Dragon's First Fire
Kron had made his deal Yang agreed, Ozpin won't get in the way.
"Good now that we're all on board with this, come with me Yang, the sooner we start the sooner you can get stronger."
Yang looked down at her sister and back to Kron.
"No way, I'm going to wait for my teammates to wake up, I'm not leaving them until I tell them what's going on."
Kron growled upon hearing that but sighed.
"Fine, just know that if you want to know about your mother in case you can't save her from me." He said with a grin which Yang growled at with firey hair which only seemed to amuse him. "I'll tell you everything about her bit by bit, completing each lesson." He stated. "I'll tell you a little bit about her before we even start training, which reminds me."
The Saiyan turned towards Blake.
"Blake, don't tell her anything about Raven, got it?"
Yang turned to the black-haired girl, she remembered she had said she hated Raven to. She was clearly connected to Kron somehow. And she knows something about Raven. And given how she was standing up for them against him she didn't know they she was Raven's daughter.
Blake looked confused and then angry. "Why? She has a right to know."
"And she will, if she earns it." Kron turned to Yang. "It's up to you, if you want a freebee, you can ask her what she knows about me and Raven, if you want to earn it, then go through a few lessons and I'll tell you everything."
Kron sees the glare she had, not of hate but determination. She wanted the challenge and wanted to earn the knowledge.
All the more reason not to tell everything about Raven yet. He wanted to motivate her, using a carrot on a stick method. Have her want even more reasons to push through in her training.
"Unless you don't think you can earn it, if you think the training will be too hard, then go ahead and have Blake tell you what she knows, take the easy way out."
If he was right about her the first time they met, she'll rise to the challenge.
Yang squeezed her fists as he said that and turned to Blake.
"It's ok Blake," She then turned to Kron. "Fine, just don't be surprised when you have to tell me soon."
Blake looked surprised hearing that and turned to Kron who had a smirk on his face.
"You better keep your promise, protect the city from the White Fang, and don't do anything dangerous with Yang!"
Yang looked at Kron half expecting him to just react angrily.
Instead, he responded with a blank tone.
"I'm no liar Blake" He glanced over to Yang. "Not like her mother."
Yang's curiosity grew she fought the urge to demand to tell her everything. Or to ask Blake what she knew. But she agreed to his game and wanted to earn the answers.
And if he's lying, she can ask Blake for the details to make sure he's telling the truth.
"Not that everything is settled." Ozpin walked forward getting the Scourge's attention. "Please come with me, I'd like to discuss everything you know and make sure we decide how this arrangement will go."
Kron looked at the scrawny man and turned to Yang.
"Looking forward to training you."
He turned around waiting for Ozpin.
Ozpin turned to the waked Blake and Yang.
"I'm sorry but please take Professor Goodwitch to the med room." He looked at the duo.
"Got it headmaster" Blake responded as she lifted Glynda over her shoulder while Yang got a hold of Ruby and Weiss.
"Miss Xiao Long, I promise, I will do what I can to ensure your safety."
The duo turned to each other nodded and back to Ozpin.
"Don't worry Headmaster" Yang replied. "I'll be ready."
Ozpin nodded and turned to Blake.
"And Miss Belladonna, are you sure that you are up to the task."
Blake had mixed feelings about this, she wanted to get her team to escape and prevent Kron from going near Yang.
But she didn't want to risk Kron getting worse to end up how Adam did. Sure, he's not as bloodthirsty as he is, but from the stories he used to be.
And she dreaded him going back to that.
She wanted to prove her mother right to give him the chance to be better.
With her here, maybe there's a chance to keep him from getting worse and protect Yang and anyone else he might set his sights on.
"Yes"
Ozpin smiled proudly at his students and turned to the Scourge.
"Now go, I'll discuss with you how everything will go."
He turned and walked to the Scourge.
Yang and Blake got in the bullhead with Goodwitch and their teammates.
The blonde turned to look at Kron walking away with Ozpin, as she did, she sees Kron staring at her.
She glared, next time she would have to learn from him.
And she'll make sure he won't hurt her sister ever again after he tells her everything about her mother.
Kron had his fist under his chin with a bored expression, still not wearing his mask.
After the deal was made he was asked by Ozpin to follow him to a room away from Beacon, while Team RWBY get's their unconscious members to the medical room.
He had shared everything he knew of Vale's situation, the White Fang, a woman named Cinder Fall was working with the White Fang, and what he knew of Soul Dust.
"And that is all you know?" Ozpin had a blank face but he was panicked, he had no idea so much was going on in Vale.
"Yes, that's everything."
The headmaster of Beacon nodded and memorized every bit he had said.
Soul Dust, was definitely what Hazel had used against Qrow from the message he sent. And it's here in the city? But when will they have more? And what will they do if the grant it to every White Fang member?
Even if Kron is going to protect Vale like he promised he's not sure if even he would be enough to defend the kingdom.
That is all the more reason to agree to this deal whether he wanted to or not.
"I must ask, is it wise that your working with Torchwick?" He thought that was a concern. "He may be trying to lead you to a trap, how do you know he will not betray you?"
The Saiyan chuckled.
"If he is, I'll butcher him." He said casually. "Nothing he nor his little assistant can do can take me down, besides, he's given me too much information that they rather I don't know, wouldn't you say?"
These were good points, Ozpin thought this as well but he wanted to know if he considered Roman betraying him. Looks like his confidence in his power keep him at ease. Rightfully so given how he fought Glynda and showed no signs of exhaustion.
He'll have to keep that in mind in case he becomes a new enemy. He'll do his best to avoid that outcome though.
"Thank you for the information, with this, you may have saved many lives of my students and the people of this kingdom." Ozpin wore a smile showing gratitude.
Which Kron did not care about.
"Doesn't matter to me."
The headmaster kept his smile.
"You may have Miss Belladonna's life as well."
Kron growled.
"Whatever," The Saiyan brushed off that statement. "Now that I've told you everything, that means I can start with the training Yang now?"
"Once Miss Rose wakes up yes."
The Saiyan rolled his eyes. He told them they should wake up in a day or a few hours. Oh well, it's fine, he can work on his training plan.
"Also" Ozpin continued. "We would like to give you a tracker, to let us know of your whereabouts."
Kron looked annoyed and rolled his eyes.
"Fine, that was the part of the deal, just don't make it annoying to keep on."
The headmaster nodded.
"Good, come with me, I'll take you to a place where you can train Miss Xiao Long while being monitored."
The Saiyan was annoyed that he didn't get to pick the place train, but it made sense, besides it wasn't too restricting.
He then remembered something and looked at him. "Sure, but I need something from you to help in her training."
Ozpin rose an eyebrow hearing that, he wasn't sure what he could mean that they can provide to learn this new power.
The Next Day
In the Emerald Forest surrounding Beacon where would-be students would perform their initiation.
Kron was sitting on a rock with his mask off and his cloak hanging on a tree branch behind him.
The Saiyan looked up to see a camera on the branch, and several others all over the place hidden.
Guess it's better than to have huntsmen hear eyeing his every move.
If Yang's life would be in danger, Ozpin will send a signal for every available huntsman to him and rescue her.
This would be pointless if Kron really wanted to hurt her, but, if it makes Ozpin feel better about their deal then so be it.
Just then he heard footsteps nearby and looked ahead.
Yang in her combat outfit walked in his line of view with a bag over her shoulder. No doubt a sleeping cod and food for the amount of time that he and Ozpin agreed to train her.
The usual cheery face she usually wore had a frown and glared at him.
Good. She's motivated.
The blonde crossed her arms and stared at the Scourge of Anima.
"Alright Caveman, I'm here." She said the nickname for him which made him twitch a bit to her amusement.
"Tch" Kron got up annoyed at her but smirked. "Glad you finally showed up what took you so long?"
"I had to catch Weiss and my sister up on everything. After you knocked them out!"
Her eyes changed to red mentioning that.
When he said that Kron rose an eyebrow.
"Sister?" He asked with a raised eyebrow. "Raven had two brats?"
Yang cursed at herself silent before correcting him. "Half-sister, she and I have different mothers."
Kron thought of that, silver eyes dark red hair, she looked so different from Yang that they could be assumed to be unrelated.
"I see, makes sense, you don't seem to know her at all." Kron stated remembering how she mentioned that she didn't raise her when she was a kid. "Well then you ready to start?"
"One thing." Yang interrupted. "You said that you'd tell me more about my mother, so talk."
The Saiyan looked at her for a second and shrugged.
"Fine" He'll tell a bit about her. "First of all, your mother has a semblance called Kindred Link, it allows her to create a link with anyone she wants, with it she can open a portal to and from her location."
Yang grits her teeth hearing that. If that was true then why hadn't her mother ever shown up? Did she not want a kid that much?
"Not only that, but it also lets her know when these links are in danger at any time.
Yang heard this and it surprised her. She remembered the first time they met. What he had said.
"In danger?" She also remembered how he was going to use her to lure Raven out. "So that was what you meant when you said you can bring Raven out anytime you want, you were going to knock me out hoping she'd show."
"Basically" Kron admitted casually.
Yang was even more confused though.
"I thought you were you looking for me because Raven sent you, but all along you were looking for her to." The blonde remembered their last encounter, how he showed he had a grudge against her mother to the point where she wanted to beat her down.
"But I don't get it." Yang said. "Why didn't you just knock me out then? Blake wasn't there, what was stopping you?"
She was out of Aura, she was helpless. There was nothing she could do.
"At the time I was planning to lure your mother somewhere special, somewhere where plenty of people can watch our final show down, for that I needed to wait, but something went wrong and I decided to draw her out wherever you were."
He imagined the Dead-End Arena where he and Raven have their final battle with the audience watching.
After this he may be able to get that deal with Garnet to have that again.
"What do you mean?" Yang asked wondering what he was talking about. What audience?
Kron waved a hand.
"Never mind that for now." He replied. "Like I said I'll tell you more about your mother during your training, I'll tell you everything I know, lesson by lesson and once you reach a level I'm satisfied with I'll tell you why I hate her so much."
He then rose an eyebrow.
"Unless you had Blake tell you already?"
He believed she wouldn't not if she wanted a challenge.
Yang really wanted to know what happened, she fought the urge to ask Blake about everything.
"No, because I'm planning to beat it out of you."
Kron chuckled; she continued being so amusing to her. Better than any human he's met. Again, he was questioning if this was Raven's daughter.
"Love the sound of that, now, ready to start?"
Yang punched a fist into her palm with a smile.
"Ready when you are Caveman."
"First of all the name is Kron, second of all, before we start." He pulled out something from his belt and took out two white bracelets. "Know what these are?"
Yang looked at them.
"Those are Aura Restraints."
"Yep" The Saiyan replied as he proceeded to place one on one of his wrists.
The blonde looked strangely at him as he placed the Aura-nullifying bracelets on.
"First, I need to prove to you that my ability is different from Aura, just to make sure you know."
Yang looked at him strangely as he placed them on.
The Saiyan pressed a button on the restraints and they glowed white showing that they were active.
"See, these are obliviously designed to suppress Aura, with these on I should be unable to use Aura let alone my 'Semblance'." He then aimed his hand at a tree.
Yang was expecting him to not be able to do anything. He did explain that what he used wasn't Aura, but she had no reason to believe him.
A red ball of light formed in his hand and was fired at the tree.
The tree fell over with no issue.
The blonde's jaw fell at the sight.
Kron notices and chuckles.
"See? Like I told you this is no Aura, it's something else, something your mother wanted to learn from me."
Yang shook her head.
"Ok, how do I know those aren't fake?"
Kron smirked as he pressed the button on each of the restraints.
"You're going to find out, right now."
Yang didn't like where this was going.
The Saiyan tossed the restraints.
Yang rose her hands and caught them, she looked at them and back at him.
"Put those on and keep them on during our training."
The blonde looked at the restraints, she felt like they were legit and looked at him.
"You're kidding me, right?" Yang had a glare. "Why should I lock away my Aura?"
Kron chuckled.
"Relax, it's important that you lock away your Aura for now" He explains. "Remember what I said, you will be learning Ki, a different form of energy, and your Aura might get in the way, so until you can learn to use Ki like your Aura, it should remain locked away, then we will see what happens when you mix them together."
The blonde heard that and looked at the Aura restraints. She looked back at Kron not liking the idea of locking her strength away.
"Come on, I'm not going to attack you while your only source of power is sealed, I'm not your mother."
Yang heard the animosity in the tone when he said her mother. She looked at the restraints and sighed. She really wanted to know as much about her mother as possible, and if she had to restrain her power fine.
The young woman placed the restraints on her wrists and pressed a button on one of them.
A white light glowed, and she felt it.
Her Aura wasn't active, she felt a bit heavier as the source of her strength was locked within. She tried to activate her Semblance but to no avail. So these things are the real deal, he really did use a power that wasn't Aura. She looked at Kron who had a smug look on his face.
"Alright, fine, I believe you." Yang said not liking the look on his face. "Now teach me your magic already."
Kron chuckled as he crossed his arms.
"Sure, but first, let me explain the difference between Aura and Ki."
Yang groaned showing her displeasure for this.
"It's important to know, the more you understand the easier you'll learn." At least he hoped that was the case, teaching someone anything was new to him.
Raven's daughter just kept quiet and focused on her 'teacher'.
"So first Aura is supposedly the manifestation of your soul, energy made from the spirit." Kron explained. "As for Ki it's energy from the body, at first glance some would mistake that there one and the same but there are a few traits that show they are different."
He remembered all the times he fought Aura users as well as read about them.
"Both have different advantages over the other, we'll start with what Aura has over Ki." He began. "First is the recovery rate, Ki users like me need a few hours to a day for our power to recharge, you Aura users need a few minutes to an hour, depending on the user, but more often than not Ki users need more time recharge and that's not counting any injuries we get."
Kron remembered his fight with Yang the first time they met. He shattered her Aura and all she needed was a few minutes for her Aura to recharge and ready to fight again. If she had been using the same amount of Ki she would've needed
Yang noted that, so this power, Ki was more tiring to use, so she can't go crazy with it like she usually does with Aura as it takes longer to recharge.
"Next, is you have a healing factor, depending on how much Aura you have you can heal minor wounds to surviving major ones, and likely more able to fight with a fatal injury."
Like when he used Ursa Claw on Raven, she was only grazed but he cut deep enough to make her cough blood. He definitely cut something important and yet she was still able to fight though she was unable to use her full potential, it was because her Aura was being used to keep her from bleeding out.
"And finally, in time you can gain an ability unique to you." Kron explained. "A Semblance a power that is yours and yours alone, Ki alone can't provide a Ki user with unique abilities like that, though I could replicate a semblance depending on what it is if I'm able to understand it."
After all he's working on a technique that was based on a certain semblance he's fought twice so far.
Yang noted what he had said.
No Semblance? So what he's been using is just Ki by itself, his energy blasts, flight, strength and speed. All that is just Ki.
"And that is where the few advantages Aura has over Ki ends." He said smirking. "See Ki is far more versatile, Aura affects people differently, for some it increases Strength, Speed, Stamina, durability, but Ki increases all stats, some more than others but for everyone it increases everything the body can do."
Yang learned that the hard way, she wasn't slow, but she was a strength type and had to play defense for speed type users like Ruby until she sees an opening. But against Kron, he didn't just have speed, he had strength and durability to. Even if she was as strong as he was, he still would have had a speed advantage over her.
"Also, we have more abilities, as you saw, flight, energy blasts, and with enough training we can even guide it to mimic certain semblances, and control it at a distance."
Kron thought of his technique Guided Swarm, how he was able to guide small energy blasts with his fingers. And more embarrassingly, his ability to make shapes with his Ki when he had to entertain Saiyans back on Planet Vegeta with his father. He's yet to see any Aura user able to do something like that.
And like he did with his father's Ki juggling trick he found a use for that to.
"And finally and most importantly." Kron began. " Ki has a far greater growth rate than Aura, from what I've read, Aura users need to go through a way greater effort to increase their reserves than Ki users, to the point where it's almost not worth trying to increase and focus on using whatever reserves you were born with efficiently. While it's no picnic increasing Ki reserves either it's easier to increase than Aura."
Yang didn't doubt that, from what she saw he seemed to have had more Ki than anyone with Aura. No matter what they did they couldn't beat the Ki out of him. And even if he had insane reserves, if he had Aura it shouldn't mean that he would win.
After all, Jaune had at least three times the Aura she or anyone around. But he's never beaten Cardin, or any of the weaker students around. Not from a lack of trying but from what she sees is his lack of training and how his Aura only seems to mainly be a defensive type, meant to take damage, while he's not exactly helpless even if he had training it wouldn't automatically mean he would always win against anyone with less Aura reserves.
Though if they were all 'Ki users' instead, Jaune would probably have an easier time in sparring than he does now since it effects all stats.
And if Ki can increase better than Aura, then she wonders. If she learns Ki and increases it, would there a be a point to her Aura or Semblance.
"So, you get it?" Kron asked. "I don't need to repeat myself, right?"
He hoped he didn't, while he did enjoy hearing himself talk, he was anxious to get her to start learning now.
Yang thought of everything he said, while some people had joked that she was all brain and no brawn being the daughter and niece of teachers meant she was no slacker with learning.
There was one thing that excited her.
For the first time she smirked and punched into her palm. "Yeah, I do."
Kron rose an eyebrow, not expecting this reaction.
"You changed your tune, you were glaring at me like crazy now your all smiles, why's that?"
Yang didn't stop grinning.
"You said that Ki users have an easier time increasing their reserves, so if I use Ki and increase my reserve to match my Aura, I'll probably be able to take you on in no time."
She can make him pay for what he's done to her team, to her sister. And get the answers about her mother she wanted since they met.
The Saiyan can see more than that though. He sees the fire in her eyes, the need to fight strong opponents she has. Like a Saiyan.
He really was wrong about her, twice. Teaming up with Blake was a coincidence. This proves that she was the ideal candidate for his experiment.
Kron chuckled.
"Doubt it, like I said increasing your Ki is still no picnic, and even if u can manage that, you might need something else to entertain me."
Like her mother's Maiden power after he kills the old hag.
"Something else?" Yang asked. "What else do you mean?"
She doesn't need to know yet after all if she wants answers she'll need to progress.
"Never mind that, now, here's your first assignment."
He turned to his right and aimed his hand forward.
Yang watched closely paying attention.
"First, gather your strength, your Ki to your hand." A red ball formed at his hand. "Then fire!"
He fired the ki ball destroying a boulder.
The blonde watched as the rock was destroyed and focused back on him.
Kron put his hand down and looked at his student.
"Now go, do it."
Yang was silent for a few seconds.
"What? That's it, that's all you're going to say?"
The Saiyan out his hand down and looked at her.
"That's all you need, it's not hard."
The young woman looked at the destroyed rock and back at her so-called teacher.
"You didn't even explain much!" She yelled. "How am I supposed to do that, what do you mean by 'focus my strength' I don't even know what I'm supposed to focus if it's not my Aura."
He rolled his eyes.
"Oh just do it! That's plenty just remember what I said and do it!"
Yang grit her teeth and growled but sighed. This wasn't going anywhere she might as well try, who knows maybe it was enough.
She aimed at a rock and closed her eyes. Trying to focus on something. She grit her teeth and tensed the muscles in her arm, but nothing was happening.
If she wasn't wearing Aura restraints her eyes would turn red from her semblance.
Kron watched waiting for a form of light to show.
Nothing happened for a few minutes.
This might not be as simple as he thought it would be.
White Fang Hideout
Adam was looking down at the large drawing of what looked like a train with a an arrow pointed from a device.
"And your sure we can get this built at Mountain Glenn?"
His large masked lieutenant responded with a strong accent.
"Our engineers insist that it can be done we only need to assign some enforcers, there are no Alpha Grimm in the ruins."
The Bull Faunus had a hand under his chin and nodded.
And turned to one of the members sitting at the table.
"Tell them to get started right away, make arrangements to provide them with the supplies they need."
His subordinate left getting that ready.
"What of the Scourge?" His lieutenant asked.
Adam turned to the brute and acknowledged his concerns. He was right to be. Kron was capturing White Fang members across Vale, some even high rank and with sensitive information. All have gone missing to, either because they were killed or they left Vale.
Preferably killed he hated the idea of anyone in the Fang can easily talk, even if it was against that monster.
"I have a plan, we just need to reach out to him." Adam responded. "Bring him to me."
"I will assist you in taking this traitor's life."
Calling him a traitor because he won't use his power for the White Fang only for his own vendetta. Adam felt the same but at the same time, he admired that power, and wanted it for himself.
"No Bruno" Adam responded to the man nicknamed Banesaw. "Not to fight him but to give him a reason to leave and let us to continue our plans."
At least he'll leave for a while, whatever reason he's here, he can provide a bigger reason to leave. He just needs to find out where he's headed next and confront him. He didn't want to burden any of others with this task.
How he wished he could fight him instead, but without that Soul Dust that Cinder's superiors refuse to hand out, they'll need to lure him out instead.
Bruno grunted but knew better than to argue. They have all seen the Scourge's strength, it isn't anything to scoff at. Even Adam seemed to realize he was no match for him.
"Do you now?" A young woman's voice spoke.
Adam hated that voice, he turned around to see the trio of humans.
One on the left was a young man close to his age, silver hair, black eyes, grey long sleeve outfit with plates of armor on his wrists meant for blocking and black boots.
The one on the left was a young woman with red eyes, dark skin, green hair in long twin tails.
And the middle, the leader of the three was a woman with yellow eyes black hair in a red dress.
"Cinder" Adam greeted while his lieutenant stayed silent but held his weapon ready in case things got difficult.
"Adam" Cinder greeted with her arms crossed.
The bull Faunus glanced at the two individuals before glancing back at her.
"The plans for the breach are going well we just need that Schnee Dust shipment and we'll be set."
He wanted them gone already, he was willing to work with them, but the Scourge complicates things.
Cinder looked at the plans for the train for Mountain Glenn and back to Adam.
"I'm surprised that you're so focused on that." She spoke. "With the Scourge here, who might put our plans in jeopardy."
"I'm working on it."
"So you say." Cinder responded.
The green haired girl took a step forward next to Cinder.
"Are you really using everything you have? All your resources."
Adam didn't like the one this lackey was talking to him with. But liked what she was saying even less.
"Not hiding anything we can use?" The silver-haired spoke. "Anything at all?"
The Bull Faunus scoffed at him showing he didn't care about what they were saying.
"Emerald, Mercury, that's enough." Cinder said calmly.
The one that made the faction leader of the White Fang nervous was her.
"This is a team effort Adam, if you're hiding anything we can use against the Scourge you should talk now, we can't have him stay."
Adam rose a hand to keep Bruno calm and continued.
"I want the Scourge gone as much as you, I have nothing to hide."
"Are you sure?" She asked as she walked forward until she was a foot away from the leader of Vale's chapter of the White Fang. "My colleague Tyrian found out something interesting, he was hiding on Menagerie the day of the incident, where you fought him."
Adam scowled behind his mask. That damn scorpion.
"He was likely staying with someone until he was discovered." Cinder continued. "Only three people may know, Ghira Belladonna, Sienna Khan, or you." She had stated.
The Bull Faunus said nothing fighting the urge to put a hand on his sword, he didn't want to show intent, it's not a smart move with her and her cronies.
"But that can't be right, you would have told me such a thing, wouldn't you?" She asked. "After all if he was staying with someone, we could use a hostage, it'd be the answer to our problem wouldn't it?"
"Hmph" Adam crossed his arms doing best to show no signs concern. "Yes, it would be, which is why I have no reason to hide such a detail, I rather avoid the Scourge as much as you until we get our Soul Dust."
Cinder held a hand up and produced a flame with her limited Maiden magic.
"Are you sure? You don't know anything where he was staying?"
He did, Blake cried to him about it that night. Told him that she wanted to help him bring Kron down. Not to mention he was screaming about Kali tricking him.
And then Sienna discovered that Raven had orchestrated all of that, and Kron knows that to, Cinder had said he and her had a falling out.
So it stands to reason that Kali, or maybe even Blake would be effective hostages to get him to leave or keep him interfering in their affairs forever.
But he didn't want to resort to that. He shouldn't need to. As angry as he is that Blake had abandoned the White Fang, he didn't want to put her family in danger, not innocent Faunus.
No.
He wanted to one day fight and surpass him. Not with petty hostages but with power. He showed him the kind of power he should strive for, and once he obtains it he'll use it to destroy him. And do what he should've done with it and end the human's tyranny.
And he can't do that if he has to resort to hostages like some petty thug.
"I do not know, I was a child, I didn't even know where the Scourge had come from." The lie left his mouth like it was the truth. "And if you wish to start a fight."
He placed a hand on Wilt.
"You can but you will achieve nothing even if you win." He wasn't sure if he can win with her lackeys here even with Banesaw. "In fact, you might only anger your superiors if you make our situation worse."
Cinder glared hearing that, she remembered their talk with Tyrian. Before he thought that Cinder was the top of the chain of command but that damn fool's raving about his devotion to Salem let him know that she was just a ringleader.
And he was right. Salem was expecting results, even in her situation.
She can't afford to fight her allies even if they were hiding something.
Cinder stopped using her flame and looked at Adam.
"Fine, try your plan Adam, but if it fails, feel free to let me know if you have other ideas."
Emerald followed close behind while glaring at Adam.
Mercury just shrugged and followed them.
Once the left Adam thought of his plan. He'll admit it wasn't much, it wasn't fool proofed. But it was the best they can do. And what they know it has no reason not to.
He turned to Banesaw.
"Spread word to guide him to me, we need to speed it along."
Banesaw nodded and walked off.
Adam sighed, if he didn't think he could take on Cinder, he was going to need more Soul Dust than that fool guinea pig had.
He pulled out a photo and stared at it.
Everything his plan hinged on to hopefully wash their hands of Kron until he got the power he needed to challenge him.
It was a picture of Raven and Sienna on a rooftop of a White Fang hideout.
Emerald Forest
Kron crossed his arms while sitting on a tree stump and had an unimpressed look on his face.
Yang just had her hand out doing her best to replicate what Kron had shown her.
The girl just wasn't getting it. She tried imagining a glowing ball of light, tried tensing her arm muscles. Nothing. Zip.
With a growl, the blonde took off the Aura restraints and punched the tree enhanced with Aura breaking it down, out of frustration and glared over at her 'teacher'.
The Saiyan stood up. "What's with the temper tantrum? I told you to keep those bracelets on until the training is over."
"Shut up!" Yang yelled losing her temper. "What 'training' have you been giving me? Huh?"
Kron aimed his hand to the side.
"I've said this over and over already. Focus your power into your hand." His hand glowed. "Then release!" He fired a Ki blast at a boulder turning it into rubble. He put his hand down and glared at his 'pupil'. "I figured out how to use energy when I learned how to walk! Why can't you?!"
Yang fought the urge to punch his brains out and got closer to him they were very close to butting heads.
"Maybe whoever taught you was a better teacher than you!"
Kron squeezed his fists and growled. She just compared him to his good-for-nothing father!
"I'm far, far smarter than the one who taught me Ki, he was an idiot who wasted his time! Maybe not as big of an idiot as you!"
Yang chuckled.
"Maybe your right, maybe your just scared, scared that I'll get much stronger than you so your holding on me huh?"
"What?! I'm no coward!" He yelled.
"Really? Then actually teach me something!"
Yang's eyes turned blood red and grit her teeth.
Kron glared into those eyes and growled.
The two fought the urge to throw the first punch.
With a breath Kron turned his back on her. And started walking away.
Yang got even angrier.
"Where are you going!?"
"I'm tired of you wasting time." He said viciously. "We're done for today, I have my own training to attend to get your head on straight when I get back."
Yang wanted to yell, to fight, but she knew it'd be useless and punched another tree with an Aura enhanced fist.
This training was a waste of time! Nothing good was coming out of this.
She had a sad expression.
Or maybe she's just not strong enough? Maybe she'll never learn about her mother.
And not save her.
Atlas
Ironwood was lying in a hospital bed, he had been told that he was bedridden for three days. But at least was alive and was told he didn't do any permanent damage.
The Crusader Armor prototype had the expected side effects and thankfully didn't suffer the same as the earlier test subjects.
Dr. Polendina was overlooking a clipboard.
"I'm glad you took care of that beast when you did, the armor could've ended you if you had fought any longer." He spoke.
Ironwood grunted.
"Good to know" He sighed still in pain from his internal injuries.
"The Crusader Armor forces the Dust in our blood that allow us to access Aura to multiple to increase our Aura." He explained. "The more your aura is damaged, the more the armor will respond and multiplying the Dust in our veins to increase, unfortunately with too much use, the Dust will start to implode from the inside, damaging your body from the inside."
He looked at Ironwood and sighed.
"I am sorry that it wasn't effective enough to end the beast sooner."
The general chuckled.
"I knew the risk Dr. Polendina, you and Fort Lee did an excellent job with the project." He grunted from pain. "I'm looking forward to its completion."
"Why thank you General." Dr. Polendina said. "However you should know that your Aura will not be usable for a few days, until your body produces more Dust."
He nodded, that wasn't so bad. Unfortunately, he will have to avoid the front lines.
"And Fort Lee where is he?"
Dr. Polendina chuckled nervously.
"He, said that he would work on replacing the prototype that we had lost."
That was a very polite way of saying what he said.
He cursed, raged and stormed off for 'wasting' the prototype.
Ironwood simply nodded not needing or caring to ask if that was what he really had said.
At least he destroyed that Grimm, whatever it was, it wasn't normal. And it would be a massive threat if left unchecked.
He didn't see it get disintegrated.
At least he hoped it did.
Just then his scroll vibrated on the side table.
With a strain he lifted the scroll and took it to his ear.
"Yes?"
The general rose an eyebrow.
"Very well I will be right there."
He turned off his scroll and began to get up while grunting.
"General stop!" Dr. Polendina tried to convince him from getting up. "You're in no condition to move you need to rest!"
"Mm" Ironwood struggled as he got to his feet. "I can't rest now; an urgent matter has presented itself." He took his suit and struggled to put it on.
The general walked out of the med room struggling with every step.
Dr. Polendina in his robotic chair walked beside the general.
"Can you at least tell me what this is about?"
Ironwood turned to the concerned scientist and explained.
"Someone was captured near the base." The general remembered the call. "Willingly and asked to see me."
"And you're going?" Dr. Polendina asked. "That doesn't sound like the correct response."
"I couldn't ignore it, she had said that she had information on the Scourge of Anima."
Dr. Polendina stopped when he heard that, it didn't seem smart to ignore it.
Once the duo made it to the holding cells a guard escorted them.
General Ironwood was brought to the newest prisoner.
"This is her" The guard told the general. "She's not from Atlas she's a huntress from Anima, she illegally crossed our borders, she wasn't discovered until she came to this base sir."
General Ironwood nodded and looked at the huntress in the cell.
"Who are you, and why would you want to pass on information on the Scourge to me? And your own home?"
The prisoner had long brown hair, with two tuffs on her head like what you see on an owl.
"My name is Sepia Ugla." The huntress replied. "I wanted to pass on information to you because my home seems content with allowing the scourge to run around."
She remembered their 'fight'. She absorbed his semblance and fired back. Only to be beaten so easily, then he told her to go to Atlas to find someone who was able to challenge him.
"I looked into you in my time here in Solitas, I know you have something to help me bring down the Scourge of Anima."
She will finally avenge her husband.
Team RWBY Dorm Room
Ruby was writing in her notebook with a sad expression. She was down after everything had transpired.
When she awoke, she thought her team had managed to pull out a win over the Scourge of Anima. But no, they lost, badly.
Even Professor Goodwitch couldn't do anything.
And Ozpin had to make a deal with him. The man who targeted her sister.
Who she's training with right now. The guy who's supposed to be the bad guy, the kind of guy her mother would have stopped.
She sighed depressed that they had to give the bad guy something that he wants.
Although Blake knew him, maybe she knows he's not a bad guy? She wishes that she was here to say, but she's been gone since he showed up.
Ozpin had said that she was given a task to do. She just wishes she knew what she was doing.
At least Yang has been talking to her on the scroll and even FaceTime.
From the sounds of it she's angry that this guy, Kron isn't really teaching her. But at least she always says that she's ok.
Blake?
No messages, nothing.
She hoped that she was alright.
The door opened and slammed shut.
Uh oh.
Ruby looked to who was here.
Weiss walked over to her side of the room and immediately started doing her homework.
She's been doing this for the past three days now.
Just angry and doing her work. Of the whole team she was the angriest that they failed to take down the scourge since he had beaten her sister.
"Weiss?"
The snow haired girl said nothing and kept writing.
"Weiss, is everything ok? We can talk if you want."
She turned to the Team Leader.
"Sure, got a hold of Blake yet?"
Oh yeah and she's angry about Blake not saying anything about the Scourge of Anima and just running away.
"Um, she still hasn't-"
"Then zip it."
She turned back to her work and angrily wrote in her notebook.
Ruby flinched hearing that, she thought maybe Weiss was starting to warm up to them, but the Scourge came in and ruined everything.
She sighed.
Sitting here doing schoolwork like everything was normal did not feel right to her.
She wanted to do something, something that can help. Maybe even get Weiss to do something to take her mind off everything.
She turned to Weiss.
"Y'know Weiss that move where you used your Time Dilatation Glyph with my speed it really caught the guy off guard." Ruby mentioned remembering how she was able to keep up with him. "I think if we can do better we might be able to do something to him next time."
The Schnee heiress stopped writing hearing that.
It didn't do much, but if she can figure out how to strengthen the Time Dilatation even more, combined with Ruby's semblance maybe they'll be able to harm him.
Maybe.
Weiss thought of all the training she had from Winter.
Her swordplay did nothing, her dust was useless, and her summon only slowed him down. The Arma Gigas did nothing.
After the Scourge of Anima ambushed her sister and put her in the hospital, Winter had offered to intensify her training over a month before she enrolled in Beacon. And it was far more difficult than she imagined it would be, she wanted to quit a couple of times. But she stuck to it thinking of the monster who attacked her sister. It got to the point where she managed to summon the Grimm she slayed at her father's test. The giant knight-looking Grimm was under her control, and she thought with it she could take on any foe including the cowardly Scourge that ran away after attacking her sister.
But that training amounted to nothing. Even with her team she couldn't do a thing to him.
She thought she would die while he grabbed her neck.
He knocked her out so easily.
And now he was free to train Yang and Blake was nowhere to be found.
Even Ozpin can't do anything.
Weiss turned to Ruby, she was able to match his speed, with a perfected Time Dilation Glyph maybe they can do something to him.
And with him training Yang, maybe the three of them could do something.
They can worry about Blake later.
She sighed and closed her notebook.
"Courtyard, 10 minutes."
Ruby smiled and her eyes widened.
"I knew you'd say yes bestie!"
"Don't push it."
"Right!" Ruby got crescent Rose and ran out of the room with her semblance.
Weiss sighed as she got up and was getting ready.
One way or another they will capture the Scourge, doesn't matter if Ozpin made a deal, as soon as the deal is over they'll be ready.
Emerald Forest
Kron was deep in the Emerald Forest away from where Yang was with his hand held up.
A red energy ball was in his hand, it began to change shape like his father taught him.
The Saiyan tossed the ball on the ground, as it grew and changed.
It formed long arms, legs, a wolf tail and a wolf head with a red mask on it's head.
It was a Ki construnct in the shape of a beowolf, a small one.
Kron looked at the Beowolf shaped Ki, it felt like one of Winter's summons. With his hands forward he moved his fingers.
The creature took a couple steps forward like it was alive.
This was working, he was combining his father's skills of Ki juggling which Kron used to create Guided Swarm, with his ability to shape his Ki into figures.
Now he'll use them to create a new technique with inspiration from the Schnee's summons.
Kron moved his fingers and the creature walked forward. "Tch, it works but it'll be annoying if I have to control manually." He said as he released his hand and creating a small red explosion. "If only I can figure out how to make it work automatically." He put a hand to his chin wondering what to do.
This attack was good but it needed something else to make it like the Schnee's summons.
"Maybe I can figure out how to make my Ki home in on my opponent, but how?"
An automatic army of Grimm shaped Ki came to mind.
Fitting for him and his invented Grimm Fighting Style.
"Excuse me."
The Saiyan turned to see the man with a cane.
"What are you doing here? Get lost, I'm busy."
Ozpin didn't react he only smiled. "Apologies for the interruption, I just would like to discuss something with you."
"Tch" Kron turned from him. "We have nothing to talk about, I've kept my end of the deal, I told you everything I knew on the White Fang, my deal with Roman and have been teaching Yang like you asked."
He had an angry tone in the last sentence.
"Yes, but I believe that these lessons aren't going well, are they?"
Kron gritted his teeth and turned to him.
"They aren't, I think I overestimated your student a bit."
Ozpin heard the anger in his voice and began.
"Teaching isn't so easy, but I have a suggestion that may help you in her lesson."
"The way I'm teaching is fine, it's just she doesn't listen, I've given her a lesson that even a brat where I come from can learn."
Ozpin rose an eyebrow at that. Where he came from? Interesting so he isn't the only 'Ki' user. Still how do people with this kind of power exist and he or Salem were unaware of it?
A question for later.
"Very well, but if you can indulge me for a moment." Ozpin asked he can see Kron getting angrier but wasn't deterred. "Blake informed me on your love of history."
"What about it?" He asked more calmly though.
Interesting, he didn't even make the offer and he was already changing his tone.
"What do you know of Vale's first King?"
Kron was silent for a few seconds wanting to go back to training but he couldn't resist showing off what he knows.
"Oswald, first King of Vale" The Saiyan began. "During the great war, armed with a sword and scepter he killed countless warriors from Mantle. He lead an army alongside Vacuo's to finish the great war."
From the sounds of it, he was a warrior that may have rivaled a Maidens, though it might be exaggerated given how long Kron has been on the planet.
"After that King Oswald founded the Huntsman Academies we know today and created the Vytal festival, to keep another Great War from starting, and a tournament where the four kingdoms can fight and get stronger. Without the need of making enemies out of each other."
Like how King Vegeta created arenas all over the Saiyan home world to handle disagreements without mass murder and limit collateral damages.
"Years later he would pass away leaving behind two sons." He further explained. "He granted the throne to his oldest Oswald the Second."
Kron turned to Ozpin who had friendly smile on his face.
"So why'd you ask? Being a headmaster, I assume you'd already know." Kron questioned.
Ozpin kept his smile and reached into his coat.
The Saiyan rose an eyebrow wondering what he'll pull out.
It was a small book, ruined from the age.
"This here is King Oswald's battle log."
Kron looked a bit surprised hearing that.
Ozpin opened the book.
"It contains details of every battle King Oswald and his army participated, things you will not find in most books." He glanced down at the familiar words that had been written long ago, it didn't contain EVERY detail of the King's abilities, but still provided more information than historians have been able to find.
Professor Oobleck would give away his kidneys if it meant he could have this. As he looked at the Scourge of Anima, Kron, he was glad that he decided not to hand it to him.
He can see it, the hunger for knowledge. Miss Belladonna was right, he truly did value history.
Ozpin walked forward, Kron's eyes didn't leave the book he was holding.
And the headmaster held the book out.
"It's yours, take it."
Kron looked at him strangely and back at the battle log. He took it and opened it eager to read the inside.
Just from glancing at it he can tell from the dialect that it had to be real and not some trick.
He glanced up at the old headmaster. "How do you have this, and why give it to me?"
"I'm a collector, I've been to a few archeological sites over my time." That was true and he had died multiple times before those sites were a part of archeology. "As for why, it's in exchange for listening to what I have to say about your training."
Kron growled a bit as he glanced down at the battle log. He already has it, he could just take it for himself. Not like he could take it back.
"If you agree, I can offer more dusty tomes, old weapons, jewels, and many things that have stranded the test of time." Ozpin continued his offer.
As much as Kron hated to admit it, that piqued his interest. He has been running out of books. And besides he would want Yang to wield Ki.
"I'm listening."
Ozpin nodded and began.
"Your ability, how you learned it must have come naturally to you, you were not given much instruction on how to wield it did you?"
Kron thought back to when he first wielded Ki.
He was three years old; his father was showing him how to utilize his Ki. All he said was fire it and he did. It was easy like second nature.
"Yes"
"So, you were never given a simple explanation, never took the time to look closely at the fundamentals of wielding Ki, for you it is natural, for Miss Xiao Long it is something new, and unnatural." The headmaster explained. "You are merely not providing enough context to how you do it."
Kron listened to what he was saying like he said.
"It was how I learned, how am I supposed to change how to do it?"
What he was saying made sense. Saiyans were born to use their power so teaching a species that never heard of it wouldn't be as easy to teach to use their own.
"If you want her to learn Ki you must examine slowly how you do it and break it down further for her if you wish to successfully teach her." Ozpin explained and turned around. "That is all the advice I have for now, let me know when you are finished with that battle log, and I'll show you something else of interest."
He walked away leaving Kron alone to his thoughts.
Kron thought of what Ozpin had said, he didn't like that he was being told 'how to teach'. But he was more frustrated that he hadn't been getting Yang up to speed.
If he doesn't try something new, she may never learn how to use Ki.
And he'll never get the experiment off the ground. Or the opponent he wanted.
With a sigh he thought of his words.
Examine slowly how to do it.
Slowly, he took Ozpin's advice and focused Ki in his hand. A small red dot formed in his hand.
He thought of how it felt, what he was doing, the very basics of wielding Ki. He never thought of the bare bones of Ki control, he just did it. Like breathing.
For this game to get fun he will need to figure out how to better understand his own power.
With a sigh he slowly formed Ki to fly, create Ki orbs and remember what parts he was moving what he was doing at every step.
Emerald Forest (Yang's Training Camp)
Yang was in the same training ground, with her hand forward.
Nothing, as usual.
"Tch, what am I doing?"
She thought of why she agreed to this stupid 'game', and wondered if he was even trying to teach her anything.
Just then she heard footsteps and turned.
Kron stood there with his arms crossed.
"Great, now that you're here you can tell me more words of wisdom, go ahead." She said crossing her arms. "Tell me how easy it is to do it, go ahead."
"Tch" The Saiyan walked forward until he was right in front of her.
The two glared at each other for a few seconds, Yang's eyes turned the slightest bit crimson.
Kron turned away and looked forward.
"First, put all thoughts aside"
"Huh?" Yang asked surprised at how calmly he was speaking.
The Saiyan aimed a hand forward.
"Loosen up, think of nothing." He glanced at his side to see Yang still looking at him confused and moved his arm. Signaling her to follow his body movement.
The blonde sighed as she rose an arm alongside Kron and tried to calm herself.
What could it hurt, it was better than what he was saying before.
"Think of nothing, pushing aside your senses will allow you to feel the pure energy that your body uses to function."
Yang did so, she thought of nothing. And she started to see something, a yellow fire that is raging.
"Now that your feeling that energy, your Ki, it is always dormant within your body, and cannot be forced out." He further explained. "You need to give it a way out, any way is up to you."
Kron's hand lit up red and he released it making a tree timber. He glanced at Yang who had her hand out, nothing. No light was forming.
The Saiyan fought the urge to yell at her, maybe he didn't explain clearly enough.
Yang showed no reaction she can only see the bright yellow flame in her mind. It was raging, fueling every fiber of her body. This wasn't Aura, this was something else, it was the energy everyone uses to walk, to run without any Aura.
The energy of the body.
Yang opened her eyes as a small ball of yellow light glowed on her hand.
Kron's eyes widened, that was it. She did it, it was Ki!
With a grunt Yang released the newly found Ki.
And the Ki ball…
Slowly left her hand and floated away.
It wasn't fast and only made it to a foot away before it popped like a bubble.
Yang's eyes widened as she saw that.
Was. Was that it?
All that effort and that was all her 'Ki' can do?
"Pfft"
Yang turned to Kron who had a hand over his mouth clearly laughing.
"Hahahaha! Your face! Haha! Y-you thought, you thought your first Ki blast would be something like mine, didn't you? Hahaha! Course not, y-you're too weak! Right now! Hahaha!"
"You stupid caveman!" She tried to run to him but as soon as she took a step forward she fell, feeling fatigued like she had ran a marathon without Aura.
She fell on the ground her face hitting the grassy ground.
"W-what?" Yang tried to push herself up, she was short of breath, she was sore all over, and she couldn't bring herself to move. She tried getting up and looked up at Kron who had a smirk.
"Remember what I said, it's the energy of your body, using your first Ki blast probably feels like you're exercising a new muscle you never tried to before."
The blonde grit her teeth at him and tried to take her Aura Restraints off so she can use her Aura to give him a beating.
Kron put a hand on her wrist. "None of that, I told you, once you get a good amount of Ki reserves we'll work on mixing them."
Yang groaned and managed to push herself to lie on her back breathing in and out.
"And listen" He said kneeling next to her so she can see his face. "I am going to teach you, I want you to get stronger, I am not a coward."
Yang can hear the anger in his tone, she really hit a sore spot when she accused him of being scared to teach her. She only nodded and looked up towards the sky still exhausted from that puny 'Ki' blast.
Kron got up and started walking towards a tree. He looked up as if there was something to see.
"Hey"
The Saiyan looked at her face.
"I, I passed your first lesson so tell me" She kept taking shallow breaths. "More about my mom"
Kron heard that and smiled.
"Sure, after you wake up from firing that 'impressive' Ki bubble, then we'll talk about your mother."
He chuckled at his sarcastic remark.
"W-what? Y-you bastard." She closed her eyes and passed out from exhaustion.
Once she was knocked out, she thought of Raven and everything she did. He wondered what Yang would think of the hag when she tells her everything.
And was surprised at how well Ozpin's advice worked, he looked towards where Beacon is and pulled out the battle log he'd given him.
He's more than meets the eye.
Now that she was unconscious it was time to address something else. Or rather someone else.
Kron stood up and looked around.
"She's fine in case you're worried." He said to looking at the same tree that he was looking at earlier. "She's just exhausted."
Just then someone jumped down from the tree.
It was Blake who had been watching them from the tree for who knows how long.
"When did you notice me?" She asked in a frustrated tone.
"Three days ago," Kron said with his arms crossed. "You've been watching for a while, Ozpin sent you to keep an eye on the training didn't he?"
Blake looked at him and nodded and looked over at Yang. She walked forward and looked at her, no bruises, from what she can see, and she turned back to Kron.
"What? I didn't touch her, you saw."
The cat Faunus sighed as she crossed her arms. "I thought you were going to hit her when you lost your temper."
"Tch" Kron shrugged. "It'd be a waste, I'm not going to harm her until she's ready, like I said I'm no liar."
Blake heard the venom in his tone when he said, liar.
"I do want to believe you Kron, I know you've been keeping your word so far, but" She paused. "I don't want you losing your temper and repeating what happened."
Kron said nothing to that in response and merely nodded.
"Fine, watch all you want." The Saiyan responded. "Just make sure you don't get in the way of the game."
Blake nodded and looked at Yang.
"She's not like Raven, you know that right?"
Kron looked at her and back at Yang.
She was strong-willed, always ready for a fight, and was refuses to quit no matter what. Almost the exact opposite of Raven.
"I know." He admitted."Feel free to watch over her, I'm going to do my own training."
He said as he walked away to practice the technique when Ozpin confronted him.
Blake looked down at Yang who seemed to be sleeping peacefully.
That was good so far, she expected her to be in worse condition.
And he was still willing to listen to what she had to say.
After this, she'll see if she can convince him to change his 'game' a little bit. Make it fairer than it actually is.
For everyone's sake, including his.
Yang has finally learned how to control her energy after a difficult start. Now that she has learned how to manipulate her Ki, what lesson will Kron plan next? What is Blake thinking how to make Kron's game fairer? And will Kron respond well to what she and Ozpin have planned? Adam is choosing to stay quiet about Kali. But for how long? And Sepia seems interested in joining Ironwood to obtain the Crusader Armor? How will all this play out, and what has Raven been doing?
Find out next time in One's Own Path!
Ok, someone suggested I end every chapter the way they ended it in classic dbz and I decided to give it a try. I hope this was to your liking and I'll do my best to not let them be so cringey, hope this wasn't either lol and hope u can imagine the awesome Dbz narrated voice saying this.
Now anyway, so there we go Yang learned how to use Ki. Which she has very little of. It's small unimpressive but hey u gotta start somewhere. Now she just needs to increase her Ki reserves.
So I hope I made the rules of Aura and Ki make sense as well as the differences.
For the expert dbz fans, yes I know Ki is made up of Courage, Mind, and Energy. But Kron was just explaining his understanding of it, he doesn't know exactly what it is, just how to weild it and it comes from the body, not the soul.
At least that's how it works in this story. Kinda like Siviam's This War of Mine. Only mine will work a bit differently.
If u haven't read This War of Mine I recommend giving it a try, it's pretty good.
I hope how Kron figured out to teach Yang made sense and you look forward to the rest of their training.
Also, originally i was going to go up to 50 chapters for this arc, but from the looks of it I may not be able to wrap everything up I want to in that time. So I may do more then nine more chapters. Hope that's ok and u can endure my strange writing a bit longer before it's time for hiatus lol.
Review Responces.
Locothehead: So I PM'd you on that, hope u can understand.
It is but Kron was careful to pick a planet out in the space boonies so there's time. Plus space may not be what u expect.
I'm glad your looking forward to it. I think you'll like what I do with Yang.
Keybladelight: I will say this, Remnant is the only home for earthlings.
The apology will happen Kron will meet Kali at some point i promise.
Your right Kron isn't fit for Super Saiyan, but he's nowhere near strong enough to even suggest it, just give it time. It's gonna be awhile.
Guest: U are basically right, their only hope is to find some unusual training method while Kron sticks to normal training like the Void Vault but even then there's a limit to how many times u can use it.
Guest: As u can see I had a way around it. I acknowledged it and he had help in teaching it. And besides he's not teaching her how to suppress her Ki or anything advanced like that, he can teach how to do basic Ki stuff if he breaks it down enough.
Guest: By Og dragon ball I meant that we focus on Remnant and it's problems. None of space like how DB focused on earth and then moved on to space. I didn't mean this was going to be a copy of OG dragon ball if I wanted to do that i would've had Kron hit his head.
Bear295: Lol nice Yang would be proud.
Well, it's a little soon to talk of Ultra Instinct. But your idea to put the eyes energy to the body I'll definitely consider yet.
ThatSaiyaGuy: Thank you, and yep, Kron's gotten bored of it too lol. Oh ok, I wasn't sure how u were gonna take Yang learning Ki lol glad I did it in a way u like.
They don't and their going to train for when this deal goes off the rails. As for Kron leaving that was his original plan it may still be it. Funny thing is, if he left, he's dead. He's a big fish in small pond right now, he tries to swim in the ocean where there power levels many times stronger, he's dead lol. But he may have a plan for that we'll see if he can leave.
Glad u enjoyed seeing Eclipse and Ironwood go at it. Crusader Armor with Void Vault training. Ooh, maybe.
Also I'm happy to see u liked the change I made with Ironwood's semblance. I think Roosterteeth could've tried a little bit harder. on that.
SsjGodKenny: Glad u enjoyed the semblance change and the fight with Glynda.
As for Glynda's vision maybe, she does blame herself for what happened back then.
As for Fort Lee, we'll see, he cares more about progress than human life. U know typical mad scientist so it's possible.
Hope u liked Yang's Ki training so far and don't worry it'll pick up soon. Whis training universe 7? U know what, that would've made sense lol good thinking. Especially with the pyramid of power.
Thank u and i did.
Ruenion: That would be fun to do but Kron never had that training so his is a bit different. But don't worry they'll be something like that next chapter, he wanted her to learn to manipulate her Ki, now it's time to work on Ki reserves.
: Basically ya, and thank u, hope u can enjoy it in the future.
epantoja521: Really? Glad I surprised u then.
Lelouch of Zero: Glad u liked Eclipse so far. And that Kron training Yang made sense. Hope u can enjoy it in the future.
mathewcasteneda: Teaching a power that can destroy cities and beyond and a powerful bodyguard for the city? Ya, it's a pretty good deal the worse it can cost is Raven. Plus if Raven dies, they have a new Maiden with Ki and Aura, so it's sort of a Win Win situation. As for Blake thinking Kron is like Adam, she doesn't think that, she just thinks he has the potential to get bloodthirsty like he did, after all Kron was a bloodthirsty killer back in the day. Luckily he got better thanks to Kali's influence, but Blake wants to make sure he doesn't go back to his roots.
TheJsmooth: Think of Eclipse his body shaped like AlienX from ben10 alien force, with wings and spikes like Doomsday from DC. So yea he's kind of a brute. They'll plenty more interaction I promise!
Well that's everyone.
Ok guys hope u enjoyed this chapter, sorry this one was a bit late and hope u look forward to the next one.
Have an awesome day! :)
