is a strong word. Kron enjoys fighting hand to hand more than weapons also he sees potential in her semblance. Also he was impressed by how she was willing to fight no matter the odds, just like he did against Raven when she was stronger. And he has an idea that involves another person, I recommend you reread the previous chapter for details u seem to have missed.

2. U misread, Kron didn't need to go all out against Winter, he never said he needed to go all out, he overestimated her. Cinder vs Winter proves that new Maidens r equal in power to veterans except for Fully Realized like Fria in canon, or Raven in my story.

3. Kron has had training on his own without any help or equipment. Everyone else has immortals, technology, magic and have been creating new resources for the past nine years. It's the same idea with how Goku pushed Gero to make strong androids. Plus what makes u think Kron won't have any training montages?

4. Thank u, I did enjoy my vacation, I hope u enjoyed this chapter.

Lelouch of Zero: Thank you! I know right? Kron always imagined another Raven that would run at the sign of danger, but instead she runs right towards it. Felt really good writing that and glad u enjoyed it! Lol, thank u I'm hoping that I can make it worth the wait!

Overlord TH:No thank you for reading!

I'm sorry to say but I don't like doing power levels just because if I try people will fight over it and say no it should be this or that and I don't want to trigger it. I don't mind power levels but people make it too much of a big deal in my opinion. Hope that's ok.

sarmsadique95: Lol glad your looking forward to it!

Well Blake has a good idea Yang might learn from her.

For what I've written her doing in this story hard to blame you, we'll see.

Hope this chapter was worth the wait, I promise the next chapter will have quite a bit of action.

Again I will try to update by Saturday if not early next week and the Saturday of next week so we can continue the update schedule right.

I'll let you guys know in the reviews if anything comes up, hope u guys look forward to it!

Thank you for your support and understanding.

Hope u guys have an awesome day! :)
