(A/N): Hey Guys! Now, I may not have made this entirely clear, but over the school holidays I read all of the books in the Percy Jackson and the Olympians Series, and the Heroes of Olympus series (Plus the Demigod File and Demigod Diaries), and the first half of the Red Pyramid, so I'm really into that now.
On the off chance you haven't yet read (and loved) Percy Jackson, I'll give you this little review:
'I haven't been this entranced by a fictional world since Harry Potter.'
Seriously.

To my dismay, I very quickly noticed that Greygorry assumed the same training technique with Dahrya that he used with me.
Which you know, wouldn't be a bad thing if Dahrya were as fast or as strong as me.
Elaine, Remus, James, Peter, Sirius and even Lily were used to seeing me train, even though we were usually toned down a lot, but when Greygorry threw the first punch and split Dahrya's lip, Ezra, Farryse and Aria grasped.
"This is harder to watch than you thought it would be, huh?" Brooke questioned as I squeezed her hand, and I nodded sharply.
"Now you know how we feel." Remus muttered, though he kept his eyes glued to the fight as Dahrya tried to retaliate, only to have Greygorry dodge her in a move even I couldn't fully track, and knock her flat on her back.
"Okay, wow, okay, I think I'll take over training Dahrya for a little while and actually train her." Greygorry paused, and everyone turned to stare at me.
"You know, you last a lot longer when you're the one getting hit." I shrugged weakly, crossing over to help Dahrya to her feet.
"I don't like seeing people get hurt." Elaine pursed her lips.
"Oh good, I'll be sure to stick a mirror in front of you the next time you try to do something stupid." I rolled my eyes at her, shooing Greygorry out of the way and turning to Dahrya, wincing as I took in the state of her face.
"That'll heal." I murmured, gingerly gripping her chin, tilting her face while avoiding the bruise steadily forming and her mouth were Greygorry had struck her.
"Stop it, I'm not a baby, I can handle a few bruises." James cocked an eyebrow.
"So, what, all half-" He glanced at Lily. "Are like that?" My eyebrows furrowed.
"Like what?" Dahrya and I asked at the same time and Remus rolled his eyes.
"Please god no, we already have one reckless supernatural idiot, we don't need another one with less style." Dahrya stomped her foot, and I dropped a hand on her shoulder.
"Let's just get started, yeah?" She bit her lip, wincing for a second before nodding.
"Just... don't get mad if I fall down, okay? I'm not that graceful." My expression softened, and I could practically feel Greygorry rolling his eyes.
"I won't knock you down, I'm teaching you how to fight, not just initiating training. No offence." The last bit was directed at Greygorry, but he only shrugged.
"I kind of assumed training her would be like training you. Because, you know, it's kind of fun to beat you up, but it kind of made me feel bad instead." I cocked an eyebrow, choosing not to read into why it made him feel bad.
"Ah, so that's why everyone does it." I remarked dryly, and Brooke rolled her eyes at me playfully, approaching with a small smile.
"That, and it's like hitting a soft brick wall." She said, punching me in the shoulder and grinning when I didn't wince in the slightest.
"'Soft brick wall'?" I mouthed to Lily, and she shrugged.
"Shut up, it's all I could think of." Dahrya cocked an eyebrow at me over Brooke's shoulder, only having to stand on her tiptoes half way to be able to do so even though she was four years younger than my raven haired girlfriend.
"Okay, okay, no more distractions." I announced, kissing Brooke quickly and twirling her out of the way before focusing on Dahrya.
"How do you want to start?" She sounded a little nervous, so I flashed her a small smile.
"Hit me." Her eyebrows shot up.
"You want me to try to hit you?" She asked, incredulous, and I shook my head.
"No, I want you to hit me. As hard as you can." She stared at me for a second, and I could feel the nerves around the room, even from my group of friends, who had seen me be hit by much worse than Dahrya.
"I don't know if-" I cut her off, holding my hands up to show her I wouldn't hurt her.
"Just take any anger you have towards me, and-" I paused for a second, seeing her tense, then tracking her fist as it came flying at my face.
Well, maybe 'flying' wasn't the right word.
"Jeez, who taught you how to punch? My mother hits harder than that, and she's mostly human." I tried to joke, but my friends all winced at the reminder.
"...You didn't even flinch." Dahrya whispered, and I shrugged somewhat smugly.
"Yeah, well, I'm older and therefore much stronger." Farryse, Aria and Ezra all gaped at me.
"You know, you could make millions as a boxer." I rolled my eyes.
"Fighting humans is boring, they're too slow." I glanced to Greygorry. "Was I this slow when we started out?" The older vampire immediately shook his head.
"You were never slow, Leo, though I'm guessing that's only partially because of the Veela genes." I shrugged, and turned back to Dahrya.
"Okay, what I want you to do next is..."

After his training session, Leo dragged me away from the rest of the group, my friends and his.
I was a little confused as to why at first, but judging by the way he was worrying his bottom lip between his teeth, I assumed it wasn't just to snog.
"So what's up?" I asked as we sat on one of the stone benches in the deserted courtyard, glad that most students went back into the castle before sunset.
"I'm attempting to be healthy." I cocked an eyebrow, confused for a second.
"You're as healthy as a person can be, Leo-" He cut me off with a shake of his head, smiling weakly.
"Not physically Boo, emotionally." I tilted my head, acknowledging that, emotionally at least, he was not the healthiest person around.
"So, how do you plan to be healthy by dragging me out here?" I asked quietly, and he pursed his lips.
"Something happened... over the summer." He explained cryptically. "Something I haven't been able to talk about, with anyone... but I figured that, with your mother, you'd be the best person to talk to about it." I blanched at the mention of my mother, and had to clear my throat before I could reply.
"What does this have to do with my mother?" I could see him hesitating, and reached over, grasping his hand in mine.
"Because... because you're lost a parent, and now... so have I."
(A/N): Also, I have school tomorrow, so I won't be uploaded anything after chapter two hundred fifty until at least tomorrow night.
